Chapter 447 I Also Want To Hug

Ginny approached and blew out the candle, and the small room suddenly fell into darkness.

In that darkness, no one could see Hermione's extremely flushed face. She could feel Evan right beside her, as warm as a real kitten.

However, Evan was not a cat!

In fact, she was sleeping in the same bed as Evan. Thinking about it, Hermione almost stopped breathing; she had never imagined that this would actually happen!

She held her breath and moved to the side, but the bed was too small, and there was no space to avoid it.

She only knew that her thoughts were becoming more chaotic, and the words echoed in her head: "Oh my, I am in bed with Evan, tightly embraced, and still wearing my thin pajamas!"

Under the duvet, Evan lay there silently.

When he saw that Ginny didn't find him hidden here, he breathed a sigh of relief.

But in a blink of an eye, Hermione lay on the bed next to him. What a situation!

Evan's heart, which had just relaxed, raced again and rose to his throat.

He swallowed hard because the bed was too narrow, barely enough space for him next to Hermione.

Although it wasn't the first time they had such intimate contact, this time the situation seemed more uncomfortable.

Evan smelled the fragrant scent of the girl he liked, and could feel her body trembling slightly.

They were so close to each other that Hermione was now also clutching herself tightly like a kitten.

With just a slight movement, he could touch Hermione's soft body; there were no words to describe his feelings at that moment.

Time passed, he didn't know if it had been a minute or ten minutes; it no longer made sense at all.

For a moment, Evan tried to calm himself.

Although he had the urge to stay there, reason told him he had to leave.

Harry, Ron, Fred, and George were still upstairs waiting for him. If he returned too late, Evan didn't know how to explain his absence.

It would be hard to say he turned into a cat sneaking into Ginny's room and lying in the same bed as Hermione, right?!

He tried to move, and Hermione's body immediately trembled.

She was very nervous too. She grabbed the duvet tightly with both hands, unsure of what Evan wanted to do.

She couldn't help but think that if he wanted to do something to her, she couldn't do anything!

Countless ideas came to her mind, but Hermione could never find an answer.

Unaware of Hermione's current crisis, Evan was ready to act.

Because the bed was too close to the wall, it meant that if he wanted to leave, he had to go over Hermione, and with so little room to maneuver, the delicate girl's body seemed to have become an insurmountable mountain.

He stood on the bed, dodge Hermione for a moment, and there was no response.

In the darkness, both were extremely nervous.

If it weren't for the duvet, Evan would have just passed over Hermione.

But if he did, Ginny, not far away, would likely discover him.

Under the bright silver moonlight, everything in the room could be dimly seen.

Evan observed for a moment, and Ginny seemed to be asleep.

He gritted his teeth and climbed directly over Hermione, ready to cross and slip out of the bed and return to his room.

Just then, Ginny on the other side suddenly turned and faced Hermione, who was still awake.

Evan immediately stopped and lay on Hermione's stomach.

There was warmth beneath him, and through the pajamas, was the girl he liked.

Evan pressed gently and felt very soft.

Feeling Evan's weight, Hermione grabbed the duvet and tried to make herself uncomfortable.

"Hermione, I can't sleep!" whispered Ginny.

"What are you thinking?!" Hermione asked nervously.

Her mind was a mess, and she only hoped that Evan, lying on her stomach, would be kind enough to do nothing.

She put her hand under the duvet, ready to push Evan aside.

"I think..." Ginny didn't continue, she seemed indecisive.

Upon hearing her, the movements of the two individuals on the other side came to a halt. Had they been discovered?!

"I'm thinking about Harry," after a few moments of silence, Ginny timidly said, "Let's go see the Quidditch World Cup. We'll definitely live in a tent. I don't know how long it will last. I've never been there."

Evan and Hermione were already aware that Ginny had secretly been in love with Harry from the beginning.

Every time he appeared, she became very nervous.

Initially, whenever she saw Harry, Ginny would spill something.

She had improved since then, but she still remained Harry's biggest "fan."

Unfortunately, Harry didn't seem interested in that. He only treated Ginny like a little sister.

Hermione knew what Ginny was thinking. They had discussed this topic many times before.

If these were normal times, Hermione would have helped Ginny and given her some useful advice.

But now, her mind was in chaos, and all she could think about was Evan lying on his stomach.

Hermione felt a strange sensation overtaking her body, rendering her almost catatonic and unable to move.

Meanwhile, Ginny kept talking about the World Cup and Harry.

However, Hermione felt Evan becoming heavier and heavier. The atmosphere grew more peculiar, and her breathing quickened.

No, she couldn't go on like this!

"Ginny, you need courage!" Hermione said, "You have to try to connect more with Harry; you can't just blush and hide every time he shows up."

"Do I need courage?" Ginny echoed.

"Yes, believe me, you're beautiful, just let go a bit, Harry has no reason not to notice you."

Courage, Hermione told this to Ginny, but it seemed like she was also telling it to herself.

In the next moment, she gritted her teeth and hugged Evan, who was in a deep sleep, and sat on the bed.

"Hermione, what are you doing?" asked Ginny curiously. "Hey, what do you have in your arms?"

In the darkness, she couldn't see clearly. She could only make out something in Hermione's arms.

"It's Crookshanks. I don't know when he came into my bed!" Hermione quickly said, feeling her face flush. "I'll send him out, or he'll make a lot of noise at night."

Hermione descended to the floor and opened the door hastily.

"Oh, it's Crookshanks!" Ginny whispered, "Let me hold him."

Upon hearing Ginny's request, both Evan and Hermione froze immediately.

Ginny wanted to hold Crookshanks for a while, but Hermione knew it was Evan.

If she handed over the boy Ginny liked in that way, that would be truly...
