"Talking"
Naruto sat at his desk, shifting through paperwork about Uzushiogakure's Academy.
"Oi," said Hidan. Naruto took a deep breath and then exhaled with a smile on his face, ignoring the voice.
"Heeey," said Hidan. Naruto gently placed the booklet down, then turned to Hidan and smiled.
"Yes, Hidan," Naruto said.
"My fuckin' nose is itchy," said Hidan.
"Alright," Naruto started scratching his nose lightly, "Better?"
"Ah, so much better, thanks fuckface," said Hidan.
"So, I've got a couple of questions about the Akatsuki," said Naruto.
"Hmm?" hummed Hidan.
"You all have said that Pein is the leader, but who is actually the one pulling the strings?" asked Naruto.
"Pein is really fucking delusional, I'd kill him if I had the chance," said Hidan. Naruto raised his eyebrow at this.
"Big words for such a small mind," said Naruto.
"Shut your fuckin' trap, shorty," said Hidan.
"From what Itachi said, Tobi admitted that he was this 'Obito' guy, and he wants to rule the world or whatever," Naruto said.
"I just joined so I could kill a shit tone of people," said Hidan.
"Okey, wouldn't it be nice to kill Kakazu?" asked Naruto. Hidan froze and a grin crossed his face.
"Hah, that's not a bad idea, twerp," said Hidan.
"Well, maybe you should promise to behave, and we'll see about getting your body back," the Naruto smirked, "Only if you promise to be loyal to Uzushio." Hidan narrowed his eyes.
"As long as I can kill a tone of people, I don't care what side I'm on," said Hidan.
"Perfect," said Naruto, he then turned away from Hidan. He felt his chest tightening and a sharp jolt made him wince. A shiver ran down his spine and frowned, closing his eyes and rubbing his temples. Naruto shrugged and shook his head to gather his breathing again.
"Did you feel that?" asked Kurama.
'Yeah, what was that?' thought Naruto.
"I think something is seriously wrong," said Kurama. Naruto heard footsteps coming closer to the office. Ino slammed open the door.
"Naruto-Danchou!" Ino was heavily breathing.
"Ino, what's wrong?" asked Naruto. Ino pulled out a scroll from her pocket and tossed it to Naruto, who caught it and quickly opened it. His eyes grew wider and wider as he read every word.
"The Akatsuki's invaded Suna…" said Naruto.
"Hah!? Does it say who exactly?" asked Hidan.
"Pein, Kona, and Kakazu," Naruto grabbed his cloak and threw it on, "It will take a few hours to travel to Suna on foot, we need to get there ASAP. Send Kiba and Haku there now, Utakata isn't fully healed yet." Ino nodded and used her mental link jutsu to send the information.
"Okey so I'm splitting up Teams. Yagura, Fuu, Roshi, Han, Akihiko, Haru, and Kaoru stay here in case Uzushio gets attacked. The Akatsuki attacked Suna because Gaara is alone, when we all together we are much stronger than them, I want to bring Kisame too," said Naruto.
"I think you're fuckin' missing something twerp," said Hidan.
"Ah yes," Naruto picked up Hidan's head, "Let's go get your body."
====Arrived In Suna====
Naruto stared in shock at the pure devastation on the village. He saw buildings had been leveled, children were screaming and crying at their destroyed homes. He lifted his right hand and extended his chakra threads in an attempt to locate Gaara.
"There are multiple bodies, but a few of them have the same chakra signature…" said Naruto.
"Yes, that's Pein, he has control over multiple bodies," said Itachi.
"Would have been nice to know that beforehand…" Naruto deadpanned.
"Naruto…" said a voice through the mental link. Naruto heard a familiar voice through the Jinchuuriki mental link.
"I feel weak— still in Suna," said Gaara.
"Where? Exactly where?" Naruto asked, 'I can't listen this mental link is too weak,' Naruto turned to his team, "Itachi, Kisame, Hidan, Sasuke and Killer Bee go look for Gaara. I will come in a minute with you, go." Kiba returned with Haku and explain the full situation.
"Deiadra, report from the sky," said Naruto.
"Hai," Deiadra made a white bird and flew away.
"Yugito, call for medics to start healing the injured," said Naruto. Yugito nodded at this.
"Haku, come help me," Yugito said. Naruto ran forward to find Gaara, he saw some of them were twitching, but many were clearly dead. A shiver ran up his spine as he saw Gaara laying on the floor, he saw a tall orange-haired man with multiple metal piercings in his face, behind him was a pale woman with light lavender hair, and there was paper flying all around her and Pein.
"I was wondering why Hidan and Kisame hadn't returned," said Pein, "Now we know."
Hidan sneered, "Luckily, I never liked you or your god-like complex, fuckin' bastard," then he grinned, "Kakazu, eh? Wanna go a round?"
"Hidan, I knew one of these days, I'd kill you,' Kakazu bent down, ready to jump, "You have a large bounty on your head, and I'm going to collect it."
In a flash, Hidan unsheathed his scythe and dashed forwards. Hidan's slash was being countered with a simple shunshin.
"I will leave him to you Hidan," said Naruto.
"You can count on me," said Hidan.
"Naruto Namikaze, the Jinchuuriki of the Kyubi, and Killer Bee, the Jinchuuriki of the Hachibi, you've walked right into my hands," Pein raised his hand. Konan was instantly prepared for a fight.
"Namikaze? You forgot my full title, "Naruto smirked and raised his hand, "It wasn't just you who had power."
"He's the leader of Uzushio, Bakayaro! Konoyaro!" laughed Killer Bee, then pulled out his eight swords, "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee, I'm better than a samurai, you can never beat me!"
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze, the Danchou of Uzushiogakure," Naruto smirked, "I have your members under my command because what I am doing is right. I am someone who will prevail. Because you're the bad guys here," he turned back and saw everyone is here and they are facing 6 Pein paths, Konan and Kakazu. Kisame laughed and took out Samehada.
"I'm fighting for justice and to make the world better, it's dirty," said Pein.
"Did you actually think that you are doing the right thing? But I have to tell you, you're wrong. Jiraiya-sensei would be disappointed in you," said Naruto. Konan eyebrows rose slightly.
"You're Jiraiya-sensei's student? And an Uzumaki? The leader of Uzushio?" asked Konan.
"You lie," said Pein, "Uzushiogakure was destroyed, and has been for decades."
"No," said Naruto, "I reestablished it three years ago."
"No matter, it will not change anything," said Pein.
"So that comes to this," Naruto raised his chin with a blank face, "Formation Z. Let's dance."
====After Some Time====
"It is clear that you are the strongest opponent I have ever faced," said Naruto, Sasuke activated his Sharingan and destroyed an Animal Path Pein, "Show off."
"Hah!" said Sasuke.
"Futon: Rasenshuriken!" Naruto saw it cut Dave Path of Pein in half. Pein appeared in front of Naruto and threw a punch. Naruto dodged it, then bent down and attacked him with a roundhouse kick.
"Quick Fire Attack!" shouted Sasuke. The attack hits Pain.
"Why is Uzushiogakure so important to you?" asked Naruto.
"Why? Because I am also an Uzumaki," said Pein, "My true name is Nagato Uzumaki."
"Well damn," said Sasuke.
"I didn't expect that reply," said Naruto, he laughed and walked forward. Pein uses his gravitational abilities to make Naruto fall to his knees.
"Why don't you just give up? The Shukaku Jinchuuriki is ours," said Pein
Naruto stood up and stood face to face with Pain, "Because—"
"Pein made a steel rod, and it tore through Naruto's skin.
"Used his other hand to grab the rod and pull it out, "Because—"
"Just fall, boy!" shouted Pein.
Naruto shook his head and jumped towards Pein with a rasengan, "Because we are family!"
Pein didn't move and the rasengan was an inch from his face. His eyes were unnaturally wide, and lips were parted. Naruto stopped and relaxed his hand, dropping it to his side. Pein was just staring at Naruto.
"Yes, because we're family," said Naruto. Pein was looking down at the extended hand, eyes tailed up at the honest and pure blue orbs staring right into his soul, he shakily raised his hand. Naruto clasped it.
"Family," said Pein.
"Yes," said Naruto, 'It took a while, but I convinced Nagato.'
====Towards The End of the Day====
'He is stubborn, but I managed to make Konan see my point of view, and I know Nagato would listen to pain,' thought Naruto. Pein released Gaara.
"I will stop hunting the Jinchuuriki," said Pein.
"What about Obito?" asked Naruto.
"I'm not sure where Tobi— or Obito as you call him, is," said Pein, "How dare he plan to take all of my hard work."
"You didn't know about it?" asked Naruto.
"No," said Pein.
"Well, what do you plan to do now?" asked Naruto. Pein looked at Konan.
"I wish to continue ruling Amegakure alongside Konan. If I wish to visit Uzushio…" Pein looked at Naruto.
"You're welcome to visit anytime you want!" said Naruto happily. Nagato watched through Pein's eyes as the sun set over the sandy hills and let a small smile grace his face. Konan's eyes widened at this.
"I haven't seen him smile for a long time," said Konan.
"Thank you, Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze," said Pein.
Naruto blushed and bashfully waved his hand in dismissal, "D-don't be daft. We need to get Gaara healed. Then. Come on guys, let's go home."
====In Another Place====
Zetsu melted into the ground and reported back to his master.
"Every time," said an orange, swirled masked man, he punches a tree and the tree exploded, "Every single time!"
"I did not expect him to break up the Akatsuki and turn Pein," Zetsu bowed his head, "What do you want me to do next?"
"For now, keep watching them. Sasori and Kakazu are still under mu command," said the man. Zetsu nodded and sank into the ground.
"It's always you, Minato-sensei. You somehow always get in the way. I'm sorry, Sensei, but I'm going to kill your son," said the man.
====Days Later====
Naruto chuckled pathetically out loud, "How would Uzushiogakure survive if we couldn't even locate Obito? That fuckin' Uchiha had started attacking neighboring villages, He is threatening us to open their sealed doors."
"You're worried," said Yagura.
"Yeah," said Naruto.
"Obito's attack on other villages proves that he's getting desperate. He cannot enter Uzushio so he resorts to meaningless violence on others," said Yagura.
"Hmm," hummed Naruto, "That is true - however I'm not the sort of person who ignores other people dying because of me."
"You forgot that you don't shoulder the pressure alone, Naruto," said Yagura.
"I don't want to be the reason for somebody else's pain," said Naruto. Yagura smiled at him.
"So, what do we do?" Yagura smirked, "Naruto-Danchou." With a small laugh, Naruto places his hand on the desk and pushed himself up and smirked.
"We lure Obito into an ambush, dattebayo," said Naruto
