Mandy was trembling when she felt that bump. It couldn't be. But she been in medicine long enough to know what that may be. She called for a appointment back home.

Andy was playing a videogame with all the kids when Mandy walked in. He let out a wolf whistle, their kids giggling.

"Hot mama coming through!" Mandy and Andy was invited to Todd's grand reopening, plus were being interviewed by a host, former child star Brad Marshall, who was chosen to be the voice for the California side for MMM's talent show.

"Aw. Thanks honey." She kisses her husband with their kids looking away.

"Ewwww." The triplets gag. Her youngest just watches the television.

"Mandy? What's wrong?" He knew when his wife was worried. "Is it Lila?" Lila was safe and sound with Cara.

"It's nothing. We should get ready. Kids, time to clean up!" Mandy hated to hide things from her family, but if the cancer was back, she had to prepare. But not tonight. Tonight, she and Andy were going to party.

Once the babysitter arrived, the couple were driving to Todd's bar.

"Todd being on TV, I expected him to in the NBA." Andy used to attend the games in high school. He used play on the basketball team, but when his relative got sick, he resigned to take care of her. "Think Todd's gonna win?"

"Hmmm." Mandy wasn't listening. The last time he got sick was when she was a kid. It was a minor lump that got caught early. She was incredibly lucky, the lump never spread. She successfully got into remission and went on with her life. She got into med school, got married and had four beautiful kids. But now, she wondered if her luck ran out. She jumped when Andy poked her. "Huh?"

"Mandy. Do you think Todd will win?"

"Win what?" Mandy couldn't think about anything else. She looked at her husband and teared up. Andy will be alone. He made a good living, but if anything happened to her, she forced the thought out. Their children. "Oh! Todd is smart. We won many games thanks to Todd's smarts and risky ventures." She didn't notice the vans and trucks parked outside the bar.

"Is everything alright? Mandy?"

"I'm fine." She was not gonna say a word. But she had a friend in town. Hopefully Enid could squeeze her in for a appointment, money is no object.
