====4 Days After of the Prelims of The Chunin Exams====

Many Konoha shinobi and citizen gathered in front of the Hokage tower. The Hokage called them for a surprise, the Konoha 12 except Naruto was also present. Rock Lee was prohibited to get out, but he and his sensei insisted, Kiba and Sakura was present by a wheelchair because Kiba's burns would take more time to heal, and Sakura's body was frail. Even though after Sakura woke up and couldn't see her face at mirror and vowed to take Nier's life but when she learned that Naruto got totally crippled, she jumped around the hospital in joy.

====Currently====

The Third Hokage, the Shinobi no kami (God of Shinobi), the professor Sarutobi Hiruzen came out in his usual Hokage robes except the kage hat that was in his hands, "Thank you for gathering in a short notice citizen of Konohagakure... you all know me as the Sandaime Hokage of Konoha and today, for the second time, I'm going to step down from the Hokage position... I have chosen my second successor as the Godaime Hokage of Konoha this time..." Almost everyone was jaw dropped when Hiruzen stated about his retirement. Hiruzen chuckled at the surprised faces, "Now let me introduce the Godaime Hokage... the woman who accomplished many achievements in the second and third shinobi war... the successor of Lady Mito Uzumaki and the Princess of Uzushio... UZUMAKI KUSHINA..." many of them starred at the redhead woman who came in Konoha jonin attire with a white long cape with fire symbol and written Godaime on it, "Uzumaki Kushina, the woman who fought against the Kyuubi 12 years ago alongside the Yondaime Hokage and without her efforts and sacrifices the Kyuubi could never be defeated."

"I AM UZUMAKI KUSHINA, THE GODAIME HOKAGE OF KONOHAGAKURE NO SATO SWORE TO PROTECT THE VILLAGE AND BURN THE WILL OF FIRE OF MY PREDECESSORS BRIGHTLY!" shouted Kushina, who bowed down in front of Hiruzen and Hiruzen out the hat on Kushina.

"I hope you will do your job sincerely," said Hiruzen.

"I will Sandaime-sama," said Kushina. Many of the old citizens who knew Kushina shouted loudly on her accomplishments.

"Holi shit! Naruto's Kaa-san is the Godaime Hokage..." Kiba paled.

"Well we are doomed..." Tsume also paled.

"Why is your face like that Kaa-san? Something wrong?" asked Kiba.

"Believe me, everything is wrong... that woman is a menace... dangerous than Tsunade-sama... trust me never push her into the bad side..." explained and warned Tsume.

"Well lazy days are over... I'll never get good sleep from now..." said Shikaku.

"That's great... now you two will get your lazy asses manhandled by her..." Yoshino scolded Shikamaru and Shikaku.

"Why Naruto? I didn't do anything wrong to you..." winced Shikamaru.

"Konoha's future is in good hands now..." said Hiashi.

"No way... I don't accept her as the Hokage.. she is just some lowly whore spread her legs to get into position...," said Sakura. Everyone who was near Sakura heard this glared hard at her and her Kaa-san who was sweating in fear.

"Haruno better keep your daughter's mouth shut... what are you teaching your daughter?" asked one person.

"Your daughter is a disgrace as a kunoichi..." yelled a kunoichi in the crowd.

Mebuki couldn't get more down in shame because of Sakura, "I won't take blame... I feel the same as you... my daughter is a failure..."

"Mom!" yelled Sakura.

"Shut up!" Mebuki shouted at her daughter.

"You see our boss's Kaa-san is so cool... she is the Godaime Hokage now..." said Konohamaru.

"Aren't you sad, Konohamaru that Sandaime-sama stepped down?" Moegi asked.

"Yes I am... but she is cool O can't help it..." Konohamaru gave a cheeky grin.

Kushina looked down at the citizens of Konoha, the people whom she swore to protect, made her Sochi's life a living hell. She would never forget that, but she forgave them looking at her Sochi's face who also hated them but never seek revenge. Kushina neutral face formed grin thinking of future, "Neko."

"Orders Hokage-sama..." said Yugao.

"Call every member of Konoha council in the council room in 10 minutes... if you don't agree to come them then kidnap them or whatever you want... also summon Hatake Kakashi and tell him if I found him a minute late then I'll hang upside down from the Hokage mountain..." said Kushina.

"Hai..." Yugao disappeared in a shunshin.

"Naruto, Minato... I hope you are seeing this..." Kushina turned to a camera which was connected to Naruto's hospital room.

====In Naruto's Hospital Room====

Naruto is still in a coma while a TV is broadcasting Kushina's Hokage inauguration ceremony, "Well there will be a storm in Konoha... a better storm than Danzo..."

"Naruto... you really missed the moment my Sochi..." said Minato sadly.

====10 Minutes Later at Konoha Council Room====

"Welcome Josei(ladies) and Shinshi(gentlemen) and thank you for coming in one call..." Kushina said.

"Your ANBU basically kidnapped us Hokage-sama..." said a civilian councilman.

"Because I ordered them to kidnap those who will not come at a single word..." said Kushina.

"Kushina why so urgent meeting?" asked Danzo.

"It's Hokage-sama you old fart... now I ban the elders here and now so you can go to your home and enjoy your last days..." said Kushina.

"What do you mean you banned the elders position? Hiruzen started the position to help the Hokage and guide the village in the Hokage's absence..." said Homura.

"I know that, but I don't need them on my back and crawling in front of my office door... now ANBU take them to their hime and don't show your crippled faces ever day..." said Kushina, there is no word, and the ANBU took the elders out of the room now that they are just some crippled old people, then Kushina continued, "Okay... in my time no old timers will give their ancient time talks... it's time to nourish the new leaves not to cling over old leaves which can harm the tree... and now for the civilian council... the academy authorities are taken from them... I'll temporarily handle the academy until I find someone to handle it..."

"But Hokage-sama... The Sandaime-" the councilman was stopped by Kushina.

"I don't want to hear what the Sandaime did... to become a genin everyone must know the Shunshin, Bushin, a mastery of at least one Seishitsu Henka (Nature Transformation), Henge, and extracurricular subject," said Kushina, "Those children who belong from a clan have advantages from their clan jutsus or doujutsu but those who are from civilian families are easy target for enemies... I have seen this in the chunin exams... the civilian genin were killed or defeated easily... that will not happen in future... it maybe a peacetime but there are enemies lurking everywhere and some countries still hold grudges over us for the last war..."'

'Now that's some Hokage... taking the job the very seriously...' thought Asuma.

"Nara Shikaku... from now you are my adviser... if I find you sleeping then I'll play soccer with your body in my backyard..." threatened Kushina.

"Yes ma'am... understood..." stuttered Shikaku.

"Now... I disband the clan restoration act... it's a ridiculous thing which will not be tolerated... now I will resurrect the Konoha Keimu Butai (Konoha Military Police Forces) again... I want at least 3 members from each clan to join the police force... the recruitments must be one Jonin and two Chunin..." said Kushina.

"But the police regiment was Uchiha clan's pride in Konoha... it will be shame to their honor..." a councilwoman said.

"I'm doing what is good for the village... any questions?" seeing the silence Kushina continued, "Now Uchiha Sasuke's authority is taken from the civilian council... he is a Konoha shinobi so like every other Konoha shinobi his authority will be Hokage's... now I am done with the civilian council... you can leave now... I don't have much time today, so I don't make me wait..."

The civilian council grunted in displeasure and left the council room except Mebuki who didn't have any problems with Kushina's orders.

"Now for Kakashi... I want a brief report on Uchiha Sasuke and his criminal acts... you are his sensei and I know you'll train him for the finals of the chunin exams, but you will also observe him and report to me... I will decide his fate after the chunin exams finals seeing his actions there and if I find out you are goofing around lazily then you will find yourself doing D-ranked missions until your laziness will go..."

"H-hai... understood..." stuttered Kakashi.

"You are dismissed... well I need a personal assistant... Hmm... yeah I know someone... WEASEL!" yelled Kushina, at Kushin's yell the Weasel masked ANBU appeared beside her, "Take off your mask... it's time to reveal your face to the world..." the ANBU nodded and took off her mask making everyone's eyes widened.

"Uchiha Mikoto... she is alive... and she was weasel for all this time..." said Shikaku in surprise.

"Mikoto... you will be my assistant and you reveal you to Sasuke and the truth about the Uchiha clan massacre... now gentleman and ladies read these files..." Kushina passed a file to everyone. The clan heads took some time to read the files Kushina gave them.

"It was elder Danzo who actually corrupted Orochimaru and was plotting against Sandaime-sama... but where did you find these files?" asked Shibi.

"Naruto secured those files from the underground base where I was kept..." said Kushina.

"It was some months ago then why these files didn't were presented before that?" asked Inoichi.

"That is something only Sandaime-sama knows... he was waiting for something... though Naruto kept the file of sharingans by himself... the third was a peaceful man and let man y things happen under his nose but I won't oversee any of these..."

"Danzo is a very powerful man in politics... it won't be easy to take him down... but we need to take down Danzo before he can harm more..." said Hiashi.

"Danzo sent his RA to kill Naruto because he was giving setbacks to his plans from the moment, he found you... he wanted Naruto to be eliminated but what about Sasuke?" asked Shikaku.

"Danzo wanted to groom Sasuke by his method but Sasuke's arrogance and foolishness made him a nuisance to Danzo... and if he succeeded to kill at least one of them so he could put another one into blame since we all know how Naruto and Sasuke are... because of Orochimaru's interference that plan was a failure so he is planning something else... and from what happened today I'm sure he will go for a full fledge attack..." said Danzo.

"I think Hokage-sama planned something for Danzo..." said Shikaku.

"Yes... though it will be a surprise... Danzo has time until the day of finals..." said Kushina.

"Why wait till then? To give Danzo for prepare his attack?" questioned Asuma.

"No... in this time we can't attack since there will be many people from other villages... we can't deal our problem with them in Konoha... they might be our allies, but I won't take any chance..." said Kushina.

"What about Orochimaru? he still did those inhuman projects... I hope him helping against Danzo will not overshadow them..." said Choza.

"No... that's why Orochimaru will be exiled from Konoha, and his name will be taken out from the bingo book..." said Kushina.

"Troublesome... exiling someone from village means we can't give him a missing ninja status... he still has his own village Otogakure means you are thinking Konoha and Oto will be close allies... that's how Orochimaru won't be directly linked with Konoha..." said Shikaku.

"Yes... is my plan acceptable?" asked Kushina.

"I agree... Orochimaru couldn't redeem himself so he can redeem himself and with Danzo is gone everything will be fine..." said Shikaku.

"I also agree but what is special of Uchiha Shisui's mangekyo sharingan?" asked Hiashi.

"Shisui's mangekyo has the ultimate genjutsu Kotoamatsukami... it's the absolute genjutsu so you can't break it... no one had that eye in a century... that's why Danzo took it... maybe putting the Sandaime in the genjutsu or Sasuke or Itachi... maybe someone strong... I don't know... it would be someone influential who can make his path easy towards the Hokage position... Naruto said that right... Danzo is a jealous old man who want something which his friend has but he doesn't..." explained Mikoto.

"Is there no counter to the genjutsu?" asked Shibi.

"We didn't know any counter of that genjutsu... it was never invented because no one countered it... though I have a theory, but it comes with a great price... well there is another counter... suppress the caster's chakra before he could reveal his eye..." said Mikoto.

"Now here I'm sure Danzo will come to you gain support and he would try to cast the genjutsu on you so be cautious..." said Kushina.

"Troublesome... we all have a black sheep among us for these long years and that blonde brat running all over the village pointing the black sheep..." said Shikaku with a lazy tone.

"Speaking of Naruto how is he now? I heard he got many injuries against the Suna jinchuuriki?" questioned Tsume.

"Yeah... he is stable now... using senjutsu he sustained the pain in his battle but after that his body couldn't bear the pain... Tsunade-sama said that she could reconstruct his bones of the lower torso but can't reconstruct his hands..." said Kushina.

"The Kyuubi isn't healing him?" asked Inoichi.

"Kyuubi can heal what he has but his hands were completely crushed, and bones were dusted... though if Kaguya Kimimaro help to make Naruto a bone, then his hands can be treated... anyways, I know my son is awesome so he will pull out something from somewhere..." said Kushina.

"To think Naruto used senjutsu... the same sage mode of Minato and Jiraiya-sama... if he makes some miracle then I will not be surprised..." said Shikaku.

====The Same Day at an Unknown Training Ground of Konoha====

"You are late Kakashi..." Sasuke saw Kakashi appear on the rocky plateau where they were supposed to meet some hours ago.

"I was summoned by Hokage-sama for important occasion..." said Kakashi.

"I'm more important than the Hokage... what do you want?" asked Sasuke.

"Simply because i want to train you... your sharingan matured in the forest of death so you need to master those eyes... your opponent will be Haku with his Hyōton (Ice Release) and the guillotine blade Kubikiribōchō... now you in the prelims you simply wanted to kill Naruto and being his Nii-san (Older Brother) I'm sure Haku will try to eliminate you to secure his Otōto..." said Kakashi.

"My good time... I'll first kill that Haku in front of that dobe if that loser can make to the grounds... then I'll take that blade and make my target that dobe..." said Sasuke.

Kakashi sighed, "You still want to do that... we do whatever you want... who am I to stop you... but since Haku was Zabuza's apprentice who was a master of the silent killing and of he is as the same level of Zabuza's silent killing then you will lose your sharingan..."

"What do you mean?" questioned Sasuke.

"Silent killing is a bane of shinobi if you are not sensory type... even the Byakugan can't see it though..." said Kakashi.

"Then teach me this sensory type..." said Sasuke.

"You have to be born with it and with my experience I have seen the Uchiha clan never had any sensory type of ninja..." said Kakashi, Sasuke was about say something, but Kakashi stopped him, "Let's start the training..."

====Meanwhile At the Uzumaki Home's Backyard====

Nier was lying on her back panting heavily, "Haku stop... I can't continue anymore..."

Haku sighed and put down his guillotine blade, "Sorry Nier... I was taken by my rage in that Uchiha... he openly wanted to murder my Otōto... I can't oversee it... he openly laughed at my Otōto's injuries... I'm really angry on it..."

"I know, I'm made too, but do you really want to kill the Uchiha because of that?" asked Nier.

"No... killing the Uchiha would be easy... I want to take his pride... I want to take that in which he has so much pride... I will rip off his he in the middle of the arena and crush it..." said Haku.

"That's cold Haku you know..." said Kushina.

"Kaa-san... sorry I can't help it... Sasuke is disgusting in my eyes..." apologized Haku.

"Good afternoon Kushina-sensei... I mean Hokage-sama..." said Nier.

"Haha... I'm not here as the Hokage... I'm here as the sensei of Team Kushina... Haku... meet your new sensei, Mikoto... she will train you for the finals against Sasuke... Like you said you hate him but we know Sasuke will try to kill you there since you never faced a sharingan user so Mikoto will train you..." said Kushina.

"Okay but I have a question? Can she train me?' asked Haku, "I mean she is the mother of the boy whom I want to severely injure... her Kaa-san instincts will try to slow me down..."

"Don't worry about me Haku-kun... for the world Uchiha Sasuke's Kaa-san, Uchiha Mikoto, died 5 years ago by her oldest son Uchiha Itachi... now it's only Mikoto... the cold-blooded ANBU whose only duty is to carry her mission... the Uchiha in me died long ago... I won't let my emotions for my son to hold you down... I will teach you everything how to counter the sharingan..." said Mikoto.

"I guess thank you..." thanked Haku.

"Now for Nier... I'll train you... your first battle will be Naruto then either Shino or Hinata... no one is a pushover..." said Kushina.

"We all know if Naruto comes back with all of his might, then there will be no one to beat him with him mastering senjutsu and the Kyuubi's chakra... Gaara dealt that much damage to Naruto because of his bijuu... we don't have them..." said Nier.

"But there is a chance that Naruto will not be healed before the finals... then even if he will participate in the finals, I can say Naruto will not have his all might... with Naruto's prowess shown in the prelims already made him fan favorite between the clans of Konoha and some veteran shinobi... now if you hold your own against him then you will be chunin..." said Kushina.

====Four More Days Later: Amegakure: God's Tower====

"Uzumaki Kushina survived the Kyuubi attack 12 years ago and now she is the Hokage... this will be a massive setback..." said the orange masked figure, "Now there is someone alive who was present at that night... it may jeopardize some plans..."

"Nothing will be jeopardized Madara... the day Konoha will cross path Kami (God) they will be crippled into nothing..." said an orange haired man.

"Don't underestimate that woman Pain... that woman is a menace and with the jinchuuriki managing to learn senjutsu is another problem..." said the man, now identified as Madara.

====Kumogakure: Raikage's Office====

"WHAT THE HELL!" shouted Ay.

"Cool Raikage-sama... isn't it easy now that the Sandaime Hokage retired again?" asked Darui.

"It's more difficult... that woman is not some pacifist Darui... Uzumaki Kushina is a bloodthirsty woman... she believes in her fists not papers or pep talks like the Sandaime..." said Ay.

"H-Hai..." stuttered Darui.

====Iwagakure: Tsuchikage's Office====

"Not that woman..." said Ohnoki.

"What's with that woman, Usumaki Kushina, being a Hokage, Ojī-chan?" asked Kurotsuchi.

"Uzumaki Kushina was the Kiiroi Senkō's (Yellow Flash's) lover, but we knew she died 12 years ago but somehow she resurfaced again... that woman is dangerous like the Yondaime..." said Ohnoki.

"If she was Yondaime's lover then don't they have a Sochi or a Musume (daughter)?" asked Kurotsuchi.

"She has a Sochi, but it is not confirmed that the boy is Yondaime's son or not..." said Ohnoki.

====Kirigakure: Rebel Army HQ====

"Damn it's the Akai Shi (Red Death)... and she adopted Haku-kun with that Naruto-kun being her son... I hope you don't become a sadist like her Haku-kun..." Mei murmured.

====Sunagakure: Kazekage Office====

That woman being Hokage is going to be some much trouble..." said Rasa. With that now the whole elemental nations learned the Konoha no Akai Shi (Konoha's Red Death) resurfaced as the Godaime Hokage of Konoha.
