also can you have Izuku call All for One an Evil Sponge? I think All Might even the vestiges within One for All would laugh very hard at the thought of their most hated foe being referred to a common household sink tool. (put it this way, a sponge(AFO) absorbs a liquid (quirk) from whatever contains(individual) them, and the sponge (AFO) could decide should it keep or use the liquid(quirk) or give it to another container(individual)?)

also would it be funny if sub-quirks were a thing? my reason is that since Izuku is such a danger magnet, it would mean that he has some sort of sub-quirk that is passive because his mother (Inko) has an attraction quirk, and for some reason, it would not show up on any quirk finding factor machine.

as for the so called vigilantism charge, show them (the heroes) a law book stating that it not vigilantism if citizen(s) are not using a quirk in a battle with a villain without true proof of having/using a quirk.

Answer: Thank you for the comment. And I have decided that there will be a quirk-weakening device instead of a quirk-disabling device. We already have quirk-suppression handcuffs so a device that weakens the quirk in a certain radius is not too hard of a stretch to imagine.

As for all for one being referred to as an evil sponge I just can't see izuku calling him something like that, it's kind of out of character but I'll see what I can do. Maybe I'll make another character do it I have a couple of characters in mind already. And for the topic of sub-quirks. I don't know If it's possible since you will still need a

quirk Gene for that even though it makes a little sense since izuku is a constant danger magnet.

Chapter 6: Rangers vs Stupidity

Death Arms approached them with a set of handcuffs." You are both under arrest for vigilantism." Death Arms says with a sneer, This frightened Melissa and izuku but to their surprise, the crowd that formed to see the villain fight started protesting.

"You can't be serious those kids just saved that kid's life and you want to arrest them." One of the civilians said.

"I heard him try to tell you how to defeat the villain but you refuse to listen to him, You're no hero." Another civilian said.

The crowd was now starting to get out of hand with tons of protests and some of the reporters even threatened the heroes To completely destroy their reputation. This Caused Death Arms to sweat, but before anything else could happen a voice rang out through the crowd that got their attention.

"Don't worry I'll use my authority as a hero to take them into my custody and speak to the police on their behalf." Mount Ladies Said While in her gigantic form which caused her booming voice to ring out through the air. This had the desired effect of calming the crowd. Shrinking down to a normal size Mount Lady started to escort them to the nearest police station.

As Mount Ladie was escorting them, She asked a question that startled izuku. "You're izuku right?" Mount Ladie said with a smile.

"W-What H-How did you know that." Izuku said shocked

"I know your sister we were classmates at UA, and she described you perfectly. She also said something about you being the first quirkless hero. But that can't be right since you Just used one back there." Mount Lady said a little confused.

"First, Izuku and I did not use a quirk we used a special support item. Second, Izuku are you telling me that your secret sister whom you barely told me anything about Went to UA and is a hero graduate from there? I know you told me you had a sister that your mother adopted when you were little, and that she was a hero and you couldn't tell me her secret identity. But that's all I ever got out of you, And now I hear that she graduated from UA, that means she's a top-ranking hero at the least." Melissa said annoyed

Mount lady's eyes widened. "I'm sorry I thought your friend knew who your sister was. I know that she's extremely protective over her secret identity as a hero so forgive me, and don't blame your friend for not telling you. His sister made a lot of enemies during her hero career and add to the fact she's very protective of her family. So knowing her And how she is, she most likely forced him to stay quiet." Mount Lady says as she tries to apologize for her blunder. She did not need one of the world's strongest heroines on her ass after all. But Melissa still looked Angry, so Izuku decided to say something that will calm her down.

"Remember you were going to meet her in a week for her birthday anyway, especially when I just got the all-clear from my sister today." Izuku said trying to Calm her down.

Melissa let out a long *sigh*. "You're right it's just frustrating, I try to find out who your sister was over the years, then I stumble upon a random hero that knows, and then you guys still won't tell me. Anyway, I'm sorry for getting angry Miss Mount Lady it won't happen again." Melissa said as she apologized to the hero.

Mount Lady simply waved the apology Off. " It's okay no need to worry about it, and you can call me Yu." Yu Said With a smile.

After that, they chatted a little bit more before reaching the police station. But as they entered, the two noticed all might in his skinny form. The two locked eyes with him for a second, but said nothing, they did not want to expose his secret identity after all. But they could easily tell that he was nervous and on the way out of the police station in a rush. Probably because he just realized the sludge villain got away from him.

So with a smile that promises pain Melissa mouths to him. ["When I call, you better pick up."] Then With a hesitant and fearful nod from All Might, he wasted no time in walking off.

As All Might walked off the two went inside the police station and sat down in the waiting room. Yu went to the front desk to see if she could speak with the officer in charge. It took a couple of minutes before They started to be escorted to an interrogation room. The guy who was assigned to interrogate them Was a Big fat man with a pig mutation, he has a dirty and Shaggy suit that was covered in various stains, and His attitude towards them was quite disrespectful. He also gave the impression that he already decided that they were criminals and their interrogation was nothing but a formality, All in all he was quite a sleazeball.

To Yu's credit, she noticed it immediately and tried to be part of the interrogation session to make sure that nothing went wrong. But since she was a new hero her authority on the matter was quite Limited. But when izuku looked back before he entered the interrogation room He could see her on the phone with somebody. Unfortunately, He could not hear what she was talking about or who she was speaking to before they entered the interrogation room.

But thanks to her blazing determination that He could easily see in her eyes. He could tell that she was calling for some backup, Possibly her own legal team to bail them out or something. That was good, that meant all he had to do was buy some time, And luckily for him, he had something on him that would do just that. Hell, if this was done right he Wouldn't even need the backup. Sitting down in the two chairs in the interrogation room, Melissa and Izuku waited for the detective to sit down, Before Izuku spoke up.

"Okay, before we start, I would like to make a phone call." Izuku said calmly

"You two are charged with vigilantism and because of that, all I have to do is say the word, and they will lock you up and throw away the key. S o why in the hell would I let you have a phone call?" The detective said with a sneer.

"For one We are both underaged, and as such have a legal right to either have our parents here or a trusted adult During the interrogation. And it wouldn't look good on you if you deny the rights of the daughter of David Shield. You know the one who makes All Might's costumes and is the lead support technician in the whole world. Hell, one word from All Might and you can lose your job," *snap,* " just, like, that." Izuku said as he snapped his fingers to emphasize his point. He even tried to appear as intimidating as possible.

'God, playing the tough guy act is extremely hard, I hope I can hold out.' Izuku thought to himself as he tried to hold back his anxiety.

He wasn't good at intimidation tactics but thanks to Tommy's confidence training, it wasn't impossible for him to pull off. Lucky for him he did just that, as they see the guy pale immediately at the realization. S o he allowed one single phone call. But before Melissa could pull out her phone izuku pulled out a gray round disc out of his pocket, Seeing the disc Melissa's eyes widened in realization.

Before the detective could ask any questions izuku turned on the disc, And when he did a hologram of Kimberly appeared. "What is it kid, nope, don't tell me. I f what I'm seeing is correct you got arrested. And let me guess it was that Slime villain incident that I just saw on the news. Which, I have to say you two did a good job with fighting that villain. " Kimberly said, Who was not sure to either be proud or upset with the two teens in front of her.

"What the fuck is that," the detective says nearly jumping out of his seat.

"This is a hollow communicator something Melissa's father has been working on, so it's no big deal." Izuku said waving off The detective's surprise.

it wasn't like Hollow technology was new or anything it's actually quite widespread. It only recently got to that stage where holographic displays could fit in the palm of your hand. B ut they could only do short recordings and definitely weren't capable of acting as a communication device. B ut thanks to Ranger Tech it was now quite easy to pull off. Luckily the answer seemed to satisfy the detective but before he could ask any questions izuku spoke up again.

"Now Kimberly since you are a registered lawyer, and since we're being charged with vigilantism do you mind telling him why we can't be charged For such a crime?" Izuku said as he tried to keep his anxiety under control.

He did not know how long he could keep up the tough guy Act. B ut it looked like the man hadn't noticed that it was all an act yet. But Melissa could easily tell he was starting to crack. Luckily for him though his part in the plan was over since all the talking could be done by Kimberly now, Thanks to her being a registered lawyer and a trusted adult, they didn't need to Talk to the guy or answer any of his questions.

although, it was quite surprising To Melissa when she found out that Kimberly was a lawyer. Apparently, Before the war, Tommy And Kimberly picked up some extra skills. With Kimberly's skills in dealing with the law and Tommy's skills in detective work, made them Quite the dynamic duo. Not to mention Deca's capability of hacking, High-speed calculations and Mathematics. Combined all that with Over Two decades' Worth of experience and you have the best Power Rangers support team. But apparently, the best Power Ranger support team could not defeat the world's greatest problem, stupidity.

Because 30 minutes in, Kimberly was still trying to convince the guy that they could not be charged with vigilantism, since they do not have quirks. But the guy was not convinced that the two people in front of them were quirkless since they could transform into Power Rangers. She showed him their medical files and their Quirk registry. But the guy thought it was some elaborate plot to get them off the hook. S he was about to explain how the Morphers work and how they were nowhere related to quirks. But before she could, she was stopped when the door to the interrogation room burst open and izuku was tackled to the floor by a white blur.

He was then Yanked off the ground by his collar and he could instantly see red crimson eyes staring at him in anger. "Why the hell did you not tell me you were a Power Ranger," the woman said angrily.

It took a second for the group to realize what had happened and for a couple more for them to take in the woman's features. The woman had white long hair and an obvious rabbit mutation quirk. She had dark tan skin and red crimson eyes. She also was wearing a hero outfit that consisted of a leotard with a white and purple color scheme. On her chest was a yellow Crescent Moon symbol. This was the number three hero, the Rabbit Hero: Mirko, also known as Rumi Midoriya, And Izuku's adopted sister.
