====Chunin Exams Finals: Haku vs Naruto: With the Spectators====
"What the hell! Those two were clones and they did this much damage..." said Ino.
"Then how much can they do by themselves?" questioned Choji.
"Hokage-sama and Mikoto-san made those two monsters..." said Asuma.
"Naruto almost got our asses at our first day with him... though we weren't trying they are far from genin..." said Asuma.
"Are you sure that he wasn't trying?" asked Kurenai.
====Meanwhile====
"Those two are having fun..." said Nier.
"That ice user is no pushover... though it will be over when Naruto takes the Kyuubi into the game..." said Temari.
"Something tells me that those two troublesome brothers will blow up the stadium if they need to..." said Shikamaru.
"And why is that?" asked Temari.
"Think about it... Naruto is a jinchuuriki so he can have monstrous chakra but what about Haku? Even if he has jonin level chakra he can't go far after using those jutsus after fighting Sasuke..." explained Shikamaru.
"The Nara is right... the Yuki's chakra level isn't decreasing a bit... either he has chakra storage seals, or he is siphoning the Uzumaki's chakra..." added on Juugo.
"Kushina-sensei is a seal master and don't you think she can teach us some chakra storage seals or chakra siphoning seals?" questioned Nier.
"That explains a lot..." said Shikamaru.
====Back To the Fight====
Both boys are facing each other with a smile plastered on their faces showing they are enjoying the match.
"It's time to gear up..." the water around Haku started to ripple then he performed some hand seals. The water around him lifted up to 8 meters taking a shape of something then freezing. After the transformation was complete Haku was frozen in the 8-meter-tall humanoid with its right hand carry an ice blade similar to Kubikiribōchō and the left hand was holding a spear.
Haku's eyes were opened in the humanoid, "Hyōton: Sentō Senshi (Ice Release: Battle Warrior)..."
"This is some shit... where did you get this idea?" asked Naruto.
"It's derived from Mikoto-sensei's Susano'o..." answered Haku, who then swung his sword towards Naruto.
Due to his advance sensing skills, he dodged the sword in time, but his orange jacket was shredded into many pieces, and he got giant slashes at his front, "Wind chakra..." Naruto said and tore the remainder of his meh shirt showing his bare upper body. Then red chakra surrounded him and healed those cuts immediately. Many of the audience members were frightened around Naruto's transformation of the Kyuubi's chakra but after some moments the chakra changed its color into yellow. Black marking appeared around Naruto with unstable yellow chakra cloak surrounding him.
Kurama was seeing Naruto's incomplete transformation with a smirk, 'This is getting interesting...'
"So, your chakra cloak will look like this when Naruto completes the transformation..." said Minato.
"You are a genius human Yondaime... you know what your other half is doing with mine..." said Kurama.
"What?" asked Minato, confused at what the Kyuubi was saying.
"Hahaha... you will learn in time..." said Kurama.
"What is this new transformation?" questioned Haku.
"This... is the incomplete chakra cloak of the mastered Kyuubi chakra..." Naruto launched himself towards Haku's massive figure and punched at its gut. Naruto's punch did damage with a small crack but also Naruto flew back slightly after the collision, "It's repulsive wind chakra... very clever Haku..."
"I will defeat you this time..." Haku threw his spear towards Naruto before swinging his massive ice blade.
"Try me..." Naruto simply punched the spear to break it then dodged the blade maintaining distance so the wind chakra couldn't hurt him, "You really have enjoyed siphoning off Kyuubi's and my chakra Haku... Kaa-san really showed you some seals..."
"Why of course... I'll take it one step further or I'll lose..." two more arms sprouted with ice spears and he continuously throwing them.
"Damn big needles..." Naruto kicked and punched the spears to destroy them.
"Hijutsu: Makyō Hyōshō (Secret Technique: Demonic Ice Mirrors)..." whispered Haku.
Naruto quickly found himself in a giant dome of ice mirrors and Haku's giant went into a mirror with every other mirror reflecting Haku, "You sure are crazy..."
"2 minutes straight battle Naruto... then my chakra will be low and you will win..." stated Haku.
"Maybe you can land some hits on me, and you will win..." said Naruto.
The spectators watched without blinking even though they only saw flashes running in the dome and sometimes ice shattered, and sometime Kurama's chakra spiked. After the mist cleared Haku was floating unconscious without too much injuries where Naruto was on his knees panting heavily at the other side. Naruto's whole body was red in color since the chakra mode wasn't complete it harmed him with third degree burns. Naruto barely stood up with the pain and flashed a weak smile showing he had emerged as the victor.
Genma nodded with a smirk, "Yuki Haku is unable to continue... Uzumaki Naruto wins the match and wins the chunin exams..."
"Great..." Naruto did his best to walk up to Haku then lied on water floating beside his adopted brother, "You did well... I need some sleep..." with that he closed his eyes to embrace the sleep after fighting against his brother.
"No matter after what reason you are fighting your sibling... in the end you just love he or she so you can't hurt them..." said Genma.
====To The Kages====
"So, what do you think Kazekage-dono? I'll promote both of them..." said Kushina.
"Yes... they showed everything they need to be chunin... I can see 4 Konoha genin are going to be promoted..." said Rasa.
"We talked about the first two... the third will be Nara Shikamaru and who will be the fourth?" asked Kushina.
"You know about the genin I'm talking about..." Rasa said.
"Yeah sure..." Kushina laughed.
====Meanwhile====
All shinobi audience clapped for both finalists where very few civilians cheered for the finalists or even the winner. This didn't go unnoticed by everyone.
"Whiskers-kun and Haku-kun did their very best and Whiskers-kun became the winner of the match..." stated Rin.
"But I think many people of Konoha don't appreciate this... they still fear Naruto as the Kyuubi's container... and it doubled when he used it's chakra..." said the fire daimyo.
"I'm not really like this... after everything he showed how can people still despise him... he is the Yondaime Hokage's child, but he is more than that... he is the protector of this village..." said Rin.
"People's opinion never change in hours... it takes days, months, or even years... sometimes their opinions neve change... though we know Naruto will ignore those who hate him..." said the fire daimyo.
"That is something he would do for sure... maybe his time at the capital will forget these... it's good that he is asleep..." said Rin.
====At The Competitors Box====
Nier looked like she was about to lash out on anger toward Konoha for the treatment they were giving to Naruto, Shikamaru tried to calm her down, "Oi, oi troublesome woman... stop scaring us and tell us what's wrong..."
"Everything is wrong..." stated Nier.
Shikamaru sighed at the cryptic answer, Temari cleared it up for him, "She meant after everything Naruto proved that he is not the demon, but he is only containing it no one is appreciating that..."
"Yeah, I have already figured that out... but there is nothing we can do about that... they are gripping on to the past and are not willing or wanting to see the present..." said Shikamaru.
"I can relate to it... my Otōto is also a jinchuuriki..." said Temari.
"Even though the Kyuubi attack at Konoha wasn't Naruto's fault... that masked man just confessed it was him who wanted to destroy the village..." said Juugo.
"They are disrespecting their own Hokage's last wish... the only thing they will get is hell..." said Nier.
====Meanwhile====
"This is wrong... almost no one cheered for Naruto..." said Ino.
"This is really unyouthful..." said Lee.
"I hope you can forgive them sensei..." said Kakashi.
"What happened to Konoha? Where are the Hi no Ishi (Will of Fire) in people of Konoha?" shouted Guy.
====Some Hours Later at Hospital====
Naruto woke up with a foul mood. No, it wasn't Naruto's foul mood, but Minato's and a small bit of Kurama despite Naruto was sleeping they could see everything around him and Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō (Konoha's Yellow Flash) and the Kyuubi no Yoko were very angry on Konoha.
"Minato... calm your anger down..." said Kushina.
Naruto looked at Kushina with said eyes, "Don't tell me you aren't angry Kushina?"
"Very angry bit like Naruto used to say don't bother about those who don't care about you... let them be by themselves... there are some visitors for you..." said Kushina.
"Yeah... it will be nice... I'll switch with Naruto..." Minato spoke through Naruto. Kushina hugged her son then went out to call the visitors. Naruto was not surprised when he saw Rin enter first with a smile on her face.
"You are looking fine Whiskers-kun..." said Rin.
"Thank you Hime-sama..." Naruto replied with a smile.
"I thought we were passed the honorifics many months ago..." said Rin.
"Haha... I was testing to see if you were the person I met then or if you changed..." said Naruto.
"I think you got your answer... you will be joining very soon at the capital... and I have seen the prowess if my bodyguard for some time... you always amazed me..." said Rin.
"Well, this is our second time meeting, and you are saying we know each other for years..." said Naruto.
"Come one Whiskers-kun..." Rin caressed Naruto's whisker marks causing him to purr, and she laughed, "Some people don't need years to know each other..."
"I think so... I hope next some years will be interesting for me..." said Naruto.
"Sure, it will... oh before I forget..." Rin handed Naruto a basket which she brought with her.
"What is it?" asked Naruto.
"They are some sweets and chocolates for you..." said Rin.
"Ah thank you again..." Naruto grabbed her palm and sen a little lightning chakra in her causing her to jump slightly.
"Haha... you are tickling me again... Will it hurt if you use a bit more chakra?" asked Rin.
"It will not hurt but you will feel something else so let the matter drop..." said Naruto.
Rin tilted her head in confusion but didn't ask him since she would get whatever she want when he will be her bodyguard, "Well then... my time is up... I hope I will see you at the end of this month again..."
"Sure..." Naruto bid her goodbye she left then Nier entered, "Hello..."
"Looks like you got some gifts..." Nier pointed out.
"Well Rin gave me some sweets... come on sit and take one...'
"Sure..." Nier sat on Naruto's bed and took a chocolate between her teeth and put her face in front of him looking in his eyes.
Naruto got the idea what Nier wanted but he hesitated to go with Nier. Nier grabbed Naruto's cheeks and caressed them before nodding to him. Naruto gulped and slowly went towards her face and touched the piece of chocolate. The moment he touched the chocolate Nier pushed it into his mouth and claimed his lips with hers for a kiss. Taking Naruto by surprise, Nier explored Naruto's mouth getting the chocolatey taste through him with a kiss. Naruto didn't do anything but let her kiss him violently when he became submissive to others.
"That was for defeating me and becoming chunin... Naruto I feel like I have been cheating you because I actually don't have feelings for you..." Nier said and Naruto's eyes widen, "You're a wonderful person and someday a girl will be lucky to have you... but I think it is for the best that we don't go any further... I also got asked by the ANBU to be a part of it, so we won't see each other as often..."
"I understand Nier..." Naruto said with a smile that showed how hurt and sad he was, "I hope that we do see each other... as friends you better invite me to things you are supposed to invite your friends for in the future and I will do the same..."
"Sure Naruto... see you soon..." said Nier, then she got up and left.
Naruto took another chocolate and threw it into his mouth, "The chocolates are good..."
====2 Days Later====
4 genins who participated in the chunin exams were present at the Hokage's office knowing what is coming towards them. The 2 days went with Itachi joining Konoha again while Mikoto officially became Kushina's assistant. Nothing was found out about Sasuke while Sakura was still on the floor bleeding out from her injury in a lightless cell that no one knew where it was. Uchiha Sasuke became one of the most hated people in the Konoha shinobi ranks and was declared as a missing ninja while the civilians hand many opinions on that. Some people stated it was because of Kyuubi's influence Sasuke became evil and isolated Naruto, while the shopkeepers didn't throw him out but feared him. In other words, Konoha was poisoned by hatred, and it lost its Hi no Ishi (Will of Fire) which was started by the Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen and the Gama Sennin (Toad Sage, Jiraiya.
====Now====
"Do you know why you were called here?" asked Kushina.
"We're going to get promoted..." said Haku.
"Yes... Nara Shikamaru... despite of your laziness you earned votes from people and with your intelligence you did well through the whole chunin exams... you are by here promoted to chunin... I'll kill your laziness is some months so don't worry..." said Kushina.
"Asuma-sensei if I die then it will be your fault..." Shikamaru went forward and accepted his new rank.
"Now Fujishiro Nier... despite your loss in the first round you showed everything needed to be a chunin... with your history you were favorite from the beginning... thank you Kushina-sensei..." Nier went forward accepting her new rank.
"Now Yuki Haku and Uzumaki Naruto... both finalists and the winner... I have nothing to say... I'm very proud of you... both of you were recommended to be promote in the Tokubetsu Jonin (Special Jonin) and hereby you two are Tokubetsu Jonin... and the ANBU captain recommended to Nier and Haku to join the ANBU ranks..."
"Thank you Hokage-sama... I will think about it..." said Haku.
"He came to me personally and I excepted it..." said Nier.
Kushina nodded and turned to Naruto, "Now Uzumaki Naruto... Daimyo-sama wants you to join as a full-fledged ninja guardian..."
"I'll head towards the capital next week..." said Naruto.
"This is everything I have to say... I hope you all rise higher in your journey..." said Kushina.
Meanwhile somewhere in a cave some astral projections were showing some people.
"Why are we called Leader-sama?" asked one.
"I can see Kisame but where is Itachi?" asked another.
"I don't think Itachi is coming Kakazu..." said Kisame.
"Kisame is right... Itachi betrayed Akatsuki..." said Pain.
"Why would Itachi betray Akatsuki?" asked a blonde-haired man.
"Itachi was still loyal to Konoha... nothing can be done now... it will not change our agenda... look for the jinchuuriki... for toady Tobi will join as Kisame's partner..." ordered Pain.
"KISAME-SENPAIIIII... TOBI WILL BE A GOOD BOY..." said Tobi.
"Just don't scream..." said Kisame.
"Kisame and Tobi you will look for Hachibi... me and Konan will go for the Kyuubi jinchuuriki..." said Pain.
