Harley could tell that the Chaos Entity was on edge. Somehow, the inky entity managed to convey so much with practically no ability for facial expression. Wherever the Entity was taking her, it didn't like the area they were wandering through. The Chaos Entity hadn't yet led her astray, and Harley was inclined to listen to its instincts.

The pair hadn't gotten very far before a noise drew their attention to the hallway they were walking down. The noise immediately had the inky wolf growling, its "fur" almost seeming to spike up in agitation. Humming could be heard from further down the hall, and Harley couldn't help but think that it was sinister in its own right.

A man came wandering around the corner of the hall, the humming coming to a surprised halt. From what Harley could tell, he wasn't wearing a shirt, her assumption being that the ink ended up just consuming it. He had on a pair of off white jeans, suspenders holding them up. On his face he wore a cut out of Bendy's face, ink staining it. The mouth part of the cardboard cut out was destroyed, showing nothing but the obvious ink that seemed to be swallowing the man. Harley wondered just what the actual fuck happened.

"Ah, my sheep has finally come back to her pasture." he stated, his voice oddly familiar to Harley. She couldn't quite place as to why.

A growl resonated from the wolf at her feet, the large creature obviously upset by the man in front of her. Honestly, Harley wasn't getting the safest of vibes from him. But nothing other than the Chaos Entity had given her "safe vibes" down in this inky hell.

The wolf ever so slightly put itself in front of the woman, its head easily reaching her stomach. Whoever this man was, was making the wolf more volatile. The ink that seemed to make up the Entity started to blur, weird glitching patterns rising. Harley had seen this before. The Entity was losing its stability. But why?

As far as Harley had seen, the only time the Chaos Entity lost its stability had been during the earlier fight, when she was most in danger. Maybe that was it. It was losing its stability because it was trying to protect her. Or, maybe it wasn't losing stability at all. There was so much Harley still didn't know about the Ink Realm and its inhabitants. It made her worried. She had a feeling that if she didn't have something as powerful as the Chaos Entity guiding her, she'd be dead ten times over.

The man standing in front of Harley laughed at the glitching wolf. Something curled tight in Harley's gut, and she absolutely did not enjoy the feeling. It was a feeling of unease, and for some reason, she was inclined to believe that the unease came from somewhere in the back of her mind. Almost the same place the Chaos Entity had inhabited during its brief moments of conversation with the human.

Whoever (more closely, whatever), this man was, the ink entity had no kind feelings towards it. If the wolf could even feel emotions, that is. And Harley had taken keenly to listening to the wolf's instincts in this demented world.

"Look at the wolf trying to protect its sheep. Sorry, dog, but that sheep is mine." The man said, his voice going lower with each passing word.

The Entity growled again, baring the fangs that it somehow had, the white teeth far too long for what they should be in comparison to its true-world counterpart. The Entity walked forward slightly, growing in size all the while, appearing ever the more frightening.

Harley was careful to stay back as the wolf stalked forward, its gold eyes glowing in the darkness. She was starting to get well-accustomed to the other-worldly stuff that the Chaos Entity had going on. And, with that accustomization, she also knew when to stay away from the beastly creature. She did not want to be the one it saw when it held this more… demonic form. Sure, Chaos had made it clear that it wasn't gonna hurt her, but Harley was no fool. Even the most docile of creatures can be dangerous when provoked.

The Entity and the man just circled each other for a while, and Harley thought that it vaguely looked like the beginning of a perverse wrestling match. Harley had always had a keen eye, so as they circled each other, she watched and marked certain things down mentally. Like the fact that the angrier the wolf got, the more unstable it became, or how as it got stronger, its eyes seemed to glow harsher and harsher. As for the man, she noted how he seemed to not be used to walking. His steps were faltering and jagged.

The Chaos Entity was the first to move, lunging at the man. It got its jaws around the man's left arm, the wolf sinking its fangs into the "skin" of the man. The man shuddered but didn't say anything. Even with the man literally in the jaws of a shark, he wasn't defenseless. Harley hadn't noticed early, but now she saw the inky axe that the man carried.

He raised the axe up and went to swing at the Chaos Entity, but the wolf side-stepped, dragging the man off his feet. Harley watched as the wolf used the man like a rag doll, throwing him around with ease. The fight continued to go back and forth, neither of the beings gaining much ground before the other took it away again. The way they moved seemed familiar. Like the two had fought on more than just this occasion.

Although, this time, it looked like the Chaos Entity was off kilter. It was because of Harley. It was trying to keep the man as far away from the human as it could, which was forcing it to lose some of its ground. Any time the inky man went to step around the Entity, the wolf would lunge, keeping itself between Harley and the man.

He was getting frustrated. Why wouldn't the wolf let him near his sheep? They had the same Master, and the Master had made it clear to all the Ink Creatures that it wanted this… human. And what the Master wanted, the Master got. Perhaps, the Ink Demon would recognize his play in the capture and reward him. Oh how he has waited for his Master to see him for his worth, and not like these lesser creatures.

The wolf slipped. It was too distracted in trying to keep the man away from its Bonded that it didn't realize he had fainted right before spinning left. Normally, the Entity was much better at predicting the man. The human had set it off balance. Which is just what he needed to bring the woman to his Master.

Harley could see the man losing his stability much like the Chaos Entity did. He was getting angrier the longer the wolf managed to keep him away from the woman. She saw as the man managed to ditch the Entity before lunging at her. He was too quick for her to truly manage any sort of counter attack, and too close for Harley to swing with her ax.

She threw her arms up in front of her, squeezing her eyes shut, trying her best to block the brunt of the damage the man was sure to cause. She braced for the impact, for the pain. Harley waited. And waited. And waited some more before slowly opening her eyes. She squinted at the sudden light that stole her vision for a moment.

Harley gasped.

In front of her was a wall of shimmering, seemingly glowing, liquid gold. She watched with wide eyes as the liquid shoved the man away from her, away from the Chaos Entity. Watched as it built higher and higher, until it was almost pressed against the roof of the music room. The gold flared in brightness, shrouding Harley and Chaos in its light, hiding them from the inky man.

And she watched as more of the element bled from her wide open palms that she hadn't put down and fed into the dripping wall.
