====5 Days Before the Chunin Exams Finals====

Haku's blade clashed with an ethereal chakra spear, and he was fighting against an upper body of an ethereal warrior named Susano'o. He swung his blade diagonally with all his strength against Mikoto's Susano'o's spear. At the clash a chakra wave blasted through them and Haku crashed into the wall behind him.

"You do really want to injure me, don't you?" asked Haku.

"Who said that? I was training you and you were doing great... to think you didn't break any of your body parts against my Susano'o is a great accomplishment..." said Mikoto cheekily.

"Hmmp," hummed Haku.

"Nii-san, it's time for rest," said Taiyō.

"Well, Haku-kun I have taught everything I could in this time... from now you are on your own..." said Mikoto.

"Thank you Mikoto-sen- I mean Mikoto oba-san... thank you Imōto(sister) for reminding me of the time..." thanked Haku.

Taiyō smiled, "Nii-san will we go to Naruto oni-chan today?"

"Yes... let me go get freshen up then we will go..." said Haku.

====At The Hokage Office====

"Hiashi-san what can I do for you today?" asked Kushina.

"Danzo-chōrō(elder) had visited me yesterday... he was really displeased about your decisions and new rules..." said Hiashi.

"Why should I believe you are not in a genjutsu?" asked Kushina, Hiashi pulled up his kimono sleeve and showed a kanji of fire written on his forearm, Kushina continued, "Okay great... almost every clan head appeared in last two weeks saying that Danzo appeared and said the same... he wanted a revolt against the Hokage... don't he?"

"Yes Hokage-sama..." agreed Hiashi.

"Did the other clan heads find something interesting at Konoha's borders or near 15 miles?" questioned Kushina.

"Yes... that's also a reason I came here... some of my men managed to capture a RA last night..." said Hiashi.

"What!" Kushina stood up slamming her hands on the table, "Do you know it can alert Danzo about us?"

"I know but it's not the only problem... my men spotted Hoshigaki Kisame and Uchiha Itachi... I know you told us the truth of the demise of Uchiha clan though that is known by another clan member, so they were panicked... and they said that the ANBU was running away from them before captured..." explained Hiashi.

Kushina sighed and sat back on her chair, "Well it's not that bad... let Danzo think it's Itachi's doing... order them to dispose the RA immediately..."

"Don't you need any interrogations?" asked Hiashi.

"It will be just time waste... the RA are bound to a seal placed on their body... it prevents them to talk, and they were grown like a machine so torture will lead them nowhere..." said Kushina.

"Then I shall take my leave..." said Hiashi.

"Thank you Hiashi-dono for cooperating..." said Kushina, Hiashi nodded and left the room, Kushina sighed, "When are you going to wake up Naruto?"

====At The Same Time at Konoha Hospital: Naruto's Room====

Nier had just left the hospital room after Tsunade had for her to leave. Tsunade yawned while checking Naruto's reports, "Everything is okay inside of him... his arms took the new bones, and the nervous system is healed thanks to Kyuubi... he can in a marathon the moment he will wake up but what is preventing him to wake up?"

"Stop worrying like a Baa-chan Tsunade... he is cured, and he will wake tomorrow if not today..." said Orochimaru.

"What did you say your cranky snake? Do you want me to restructure your face?" questioned Tsunade.

"Take it Tsunade... it's your time to be a Baa-chan..." said Orochimaru. Tsunade was approaching towards Orochimaru to restructure his face when they heard a groan from a third voice. Both of them turned towards the patient's bed surprisingly and found Naruto's eyes were twitching.

"He is waking up..." Tsunade ran towards Naruto's bed before performing a diagnosis on Naruto, "Naruto is coming out from the coma..."

"Urrghh... hurts..." Naruto groaned and tried to open his eyes.

"Don't push your body brat or it will hurt..." said Tsunade.

"Tsunade Baa-chan..." Naruto recognized the voice and replied.

"Do you want to go back in comatose brat?" Tsunade questioned angrily.

Naruto's eyes are opened now, and all his senses are working normally, "Did I miss the finals?"

"You just woke up and you first recalled about the chunin exams?" questioned Orochimaru with a chuckle.

"Well, I was excited about the finals... anyways where is mom? How long was I out? I heard there will be a surprise when I wake up..." asked and said Naruto.

"There is some but let Kushina come first..." said Tsunade. The moment Tsunade finished they heard something coming towards the room and it crashed through the door.

"NARUTO!" yelled Kushina in her Hokage attire.

"KUSHINA THIS IS A HOSPITAL!" shouted Tsunade.

Kushina bypassed Tsunade and hugged Naruto, "Naruto! My Otoko no akachan(baby boy)! My Sochi you woke up!"

Naruto's eyes were widened first when he saw her Kaa-san in Hokage robes wearing the Kage hat his Tou-san used to wear, 'So it's the surprise you were talking about Tou-san..." thought Naruto and heard Minato's laughs from his mind, "Wow Kaa-san... you already became Hokage... that's great..."

"Don't say that... I was worried about you for last 20 days that what would happen if your injuries would never heal..." said Kushina.

"There, there Kaa-san... we both know I'm awesome... and some bones would never stop me... because there is magic in my bones...," laughed Naruto.

"Hello... brat here... we missed 3 days of meals to get your bones back in place...," said Tsunade.

"Well thanks Tsunade baa-chan and Orochimaru..." Naruto eyes widened when something hit his mind, "Wait I was out for 20 whole days?"

"You should be happy that you were only out for 20 days... with those injuries a normal person would be out of this life... anyways how are you feeling?" Tsunade said.

"Yes... how are you feeling? Can you stand?" Kushina bombarded Naruto with question.

"Well, another day of rest and two days of normal exercise and I'll be ready for the finals... by the way who is my opponent?" asked Naruto.

"You just woke up and your first thought is about the chunin exams..." Kushina's hairs flew high in nine parts meaning she entered angered mode.

"Oops... I shouldn't have said that...," said Naruto.

"First we will go home then I'll decide either you will participate in the finals or not..." said Kushina.

"Well, I can agree with that...," said Naruto.

"You have to, or I'll seal your chakra tie you up with my chains then put you in some barrier..." said Kushina.

"Well then let's go home... I need some big lunch then I know maybe there are many questions to some people about me and today I will answer those questions... just call the Rōjin Sandaime (Old Man Third), Jiraiya, Kakashi, and these two here...," said Naruto.

"Now you said that... I should have checked your brain which I forgot... seriously I thought you fell at your bathroom and hit your hard, so your personality changed...," said Tsunade.

"There are more than that..." Naruto winked.

====Later That Night at Naruto's Home====

When Naruto returned, he got a sisterly hug from Taiyō at what he was confused about because he had some another theory about that. Upon looking at Kushina she assured him she would tell him about that at right time, so he didn't press the matter. Now Naruto is sitting between Hiruzen, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Mikoto and Kushina.

"So how are you guys doing when I was out?" Naruto got a deadpanned look from everyone except Kushina and laughed nervously, "Let's see... what do you know about the Shiki Fūjin (Death Reaper Seal)?" Naruto got a suspicious look from others.

"You know Tou-san used the Shiki Fūjin (Death Reaper Seal) to seal Kyuubi's half of chakra inside of him and it cost him his life," said Naruto.

"You can summon the Shinigami to take someone's soul and you will pay with your life to summon the death..." said Jiraiya.

"Yes... but there are more than that... you can seal a soul which we know but you can use the jutsu to put a soul into another body also..." said Naruto.

"That comes with the first one..." said Hiruzen.

"Yeah, but what if I say Tou-san did a mistake and put another soul into me?" said Naruto, who got shocked looks from everybody and he chuckled in return, then Naruto continued, "When you thought me having double personality you were not wrong... I really have a double personality... my guest soul was sleep but the day Mizuki tried to kill me, and Iruka I forcefully woke up the soul by using Kyuubi's chakra..."

"So, whose soul you have in your body? Is the person someone we know?" questioned Tsunade.

"Why of course... let's go down to the memory lane to find out... say Jiraiya-sensei don't you think you already guessed after hearing about my sage mode?" asked Naruto.

"You used the perfect toad sage mode which you can only learn at Mount Myoboku... with me there is only one person who mastered the sage mode..." said Jiraiya.

"Hmm... how about at the mission we fought where our team fought against the Yonbi and Gobi together and I shoved a Rasengan on that monkey's face directly? Kakashi, do you remember when I appointed you to be Kushina's guard when she was pregnant and almost every time you missed your food? Sandaime-sama do you remember the day when you gave me that hat Uchiha Fugaku bowed in front of me?" said Naruto.

"I get it... Minato put his own soul in your body... so you're Naruto's body with both your and Minato's soul..." said Orochimaru. Everyone loudly gasped at the revelation.

"Since we know the Shiki Fūjin (Death Reaper Seal) will take your soul in advance, but my strong wish was to stay with my Sochi and watch him to grow up and teach him my techniques..." said Naruto, "Upon my wish I forcefully sent my soul in Naruto's body but the Shiki Fūjin (Death Reaper Seal) couldn't release my soul or Kyuubi would be released so only half of my soul entered in Naruto and the death cut the connection not wanting to release both me and the fox..."

"Then you are actually Minato..." said Jiraiya.

"That's not true... I'm Naruto also and I'm Minato to... I'm both of them... also our souls made a new personality so according to that I'm a new person too..." said Naruto.

"So, meeting with Kushina's chakra imprint and learning about Naruto's true parentage was a lie?" questioned Hiruzen.

"Yes... I didn't want to tell anyone because when I woke up in Naruto's body, he wanted to choose the path of hatred... he hated Konoha, you and myself too... when he learned the fox is sealed in him, he quickly realized it was the Yondaime who made him a jinchuuriki, it was the Yondaime who made him hatred... I saw Naruto's hatred and it was deep... seeing this I was angry... I'm now just a father to my Sochi not a Hokage... the Hokage Minato died 12 years so I was disappointed on you Sandaime-sama, Kakashi, and Jiraiya... for not taking care of my Sochi directly though I knew because I was a jinchuuriki the Sandaime and Kakashi could do less, but I expected more from Jiraiya-sensei..." explained Naruto. Everyone was silent when Minato said the truth how he felt and how Naruto felt.

"Minato you know..." Jiraiya was cut off.

"I know what you would say and both me and Minato don't care about that... you never returned to see Naruto for long 12 years... don't give me excuses if you don't find yourselves at 10 feet under the ground..." said Kushina.

"Also don't apologize because Naruto doesn't want an apology... I don't want to reveal this... the only people know are Kushina, Itachi and Gamabunta..." said Naruto.

"You summoned Bunta and talked with him about you!" shouted Jiraiya.

"Why Itachi?" questioned Hiruzen.

"Because I trusted him... if I didn't trust him then he would be sealed with Kyuubi inside my gut... he trusted me about the truth of Uchiha clan and the true motives of Akatsuki and their members names and identity... in five day Itachi will invade Konoha with Kisame and end Danzo... to me Danzo is a nuisance who should be dealt earlier if you were not pacifist and tried to hear Orochimaru..." said Naruto.

"Are you mad Minato? Do you know how much will rise if we let that happen?" questioned Hiruzen.

"There are no other options... I'll put Sasuke into Kotoamatsukami after everything is over... his mind is already corrupted, and corrupting others minds like Sakura..." said Naruto.

"You have Shisui's eye?" questioned Mikoto.

"Yes... Shisui gave his last eye to Itachi before his death so he could do his job, but he was late to do that, and he had to kill his family... Itachi was a bright child... he shouldn't be put into adult worries yest he solved adult problems and took the burden on his shoulders... at our meeting Itachi gave Shisui's eye to me to save Sasuke... to think all of you underestimated his love Sasuke and Sasuke is a future threat... he maybe brainless but with proper guidance he can bring harm and with Uchiha Madara lurking all over the elemental nations he will target Sasuke I'm sure," explained Naruto.

"Uchiha Madara? What are you talking about?" questioned Mikoto.

"12 years ago, the day Naruto was born, an Uchiha attacked and claimed himself as Uchiha Madara... he kidnapped Naruto to separate me from Kushina to get the Kyuubi... he succeeded to take Kyuubi from Kushina and released it in Konoha and put it into a genjutsu... Mikoto do you know any mangekyo sharingan with time-space abilities?" asked Naruto.

"Yes... there is one... it's called Kamui..." answered Mikoto, "You can dematerialize your body to evade from attacks, but you have to materialize to attack..."

"And that Uchiha had that ability... I guessed it... he wanted to erase the Uchiha clan... Itachi told me he is the hidden leader of Akatsuki, and he helped Itachi to kill his clan..." said Naruto.

"Uchiha Madara was betrayed by his clan when they chose Hashirama as their Hokage... he must be taking revenge on his clan to erase them..." said Jiraiya, "He knew the Uchiha clan was planning to take over Konoha and he used Kyuubi to make Konoha believe that they betrayed the village to push both parties in killing..."

"Then why leave Sasuke-kun alive?" asked Orochimaru, "I get the fact that he need Itachi for Akatsuki because of his sharingan prowess but why Sasuke?"

"First are two options... first is he feared Itachi for some reason, so he didn't go against him... and another reason might be to use Sasuke's hatred to destroy Konoha... if Sasuke learns why his brother had to kill his family, then what will he do? Sasuke may not see others as his equal but he is definitely an Uchiha so Sasuke will have no problem to listen to him and follow his path... Kiri's bloodline purge is his doing also... he put the Mizukage into a genjutsu... both me and Kyuubi came into this point..." said Naruto.

"Is it actually Madara or someone who is pretending to be him?" asked Kakashi, "Madara would be 100 years old by now..."

"It maybe someone whom Madara was groomed before his death? He was a legend who could rivalled God... what if he faked his death to live more years in the death? questioned Orochimaru.

"It's a possibility... I saw his mangekyo pattern... it was same as Kakashi's mangekyo pattern... the abilities are same..." said Naruto.

"Wait, wait, wait... what do you mean Kakashi's mangekyo?" asked Mikoto.

Naruto looked at and saw the sadness in his face, "Rin was captured in their last mission and Kiri made her the Sanbi's jinchuuriki to release the beast in Konoha..." said Naruto, "Rin knew this and she sacrificed herself by taking Kakashi's Chidori (One Thousand Birds) to her heart... the sharingan evolved into the mangekyo."

"You never reported that..." said Hiruzen.

"Because I didn't want Kakashi's comrades see him how people used to see Sakumo-san..." said Naruto.

"But a non-Uchiha can't evolve his sharingan into mangekyo if the owner's eye never evolved... that's why Danzo's Shisui's eye to use his mangekyo... didn't you think he had 10 sharingans and why didn't he ever try to evolve them?"

Naruto's eyes were widened with Kakashi's, "You mean Obito's eyes evolved so did Kakashi's eye? But Obit died before Rin's death..."

"I have seen with my eyes Obito's death under that rock..." said Kakashi.

"It's clear... he faked his death and was present where Kakashi killed that Rin girl... their eyes evolved together..." said Mikoto.

"There is a possibility... we know how much Obito loved Rin... she was his ray of hope... maybe he survived and trying to return to you when you two were in danger... but instead he found out you killed Rin but that means the Kyuubi attack..." said Kushina.

"It was Obito's doing..." said Mikoto.

"Obito tried to kill us... he tried to kill Naruto..." Kushina hands covered her shocked face. Obito was the one Kushina liked and wanted Naruto to be like him, not so strong but helping, she loved Obito like his mother though she gave the motherly love to Kakashi and Rin also, but he was favorite.

Minato had the same thoughts as Kushina, he never thought his favorite student would try to kill them and his son and he was in turmoil what to think about the situation, think as Obito's situation or Naruto's father.

"But why did Obito do that?" questioned Minato and Naruto.

"I have an idea... you said Rin was Obito's ray of hope and Kakashi was his best friend... now think his best friend killed his ray of hope... if what Orochimaru said Madara faked his death then he must be the person who groomed his hatred... then you were late on the missions because of Iwa's interference... if you were with them then both him and Rin could save... maybe he also blamed you..." told Hiruzen.

"Well, I guess that's it... now I know everything about my enemies and when the time will come, I'll end them for a better future of my Sochi... I'll give Obito to redeem himself and if he continues then either me or Naruto will end him..." said Naruto.

"You know from the day you woke up you made everything worse?" asked Hiruzen.

"I can't help it... everyone must know how my Sochi would be now if I was alive and train him... though if I see those shunned Naruto started to respect him because of me then I will personally shove two Rasengan in their ass..." said Naruto.

"So how your souls work with each other? I mean how can you change... I mean when Naruto used to get in women?" questioned Tsunade, "And since it's you about Kushina... you know what I want to say?"

"About that I shut myself when Naruto got with his girls... there is a room for me where I could cut my connection with Naruto's body... if Naruto used too much chakra or use Kyuubi's it will alert me... and for Kushina... I'm just a soul guest in Naruto's body... the body and will is not mine so just only soul can't be a person anymore without those... since I'm a part of Naruto makes me him not my old self, so I see Kushina as my Kaa-san..." said Naruto.

"Well, that's good... it would sound disgusting if you started a relation with Kushina thinking her your Tsuma (wife) not Kaa-san..." said Tsunade.

Naruto deadpanned at Tsunade and turned his head at Tsunade's right to see his old sensei. Tsunade also turned to see a lecherous grin on Jiraiya's face and without a word she punched the super pervert on a wall, but the wall didn't break surprisingly. Kushina stayed silent in the conversation because she knew he was not her husband, he really died 12 years ago but just a portion of his soul stayed inside her son. He was Naruto, her son, not Minato, her husband so she had no problems and what Tsunade was ridiculous to her, but she didn't know what Minato thought and when he cleared, she was relieved. Incest was disgusting and that's why she forcefully gave Taiyō false memories also she did it because of Nier too. She had yet to tell that Nier would be Naruto's opponent in the finals and how he would react at that, she didn't know.

"Well, I have nothing to say more... I hope no one will spill these two others... oh another thing... I expect some visitors from Kiri after the finals..." said Naruto.

"Wait... visitors from Kiri?" questioned Kushina.

"Yes... in the wave mission me and Haku went to the rebel base and met their leader Terumi Mei... She might come to ask to aid them in their civil war... when Kiri is freed from Obito's grasp they will be a potential ally..." said Naruto.

"Why don't you stay quiet Minato... you will raise a political storm if the other countries learn we are helping Kiri..." said Hiruzen.

"I know... if I need to deal with as enemies then I will... that will calm them down... Kumo will not make a fuss since may have learned by now Kushina came back from death, and she is the new Hokage... they will not try to open previous wounds... there were many more ways to solve the Hyūga matter... you didn't push the things thinking about peace but what about the hatred you created in Neji? If you didn't listen to Danzo without questioning both parties... Danzo made things worse, and it led the Uchiha clan's destruction... you chose the easiest path to deal with problems then how peace will come? It may secure the present but the future. You made Naruto's jinchuuriki stays a S-ranked secret then how all Konoha knows about Naruto? Naruto grew up with hatred does not love at every stage of his life till now... though I didn't want Naruto to grow up as a pompous Shokō (prince) but what Naruto had was less than needed... and Kakashi..." said Naruto.

Kakashi visibly flinched knowing his sensei was disappointed in him, he was the last living of his precious student if you don't count Obito. With his sensei and Kushina gone he supposed to be taken care of Naruto since his sensei gave him a mission to protect naruto since he was in his Kaa-san's womb. Yet he didn't do almost nothing to Naruto leaving the time when Naruto seriously needed something he gave him that from darkness, and when Naruto was in Team 7, he favored Sasuke since he had Obito's memory to pass on Sasuke except some moments when Sasuke did something worst, he cared more for him and tried to take him at right path, but he never thought Naruto could ever go in dark path since he believed he was Minato and Kushina's Schi so use would never do that.

"I know about your mental state... you lost your teammates then we also died but you always lived in your past trying to ignore the present and the future... I'm not disappointed because you were not there until Naruto seriously need something but what you became... if you continue this then someday you might be like Danzo..." the Naruto's gaze went to Jiraiya who woke up recovering from Tsunade's hit.

"Hey! Don't look at me like that... I gave Naruto his precious Gama-chan..." said Jiraiya.

"And?" Naruto saw Jiraiya was in loss of words he sighed, "I think me and Kushina already talked about this matter before... anyways did you tell anyone about my recovery?"

"No... No one knew what your recovery status was expect us... many people will not be happy to hear your recovery like Sasuke, Sakura and Danzo..." said Kushina.

"Well, the many is only 3... the first 2 don't pose any problems since they are the most idiot people living in Konoha... you still didn't tell me who will be my opponent in the finals even if I drop, I can learn the name..." said Naruto.

"Why not I tell you at tomorrow morning... it's late night and you should rest now... and everyone get out of here..." said Kushina.
