I'm back again with chapter 30

So before we begin let's talk about the Masters Blasters

Canonically they're the worst written characters in the show they have no personality no motivations nothing they went from posing power rangers to extorting the people to getting into a cramped rocket with Jack who earlier in the movie they were uncomfortable with him following them and finally they try to blast Vlad when he reveals himself

They're not characters they were blank slates for Butch Hartman to move around and do whatever with like he's a kid playing with his toys

That's lousy writing

But for us Fanfiction writers especially us Many Dates writers we can put whatever personality we want without them being out of character because they're blank slates

Most of my fellow writers made them bad guys

Luiz made them ghost cops so Danny could visit his Alex Violet or Barbara depending on the story in their cities and not worry about ghosts attacking

I'm doing one of each

Ones a good guy

Ones a good guy who does a member of the Masters Blasters for his own reasons

And ones Mr. Nobody

Surprised no ones commented on him making an appearance in the last chapter and offing Bullet

If he shows up and picks a fight with Felicias kids in Many Kids it'd be a coincidence I'm not part of the planning for that

In this chapter Danny will have two less enemies to deal with then in the next we'll deal with the Disasteroid

I've got plans for that hunk of rock too

Anyways on with the chapter

After Many Dates Danny and Angelica

Danny watched with a grin as Vlad was loaded into the back of a police cruiser turning invisible when no one was looking he walked to the side of the city hall where the grunge looking girl who'd asked about Plasmius was waiting

"Looks like your plan went off without a hitch" the girl said when Danny turned visible while she took off the choker on her neck in a flash Ember McLain was standing in her place the rockstar ghost tossed Danny the choker

"Teaming up with me to get close enough to Skulkers server and download all his video footage of Plasmius" Ember commented "it's pretty sneaky I didn't think you were capable of being sneaky baby pop"

"I did what I had to do Vlad's too powerful to beat in a fight" Danny replied

"So is this the part where you stuff me into your thermos" Ember asked with a snap of her finger her guitar appeared in a flash of fire

"No a deals a deal" he answered tossing back the choker "as long as you don't cause trouble we've got a truce"

Ember looked surprised to have the choker back dispelled her guitar back to whereever it was before she stood up putting the choker back on "guess I'll be seeing you around Baby Pop"

"Yeah you will" Danny promised

Did he trust Ember of course not but she'd had the glamour charmed choker Danny had got from Sabrina for weeks and she hadn't caused any trouble no property damage no mind controlling people with music nothing whenever he checked on her

So Danny would give her the benefit of the doubt and keep his end of the deal

With a nod Ember left heading off to wherever and Danny went back to Sam and Tucker

Today was a good day

There she was Angelica thought having tracked Savannah down to the most popular store in the mall Angelica had to resist the urge to browse the racks or to see if that one top was in her size

She was a girl on a mission and she needed to get it done Angelica plastered on a fake smile "Savannah" she called out loudly getting her frenemies attention as she walked over "fancy seeing you here"

"Oh Angelica I would've invited you to come shopping with me but I thought you might have plans with your boyfriend" Savannah said with a fake grin to match her own looking around "I don't see him are you two having problems"

'You wish' Angelica thought "oh Danny and I are doing just fine listen I was at the Java Lava recently and my good friend Chuckie said you left something there" she said pulling out the hundred and the picture "you really gotta be careful where you leave your stuff where anyone could find it like Pangborn"

Savannah looked shocked for a second that she'd gotten caught "what do you want" she whispered fake smile gone no Angelica had her by the throat and Savannah knew it with just one meeting to Pangborn Savannah would be in deep trouble

"Oh don't worry Savannah Pangborn isn't going to find out about this" Angelica promised "just as long as you forget about my boyfriend and leave my cousin and his friends alone"

Savannah blinked "that's it" she asked

Angelica nodded "yep that's it as long as you leave my people alone do whatever you want go to a movie date Shawn sign up for German class I don't care it's not like we're best friends or something" she answered a stupefied Savannah before turning around and leaving "see you around Savannah"

Deep in the rings of Saturn one top of a meteor made of pure unrefined ectoranium a purple portal opens stepping out of the portal is a tall figure at six foot one wearing a slate gray jumpsuit underneath a black chest plate gauntlets belt and boots on his back is a two bladed staff the blades made of a metallic green material on his head was a helmet

The top half going down to the end of the nose black the bottom half gray the eye holes had green lenses he reached onto his belt pulling out three discs tossing them out into space they arced through the void attaching to the asteroid then he tapped on a holograpich screen that appeared out of his right gauntlet running through a series of calculations in the blink of an eye

"Locked in target earth engaging thrusters" a computerized voice said before the discs transformed into small thrusters propelling the asteroid out of Saturns rings towards Earth

"This should keep Phantom distracted while I get started" the figure said opening a new portal he stepped through

And this is where we end the chapter Vlad arrested Savannah beaten and the Disasteroid on his way thanks to the Exorcist making his first appearance in the story outside of a voice on a recording

Before anyone looks him up the Exorcist is an OC his appearance I based on Hiccups armor from How to Train your Dragon 2 with a science fiction twist I also gave him Kai from Kung Fu Panda threes staff

A version of it that's not broken anyways

Questions

Yes Danny worked with Ember to beat Vlad it was an enemy of my enemy is my friend kind of deal

What Danny got from Sabrina earlier in the story is a choker with a glamour charm that lets Ember pass as human it was payment along with a truce as long as Ember doesn't cause trouble Danny won't go after her

Will Ember go back to being an antagonist

Probably not I've got other plans and other enemies

Is this the last we've seen of Vlad

Nope he'll be back
