Here is the next chapter. Please read and review thank you love Hermione xxx

As they sat down for lunch the next day while the twins napped upstairs with Kreacher popping in on them every so often Petunia turned to Vernon and took a deep breath. "Vernon we need to talk. As you know Lily was a witch but there are still some things you don't know. For example when Lily got her letter I wrote behind my parents back to Albus Dumbledore to ask him if I could go to his school and got a polite and pleasant response about why I couldn't go. Mum and dad got it all so wrong though. Being as religious as I know you know they were they thought Lily was lucky and blessed by god with magical abilities. They often told me that the rest of us were not special enough to have those abilities as god didn't trust us with them!" she said seriously as he scowled.

"Look Petunia I've always loved your parents and thought them great people but this is the daftest thing I've ever heard them say. It's quite obvious if my own family tree is anything to go by that you guys obviously had magical ancestors somewhere along the line. The fact that they thought it was god is outlandish and crazy. I'm sorry but it is. The fact that you probably suffered emotionally too because of this is so hard. I'm always here if you need to talk sweetheart!" he said kindly planting a firm kiss on her lips. She sighed in relief. He'd not thought her mad and had believed like she did that her parents were the mad ones.

"Vernon I've been thinking about all that Lily would tell me of their world when we were still friendly and I remember her telling me about Muggle Studies at school. She had told me I was a muggle because I had no magic. Knowing what I know now however from our trip to the bank yesterday I was thinking of returning there with one of the kids to get a family tree drawn up for me. I want to know if we had any magical relatives ourselves. I also think we need to write to the educational department of their ministry because Lily took Muggle Studies for interested purposes only of course but she did show me a book they used and I still have it in this drawer here. I found it fascinating so she allowed me to keep it and I forgot all about it till yesterday night!" she said getting up and moving to one of the side drawers to take it out.

The book itself looked relatively new however as he opened it he could see the content inside it was not. Inside it covered things such as fashion, food, drink and how people even got around but it was nearly all from the nineteenth century. It did go up as far as the roaring twenties but things had changed so much since then. Petunia decided to make changes to the book and send it into the educational department for review stating that someone should come to the muggle world to see how people dressed, ate, drank and travelled as it was very different indeed. Even Vernon thought things such as childcare, how children were raised, educated and what types of jobs people could now have should be included. They would include photos of the current fashion as well. Hopefully it would be accurately updated by the time their children were going to school. They had decided to home school the boys as it would be best for them. They would both attend preschool and nursery but then they would attend primary school at home where Petunia would teach them all they needed to know. This was truly the safer option as they could also be trained in magic and how to keep that secret to themselves. It was a fool proof plan.

The one thing they had noticed was the fact that Damian was very good at using his accidental magic carefully to get whatever he wanted simply in a way which hurt people the least. Dudley was not. He would take whatever it was he wanted whether he hurt people or not. He had slammed the fridge door on Petunia's hand once on his third birthday and made her cry. He had wanted different juice and hurt her hand in the process. She got so angry with him he cried making his birthday cake explode all over Damian who had waved his hands sending Dudley to his room and locking the door. While he said no very loudly. Petunia was shocked as he grabbed her hand smiling as her bruise from the door went away. Dudley it would seem didn't understand why it had been wrong. Vernon left the room quickly going downstairs to the lounge to laugh where Damian wouldn't see him. It had been rather funny after all but he didn't want to risk Petunia's ire by laughing in front of her. Petunia of course found him and then proceeded to laugh herself.

"Well what? It was ridiculous! Oh well Happy birthday boys!" she called out as both boys came in laughing and giggling the accident forgotten. Dudley had been thoroughly scared by it though and they were shocked as Damian had started to hold his hand often to help with it. Within a couple of months there was a drastic improvement in his accidental magic. They were already taught one spell with their wands which they could do which was of course the lumos charm. It was the easiest one they could use. Petunia had of course been to the bank to get her own family tree done and had discovered an Evans squib in her line which explained why Dudley was also magical. It was indeed interesting.

"Petunia we both know both boys inherited different names and so on. What should we have them go by once they get to school? I want them to know what their names should be. Should we call them both Black's or what?" he asked casually as she looked at him in surprise. The boys were currently over at Grimmauld Place with the magical tutor and Kreacher. It gave them a few hours to themselves while Vernon was off from work for his summer holidays to discuss these things.

"Well Damian was a Peverell and I know Dudley will be a Black. I think we should call Damian, Damian Peverell Black and Dudley, Dudley Dursley Black. Either that or they can both be simply Damian and Dudley Dursley Black or something. I'm not sure. What do you think?" she asked as he looked at her in concentration.

"I don't really know but we'll need to think about it. I think they could both just be Black's for now and then we'll see later on. Actually I have an idea. We can make Dudley, Dudley B Dursley and Damian, Damian P Dursley. That's what we'll do then it's settled!" he said smiling as Petunia agreed with him. It really would be best. Their magical training was coming along fine. They got a shocking telephone call however from a horrified Marge. She sounded really panicked on the phone and Vernon was worried about her.

"Hello"

"Vernon it's me Marge! That blasted Ripper was running in the house and he knocked over my damn scented candle! I'm so sorry but that painting toy you gave me and the wall it was on went up in flames. I am sorry to say that, that particular room was now condemned. I will need to come and stay with you until it has been repaired. How are the boys?" she asked as he glanced around nervously. Marge couldn't come and stay because then she would see their magic and he was afraid of what she would do with information like that.

"Unfortunately Marge we don't have enough room for you to stay here overnight but we will pay for a hotel for you nearby no problems. You could be here during the day of course but not at night I am afraid!" he said apologetically as she sighed deeply.

"I'm sorry old boy. I didn't mean to stress you out. I forgot you didn't have the room how silly of me. I will stay in the Ritz for about two weeks or so while repairs are done. Could you at least look after Ripper for me!?" she asked forcefully but Vernon was angry now as he hated that dog. It was too violent for his liking and to be honest Marge never noticed it which was also annoying.

"No we cannot our sons are allergic to dogs it is why we don't have one. Again we will help you pay to put him in care if you need us to. You should have known better then to ask me that Marge!" he snapped slightly as she cried on the other end. She had hoped Vernon would get over his childish dislike of her darling Ripper. She never saw how aggressive he was though and thought everyone else was just being dramatic as he looked fierce.

"I know I should have. I am sorry. It's just so tough. I mean I really liked that toy. The constant threats of murder were a real mood lifter. I mean on days when I felt like shit I would just look at the ugly mug of the woman in the photo threatening to kill me and I would feel better at once. It was like no matter how bad I feel I'll never look that shit you know. I'll never be that vile or something. I shall miss it for sure. I will be around for dinner later on today!" she said as he agreed and hung up. He hoped the boys would behave but who could tell what would happen. They came back two hours later all excited from their lessons. They were currently learning etiquette from their world and would soon begin learning household charms both wandlessly and with their wands considering they both had excellent wandless skills. Vernon had given the lordship over to Dudley but would pretend to hold the seat until Dudley was eleven and able to handle properly being the Lord Black. They knew not to do magic in the muggle world so this was never a concern for them. Vernon was just concerned about them performing magic at home in front of Marge as he was scared about how she would react to it. She'd have actually been rather proud and excited for him not that he knew this of course.

He had already received and changed a lot of the laws which had been passed in his absence once he'd had them explained to him in layman's terms. Lucius had been summarily kicked out and Mr Percival Graves Vernon's magical attorney had been instated to go in his place. He said Lord Black was disgusted by the idiocy shown by Lord Malfoy based on how he chose to vote. He said house Black had been dark once but was now a light house as all dark members had been since purged from the family. He was also instructed to say that the new Lord Black was thrilled that his house was to be a light one from now on. This really did serve to make Lucius look foolish and indeed dark everything he didn't want. He secretly vowed to get back at the new Lord Black as soon as he could find the man. No one much knew who it was but most assumed the lawyer was there on behalf of a younger Lord Black who couldn't be there in person for obvious reasons. Dolores Umbridge was pissed off because he refused to back her proposed laws against werewolves. He had told her that Lord Black thought everyone was equal and would not vote on this to sooth her ego and her attempts to shun people who had, had no choice in what they became. This lawyer was on fire and making Lord Black's new light very clear indeed. Dumbledore himself was too delighted that they were moving over to the light side to care who it's lord was.

The lawyer had also asked why Fenrir Greyback who had done this to so many innocent magicals had not been caught and sent through the veil for it. Dolores was further incensed when he told her to simply focus on catching the real culprit instead of making those innocent people continue to suffer like Greyback was still attacking them every month. It had been his greatest triumph so far as most people agreed with him and after six or so months Fenrir was finally caught and shoved through the veil to his death as suggested. Any werewolves who wanted to act like Fenrir were also killed so as not to endanger their population any further. It was extreme but needed to happen to insure no one else was attacked unjustly. Laws were implemented stating that people who were werewolves were to be employed by everyone with no exceptions. The new laws also stated they couldn't be discriminated against by potential employers solely based on the fact that they were werewolves either but that they must tell every new employer they were werewolves. The last part of this law stated that they were only to work three weeks each month and get one paid week off each month for their transformations.

Remus Lupin had gone looking for Harry everywhere but couldn't find him. Going to Hogwarts he asked Dumbledore about it who assured him Harry was fine and settled in a routine. He was told he'd only disturb the boy unnecessarily and left feeling very defeated or so he looked. He then went to Hagrid explaining that Dumbledore was extremely busy and stressed out and how he didn't want to disturb him so could Hagrid please tell him where Harry was. Hagrid of course blabbed immediately and chose not to tell Dumbledore if he was as stressed as he had said he had been. Remus arrived at number four Privet Drive and walked up the driveway knocking on the door. He was stunned as a Caribbean Rastafarian man answered the door with Bob Marley blaring inside his house.

"Yeah Mon! How can I help you brother?" he asked as Remus floundered for a moment. Why in the hell would Albus place Harry with Rastafarian people of all people? This was a bizarre mystery. Stopping to think of it properly though he guessed it did make sense because no one would ever think to look for Harry in the family of a Rastafarian man.

"Yes I am here to see Harry Potter is he in?" he asked as the man laughed.

"I dunno who dat is Mon. I only lived here about nine or so year!" he answered casually as Remus gasped. Clearly they'd moved away.

"Do you know where the old people who owned this home went?" he asked politely as the man studied him.

"From what I heard they went to Costa Del Sol Spain because they couldn't afford to live in England no longer" he said. It was what the neighbours had told him after all as he was buying the house. It had been assumed it was cheaper to live on the continent so that's why he had been told that. Remus left at once and went to the local yellow pages. He knew who he'd been left with as Hagrid had told him Harry's aunt and uncle. He knew Vernon and Petunia from Lily's stories of the people. He eventually found them however they were listed in Brixton London not Costa Del Sol Spain. He arrived and knocked on their door hoping he was in the right place as he wouldn't like to be wrong twice in one day. "Hello my name is Remus Lupin…"
