Heya! I really hoped you enjoyed the last chapter! I quite enjoyed writing it! Well, Ihope you liked it. Thanks and Enjoy!
Juliet's POV – By the Portrait Hole
I paced in front of the portrait hole. I knew I'd lose my mind again at any moment. I knew the new password, but I didn't want to hurt anyone. I decided to go in and get the Doctor to help me. He could help, I knew he could. I muttered the password, and heard a load of commotion as the portrait hole opened. I put up the hood of the hoodie I was wearing and walked straight back to the Doctor, feeling my heart race as everyone stared at me.
"Doctor, please help me," I whispered to him as I got by him.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny were sitting there, and the Master was by them. Hermione was asleep, which made me feel a pang of guilt. It was probably my fault she was so tired. I shook my head, trying not to feel any guilt. I was angrier with the Master than anything. The Doctor nodded and carefully got up so he wouldn't wake up Hermione.
"Come out of the common room with me. Just in case," He whispered, taking my hand and leading me out. I had guessed he'd left his companions in the TARDIS, which would have made me feel better, but I saw them grouped up in the corner of the common room. I messed everything up. Nobody could have a normal life with me here now. I saw Tom among the group. He got up and followed the Doctor and me out.
"Are you alright?" He asked me once we were out of there.
I shrugged, not wanting to talk about it. I sat on the steps and began to cry. I knew it wasn't my fault everything had happened, but I still felt bad. I just wanted to wake up as if it were a dream. I felt the Doctor lead me down somewhere, but I was dazed and confused. It was like that last time I lost it. I was talking to Hermione and then she mentioned the Doctor. It was something about the Doctor. He was what was causing me to do this. Something about his presence or his name, and then I remembered.
"Doctor, when you were in the hospital wing, before we found Donna, the Master was there. He stood silently in front of you and then left. He took me with him but he left. It was after I…well, I expect you figured out what happened last night. I can't control it quite yet, but I'm working on it and-" He put his hand up a bit and smiled nodding.
"He took blood then. It's a form of strong mind control. He put something of me in you to make you lose it when I'm mentioned," The Doctor got to my point faster.
Tom gasped and mentioned, "He would have needed a wizard to help him make the potion! Most potions that I've learned require the use of a wand. Of course it's just for the magical aspect, but still. He couldn't have finished a potion, especially one so complex, without a wizard or witch to help him. That means-"
"-he's hiding something," I finished. "He's got someone to help him."
"But who?" The Doctor asked.
The Master's POV – Malfoy Manor
I strode into the manor that lay before me, seeing the man with blond hair waiting for me. He began to ask about some son he had and if he was alright and such, but I ignored him, going up, instead, to his wife and smiled pleasantly.
"Hello, miss. Your son is fine," I said answering the questioning look in her eyes.
"How'd you get here?" Lucius asked me.
I rolled my eyes. Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. Lucius was thicker than the Doctor was and Narcissa was sharp as a tack.
"It's called a vortex manipulator. Some blond gave it to me. I liked her. She was sweet. She called me sweetie a lot, though. Anyway, that's how I got here. The girl should try to find me once the next phase is activated. The Doctor should lead her straight to it," The Master replied.
Juliet's POV – The Dungeons
"I can feel it starting," I muttered to the Doctor.
"What?" The Doctor asked worried.
"I'm changing again. The Master, he's set a trap. It's something in me, but I'm cursed. I can't say what it is. All I have to say is keep me here! Whatever I do keep me here," I warned.
"W-why?"
"More importantly where's my necklace? The Master said that was one of two things that could stop me," I muttered.
"I'm the other thing," said a cool voice behind me.
I turned around and saw the whites of someone's eyes in the dark. Calm, dark eyes.
