Sea of Monsters Chapter 10:

Plans Unraveling

Day 22

Everything was finally set. The Chaldeans the Golden Hind found the perfect plan to defeat Blackbeard. All that was left was to search for the Queen Anne's Revenge. In light of this, everyone decided to talk in order to unwind, and to alleviate the boredom. It was at this time that Ritsuka and Tatsuko were speaking to each other.

"I can't believe that we made such a solid plan in such a short time frame." Tatsuko said.

"Well when we have time to prepare, this is what happens." Ritsuka said.

"Fair enough." Tatsuko said. The female Master then gasped. "Oh shit, I almost forgot! I got a couple of things and I want your opinion on them."

The female Master reached into her bag, and brought out two items. One was a simple straw hat, and the other a jar of dirt.

The male Master couldn't help but roll his eyes playfully. "Of course you'd make the straw hat from One Piece."

"Hey, we're going against a cringey pirate weeb." Tatsuko countered. "This is just to mess with him."

"And when we find him, I'm going to make him regret saying mecha anime is terrible." Ritsuksa said.

"I'm pretty sure he's trying to get under your skin with that one. Isekai harems are rarely good anyway." Tatsuko replied. "I mean come on, it's always an average guy who enters a fantasy world through some weird ass means. Then, depending on the story, ends up with some overpowered abilities right off the bat, or remains weak and only wins because of plot armor, and also because his harem are much stronger than him and they fight for him while he merely supports him."

"Okay that last part actually doesn't sound bad." Ritsuka said. "Women are just as capable of kicking ass as men are."

Tatsuko smiled at the comment before clearing her throat. "And don't get me started on the love interests. There's the generic kuudere who never shows any emotion and gets jealous at the mere moment anyone gets close to the male lead, and the only reason they are popular is that they can be very forward with their affections."

Ritsuka raised an eyebrow. "Ummmmm….what?"

"There's also the yanderes who always get murderous just because the male lead is talking to another woman or if the random chick flirts with him. And they always get off scot free whenever they act like that because male fans love how they are aggressive in pursuing the lead despite the fact that it's actually creepy and downright disturbing."

"There's more isn't there…." Ritsuka muttered.

"Yup! There's also the immortal loli." Tatsuko answered. "Almost all the time they either are just that, or they can also turn into a dragon. And to make it worse they also have the mind of a child, making the whole fanservice with them even weirder."

"Okay, yeah that's not appealing at all." Ritsuka replied.

"Then there's the tsunderes." Tatsuko said. "That whole category is generally a hit and miss, but I will say that they have more good ones than bad ones. Their whole slap slap kiss with the male leads can be fun and endearing if done right, but if done wrong, then it gets old, and messed up."

"I've actually seen this happen back home." Ritsuka said. "I've always been confused as to how anyone could act like that."

"And lastly we reach the main love interest." Tatsuko replied. "They may be the most "generic" option, but they have the best chemistry with the male lead. However, lots of fans tend to not like them because apparently vanilla main love interests are boring compared to the love interests I listed above simply because they don't try to actively pursue the male lead and instead actually try to get to know them as a person. NTR artists REALLY like writing about these kinds of girls…."

(OC: We here at Chaldean Chronicles have no problem whatsoever with harem anime, nor isekai harem anime. However, given how predictable some of them can be, we also enjoy taking pot shots at them when the mood hits us.)

"Are you done?" Ritsuka asked.

"Yeah I'm done." Tatsuko answered.

"Okay, how about we change the subject." Ritsuka said. "So has there been any awkwardness between you and Drake?"

"You mean about when she and Medusa were fucking in that tent a few days ago?" Tatsuko asked. "No awkwardness whatsoever."

"Glad to hear it."

"So what about you?" Tatsuko asked. "How are you and the two newcomers getting along?"

"I'm actually surprised at how mellow Artemis is." Ritsuka answered. "And Orion may be a perv, but he's no pig."

"Sounds like something you experienced…." Tatsuko muttered.

"Some of…okay a lot of the men back home were like that." Ritsuka said. "You really don't want to know this kind of thing."

"Yeah, let's just….not touch on that." Tatsuko replied. "Anyway, I've been meaning to ask, why are you so scared of heights? Did you have some terrifying experience from a place high off the ground or something?"

"No, I've always been scared of heights." Ritsuka answered. "Not everything about my childhood has to have some hidden trauma, you know."

"You know after everything you said over the course of the past few months, I have a hard time believing it."

Ritsuka chuckled and snickered. "Okay that was pretty good."

"I try." Tatsuko said playfully. The female Master grinned mischievously. "So, are you planning on ogling Mashu again?"

Ritsuka blushed crimson. "I-I-I have no idea what you're talking about!"

"Suuuuuree you don't." Tatsuko said playfully.

"Shhh! Keep it down." Ritsuka said.

Tatsuko gasped in amusement. "You HAVE been ogling her!"

"He probably has." Medusa said teasingly as she walked towards them.

"I have not been ogling her." Ritsuka said. "It's the truth."

Tatsuko giggled. "Okay okay, we'll stop teasing you."

"Well how about we change it to something just as interesting." Medusa said. "So remember when we first set out from the Shapeless Isle? Well Drake and I accidentally saw Alexander and Ushiwakamaru near the bow of the ship that night, and they were getting….pretty flirty."

Ritsuka and Tatsuko stared at the Rider blankly in surprise.

"You can't be serious." Ritsuka said.

"I….I think she's telling the truth." Tatsuko replied.

Medusa simply grinned, causing Ritsuka's eyes to widen in shock and disbelief. "Oh my god, she IS serious."

"Do you want to hear about it?" Medusa asked mischievously.

"Yes." Both Masters said in unison.

Medusa chuckled. "You're going to like this one."

The two Masters paid no attention to what she just said. They could only focus on what she was about to tell them as she leaned against the railing.

"Do you two give up?" Teach asked.

Gunnhild grinned. "It's not over yet. I still have a few tricks up my sleeve."

The Caster pulled out a plus four, forcing Eric Bloodaxe to draw four cards. "By the way I change the color to blue."

"My own wife betrays me." Eric said with a chuckle.

"Hey, you'd have done the same to me." Gunnhild countered playfully. "This is serious business."

"I must say you guys took to the rules of Uno pretty well." Teach replied. "Though now considering what this game entails, I worry about our friendship here."

"You have nothing to worry about." Eric Bloodaxe said. "Gunnhild and I would never betray you."

"You're passionate about what you love." Gunnhild replied. "We can respect that on a personal level."

"I appreciate that." Teach said. The Rider then put down a blue three. "By the way, Uno."

"Damn…" Gunnhild muttered. "Okay, time to turn this around."

The Caster put down a yellow three, causing her husband to grin and put down a yellow reverse. "I do believe this is karma from earlier."

Gunnhild was now sweating bullets. If she messed up, then Teach would win. She had to think of something. She looked at her hand and saw yellow five and grinned. There was a way to turn the tables after all. The Caster placed it down, and smirked as she saw the Rider take a card from the deck. Eric Bloodaxe proceeded to place down a green five, forcing Gunnhild to look at her two remaining cards. One of them was a green four, and a red one. If she was lucky, then she could win. She placed down her green four, and grinned.

"Uno."

Teach chuckled as he placed down a card that made Gunnhild dance inside her mind. He just put down a red four.

"Uno."

Eric Bloodaxe sighed. "Well, I'm going to lose regardless, so I might as well take the loss."

The Berserker placed down a red two, allowing Gunnhild to achieve her victory as she placed down her red one. The two men snapped their fingers in defeat as Gunnhild chuckled and pumped her fist at her victory. However, her celebration was short-lived as Hektor came to them.

"The Golden Hind has been spotted." The Lancer said.

Teach got up from the table and grabbed his weapons alongside his companions. "Where?"

"They're not far ahead of us. But they're also anchored." Hektor answered.

"Sounds like a trap to me." Eric Bloodaxe replied.

"Then we'll be careful." Teach said.

"I know what I have to do for my part." Gunnhild said. "But I wasn't expecting it so soon. I'll need time to prepare."

"Wait on your part until we know for certain what's happening." Teach said.

"Understood."

The three men left Gunnhild below deck and opened the hatch to go up top. The moment they set foot on the deck, they could see the Golden Hind. The ship was pretty close by, and they could see Drake and some of the Chaldeans staring at them.

"So, have you come to surrender?" Blackbeard asked.

"Not in a million years!" Drake shouted. "I've got some upgrades to my ship!"

"I still got a larger crew!" Teach shouted back.

"I've got a plan!" Drake replied.

"I've got a plan too!" Blackbeard countered.

"And I've got a jar of dirt!" Tatsuko shouted as she held her jar above her head.

Everyone turned to look at the female Master and facepalmed. Teach, on the other hand, noticed her straw hat alongside her jar of dirt, and grinned. "One Piece and Pirates of the Caribbean? You've got my seal of approval!"

"I had a feeling you'd appreciate it." Tatsuko replied.

"In any event, how about you surrender?" Drake said.

"You must be crazy if you think I'll do that!" Blackbeard shouted.

"Very well then." Drake said. She then turned to her crew and pointed at the Queen Anne's Revenge. "OPEN FIRE!"

Not a moment later, both ships fired upon one another. It was here that Blackbeard noticed that the Golden Hind was not taking any damage whatsoever. This would be an issue, meaning this fight would have to get up close and personal. However, something else was amiss.

Some of Drake's allies weren't on the deck. Where were they?

"Looking for something?"

The three men turned around to see Alexander, Artemis, Ushiwakamaru and Okita behind them. The Rider stared at them in surprise. "How in the hell did you get on board so fast?"

"We have a Caster of our own, remember?" Ushiwakamaru replied. "While you were prattling on with captain Drake, she teleported us behind you."

Anne took a shot at the Rider, but Artemis deflected the bullet with her arrow. The Goddess smiled respectfully at the blonde Servant's reaction time. "Not bad, but you won't be hitting anyone with me around."

"We'll see about that." Anne said. "Okay Mary, you're up!"

Not a second later, Mary leapt from the shadows and tried to slice Artemis's head off. Alexander was quicker, however, and blocked her strike with his sword. "Nice try!"

Eric Bloodaxe leapt to their defense, and swung his axe at the Rider. Artemis shot at him, forcing him to retreat. "Looks like I'll be taking you on, Berserker."

"Fine by me." Bloodaxe replied. The Berserker swung his axe at the Archer, but Artemis blocked the attack swiftly with her bow. As that was happening, Hektor was about to intercept them, but Okita and Ushiwakamaru blocked his path.

"Time for round two." Okita said.

Hektor sighed. "Good grief, I can't catch a break."

"Don't worry, I'll back you up this time." Teach said. The male Rider drew his cutlass and pistol, and grinned. "I don't know what you guys hope to accomplish alone, but don't expect it to succeed."

"Oi, don't go thinking I'm sitting out!"

Everyone turned in surprise as Drake swung by a rope onto the Queen Anne's Revenge. The pink haired woman drew her cutlass and pistol, and shot at Teach. The Rider deflected the shot and clicked his tongue. "Sorry Hektor, but I think that the old hag won't be letting me go."

"Don't worry, I'll be more than enough for these two." Hektor replied.

Teach nodded, and charged at Drake. The pink haired woman grinned and charged at him as well. The moment they were within range, they swung their blades at each other, deflecting the others blows. The three Chaldean Servants and Artemis couldn't help but grin. The plan called for a distraction, even though Drake coming aboard wasn't part of it, the plan went off flawlessly. Now all they had to do was keep the enemy Servant's focus on them, hoping that they won't catch on to one simple mistake.

They didn't come alone.

(Meanwhile below deck)

Orion jumped onto the open window and looked around, scouting for any enemies around. The moment he concluded none were there, he looked back at the others with his arm raised.

"Coast is clear." He said. Soon, Fou and Jack the monkey jumped atop the window as Orion jumped inside the ship. The two critters then helped Medea through the window, letting her down onto the floor quietly. The Caster then flashed a smile at them.

"Thanks." She said. The critters chirped in happiness. They then helped Mashu through the window, with the Shielder landing quietly next to Medea and taking her shield from the edge.

"I cannot believe how big these windows are." Mashu said. "They are big enough to fit my shield through."

"Yes, it is rather odd." Medea said. Ritsuka then jumped through the window and knelt down.

"Okay, we need to find the armory and blow it up." Ritsuka said.

"I'll find it." Medea said. The Caster closed her eyes for a moment to scout out the layout of the inside of the ship, until she found their destination. She then opened her eyes and turned to the rest of the group. "It's a little to the right. But I suggest caution all the same."

"I agree." Ritsuka said. "Okay, let's just sneak in and get out of here before it blows."

The rest of the group nodded and silently turned to their right. They were only a few feet away from the entrance when they formed up into a half circle. Mashu opened the door, only to widen her eyes in shock as she looked inside.

Standing near a crate was Gunnhild, smiling at Mashu deviously. The blonde Caster shot forth a powerful blast of magic at the Shielder. Mashu managed to block it with her shield, but was pushed back a bit. A cold chill ran through the air as Gunnhild evaporated into a cloud of snow and ice. The vapors slipped through the door and the group until it was behind them, allowing Gunnhild to materialize behind them.

"You know, I'm a little surprised there aren't more of you here." Gunnhild said.

"How did you know we would come here?" Ritsuka asked.

"If I were the one trying to blow up the ship from the inside out, the armory would be my first choice." Gunnhild said.

Mashu brought her shield in front of her, blocking Gunnhild's vision a bit from the others. "Please stand down. You are all alone, going against all of us."

"Oh, I'm not here to fight." Gunnhild said. "In fact, and I cannot believe I'm saying this. But I would like your help."

"Really?" Ritsuka asked.

Gunnhild chuckled. "Nope!"

The blonde Caster proceeded to fire a blast of magic, and hit Medea square in the chest. The blue haired Caster grunted as she hit the wall with a loud thud and slumped to the ground.

"Looks like I finally managed to hit you." Gunnhild said. Mashu rushed towards Gunnhild, but the blonde Caster used a torrent of fire to keep her distracted. "You have quite the resistance to magic, girl. But that won't be enough to stop me."

Gunnhild activated her staff, and shot out magic beams to hit Mashu from all sides. The Shielder hissed as some of them hit her skin, but the rest managed to bounce off a magic field. The two girls turned to see Medea getting up, having been healed slightly by Ritsuka. Gunnhild growled in annoyance. "How do you always manage to counter me?"

"I don't know who trained you, but you're definitely talented." Medea replied. "However, I was trained in the Age of Gods. Whatever you can throw at us, I can easily-"

"I wasn't being serious about that question."

Medea and Ritsuka gasped and turned around to see Gunnhild also standing there. They looked back at Mashu, and she was alone. That wasn't a clone, Gunnhild teleported faster than they could see. The blonde haired woman then took off her robe, showing she wore a simple, tight fitting shirt and pants underneath, both articles of clothing showing off her impressive muscles and abs.

"Time for me to finally get serious here." She said smugly.

Medea conjured a dozen ice shards at the woman, but Gunnhild dodged everyone before closing in, and punching Medea in the head, knocking her unconscious. Mashu attempted to kick the blonde Caster, but Gunnhild caught her leg, and threw her into some crates away from the armory. Gunnhild saw the unconscious form of Medea and grinned. With just one ice shard, she could finish her. But before she could do so, something hit the back of her head. The blonde haired Caster turned in confusion, and saw Ritsuka with his arm aiming at her. The male Master fired another gandr at her, but the blonde Caster deflected it with ease. The male Master started to run away from her, causing Gunnhild to stare in approval. "He's got guts, I'll give him that much."

Ritsuka responded to that comment by firing at her again. Gunnhild deflected the blast with her staff, and responded in kind by shooting shards of ice at the male Master. The black haired teen ducked from the attacks, and continued running, only for Gunnhild to teleport in front of him, forcing him to change his direction midway, and run in another direction. This distracted Gunnhild enough for Mashu to launch herself at the blonde Caster, but Gunnhild quickly adapted to the ambush and grabbed Mashu by the throat. Mashu tried to break free, but Gunnhild slammed her head into the wall, disorienting her as she slumped to the ground.

Ritsuka roared in anger, and fired multiple gandr curses at the blonde haired Caster. Gunnhild simply looked at the male Master for a moment before teleporting behind him. The male Master clicked his tongue and ran again causing Gunnhild to raise an eyebrow. "This again?"

The enemy Caster fired a shot of ice at the male Master, but he jumped out of the way, however, this was a distraction from his opponent. He didn't even notice that she conjured a pathway of ice on the floor. As soon as he touched the icy floor, a sharp pain rang through his body as he didn't land properly. The male Master screamed in pain as he clutched his ankle. He then touched the place it hurt and howled in discomfort.

"Ouch, sounds like you sprained your ankle there." Gunnhild said as she walked towards the male Master. As soon as she was just a few feet away, the blonde Caster aimed her hand towards him, and prepared to finish him. "Don't worry, I'll make sure it's quick."

"GET AWAY FROM HIM!"

Gunnhild had no time to react as Mashu slammed her shield straight into her side, sending the Caster flying until she hit the wall. The enemy Servant didn't even have time to recover when the enraged Shielder grabbed her again, and threw her a few feet away. As that was happening, Medea, having now roused from unconsciousness, saw Ritsuka clutching his ankle, and noticed a furious Mashu fighting Gunnhild. The Caster snuck over to the male Master to check on him. Ritsuka turned to see her and watched as she helped him check his injury.

"Do you know what it is?" Medea asked.

"It's sprained." Ritsuka answered. "We can deal with it when we're back on the Golden Hind."

Both of them turned to hear the grunts of Mashu as she was blasted back towards the wall. Gunnhild got up slowly, with only a few scratches to show from the struggle. Medea got up and readied her staff. "How did you get so strong?"

Gunnhild grinned. "I'm just playing more to my strengths. And that would be magic battles in close quarters."

Medea went on the offensive, shooting three shards of ice and a torrent of lightning at Gunnhild. The blonde Caster dodged the shards, but was forced to erect a barrier to withstand the lightning strike. The moment it was done, she released her barrier and was about to strike again, when Medea conjured five magical beams, hitting Gunnhild right in the chest. The blonde Caster groaned as she struggled to get up. Medea immediately rushed to Mashu and helped her up, allowing Mashu to rush to Ritsuka and support him as he stood on one leg.

"Orion, is everything ready?" Medea asked.

"Yeah! Thanks for distracting her for us, so time for us to get out of here!" The teddy bear said. "Okay, Jack, hand me that match!"

The monkey chirped as Fou brought him the match. Jack the monkey rushed towards Orion and handed it to him. The teddy bear quickly lit it, and threw it onto the oil he and fou poured on the floor. Not a moment later, Orion, Fou and Jack the monkey arrived at their side. Medea brought out her crystal, and teleported herself and her companions off the ship. Gunnhild slowly got up, groaning and growling in frustration. Once again she could not beat that blue haired Caster, but it didn't matter. All she had to do was perform her task, and victory was assured.

That was when she smelled smoke coming from the armory. The Caster turned to look, and soon became speechless. A trail of fire and oil was making its way to the gunpowder crates. Gunnhild could only stare blankly as the flames finally reached their destination.

"You know, I wasn't expecting you to jump onto my ship!" Blackbeard shouted.

"Like you didn't do that to me when we last fought!" Drake shouted. "Now this finally feels like a death-match! You and I, we're the same. A pair of heartless scoundrels who live our lives taking or saving lives!"

Teach grinned. "Aye, that we do!"

The two captains charged at each other, locking their blades as the battles raged around them. Despite Hektor's disadvantage, he was gaining the upper hand against Ushiwakamaru and Okita once again.. Eric Bloodaxe fought against Artemis on even ground, while Alexander fought against Anne and Mary to a standstill. However, the Rider's luck was about to turn around, and blocked an incoming strike from Mary, giving him a good view of both her eyes and Anne's.

"Hey, why are you guys working for Blackbeard?" He asked.

"Simple." Mary answered. "He promised us treasure."

"Well if that's the case, why not help us instead?" Alexander asked,

"And why should we?" Anne replied. "Look, you're cute and all, but that won't be enough to-"

"Drake promised to give you half the spoils." Alexander said. The red haired flashed a sweet smile at the two women. "So what do you say? Will you help us?"

The girls blushed at his smile. It sounded fishy, but he was too cute! And considering they weren't really fond of Teach….The two of them looked at each other and shrugged.

"Okay, but we want our half upfront after this is over!" Anne said.

"Deal!" Alexander shouted.

Anne nodded and proceeded to shoot at Eric Bloodaxe, surprising him and the other two men.

"What the hell?!" Blackbeard shouted as he continued to fight Drake. "What sort of mutiny is this?!"

"Sorry, Teach," Anne said. "But we got a better deal."

"I'm not sorry whatsoever." Mary replied. "Now go ahead and die."

"Sheesh, first you betray us for more gold, and now you want him to die?" Hektor asked. "That's pretty low of you girls."

Anne did not grace him with a retort, and shot at Eric instead. The Berserker blocked the projectile and grinned. "Is that really the best you can do?"

"It gave me time to sneak up on you at least."

Eric Bloodaxe had barely enough time to dodge an attack from behind Artemis. The Archer swung her twin daggers again, forcing him to back up a bit. "Where did you get those daggers from?"

"A huntress always has a dagger or two on hand when needed." Artemis replied.

Not a second later, Alexander and Mary swung their blades in unison, forcing the Berserker to block them. Bloodaxe could not help but grin in amusement. "Fine, have it your way. This will be much more entertaining for me."

As that was happening, Teach dodged and parried all of Drake's sword strikes with ease. However, the pink haired woman decided to play dirty and shot him in the leg. The male Rider shrugged off the wound and used his hook to cut into Drake's leg. The pink haired woman felt teh pain surge in her, but she ignored it and stabbed him in the chest. However, Blackbeard managed to turn this around by stabbing her in the leg. Drake managed to shoot his gut again, but Blackbeard punched her in the face, staggering the pink haired woman a bit before she was forced to parry a strike from his cutlass. Drake grinned as she easily blocked all of his strikes, and landing a few of her own. Soon, the two of them locked their blades once more, glaring at each other all the while.

"You do realize you can't win?" Teach said. "My ship can't be destroyed by your cannons."

Drake grinned. "My cannons might not be able to do so, but that doesn't mean it can't be damaged from the inside!"

Teach's eyes widened in shock. Gunnhild was down below! He had to contact her in order to make sure she would-

Boom!

Everyone on the Queen Anne's Revenge staggered from the impact. Soon, they saw parts of the ship on fire, and a large hole punched through the ship. Eric's eyes widened in horror at the sight. "Gunnhild!"

The blonde haired Caster slowly came up from one of the holes up top, covered in black powder and coughing some smoke, but more or less okay. "I'm fine. I contained most of that explosion in a barrier."

"Well, looks like your little plan of yours failed, Captain Drake." Hektor said.

"I wouldn't be too sure of that." Ushiwakamaru said. "Sure the explosion wasn't what we hoped, but our plan is still prepped and ready."

The enemy Servants stared at her in confusion for a moment, only to feel the ship lurch again. They then saw what she meant.

The Golden Hind just rammed itself into one of the ship's holes.

Soon the majority of the Golden Hind boarded the Queen Anne's Revenge, all of them training their weapons at the enemy Servants. Teach slowly got up, but could not do much as Drake put her cutlass towards his neck.

"I think this is the point where you should surrender." She said.

"Don't do it, captain!" Eric Bloodaxe said.

"Do not be a fool." Medusa replied. "You're outnumbered, and on a dying ship, there's no way for you to win now."

Teach looked at his Servant crew, and to his ship. He then looked at Drake, and widened his eyes in realization. She jumped onto his ship knowing it would blow up. She risked her own life just so her own crew wouldn't get killed. The Rider could not help but grin.

"Well played." He said. Teach then turned to his crew and nodded. "Stand down, everyone. They got us good."

Eric Bloodaxe and Gunnhild looked in shock, but nodded reluctantly. It was only then did the crew of the Golden Hind cheer from the ship. They finally beat their pursuers.

"You know, I'm actually wondering about something." Hektor said. "Who helped blow up the ship?"

"Over here!"

The Lancer turned to see Medea, Ritsuka and Mashu on the Golden Hind, the male Master hobbling to the railing. The lilac haired girl glared at the blonde Caster on the enemy ship, earning a confused stare from Eric Bloodaxe. "Why is she staring at you like that?"

"You see the reason that kid's hobbling? I did that." Gunnhild said. "Let's just say she took offense, and I will admit, she has a nasty punch."

"Now, I believe all your treasures are mine." Drake said.

"I don't have much." Teach said. "However, I think I have something your friends will like."

Everyone watched as a strange vortex appeared around Teach's chest. Soon a shimmering light shone brightly through it and slowly appeared to everyone's line of sight. Soon, everyone's eyes widened in shock at what they saw.

Floating right in front of Teach was none other than the Holy Grail.

"I don't believe it." Okita said. "You were the perpetrator!"

Teach shook his head. "I was only given this thing. And considering it was incredibly shiny and fancy, I had to take it on, my honor as a pirate."

"Unfortunately, I'll be the one to take that now."

SCHLICK!

Everyone could only stare in shock, horror, and even anger as they saw blood drip from the wound on Teach's chest. The Rider coughed up blood and looked back to see who stabbed him. His face turned to absolute shock as he stared at his assailant.

Staring at him with a cold yet saddened expression was none other than Hektor.

"What are you doing Hektor?!" He shouted.

"I needed someone who could throw the timelines out of sync." Hektor said. "So when I figured out you had the Grail, I knew I had to stay close. And now I shall take it."

Hektor retracted his spear from Blackbeard's body, and proceeded to take the Grail. In that moment Eric Bloodaxe, Okita and Drake swung their weapons to kill the Lancer. However, a blue glow shined under Hektor's feet, and a large barrier surrounded him, deflecting their attacks. "I'm sorry to tell you this, Gunnhild, but I lied about your part in the plan. Your real purpose was to make that circle so I could activate it before anyone stopped me from taking this Grail."

"Why are you doing this?" Mary asked.

"My boss will explain that soon enough." Hektor said.

Everyone stared at the Lancer in confusion. He was working for someone else? But who could he be-

"Captain! Another ship is inbound!"

Everyone turned around and saw a large ship coming towards them. As it got closer and closer, some of the Servants noted something interesting about the ship itself. It was Greek.

Medea looked at the ship again, and when she did so, her eyes widened. She then gritted her teeth in anger at what she saw. "This is just great…."

Ritsuka looked at the Caster in confusion for a moment. The moment he saw her eyes, his own widened in shock. He turned to look at the Greek ship again, then to Medea. This wasn't any Greek ship…

"Medea, is that what I think it is?" He asked.

Medea nodded. "It's the Argo."
