Roark's In-Game Team: Geodude, Onix, Cranidos
Changes: Exchange Onix for Rhyperior, fully evolve Geodude into Golem and Cranidos into Rampardos

Gardenia's In-Game Team: Turtwig, Cherrim, Roserade
Changes: Fully evolve Turtwig into Torterra

Fantina's In-Game Team: Duskull, Haunter, Mismagius
Changes: Fully evolve Duskull into Dusknoir and Haunter into Gengar. Gengar can Mega Evolve
