David repeated what he said before: "What are you doing with my phone?"

Sam asked angrily, "Why do you have to do a video of Kevin watching the assembly on your phone? Are you stalking him, or you the one who attacked Kevin?"

David answered Sam "I'm not the one who raped Kevin. I told the police already who I think it was and what I think happened. Let me explain…"

Kurt said To David: "Yes explain," then he looked at the green eye boy he asked him "Are you the one who been stalking me?"

Sebastian said: "Let's go to the room in the in the back where it will be quieter, then we can talk."

Sam and Kurt followed Sebastian and Dave into the room at the back of the bar. It was quieter and they sat down at a table.

David asked: "Can I have my phone?"

Sam gave David back his phone.

Sebastian said: "I guess I'll go first I assume you have the notebook".

Sam asked: "What notebook? He's been stalking you? What's going on Kurt?"

Kurt replied: "Yes I have the notebook, and have you been following me?"

Sebastian said: "It's not as bad as it sounds, but yeah I've been stalking you for a while. It started out as a school writing assignment and I got a little carried away. I kept seeing you over and over again and what was supposed to just be a little fun and a little bit scary story, got a little out of hand."

Then Sebastian look at David and said, "Big guy, it's your turn."

David said: "I do not think they will believe me; they trust the guy who hurt Kevin."

Sebastian said: "I believe you, after all I was with you the night Kevin got attacked; well sort of."

Kurt said: "You two know each other like from before Sebastian started stalking everyone?"

Sebastian said: "My cousin is Jack Smith from the McKinley football team, that is why I was at the assembly; I was invited. The homecoming assembly is open to friends and family of the football players, cheerleaders, students, and faculty. That is also why I was in the school parking lot a few times; I pick up my cousin from school whatever he has car trouble. My family weekends are pretty crazy. We are all involved in different activities and they have jobs that take them out of the country sometimes for months. So, if we have free night during the week we get together for pizza or Taco Tuesdays. Sometimes we invite our friends or Jack might invite some of the members of the football team which is why we were that night and we both left about 8 o'clock."

Dave began: "Yes and I got there at around and around 4 o'clock. The rest is a long story, but I guess I will get started. You know before you were in Glee Club and before Hudson and you were friends, I was friends with all the football player who used bully you. Then Hudson joined the Glee Club and so did some of the football players. Then they stopped being friends with me. Well that's not exactly true, one member of the Glee Club and I still hung out sometimes. Then when you dressed up as Lady Gaga, he saw me, the guy who I thought was my friend, saw me looking at you and he blackmailed me into well, it doesn't matter what he made do. He also tried to get me to talk to you and maybe even admit I like you, but I wasn't ready do that yet. Then Kevin Green came out of nowhere made the football team and wanted to sing with you. In the Glee Club my supposed friend, didn't like that. He wanted Kevin off the team, and he wanted me to ask you out before he did."

He continued: "The day I knocked your phone out of your hand, you may have heard a voice of someone you knew saying don't let him get away with that. I don't know if you heard it, but he told me later that he said that to you hoping you'd follow me. Which you did, and I didn't hear the voice because I took off too soon. Then Britney was right today on the show, I don't know how she knew. But after he encouraged you to follow me, he picked up the phone, where he read the text. In the text Kevin said where he was going to be, so then he turned the phone into Sue's office. After that the owner of the voice that you heard, the boy who you trusted, and who I thought was my friend; went to where he knew Kevin Green was going to be at and raped him."

He went on to finish his version of events: "Before the cops showed up Finn and Santana were at Britney's house. They demanded to know what I knew about that night and what happened to Kevin. I told them what I was going to tell the police as soon as they got there. Santana looked like she was almost in a laugh, she didn't believe me. Finn said I was lying, or I was wrong. He said that there is no way his friend would do that. That he was a lot of things, but he wasn't a rapist and he wasn't gay. He's right that his friend is not gay. He's just a bad guy. But Britney believed me, she said I was done pretending to be someone I'm not. That I was ready to turn on my former friend and tell the truth and stick up for Kevin. That I was ready to turn into a giant teddy bear."

Kurt thought about everything David had just said and then he thought about the events of the past couple of weeks. Now he understood everything. How had he not seen this before, it seems so obvious to him. Now he knew who had voted for him in the duet competition, he knew whose voice he heard in the hallway, and who was David's friend before he joined the Glee Club. Kurt heard his voice singing all the time, the same person who Kurt had heard say 'Don't let him get away with it'. The person who saw David knock Kurt's phone out of his hand, went back and picked it up, and then he turned the phone into the office after he read the text where Kevin was going to be at. He then would go to where Kevin was going to and beat him up. Before he did that, he told Rachel that Kurt might need some cheering up. Maybe he thought Kurt might need an alibi or at least something to do so he wouldn't meet Kevin there, just in case he got his phone back. Then the next day this same person had convinced the football players to get Kurt back on the football team; then get David to talk Kurt into playing this ridiculous game that he hated. He made him wear bad fashion when there's never a reason for bad fashion.

Kurt said: "David I believe you; I know who the person who attacked Kevin is. The person who took my phone read my text and beat up Kevin was…"
