Double Battle in the Big Apple!
Shadow and Kasumi are seen standing on the edge of a tall building in the small streets of New York, looking down as they try to find someone Kasumi heard words about a certain someone, she knows about this woman being here.
"Are you sure she's here?" Shadow asked.
"I'm certainly, that woman works for Donovan who was responsibility for what they did to my brother and also involved for making my clones." Kasumi explained as she keeps looking, then spotted the person she has been looking for.
"That's her, let's go." Kasumi said as she and Shadow jump off the roof.
They walk up in front of the woman in a small open space area just across the street from a diner.
"Kasumi?" The woman surprised and to the new face she does not know.
"My name is Shadow, and my friend here has a question that she hoped you would answer, Lisa Hamilton." Shadow said with his arms cross.
Lisa is a young dark-skinned woman with a voluptuous and athletic build, who has short bob brunette hair, dark brown eyes, and full lips. She wears grey fur coat with a black fur collar, a black-and-gold vest worn under the coat, a pair of black leather pants, high heeled sandals, leather gloves with belt bracelets, silver hoop earrings, and a pair of sunglasses. Breasts sizes: F-cup.
"I am looking for Alpha-152, but I bet you already know." Kasumi glared at Lisa.
"Whatever do you mean?" Lisa asked.
"I'm sure your boss from MIST have told you about what that clone ninja has been doing lately, and planning something big, am I right?" Shadow asked seriously.
"(Hmm, this boy is certainly different from the looks of it and he even know about MIST as if he was with them for something. I better be careful.)" Lisa thought looked at Shadow thinking there is something special about him.
"Look lady, we can do this easy the way or the hard way." Shadow threatened as he clutches his fist.
"I was hoping to meet up for my haircut appointment, guess I'll have to go rough with you a little, boy." Lisa sighed as she lifts on knee up.
"Kasumi, let me fight her. I'll see if she knows anything or not." Shadow offered to battle for the ninja girl.
"Okay, but don't underestimate her. She's a lot tougher than she looks." Kasumi warned as she jumps to the roof of one of the smaller buildings.

"Do you really want to fight that badly?" Lisa asked.
"Too late to back down now. Prepare to be done by the Ultimate Lifeform!" Shadow declared.
Shadow starts with charging straight kick to the stomach which Lisa narrowly dodges it and tries to back away, but Shadow swipe kick to make her trip if Lisa hasn't flip herself backward to land on her hands and flip herself back on her feet. She saw her opponent coming with a punch and she quickly grabs it with her hand and pull Shadow in a little for a strong kick to the stomach pushing him away, but only for a couple of feet as Shadow wasn't fazed by the attack.
Lisa was shocked of this and that left her an opening for Shadow to punch across her face making the woman stumble back as Shadow has jump for a dive kick to the head, Lisa quickly recovers and lean backward to avoid the kick then spins around to kick him on the side but he blocks it with his arm.
"You got strong legs, you into wrestling?" Shadow asked as he pushes her away.
"Just as a hobby, a girl got have some excitement in her life." Lisa smiled sexually.
Lisa charges at Shadow for an elbow strike as Shadow blocks it with his hand and she move her hand for a strike to the face and knee-kick him in the stomach, then she starts swirling her body around on Shadow like a pole and threw him with her legs. Shadow recovers and lands on his feet before charging at Lisa faster than she can react with a punch to the stomach and a high-kick backflip. He quickly grabs her leg and spins around fast for a few seconds until he let's go for the woman to crash into a wall, she groans in pain as she saw Shadow walking up to her and tries to push herself from the wall for flying double kick but to her surprise Shadow was already next to her and punch her down to the ground.
"(This guy… he's not only strong but fast too.)" Lisa thought groaned.
She saw Shadow lift his right leg about to knock her out and quickly roll out of the way to let the foot hit the ground making little cracks beneath, Shadow threw a punch which Lisa was able to catch and jump over him for a midair kick to the back of the head though he reacted faster to block that. Then he superspeed to Lisa throwing a few punches and grabbing her by the throat for a second before throwing her into the air and he jumps for a strong kick of his own to send her flying to a tall fence.
"Still want to continue?" Shadow asked seeing as this fight is pointless.
"Okay, okay, I surrender." Lisa coughed a little.

Kasumi jump next to Shadow as Lisa slowly gets back up.
"Now, answer my question: where is Alpha-152?" Kasumi demanded.
"Look, it's true I took part of making your clones for Donovan, but I swear I don't know where she has gone to. Donovan told me to let her be, to fight other strong opponents to get stronger and get ready for something big." Lisa revealed what she does know.
"What is Donovan planning, what does he intend to do with Alpha-152?" Kasumi asked again.
"I don't know, the old fool never tells me anything and only told me what he wants me to do with the experiments. You already know he wants to create the ultimate living weapon." Lisa pointed out.
"Similar of what he tried to do with me." Shadow mentioned, confusing Lisa.
"It looks like you really didn't know about project Ultimate Lifeform, trying to create a super weapon in the form of a man was me long ago, I guess Donovan didn't get over that and try doing it again with a different warrior." Shadow explained.
"You… you were the first super warrior?" Lisa shocked.
"Let's go, Kasumi. This woman gave us all what she knows." Shadow suggested sensing the truth from Lisa that she really doesn't know where Alpha-152 is.
"Fine, but don't think we won't be keeping an eye on you." Kasumi glared at Lisa before she and Shadow vanished of Kasumi's ninja teleportation and Shadow's superspeed.
"So, Donovan already had a super warrior project, but if that's the case then why didn't he used him for his own plans. Or maybe he couldn't." Lisa said curious as to wonder how strong Shadow is to use against Donovan.
A couple of hours later after the fight with Lisa, Shadow and Kasumi are standing on another building with a build board and a training rail right behind it as Kasumi looks on at the sky.
"Hey, I know Lisa couldn't give you the answer you wanted about Alpha-152, but at least we know that Donovan is planning something big." Shadow comforted as he holds Kasumi's shoulders.
"But we are still so far, Alpha-152 could be out there hurting people and they'll think it was me. I don't want any innocent lives to be caught in my mission." Kasumi worried.
"Hey, hey, look at me." Shadow turned her head for a face to face moment.
"I promise we will find that clone and we'll stop MIST together, you just have to have faith and be a little patient." Shadow said softly.
"Thank you, Shadow, I'm really happy to have you by my side." Kasumi smiled as their faces are very close to each other while making long eye contact.
"Y-Yeah, me too." Shadow gulped, feeling nervous with his cheeks blushing.
Kasumi slowly lean her face closer and her lips were about to make contact with Shadow's lips.
"I finally found you!" Ayane shouted, interrupting the almost moment between Kasumi and Shadow.
The purple-haired ninja girl appears on the same rooftop glaring at Kasumi as the latter feels worry knowing why her younger sister is here.
"Prepare yourself, you traitor." Ayane said in her battle stance.
Shadow was about to walk up, but Kasumi hold out her hand stopping him.
"Let me, Shadow." Kasumi said.
"Are you sure?" Shadow asked concern.
"To be honest, I don't want to fight my own sister like this, but I must if I want to keep moving forward." Kasumi determined as she gets into her battle stance.
"Alright, remember in a real fight don't hold back even those who are your family." Shadow advised as he jumps on top of the build board.

"Right." Kasumi nodded.
"If you're finish with your pep talk then let's fight!" Ayane demanded.
Ayane charges at Kasumi with a fast punch to the face but Kasumi teleported away and appears above as she spins around for a dive axe-kick to the head, Ayane saw this coming and dodges it before charging at her and with some spinning combo kicks as Kasumi blocks them with her arms. Kasumi pushes Ayane's punch to the side for her to elbow strike in the stomach and kick her in the same spot before she roundhouse kick Ayane away, Ayane flip herself and regains her footing as she threw a few kunai at her. Kasumi quickly took out her sword to deflect them though couldn't see Ayane as she strike her in the side and high-kick her older sister into the air, Kasumi quickly recovers and spins around like a drill diving at her younger sister as she jumps away though Kasumi flip herself to land on her feet and sprint for a straight kick. Ayane narrowly dodges that fast attack only getting a slight gaze on her right cheek, she goes for a punch to the face only to hit Kasumi's arm and the two attack and counter each other's strikes. The two half-sisters enter into a power struggle for a moment before pushes each other away about twenty-five feet across.
"Well done, Ayane. You have gotten stronger." Kasumi complimented.
"And you still kept up with your training, at least you'll go out with honor as a ninja." Ayane stated.
"Ayane, please. Must our fate really be this way?" Kasumi asked with pleading eyes.
"You know better than anyone that those who leave the village with the Head's permission are branded as traitors to the clan, you brought that fate upon yourself when you tried to save Hayata." Ayane reminded her older sister that day.
"I don't regret that decision to save Hayata." Kasumi said with a strong look in her eyes.
"Then I'm sure you'll have no regret in Hell!" Ayane charged toward Kasumi.
Kasumi and Ayane clash each other with their fists and legs as they blitz around the rooftop like they're disappearing and reappearing, both Shinobi girls seem to be slightly even in the speed department though Ayane attacks do more damage than Kasumi as Kasumi relays on combos to do more damage. Ayane slashes at Kasumi with a kunai, but she actually hit an afterimage and the real Kasumi wrap her arms around her young sister and jumps up before flipping themselves and Kasumi spins them around as she slams Ayane's head to the stone concert of the roof. Despite the intense pain inflicted on her head, Ayane wouldn't go down so easily as she spins herself with her legs outward striking at Kasumi as she backs away to avoid them, then Ayane flips herself back right side-up and charges throwing some strong punches.
"(I'm sorry.)" Kasumi mentally apologized as she has to end this fight now while blocking and dodging some of her younger sister's punches.
Kasumi knocked away another punch from Ayane and spins herself around fast and unleash a strong elbow attack to the chest right between the breasts, then Kasumi started teleporting around Ayane attacking her from all sides like a punch to the face, a kick to the side, and a knee-kick to the back. Ayane felt her body is getting sore from the assault though refuses to go down, she tries to grab Kasumi though she ended up getting grabbed instead and kick away as Kasumi took a deep breath and unleash one last attack, an elbow strike that sent Ayane flying.
Ayane lands very close to the edge of the rooftop groaning in pain as she looks up at Kasumi with the sad look on her face.
"I will… get you…" Ayane said before falling unconscious.

Kasumi let out a heavy sigh as Shadow walks up to her.
"You okay?" Shadow asked looking down at Ayane.
"Not entirely, it's never easy to fight an enemy who is your own sister. It's the price I have to pay for leaving the clan for my own selfish desire." Kasumi answered sad honestly.
"You did what you thought was right, nobody can control what you want to do with your life even if your life was already decided by fate." Shadow strongly believed.
"Perhaps you're right. Now, let's go and continue the search." Kasumi said as the two started rooftops jumping.
Unknown to them, a mysterious figure has been watching them for a little while.
"So, that's Shadow. Hayata told me about him having great power within him, and he wishes to help Kasumi. It looks like he might be trustworthy to let him know the truth." The man said before a bird flew by in front of the scene and the man suddenly vanished.
(The Next Day)
"Okay, according to some rumors we heard someone who claimed to have saw me was in Antarctica." Kasumi said as she and Shadow are waiting for the boat to take them to the frozen continent.
"Assuming that she already left the place by now, and who can blame her when the place is all cold and probably whatever she's wearing isn't suited for the cold." Shadow pointed out and looking at Kasumi's outfit.
"Hey, stop starring at me like that! I have you know; we Shinobis are trained to endure all kinds of extreme conditions such as the cold of Antarctica." Kasumi explained.
"Okay, sorry. I just want to be sure that you're prepared for the cold trip." Shadow mentioned.
Then Shadow look up at the sky seeing a black bird flying around, he is getting a strong feeling that the black bird is here for him.
"Shadow, is something wrong?" Kasumi asked.
"Wait here, I need to go check on something." Shadow walked away to follow the black bird, leaving a confused Kasumi behind.
Shadow step out of the port and saw the black bird flying towards him and lands on his shoulder, he saw a little rolled up paper tied to its leg and took it off seeing it's a letter to him.

Ryu Hayabusa
"(Ryu Hayabusa? That's the master ninja Helen told me about, guess Hayata told him about me.)" Shadow thought and the black bird flew away.
He walks back to Kasumi.
"Kasumi, miss Helen has called me back for something important. I'm sorry for leaving you like this, but I have to go." Shadow lied, not letting her know about the message.
"Okay, guess I'll do the search on my way. I'll let you know of my progress." Kasumi said.
"Right." Shadow nodded as he sees Kasumi getting to the boat.
Shadow felt bad about lying to Kasumi like that, but he didn't want her to overreact on what he is really doing and hope that she'll understand if he wants to get to the bottom of this.

Shadow and Kasumi's team search has come to an end when Shadow got a secret message from Ryu Hayabusa himself about what he knows about Kasumi, now Shadow will go to Tokyo to meet the master ninja and discover the truth himself.
