After Many Dates Danny and Angelica
"Oh no" Danny said
"Oh yes" Reflect cackled as another mirror changed showing Sam trapped behind it
Dark Sam smirked evilly as Dark Dani flew beside her "thank you sister" Dark Dani said
"Of course little sister you may have the nerd and the wannabe therapist" Dark Sam ordered smirking evilly as she rushed towards Danny grabbing him by the neck
"This one's mine" Dark Sam said pointing her blaster at Danny opening fire hitting Danny square in the chest Dark Sam continued to fire hitting Danny again and again and again behind Danny the railing creaked and cracked before one last blast hit Danny pushing him through into the water
"AHHHHH" Danny screamed as he fell backwards towards the water below
Reflect cackled "that was surprisingly easy"
"Danny" Jazz and Tucker cried in shock watching their best friend/little brother get shot by a dark version of their friend tears in her eyes Jazz pointed her own blaster at Dark Sam
"Uh uh uh therapist remember you might hit me but you'll hurt the coward" Dark Sam taunted with a dark sadistic grin "besides you have your own dance partner"
Tucker rushed forward pushing Jazz out of the way of a blast from Dark Dani
"Yeah me" Dark Dani said with an evil grin of her own looking to Dark Sam who was aiming her blaster towards the dock
Dark Dani looked puzzled "what are you doing" she asked
"That bombardment wasn't enough to take down Danny he'll come up here" she explained opening fire the blast reflected off of a shield Danny phased up Dark Dani flew off to chase her own prey
"How did you know that" he asked
Dark Sam smirked "don't forget I've been with you since you were struggling to control your intangibility" Dark Sam said rushing forward she grabbed Danny by the head bringing his head towards her knee Danny turned intangible flying through Dark Sam he turned about to throw a punch when he remembered anything he did to Dark Sam happened to the Real Sam
Dark Sam smirked "go on Danny lay one on me it's not like you haven't hurt my weak half in the past" she said bringing her leg up she kicked Danny in the face
Danny pushed himself up "hurt Sam" he asked "I would never hurt her"
Dark Sam chuckled "Danny Danny Danny even on your last day on earth you're oh so clueless" she said firing at Danny again deflecting the blast Danny fired a blast of his own shooting the blaster out of her hand
"Ok what does that mean" Danny demanded angrily he didn't mind when people around him called him clueless he didn't mind it was almost like a term of endearment but when Dark Sam called him it
It felt like an insult
Dark Sam smirked evilly "oh don't worry I'll make sure you find out" she said throwing a punch at Danny "before the end" Danny blocked the punch with a palm grabbing Dark Sam's fist
"Just tell me now" Danny demanded Dark Sam smirked her leg rising in a crescent hitting him in the head her foot continued moving down towards the dock Danny crashed into the dock while Dark Sam held onto his hand he couldn't turn intangible not without turning Dark Sam intangible too
'Right she knows everything Sam knows about my powers' Danny thought angry and annoyed 'which means she knows everything'
Dark Sam smirked "I gotta say I like seeing you like this" she said kneeling down she looked Danny in the eyes Danny frowned what was that weird look in her eyes "at my mercy"
"What are you doing" Danny asked getting flashbacks to the carnival in Acmeville Katie Kaboom and her kisses
Dark Sam smirked "this" she said kissing a wide eyed Danny on the lips
"Well now I didn't see that coming" Reflect said surprised
Neither did Danny
'Oh man' Danny thought stupefied 'I really was clueless'
'Somethings off about this' Jazz thought hiding behind a roller coaster
"Jaazzzz Tucccckkkeeerrr where are yooooouuuuuu" Dark Dani called out as she floated through the air looking for Jazz and Tucker
Tucker pulled out a thermos aiming it at Dark Dani's back "say goodbye" Tucker whispered taking aim
Jazz's hand shot out putting her hand over the barrel of the thermos "Tucker don't" Jazz hissed "if we can't hit her what will happen if we put Dark Dani in a thermos"
Tucker seemed to think about it and frowned putting down the thermos "ok but what are we supposed to do how do we save Dani and get rid of Dani Plasmius"
Jazz's eyes widened 'that's it' she thought excitedly "Tucker you're a genius" she said hugging Danny's best friend
"You're welcome but I've got a girlfriend" Tucker joked Jazz rolled her eyes like Sam she's known Tucker since he was five he was practically another brother to her there's no way she'd ever date Tucker Foley it'd be too weird
Jazz let go of Tucker putting the thermos in his hands she walked out from their hiding place behind Dani "Danielle" she called
Dark Dani turned to see Jazz she grinned "so you decided to face your end with dignity" Dark Dani asked charging energy in her hands "I'll say this all of you Fentons are brave" Dark Dani said before rushing at Jazz her hand aimed at her chest
"You are too" Jazz cried out Dark Dani's hand was inches from Jazz's chest she could hear the buzzing energy Jazz could smell the burnt fabric and almost recoiled in disgust but she didn't she had to do this looking Dark Dani in the eyes
"What are you talking about" she said her hand dropping Jazz knelt down looking Dark Dani in the eyes
"You Danielle Fenton are the bravest little girl I've ever met" Jazz said
Dark Dani stepped away "no I can't be I'm not a Fenton I'M NOT A FENTON" she wailed tears in her eyes Jazz walked over to the scared little girl hugging her Jazz heard Danielle gasp
"Yes you are" Jazz said "it doesn't matter that Vlad made you Fenton blood flows through your veins Danny Fenton's power is inside of you" Jazz continued "not Vlad Plasmius's" Jazz continued "you're not Vlad"
Dark Dani had told her brother herself she was Dani's dark emotions her guilt her anger her envy her hate Jazz didn't have to have a psychology degree to know Dani felt guilty not just about how she was made but her actions
"No I don't have anyone my brothers are all gone" Dark Dani said die "I let my brothers melt into nothing I shot Danny in the back" she wailed "I'm just an accident a pair of bad genes colliding a mistake"
Hearing this little girls heart broken wails Jazz vowed the next time she saw Vlad Plasmius she was going to wring his neck and stuff him into a Fenton Thermos how dare he hurt someone who was essentially his daughter someone he brought into the world and than tossed her aside like garbage
"You were not an accident" Jazz told her "you are not a mistake" she said petting Dani's back moving her hands in small circles like she used to do with Danny when he was upset
"I don't know the exacts if you're my sister my cousin or my niece but either way you're family" Jazz told her "and I love you"
In her arms Dark Dani began to change some of the muscle changed her outfit changed when Jazz pulled back in Dark Dani's place was the actual Dani she looked around smiling "I'm free I'm out of the mirror" she said hugging Jazz "thank you Jazz"
Jazz smiled holding Dani tight "you're welcome Dani"
Neither did Danny
'Oh man' Danny thought stupefied 'I really was clueless' Dark Sam kissed him for a moment longer grinning at him before she got off of him
"Do you get it now Danny or do I need a hoverboard and a red full body suit" she asked sarcastically "or maybe I have to have an accent and gush all about my ghost boy" she said doing a impression of Paulina "that does seem to be your type with the Paulina clone you're dating right now"
Danny frowned "Angelica's not a Paulina clone" Danny said
Dark Sam laughed "of course she is because that's what you do Danny you like dating pretty girls trying out new ones like they're new ice cream flavors" she mocked
"That's not true" Danny bit back
"Oh really" Dark Sam asked "how long did it take you to get over Valerie"
Danny frowned did he really not pay attention to Sam thinking about it he saw them hanging out fighting together fighting with each other but really thinking about it he saw the way she would look at him the smiles she had given him the times they had held hands
The goofy grin she had on her face when they did a 'fake out make out' to get Valerie off his tail how was he so stupid he realized how had he not seen it before
To add insult to injury Dark Sam literally kicked him when he was down Danny looked up at Dark Sam "you're a real piece of work"
"Thank you" she said genuinely having picked up her blaster she aimed it at Danny "now here's what's going to happen I'm going to blast you point blank than I'm going to reach into the mirror and get rid of my weaker self"
"You're going to what" Danny asked "why would you get rid of Sam"
Dark Sam rolled her eyes "you were a clueless idiot who can't see past her own face but she's a pathetic coward who will stand up and protest for trees or animals but can't talk to a boy about her feelings" Dark Sam said looking towards Sam "and than she gave up moving on to that consolation prize Henry" she said the name like she was going to be sick
Like she was talking about Paulina
"I think after this I'll take a trip to Swellview and give Henry Hart a date he'll never forget" she laughed
In the mirror Sam banged her fists against the mirror "leave him alone he's got nothing to do with this"
"You brought him into this when you chose to stop fighting for what you really wanted like a pathetic little baby" Dark Sam said "but don't worry I don't plan to make that misake"
Reach into the mirror Danny thought getting an idea "I'm really sorry Sam" he said
Dark Sam laughed "I think it's too late for apologies"
Danny smirked "I wasn't talking to you" he said kicking Dark Sam in the stomach he flew towards the mirror really hoping this would work Danny reached into the mirror green energy flared around his arms Danny grit his teeth it felt like he was being shocked by the portal all over again but he had to focus on what he was doing he had to save Sam
Letting out an angry growl Danny pulled his arms free Sam came out with her Sam shook her head standing up "you couldn't have gone a little lighter on that kick that reall-" Sam blinked "hey my stomach is fine"
"But not for long" Dark Sam said Sam groaned
"Oh great you're still here" she said
Reflect floated in "and don't forget about me"
A blast hit him in the face Reflect turned to see Dani "believe me we didn't" Dani said bringing her legs up she shot a barrage of crescent shaped blasts at Reflect the ghost shrieked flying towards the fun house
"Don't let him get into a mirror" Danny said blasting at Reflect Dani did the same thing as the held him in place keeping him from going into a mirror while Tucker pulled out a thermos firing at Reflect sucking him in
"No curse you Phantoms curse you alllllllllllll" Reflect shouted before being sucked into the thermos Tucker put the lid on the thermos
"Well wasn't this fun" Dark Sam said all of Team Phantom turned towards Dark Sam with weapons drawn Jazz blinked seeing Sam and than seeing Dark Sam
"Wait how come Sam's here if she's still here" Jazz asked
"I pulled Sam out of the mirror" Danny answered "why what did you do"
"Therapy" Jazz and Dani answered
"Uh guys" Sam said "evil version of me wants to kill my bo-" Sam blushed "boy that I am currently dating"
Dark Sam smirked "oh don't worry your little boy toy is safe for now" she said "after all you'll see that I was right" Dark Sam leapt up onto the railing jumping backwards towards the water
Danny flew over the side but there was no sign of Dark Sam Danny flew up there was no sign of her he had no clue how she pulled off that disappearing trick and he didn't like it
"Danny" Sam said Danny felt a blush on his face
"We need to talk" Danny said looking to the others "in private" he told them
Tucker Jazz and Dani got the point making themselves scarce
Sam walked over to a bench sitting down on it Danny after transforming back sat down next to him "thanks for saving me" Sam said "again"
Danny nodded "I'm just glad you're ok"
Danny and Sam sat in awkward silence for what felt like forever Danny deciding to bite the bullet asked the question "how long did you-" Danny stopped not sure what else to say Sam got the picture though
"Since Ember's first attack" Sam admitted Danny's eyebrows raised up
"You didn't act like it" Danny said
Sam shook her head "you were under a spell it wouldn't have been right" Sam said looking down at her feet "I was just so afraid of screwing up our relationship I didn't know how to make a move I mean I watched you date every other girl but me Paulina Kitty Valerie than twenty eight other girls"
"What about this Henry guy" Danny asked
Sam blushed a small smile on her face "he's not a consolation prize like that other me said" Sam admitted "he's nice and funny" Sam said
Danny smiled it sounded like Sam really liked this guy
"Sam I'm sorry about being so clueless" Danny said "I think I liked you for a while I still like you" Danny said shaking his head "it's just I don't like you like that"
Sam nodded "can I just ask why Angelica out of all the twenty eight girls" she asked
Danny leaned back looking up at the sky "I almost didn't she only entered the dating service to look good in front of this one girl" Danny began Savannah something he had pretty much forgotten about her he was too busy keeping his city safe and having fun with his girlfriend
"So I yelled at her and left I was going to go home and never think about Angelica again" Danny said "but than on my way to the bus stop in the alley I see this Junior or Senior targeting these kids saying something about payback"
"How little are we talking" Sam asked already knowing she wouldn't like the answer
"Eleven and ten" Danny said "I was already angry having had a rotten date than out of the blue in comes Angelica she stands up to this guy no super powers no high tech gear nothing like that she's staring down a guy twice her size" Danny laughed "it was one of the bravest things I've seen this summer and I've seen alot"
Danny admitted he had told Sam about some of the adventures he had while keeping the identities of people like Alex and Kara to himself they weren't his secrets to tell Danny had seen everything from ghosts and fairies to aliens and the downright icky
"After that we kind of did our first date over when she's not self absorbed she's a really great girl" Danny said "I'm not saying she doesn't drive me crazy sometimes she does it's just she's something really special"
Sam smiled "makes sense that she'd glare down Dash like that" Sam said
"You should have been there for our fourth date she knocked him out" Danny said
The two old friends laughed at that Sam hugged him Sam let go "so" she asked unsurely "are we still friends"
Danny made a waving motion "pssh the best" Danny said doing a bad impression of Gregor/Elliot whatever his name was the two laughed before getting up off the bench to rejoin their friends
It had been a long day
From his mirror Asmodeus had watched the battle with great interest he had not expected Reflect to fail Asmodeus looked to his newest servant "it seems your former love is stronger than I had assumed"
Stepping out of the shadows was the dark emotions of that Manson girl there was something vaguely familiar about her perhaps Asmodeus had faced an ancestor of hers in the past
It mattered little
She looked disinterested in the image "I would never be with a coward like him" she said clenching her fists "I want his head"
Asmodeus smirked feeling the chaos that had been sowed by this battle it fueled him gave him strength the strength to begin rebuilding his army of darkness
"Serve me and you shall have it" Asmodeus promised his servant as he began the incantations to bring forth his army it would take time but it would be worth it
When he made the world his kingdom
And that's the chapter next time Danny faces Asmodeus the king of demons
But before that I'm going to answer the review from Dreams come true 966
Yes Asmodeus is a Scooby Doo villain from the movie curse of the 13th ghost while there are some plot holes I'd overall recommend it as a good movie
#1 Your review was the first time I heard about it and the more I heard the more upset I was I was reminded that you really can't judge a book by it's cover and while I still love Danny Timmy Dudley and Bunsen (I haven't seen anything he's made online) I can't say I'm a big fan of Butch Hartman anymore
#2 I might do that it's not a bad idea
#3 Timeline wise I can't say for sure but before she makes her decision about her match you and everyone else will see one more of her dates
#4 I can't stand it nothing good has ever come from favoritism
#5 Teen Titans go characters shows that imitate them or Fanboy and Chumchum shows that are just annoying
#6 like with number four I don't believe anything good has ever come from Stereotypes which is why I enjoy smashing them with a hammer which is why I give credit to Danny Phantom with having a diverse cast one of the football players is Asian and the popular meangirl is Mexican even the extras look diverse it's like they all have lives they live even when they're not on screen
#7 This question stumped me for a while I've thought LONG and HARD about this especially since one of my issues as a writer is that I have issues with juggling large casts
I wouldn't be able to do a story like the original but here are some idea's for a Many Dates of Sam Manson story I'll give my reasons for each guy I've thought of as I list them so here we go
Cristopher Morgan (OC by Flower Princess 11) I feel like I don't really have to explain this one too much he was literally designed to be a good match with Sam
Tommy Pickles (Rugrats/All Grown up) This one I'd use if he were a little older so that he would be eligible for the dating service besides that fact they do have a lot in common they're both creative brave and don't hesitate to stand up for their friends
I've said this before but I'll say it again Danny may be Nicks best superhero but Tommy Pickles is the BRAVEST character ever made by Nickelodeon guys like Aang and Korra may have faced down monstrous threats for the fate of the world Tommy Pickles led his friends through miles of forest raced across Paris and braved the jungles and depths of the ocean
Before he was TWO Tommy never faltered he never gave into fear he is the bravest character in the history of nickelodeon
Alan (Ben 10) Besides the fact I don't think Sam would judge him for his pyronite powers I feel like they'd be a sweet couple plus there's a whole lot less drama with Alan than Ben and his love life
Henry Hart (Henry Danger) The one I'm using in this story I feel like they would fit with Henry's atrocious luck with the girls including a girl who dumped him twice to go be on a reality show a gang member the daughter of a mob boss who than became the boss after her father was arrested ironically by Henry Babe from Game shakers one other girl and maybe one of his best friends
Which again never went anywhere
Henry deserves love plus I honestly think he and Sam would get along
Manny Rivera (El Tigre) this time an Anti-Hero I feel like Manny and Sam would get along great while still a hero Manny's morals are a little more in the grey area than Danny's so he'd be more willing to go along with some of her bad idea's plus he's brave loyal funny I feel like they'd go well together
Peter Parker (Spiderman) the last superhero on the list Sam has no interest in popularity if she did she has so much money she could probably pull an "I bought the bank" move from Justice League so she wouldn't care that she'd be seen with a 'nerd' like other girls her age
Sam's parents would care
On the Spidey front since his publication in 1962 Peter Parker has been with as many girls as Danny's had possible perfect matches
Seriously he's done it all including dating superheroes supervillains he had a back to the future 3 style romance that ended in tragedy and let's not forget the famous scene of Gwen Stacy and the Brooklyn bridge
Except the one from the Amazing Spiderman 2 but let's just forget that movie in general
But focusing on the Spiderman from the 2017 series I think he would be a good match for Sam like FP said in Danny and Kara he's like Danny just smarter he has a good work ethic and won't take money from his rich best friend Harry Osborne to get by he cares about his friends is brave and I think he'd get along with Sam
Tripp Campbell (I'm in the band) the lead guitarist for Iron Weasel both have similar interests in music which is a good place to start are the voices of reason among their groups of friends and have varying respect for authority and aren't afraid to bend or break the rules for a good purpose
Last one on the list Brad Carbunkle from my Life as a teenaged robot
Brad and Sam come from similar places they both act as sidekicks for their superpowered friends/love interests
Tell me I'm not the only one who saw the chemistry between Brad and Jenny in certain episodes I'm not even a shipper and I saw it but even without powers neither are afraid to get their hands dirty to help their friends both have made impulsive or irrational decisions in the past and both are teenagers who like to have fun
So these are some people I'd use in a Many Dates of Sam Manson story feel free to give your opinion on them and please keep in mind I'm not a shipper in real life or in fiction as long as both parts of the relationship are happy than who am I to say anything
Now for the other questions
#8 If I were in charge of a Danny Phantom reboot I can't say I would change too much there's a reason that thirteen years later after the series finale that people still want the show to come back but here are some things I'd do differently
#1 I'd upgrade the technology this one's kinda obvious how many kids today even know what a PDA is or newspapers wow I sound old just typing this
#2 more appearances from certain characters one thing that Danny Phantom did well was have cool characters where even the extra's look unique and different like they have their own lives outside of standing in the background of Danny Fentons life
Than we have the major fan favorite characters like Valerie Vlad Danielle guys who evolve and change over their multiple appearances but than we have characters who show up in one episode than they never come back
Like Danny's aunt Alicia you'd think she'd show up in at least the Christmas special and speaking of the Christmas Special what about the ghost writer he was probably one of the strongest ghosts Danny ever fought he rewrote reality just to teach Danny a lesson about appreciating the little things about the holidays
That's really interesting
Or what about Hotep Ra that scheming mummy ghost who 'served' Tucker as a descendant of the Pharaoh Dulaman and his magic scarab scepter
There's also characters like Star whose pretty much there in every episode
What I'd do is just add an episode or just a place for these characters to come back
# 3 CLEAR CHARACTER MOTIVATIONS hear me out in Mystery Meat it looks like Lancer is a bad teacher they continue this through season 1 how many people ended up thinking he was just another Mr. Crocker
But than we get Teacher of the year an episode that shows that not only is Mr. Lancer passionate about teaching he's really good at it and wants to help Danny
If that's the case than please explain why you show favoritism seriously we'd have taken any explanation the superintendent pushing to build a better football program at their old alma mater their funding comes from football games
Heck if they had blamed Sam's parents we would have understood maybe have Pamela try to set up Sam with Dash

Or how about Kwan Kwan is clearly a follower lead around by peer pressure and popularity he doesn't like being mean to people but if that's the case why do you hang around with Dash and the other A-listers if you don't like being mean to people

While I can't say I'd get rid of the things messing with Danny's life like school family ect I'd explain why they do it
# 4 and this one will get me hated I'd have Danny and Sam get together BEFORE Phantom Planet
Before you type your flame reviews hear me out
In the episode where we meet Nocturne another underused villain this one voiced by Avatar Roku Danny has a dream where people at school like him they know he's a superhero and he's dating Sam
he breaks out of the dream than goes to free other people including Sam who has the same dream
I know people can be blunt unobserving and generally clueless but how did Danny not figure out that he likes Sam at this point they could have gotten together before Phantom Planet
It would have even fixed some of the issues with Phantom Planet
see the authors note of chapter 38 of Danny and Kitty for everything wrong with that special but yeah I get why they did it they do it in practically everything write the main couple getting together in the last episode so they don't have to write romance
I wouldn't do that this way it's lazy and some people would actually like to see the main character get with the girl it's not like Danny Phantom didn't mind showing romance Danny dated three different girls before Sam so why can't I say
They get together moving on
#9 I'm not going to lie I don't remember a lot of voice actors I consider it an accomplishment if I recognize one person in the voice cast this has it's upsides though if I don't know whose voicing a character I can judge it based on the performance of the actor instead of comparing it to someone else
I think Kevin Conroy is the greatest Batman ever but that doesn't mean I'm against someone coming along one day and giving a greater performance it doesn't erase Conroy or Keaton or Bale I wish it would erase George Clooney but time will do that on it's own
And there have been some amazing animated Batmen that came after Conroy an example Jason O'mera from the animated DC universe he was a great batman
Other actors that have stood out in my awful memory like Kieth Davids Josh Keaton Dante Basco Jack De'Sene Bryce Peppenbrook Aj Michalka and others
#10 How do I feel about Mary Sues and Gary Stu's I can tolerate them If they're still entertaining characters Kirito from Sword Art Online while he's unbeatable in video games even when he's never played them before he's still an entertaining character
I don't know about Season 3 I didn't watch it
Rey from the new Star Wars trilogy while she's basically a Jedi Mozart I still think she's entertaining
If a mary sue or a gary stu is entertaining I'll watch them at least once maybe I'll come back to them
Now here's where a mary sue or a gary stu can get really annoying really fast
It's when they're being used as representation where the only thing about them is that they're from a certain group of people and you in that group are supposed to relate to them
Since we're on Star Wars let's talk about Rey and how she's the 'only' woman in a male dominated galaxy to have any power according to Kathleen Kennedy
Excuse me while I sit in the corner laughing with Padme Leia Ahsoka Hera Sabine Duchess Satine Bo Katan Senator Chuchi Shakk Ti Aayla Secura Luminara Synduli Asaj Ventress Mon Mothma Shmi Skywalker Rose and the force knows how many other characters in books comics and video games at that stupid statement
This isn't me insulting Rey I like Rey will I call her my favorite jedi not really but I still call her a jedi
Another example is the new Charlies Angels movie did you see that I didn't and the director blames men for not wanting to see action movies about ladies
She says in a world where Captain Marvel Wonder Woman the Aliens movies the Hunger Games movies and the original Mulan all have female protagonists in their action movies and make money
Lots and lots of money
Look representation is important but there has to be more to a character than being gay or being black or being muslim you have to do this thing called give them a personality likes dislikes and reason for being in your story other than appealing to one part of your audience whether its a book a movie a video game
