====The Day of The Chunin Exams Finals====
Many shinobi and residents gathered at the Konoha stadium where 10 competitors will fight to gain the chunin rank and also entertain the attendance by their prowess. The fire daimyo and the wind daimyo with some feudal lords also came to see the matches with the Hokage and the Kazekage.
"The time has come don't you think Kazekage-dono?" asked the Godaime Hokage, Uzumaki Kushina.
"Yes Hokage-dono..." said the Yondaime Kazekage, Sabaku no Rasa, in an almost bored tone, "though I can't see your Sochi here Hokage-dono? Did he not recover from the match against my son Gaara?"
"Either he is not recovering, or he is, and he will come..." Kushina stood up and went in the front for her speech, "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THANK YOYU FOR COMING TO WATCH THE CHUNIN EXAMS FINALS OF THIS YEAR... THE DAIMYO AND THE FEUDAL LORDS WHO CAME TO ATTEND BETWEEN THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE... I, UZUMAKI KUSHINA, GODAIME HOKAGE OF KONOHAGAKURE NO SATO, SIGNAL TEH BEGIN OF THE FINALS..."
"HELLO EVERYONE, I'M SHIRANUI GENMA AND I'LL BE THE PROCTOR OF THIS EXAM... LET ME INTRODUCE THE PROMISED GENINS WHO CAME THIS FAR... First, Hyūga Neji of Konoha... the prodigy of the Hyūga clan and it's said that Neji has the finest Byakugan in the Hyūga clan... Neji is one of the favorites here..." Neji stepped forward without caring about the audience, Genma continued, "2nd is Juugo from Otogakure... it says that Juugo comes from an unknown clan which can absorb senjutsu chakra easily... it said mastering senjutsu is the toughest challenge to any shinobi and there are very few that can do that..." Juugo stepped beside Neji folding his arms on his chest and didn't care about if he got applauses from the audience, Genma continued, "Next is Temari from Sunagakure, the eldest child of the Yondaime Kazekage and one of the finest wind users of Suna... he wind based jutsu are as fine as Suna's some veteran jonin," Temari stepped beside Juugo with an arrogant smirk plastered on her face, Genma continued, "Nest is Nara Shikamaru of Konoha, the son of our jonin commander is coming from the smartest clan alive in the whole shinobi continent... it's said Shikamaru's IQ is over 220 which is only matched by his father..."
"Troublesome..." Shikamaru stood beside Temari with a bored look wanting to lay down there and sleep.
"Next is Uzumaki Naru..." Genma stopped when he didn't see Naruto there, "Uzumaki Naruto?
Jiraiya shunshined in the middle of the ground, "Sorry for interrupting but Naruto is here..." he finished and buried a familiar tri-pronged kunai beside Shikamaru and shunshined back. There were murmurs in the crowd and some shinobi who recognized the kunai were surprised. Then electric current started to leave from the kunai and Naruto appeared on the kunai.
"Am I late?" Naruto smirked as the surprised faces, he was wearing blue shinobi pants, and the shinobi guardian waistcloth is tied there and a mesh shirt with an orange unzipped jacket with the Konoha hitai-ate on his forehead.
"Here Uzumaki Naruto of Konoha, Godaime Hokage and the most favorite between the daimyo and the feudal lords... upon mastering the Keiro Senkō (Yellow Flash's) prized jutsu he earned the title of Senkō no Isan (Legacy of the Flash) by Hokage-sama and upon mastering senjutsu Jiraiya-sama the only sage, gave Naruto the title of sage... at this young age Naruto also earned the most honored position in Hi no Kuni(Land of Fire) as one of the Shugonin Jūnishi(The Twelve Ninja Guardian)..." Genma spoke.
"As I thought you would fix up and fight here... many people aren't happy to see you... especially the one behind you... he is looking like he will stab you at any moment... troublesome..." said Shikamaru.
"Don't bother with small flies..." said Naruto.
"Our next participant is Fujishiro Nier of Konoha... maybe some people don't know but Nier is the apprentice of Hokage-sama and is deadly in kenjutsu and you should never try to provoke her..." introduced Genma.
Nier stood beside Naruto and put her head on his shoulder, she was only about 2 inches shorter than him, and he but his head on hers, then held her hand, afterwards Nier spoke, "I knew they lied when they said you weren't fixed..." Nier saw Naruto didn't reply but gave a smile of content and happiness even though he wasn't looking at her.
Genma smiled at the couple before continuing, "Nest is Aburame Shino of Konohagakure... the bugs her is carrying are very poisonous and one bug on you mean you will knock out at any moment..." Shino gave a nod and went beside Nier, Genma continued, "Next is another member of Hyūga clan Hyūga Hinata, the eldest daughter of the Hyūga clan head... don't fall for her swift moves around you or your chakra paths will be blocked with unbearable pain..." with a determined look, Hinata went beside Shino, then Genma continued, "Our 9th participant is also a student of Hokage-sama and former apprentice of Momochi Zabuza, wields the legendary executioner blade Kubikiribōchō, Yuki Haku... coming from the Mizu no Kuni(Land of Water), Haku has the bloodline limit Hyōton(Ice Release)..." Haku smiled at the crowd and stepped beside Hinata before Genma continued, "The last genin is the last of the famed Uchiha clan, Uchiha Sasuke... the last wielder of the famed sharingan..."
Sasuke glared at Genma for not say his 'eliteness', but he was too angry to give his trademark arrogant smirk because Naruto was standing beside him with all his might. He was too angry to think straight, and his mind was saying to kill everyone who will come in front of him.
"Now the matches will be... Match 1: Hyūga Neji of Konoha vs Juugo of Oto... Match 2: Nara Shikamaru of Konoha vs Temari no Sabaku no Temari of Suna... Match 3: Uzumaki Naruto of Konoha vs Fujishiro Nier of Konoha... Match 4: Hyūga Hinata of Konoha vs Aburame Shino of Konoha... and Match 5: Yuki Haku of Konoha vs Uchiha Sasuke of Konoha... in the 2nd round... Match 6: Match 1's winner vs Match 3's winner... Match 7: Match 2's winner vs Match 4's winner, and Match 5's winner will get a free tick to the 3rd round..." spoke Genma. Sasuke smirked knowing he will get an advantage.
"I see... so you are my opponent and that's why Kaa-san kept it a secret... then Haku is going to get an advantage... who trained him?" Naruto said loud enough for only Nier to hear.
"Mikoto-san..." answered Nier.
"My bad day..." said Naruto.
"At the 3rd round... Match 8: Match 6's winner vs Match 5's winner... the Match 7's winner will fight in the finals against Match 8's winner... the match ups were picked by the jonin commander of Konoha, Nara Shikaku via lottery in observation of all proctors of the chunin exams..." explained Genma.
'I can kill the bastards who will stand in front of me then the Hokage and the daimyo... I'll kill all of them...' thought Sasuke.
====Meanwhile====
"So once Haku or Sasuke will get an advantage and then I think it will be Naruto who will advance to there..." said Ino.
"I hope that Haku freezes that bastard's balls and mouth..." said Kiba.
"It noy like that dickless has any balls..." said Sai.
"I think Sasuke will lose in the first round... Haku's bloodline limit is a bit scary though..." said Choji.
"That dickless is too idiotic to accept that..." said Sai.
"I agree with you without a second thought..." said Kiba.
"Hello guys... I hope I can sit with my youthfulness here..." said Lee.
"You can but stop saying that youthful thing..." said Ino.
"Hmm. do you guys know why Sakura-chan isn't here?" asked Lee.
"Now that you said it... I thought she would be the first one to be here with her annoying voice... did you see here?" Ino looked at her friends and everyone nodded negatively.
"Sakura isn't coming... she is currently at Konoha prison, and her shinobi status is revoked permanently... she can't be a shinobi anymore..." said Kurenai.
"Kurenai don't say that out loud... I don't want to be put to shame..." said Kakashi as he put his face in his hands.
Ino facepalmed, "Seriously? For what?"
"For gravely insulting the daughter of the fire daimyo and Hokage-sama... also she threatened to murder a fellow shinobi... Rina-sama was heavily angered by Sakura's words and threatened Konoha would suffer if Sakura wasn't punished... Hokage-sama immediately took action against her and that's why the daimyo is present here..." said Asuma.
"My ears are bleeding for hearing those unyouthful actions..." said Guy.
"That is very unyouthful indeed... I didn't expect that from Sakura..." said Lee.
"Seriously why she hates Naruto and his family, I don't know..." said Ino.
"You were the same Ino..." spoke Choji.
"Come on Choji... I didn't hate him... I used to tell him what the truth was in the past..." Ino defended.
"Anyways guys... the match is starting..." said Asuma.
"Except Hyūga Neji and Juugo everyone waits at the competitors box... now we know the rules... the match will continue until one of the fighters loses consciousness, surrenders or dies... but I'm here to stop unnecessary deaths... and my word is final... if you disobey me then you will be disqualified and get severe punishment... Now Hyūga Neji and Juugo... BEGIN..." shouted Genma.
"Fate bestowed upon me and marked me the winner of this fight..." said Neji.
"Sorry I don't know what you are talking about, but I want to end the fight quick..." Juugo transformed into his senjutsu form while very pressured air went out from some appendage-like structure at his back to throw him at high speed.
Neji was taken aback but managed to change Juugo's direction by his palm, "Byakugan..." he immediately activated his doujutsu to counter.
"Kassokuken (Piston Fist)..." another jet booster like appendage blew compressed sir from his elbow to get powerful punches.
Neji saw with his Byakugan the chakra Juugo was blowing out and immediately responded when he saw the punch was about to connect. For some time, Neji just dodged the barrage of punches which were making large craters everywhere they were connecting. Being able to connect with nature, Juugo was a very calm person until someone forcefully activated his rage which wasn't happening against Neji. So, without getting annoyed or angered he continued his barrage of punches until either he hits Neji, or he runs out of power.
On the other hand, Neji was getting annoyed for being pushed into a corner at the start of the battle and was losing his mind. Neji calmed himself quickly for not wanting to lose his mind at first and went for a bait. Juugo saw that but he eventually punched hard on Neji's jaw. Neji immediately cursed himself for taking Juugo's punch as he crashed into the wall behind him while his jaw was dislocated and almost broke. He spat blood and fixed his jaw before getting up for the fight.
"I hope you forgive me if I injure you gravely..." Juugo sincerely apologized before his jet boosters shifted from his back to his sides pointing at Neji.
"Neji's eyes were widened when Juugo shot chakra blasts from his jet boosters, "Hakkeshō: Kaiten (Eight Trigrams: Palm Rotation)..." Neji spined unleashing chakra from his tenketsu points to defend himself from the chakra blasts which he succeeded.
====Meanwhile====
"I thought rotation was a main family technique, but Neji learnt it..." Naruto looked at Hinata who blushed when their eyes met.
"N-Neji nii-san is a prodigy... h-he learned the Kaiten (Palm Rotation) just by seeing one of the other clan members using it..." stuttered Hinata.
"Call me impressed... Neji is really a genius... if he stopped sprouting nonsense about fate then he could achieve many heights..." said Naruto.
====Back To the Fight====
Seeing Neji's defense, Juugo stopped firing canons and stretched his transformed hand towards Neji, who stopped his Kaiten (Palm Rotation) when he felt the bombardment stopped on him, but he got caught by that.
"This will be the end..." Juugo readied his other hand with a jet booster enhanced punch.
"Yes... your fate sealed here... my fate is sealed to be a winner..." said Neji.
"If my fate is sealed then I'll try to change my fate... I'll create my fate not let fate create me..." Juugo fired back.
"You don't know fate and that's why your fate is weak... you are in my area of divination... Hakke Rokujūyon Shō "(Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms)... two palms..." Neji hit Juugo's two tenketsu points, "Four palm..." Juugo's body stiffened, and his arms turned back to normal, Neji continued his onslaught, "Eight Palms..."
Juugo's jet boosters shifted towards Neji and hastily blasted on Neji's face to send him away. Neji wasn't ready for the cannons because he thought that the cannons would be disabled when he blocked at least 8 chakra points, but he was wrong and blasted away. Juugo transformed back completely and looked at Neji if he is going to wake up or not.
The blast did a good amount of damage and Neji was unable to get up due to exhaustion, "My chakra... is siphoned off..."
"It's my ability... I can absorb any chakra with physical contact... please don't try to stand or you will cause yourself more pain..." spoke Juugo.
"There's no way I can lose... there is no way... my fate already declared me the winner from the beginning of the match..." Neji frustratedly stated.
"Like I said fate can be changed, mine changed... I thought I would be alone for my whole life due to my rage... I sealed myself at a distance from everyone not wanting to harm anyone but then I met my friend Kimimaro... because of him and my sensei I cannot control my rage when I'm using my powers... I changed my fate because I learned relying on fate will stop you from progressing... I hope you will also learn it, or you will stay behind from everyone..." explained Juugo.
Genma smirked at Juugo's speech and when Neji didn't retort he got the idea that Neji was thinking about Juugo's words, "You know even a caged bird can be free to fly if you try..." Genma saw Neji wasn't getting up, so he declared the match, "Hyūga Neji is unable to continue... Juugo wins..."
The crowd was speechless as well as the Hyūga clan members. Juugo slightly bowed to Neji before returning to the competitors box. Though Juugo got the least applause from the audience, he wasn't bothered, his only goal was to face strong opponents to find his limit.
====Meanwhile====
"Juugo is really strong... to think he defeated the Hyūga prodigy..." spoke Rasa, "It is such a shame the Otogakure's Kage isn't here..."
"Yeah, but the first the match was interesting though Juugo almost made it one sided... what do you think about their promotion?" asked Kushina.
"I think Neji isn't ready for a promotion, but I would hold Juugo's promotion until we see the 6th match..." said Rasa
"I was thinking the same..." said Kushina.
====To The Audience====
"No way Neji lost..." said Tenten in shock.
"Huugo-san is a youthful opponent and someday I want to exchange blows with him..." shouted Lee.
"That guy hit really hard... I was in pain for 5 days straight.
"Can I sit with you?" everyone looked behind at the feminine voice from their back and hey narrowed their eyes at the girl.
"What the hell Naruto! Why are you here using that ridiculous transformation?" questioned Ino.
"I'm sorry but you have me mistaken with my Oni-chan... my name is Taiyō and I'm Naruto Oni-chan's twin Shisutā (sister)..." Taiyō introduced herself.
"What the hell! Naruto never said that he has a twin sister who just looks like his Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Technique)..." said Kiba.
"Umm... what jutsu?" asked Taiyō.
"Don't say that Kiba..." Ino bonked Kiba's head.
"Let me explain... the same day Kyuubi attacked when they were born, and someone tried to kidnap them because of Naruto father only Naruto remained but Taiyō here was kidnapped... later Sandaime-sama found out that someone was using her by controlling her brain with a jutsu and rescued her..." explained Kakashi.
"Wow that's really cruel... anyways Taiyō we're Naruto's friends so you can sit with us..." said Ino.
"Thank you..." Taiyō smiled and sat beside Ino.
"My name is Yamanaka Ino... and that bog with the dog is Inuzuka Kiba and Akamaru... the plump boy there is Akimichi Choji and those two are Rock Lee and Higarashi Tenten and that boy is Sai..." explained Ino.
"Nice to meet you everyone..." greeted Taiyō.
'That's Code 9... what is Code 9 doing here? Danzo-sama said that it destroyed itself after it failed to capture the jinchuuriki... I need to inform Danzo-sama fast about this... someone brainwashed it and made Danzo-sama believe it destroyed itself...' thought Sai and then he got up from his seat.
"What happened Sai? Why did you suddenly get up like that?" asked Kiba.
"I think I'm not feeling well so I'm going home..." lied Sai.
"Okay Sai... be careful and if you don't feel well then get a checkup immediately..." told Ino.
"I will..." then Sai quickly left.
