Location: Sprawl - Tram Station

6:21 PM

Iuzku was the first to run into the scene. Uraraka and the girls halted at his right, Bakugou and Todoroki stood by his left, and Isaac slowed down to join them. The group saw a burning train speeding past them down the railroad, followed by shrieking metal that rang through the air. Papers flew through the air from where the train had sped along the tracks, and remnants of flames still smoldered on the walls. Frantic high-pitched screams caused the group's heads to snap toward the source of the sound.

They saw Kaminari and Mineta sprint out of the train car's doors. Two slashers ran fast after them while growling and swinging their arms about. Izuku channeled One for All through his body as crackles of green energy appeared around his person, then sprinted forward and followed up with a leap. Isaac took one step forward with his plasma cutter raised, and shot two blade rounds at the sprinting slasher's left leg. The slasher collapsed onto the floor with a shriek of pain, turning its hateful gaze towards the engineer. Isaac ended the necromorph's life by shooting at the neck—severing its head from its shoulders.

The slasher shrieked one last time before its body went limp.

"St. Louis, Smash!" Izuku shouted, twisting his torso, and lashing a powerful kick at the other slasher.

Midoriya's kick sent the necromorph flying to the side, colliding their back against a large monitor. Cracking the screen that spider webbed across it from the impact. The slasher got up from the floor and glared at the young hero before charging at him, followed by a gurgling growl. The creature threw its arm forward in an attempt to impale the young hero's chest with its bone-like blade. However, Izuku sidestepped out of the way just in time and punched the necromorph hard in the face. His fist caved in the creature's skull with enough force to cause it to stumble backwards.

Uraraka speeds past Midoriya and thrust her right hand at the slasher's chest. The pads on her fingers briefly glowed pink before gravity slowly pulled the necromorph up in the air, causing the creature to thrash around uselessly with flailing limbs. Izuku leapt into the air above the necromorph, planting his black armored boots onto the ceiling, and thrust himself downward. He raised his right leg up as he focused his narrowed gaze at the slasher's helpless state.

"Manchester Smash!" Izuku rushed his foot downward, driving his heel hard into the slasher's head, knocking it flat onto the tram station's floor on its back.

The impact caused wind pressure to flow through the area. Isaac brought his arm up to block said wind, and the rest of the students did the same. Their hair and clothes blew around them. Kaminari was knocked off his feet, while Mineta rolled several feet back by the force of the wind. As quickly as the wind came, it died down, and Izuku landed with a thud next to Uraraka.

The pair looked down to see the slasher laying dead at their feet. Its body was indented and punctured with a hole on its forehead from where Izuku's heel had landed, and its blood stained the subway floor beneath it. Izuku and Uraraka exhaled in unison, relieved to have managed to subdue the creature.

Isaac walks over to them and bends down next to the corpse. It's shocking enough for him to know these kids were abnormal, but to witness them taking down a necromorph without the use of a weapon was beyond his expectations. Leaving him in more wonderment as to where these kids come from.

"My god," Isaac said under his breath, shocked by what he was seeing.

"Midoriya!"

Izuku rolled his body around in time to be enveloped by Kaminari and Mineta in a hug. Kaminari encircled his arms around his friend's neck, while Mineta wrapped his arms around his leg. Rubbing his cheek on the latter's thigh up and down. Izuku chuckled awkwardly as he listened to the pair crying tears of joy.

"Thank you so much for saving us, Midoriya," Kaminari and Mineta said in unison.

Izuku closed his eyes with an awkward smile gracing his lips.

"Heh, heh, your welcome," Izuku replied.

Uraraka turned her cheek away from the trio. Slightly narrowing her eyes with a pout.

"I help too, you know," Uraraka said under her breath.

The pair pulled away from Izuku and tried to compose themselves. Once they wiped away their tears, the others gathered up around them. Kaminari scanned his surroundings as he noticed the unfamiliar area they were all in.

"What is this place?" Asked Kaminari.

Isaac turned his gaze towards Kaminari.

"We're in Titan station," Isaac replied. "Or colloquially known as the Sprawl."

Kaminari and Mineta shifted their focus on the armored space engineer. Mineta raised a brow at him.

"Uh, who are you?" Mineta asked, glancing up at the man.

Isaac extended a hand to the short latter as his helmet mechanically unfolded itself to reveal his face.

"I'm Isaac," he introduced himself, smiling at Mineta.

Mineta eyed his hand attached to the smiling man cautiously before taking it in his. The pair shook their hands before pulling them back to their sides. Isaac shifted his gaze back to Kaminari, and noticed him staring in awe at him.

"Wow, nice suit dude," Kaminari said, studying the engineer's space suit.

Isaac nodded his head in gratitude. "Thanks."

Yaoyorozu walked up to the trio.

"Well, that's two down," Yaoyorozu stated, forming a small smile. Jiro walked up to her side.

"That leaves eight," Jiro added.

Isaac blinked and turned his gaze towards the girls.

"Seriously?" Isaac was surprised. "How many of you are there in total?"

Tsuyu placed right finger on her chin.

"With all of us together, nineteen, ribbit," Tsuyu replied, ending her sentence with a croak.

Kaminari once again scanned his surroundings. He noticed something odd amongst the group.

"Where are the others?" Kaminari asked, looking at Izuku worryingly.

"I believe we all got separated when we entered through the portal," Izuku answered, left hand gesturing to Bakugo and Todoroki. "The only ones that hadn't left my side were Kachan and Todoroki."

Isaac arched a brow at what Izuku uttered. A part of him wanted to inquire what he meant by 'portal.' But then he remembered the promise that the latter made to him, and decided he'll save his questions after he helps these kids find the rest of their friends. Isaac also decided to explain to Kaminari and Mineta regarding the creatures they had recently encountered, as well as the marker that was causing the nightmarish horror they found themselves in.

"Woah," Mineta remarked, breathlessly.

Kaminari glanced down at the slasher's dead corpse.

"So these guys used to be…people?" Kaminari questioned, his tone laced with horror.

Isaac nodded his head once.

"Yes," Isaac replied.

A bone chilling roar echoed from behind the group. Isaac and half of Class 1A snapped their gaze to the source, staring off from where they came in. The roar was answered by a similar, and then another. Until they soon gave way to silence.

"Alright, we've stayed here long enough," Isaac said, shifting his gaze towards the kids and jerking his head towards the train. "Come on."

Isaac led half of Class 1A inside the train car. The lights flickered ominously as they entered, casting eerie shadows on the worn seats. Isaac turned to his right, finding the door at the end to be locked, then shifted his head to his left, and landed his gaze on another door that was unlocked for entry. The group walked down the passenger car's second section, entering through the door that split in two and slid to the side. They proceeded forward until Isaac stopped in front of a machine box at the first section's end.

"Hey, I'm gonna try and get this train moving. Cover my back, okay?" Isaac asked, looking over his shoulder at the vigilant teens. Izuku and his friends nodded.

Isaac removed the machine boxss' front cover before sliding his arm through the tangled mess of wires inside. His hand groped blindly, searching for the right weak point to connect. He squinted his eyes in concentration, carefully working to identify the correct sequence. After a few tweaks the train roared to life. The group heard the rumbling of the engine beneath their feet, signaling their impending departure.

"Okay," Isaac said, rolling his body and approach Izuku and his friends. "I think that should d—"

Isaac's words were interpreted by glass suddenly shattering at the car section's end. Followed by the haunting, gurgling growl of a slasher, leaping inside the passenger car on four limbs. Isaac and the kids instantly turned their gaze towards the growl's direction until they saw the necromorph quickly got back up on its feet, snapping its sights at them. Bakugo clicked his tongue in annoyance, immediately readying his explosive quirk as sparks flickered from his palms.

"These bastards just don't know when to quit, do they?" Bakugo muttered, fully turning his body to face the creature.

Katsuki watches the creature stalk towards him and his friends as he forms his hand into a circle. Placing it on his other palm.

"AP Shot!" Bakugo announced his ultimate move through a shout, launching multiple explosive bullets at the slasher.

The female slasher recoiled when each bullet landed its mark and exploded. The creature was covered in holes when the dust settled, and its arms were blown off. It collapsed on the floor with a final gurgling moan and went limp.

The group looked over their shoulders, and saw another slasher bursting through a window behind them. The necromorph landed with a growl, snapped its piercing glare at the individuals, and sprinted towards them with shocking speed. Jiro stepped forward and plugged her jacks on the sound amplifiers on her forearms. Her elongated earlobes removed said amplifiers from her wrists, directing them towards her target at close range.

"Heartbeat Surround," Jiro muttered under her breath, and released a powerful, short-range soundwave.

The soundwave incapacitate the slasher in its tracks. The glass windows flanking the creature rippled humbly by the powerful wave, until they all shattered. Isaac used this chance to raise his plasma cutter, then shot a blade-round at its neck. Severing its head from its shoulders before doing the same with its arm and legs. Jiro canceled her attack just in time for the creature to fall on its back, laying dead its own pool of blood.

"Another one!" Mineta shouted, pointing far ahead.

The group followed the direction Mineta was pointing at. They saw a puker jumping in the train car through the doorway of a broken window, followed by a sickening and choking gurgle. The necromorph cocked its head back in preparation. But before it could do anything, Shoto quickly dodged past Jiro, stomped his boot on the car floor, and froze the creature in a block of Ice.

Izuku raised his arm and clasped his wrist. He aimed his flexed hand at the frozen puker, then flicked his fingers twice. Launching two Air Force bullets at the imprisoned creature as it exploded in a shockwave of wind. The force of his attack was enough to slightly bend the steel benches and floor, and the ice prison was split into three block size pieces. Mina glanced over her shoulder and saw that the door behind them was finally open.

"Guys, the door's open," Mina announced, looking between her friends while pointing at the faraway door.

Izuku looked at the unlocked door over his shoulder and narrowed his eyes.

"Let's go!" Izuku shouted, sprinting down the passenger section. Isaac and the others followed after him.

Izuku led the way down the third section as they carved through any necromorph that got in their way. Some were blown away by Bakugo's explosions, a few were burned alive by Shoto's fire quirk, and the rest were decked hard in the face by a double Detroit Smash from Midoriya's fists. By the time they reached the door, they were greeted by the sound of screaming wind. The group shockingly found the other car of the train was far away from them. With each passing second it was chugging further away deeper into the railroad tunnels.

"Isaac, does your suit allow you to fly?" Izuku asked, snapping his gaze at him. Isaac looked back at Midoriya.

"Uh, yeah," Isaac replied. "Why?"

Izuku looked back at the faraway train car then redirected his gaze back at the armored engineer.

"Okay, go on ahead," Izuku told him.

Isaac blinked in bewilderment.

"What?" Isaac was confused and worried. "But what about you guys?"

"I can fly too," said Izuku. "I have an ability that'll allow me to carry them across. I'll utilize that while flying behind you."

Isaac looked between the faraway train then back to the children.

"No," Isaac said. "If we're catching up to that train, then we all go together. So whatever it is you are about to do, do it. I'll wait for you."

Izuku shifted his gaze towards his friends. Uraraka and the others nodded their heads at him. He nodded back in return, then tendrils of BlackWhip emerged from his hips. Isaac perked up, a bit surprised as he watched each tendril wrapping all around Midoriya's friends one by one. The last tendril reached towards Uraraka, and slowly coiled around her waist.

Woah, Isaac thought.

"Okay, everyone ready?" Isaac asked, looking between each teen. They nodded their heads as a reply to his question.

Isaac faced the doorway and leapt out the passenger car without hesitation. Izuku activated the seventh user's float quirk, then leapt out of the car, flying close behind the armored engineer. Bakugo jumped out as well, flying through the air by blasting explosives behind him with his gloved palms. Wind loudly whipped past their ears as the group soared toward the other passenger car. It was then that Isaac noticed the passenger car's doors were shuddering, and one of them was wrenched off its hinges by the force of the wind.

Isaac swerved to the right in time to dodge the door that speed passed him. Izuku also dodged the door thanks to his Danger Sense alerting him. Another door flew off from its hinges as it soared towards the group, however they dodged it quickly. As they were now close to the train car, Izuku clamped his fist before anchoring it back, and swung forward. Shooting a thread of Blackwhip that found purchase on a rail, then propelled himself toward the doorway.

Izuku and his friends landed on their feet while Isaac and Bakugo embarked the passenger car behind them. At the far end of the car, the group saw another necromorph bursting through the window. However, this creature was another one the children had never seen before.

The necromorph's cranium was split open vertically, with the brain cavity being filled with connective tissue that allows the two halves of the head to serve as jaws. The creature's stiff left arm no longer had any articulation points except for the shoulder. A large pustule, filled with a glowing yellow chemical, developed at the arm's end, making it very heavy and unwieldy. The right forearm and foot fused together and extended in order to act as a leg, while the former and left foot have become fused and twisted to form a single muscular limb.

"You've gotta be kidding me," Shoto muttered under his breath.

"Goodness," Yaoyorozu breathed, clasping a hand over her mouth.

Mineta stared wide eyed at the creature clumsily stalking towards them.

"Isaac…what is that?" Mineta asked, horror lacing his tone.

"It's an Exploder," Isaac replied, narrowing his eyes at the clumsy necromorph. "They're the nightmarish version of suicide boomers. You see that weird glowing sack attached to its arm? That large pustule is filled with a chemical; a substance which is extremely reactive to blunt force, and results in a powerful explosion when the force applied on it surpasses a certain threshold. That is if it gets close to you."

A slasher leaps through a window in the train car next to the exploder. Isaac reloaded his plasma cutter before aiming at the exploder. He shot one blade round at the creature's pustule, and the necromorph exploded in a wet splat. Leaving behind a revolting stench that signed their nostrils. Before the group could proceed, the window next to Isaac exploded as another slasher pounced him to the steel floor. Crackles of green energy appeared around Izuku's body as he subconsciously activated One for All.

Tendrils of BlackWhip emerged from his hips, immediately grabbing hold of the creature's limbs and pulling it off of the engineer. He rushed forward until he was in close proximity, jumped in the air, and kicked the slasher at the chest full force. The slasher shrieked as gravity wrenched it backwards. It flew through the doorway from where the group came in, and its shriek soon died the farther it went. Izuku watched the creature landing its back on the railway until it was crushed underneath the speeding train. He rolled his body around, and saw Uraraka helping Isaac up to his feet.

"Are you okay?" Uraraka asked, looking at the armored engineer with concern. Isaac nodded his head.

"Yeah, I'm alright," Isaac replied, glancing at Izuku. "Thanks for the save, Izuku."

Izuku nodded his head. "You're welcome."

Jiro looked down at the few necromorph's dead corpses then glanced at the armored engineer.

"Where are these things coming from?" Jiro asked, looking at Isaac curiously.

Isaac glanced back at Jiro.

"These necromorphs use the vents to travel all over the place," Isaac explained. "They use it as an ambush to catch their prey off guard, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Especially if their prey is quicker than they are."

Bakugo narrowed his eyes.

"So basically we should keep an eye out for any of these freaks popping up in the vents, right?" Bakugo questioned. Isaac nodded his head.

"Yup," Isaac replied. "Gotta stay on guard at all times."

Uraraka shuddered a little.

"That's scary," Uraraka said, rubbing both of her arms with her hands.

Hagakure nodded in agreement. "Yeah, scary and creepy."

Isaac glanced at the two girls.

"More than you know," Isaac said.

Mineta looked around upon noticing a shift in the passenger car.

"Hey," Mineta called, grabbing everyone's attention. "Is it me, or is the train getting a bit…faster?"

Isaac and the others looked outside the passenger car's broken windows. The tunnel's walls were zipping way too fast, becoming nothing but a speeding blur. The group turned and ran down towards the next door, almost without thinking. They entered another section, but before they could advance further, the train suddenly quaked once which caused everyone to lose their balance. The group were on high alert as they noticed flames rising from behind the windows.

Isaac and the kids' ears were assaulted by an ear piercing shriek of metal grinding against metal. The passenger car violently shook, bending over, prompting gravity to wrench the group down. A few of the girls and boys screamed as they slid down each new section car akin to a slide, dodging a few slashers that attempted to stab them but missed. After a few minutes of sliding they all flew out of the train.

Isaac unfortunately got caught by a thick wire that coiled around his boot. Leaving him hanging upside down, and watching Izuku and his friends land roughly on the floor on their backs and bellies. Midoriya landed on his back with Uraraka on top of him. Mina, Jiro, Tsuyu, Hagakure, and Yaoyorozu laid on the floor close to each other in a circle. Kaminari and Mineta were laying with their faces planted on the floor, groaning in pain when the pair slowly got up. Bakugo and Shoto were already getting up on their feet as well whilst enduring the pain from the rough landing.

Izuku opened his eyes when a sweet smell entered his nostrils. Said eyes grew large upon staring back at the source, finding Uraraka so close to him that their noses were almost touching. Heat rose from the pair's necks and dusted their cheeks. Their hearts beating rapidly in unison, and the pair could feel it due to their chest pressing against each other. Immediately Uraraka sat up straight, sitting on Midoriya's lap and allowing the latter to prop himself up with the support of his hands.

"Uraraka! I-I'm sorry," Izuku apologized, looking at her with concern. Uraraka dismissively waved her hands at him.

"N-No! It's okay, you don't need to apologize," Uraraka reassured him, closing her eyes while smiling at him.

Isaac watched the pair with an arched brow. He wouldn't voice his assumption, but he wondered if those two were in some sort of relationship. Not that it was any of his business, but it would explain why the two acted strangely with each other. He'll just save his questions for later.

Everyone perked their heads up upon hearing a vent exploding. The group shifted their gaze towards the source, finding a slasher staring them down. Mina snapped her gaze towards a dark corner of the area, seeing a leg-less female slasher crawling towards her. An exploder appeared by rounding around a corner at the far back, clumsily approaching them with an eerie moan.

Soon the group found themselves surrounded by a small horde of necromorphs. The creatures growled, shrieked, and moaned as they drew closer to them.

Izuku and his friends gathered up in a protective circle close to Isaac and readied themselves for another battle.

A/N: There you have it, young readers! Next chapter will feature Izuku and his friends finally reuniting with their friends and explaining to Isaac Clarke who they are and why they're here. I've read in the comments that some of you have given me a list of suggestions on where Class 1A should travel to next, but I already have a plan for that covered. But until then I'm gonna have them get through this horrific nightmare. That's all I'll say for now, folks. As always, I'll see you young readers in the next chapter. Have a nice day!
