Honkai of Fate

Chapter 4: The Eruption Starts

After the battle with Patricia, Sirin was laughing as she revel in joy after she won her battle against an A-Rank Valkyrie while laid down on the floor with her hands on her head and a smile on her face.

"Kyahaha! I won!" Sirin said as she laughed. "I can't believe it! I won!"

She stood up, huffing for a bit. "The Valkyries are no match against me!" She leaned the right side of her body on the wall next to her.

"Time to drain the reactor… Siphon every last drop of the Honkai…" Sirin grinned. "And then I'll kill them… Every last one of them…"

Sirin struggled to walk properly as she used too much of her strength during her earlier fight. "Hngh… I spent too much energy in that fight. I can't get close to the reactor pile with that silver haired nun guarding it."

Just then, a small Honkai Beast came flying towards Sirin, the beast was as small as a fly. "Huh? What's this?" Sirin noticed the tiny Honkai Beast flying towards her and she let it land on her palm.

"I've never seen an insect quite like this before… If feel drawn to it for some reason…" Sirin said as she heard the Honkai Beast speaking to her.

"It's speaking to me…" Sirin said. "What? You'll lead them away?" She asked the little Honkai Beast as she turned towards Shirou.

"I can't just leave him here." She thought in her mind as she grabbed Shirou's unconscious body and piggybacked him. "Don't worry, Shirou. We'll be out of this place soon. Just stay by my side…" She muttered to herself as she started walking towards the Reactor Pile.

In the Reactor Pile…

"We have stepped up monitoring efforts in the area. But nothing has been found yet." A female voice informed as Theresa knelt on the ground in sadness as Patricia's blood and squad badge laid on the ground below her.

"Why?" Theresa asked. "Why did this happened to my friend?"

"Overseer Otto just deployed additional forces about an hour ago." The female beside Theresa informed. "Master Salome and Master Niggurath will be arriving shortly. And… Master Siegfried has been called upon as well. There is no cause for alarm, Master Theresa."

"Master Theresa, we have a code red!" A new female voice entered, her voice sounding in a tone of panic.

"Scanners detected a Honkai horde emerging from the tundra!" She informed. "We need you at battle command!"

Theresa, snapping her sadness, stood up from the floor with a determined gaze as she headed towards the monitor room of the Babylon Labs.

"Our scanners didn't pick up anything until now. They must have been hiding in the snow during all this time." The female informant said. "We're looking at about five hundred Honkai entities converging on the tower."

"Don't panic, people!" Theresa shouted. "Bring me the Judah! I'll stop them myself!" She ordered as an emergency call came up.

"Hey, Hey, Hey, Theresa." The voice from the call said. "Just keep yourself comfy in the tower and direct us from there. We'll give our uninvited guests a little reception. Just sit back and watch the show."

"They're here!" Theresa thought to herself.

In the snow tundra, Honkai Beast after Honkai Beast kept on walking and walking. Hundreds of them can be seen in every single direction.

Facing the Honkai Beasts are three warriors standing right in front of the beasts' way.

"Phew. I guess we're right on time. Let's give our guests a warm welcome." A man with white haired said as two other female Valkyries were standing behind him.

This was Siegfried Kaslana, the legendary Knight of Schicksal.

"HAIYA!" The female with red hair and green eyes shouted as she swept a Honkai Beast from below and stabbed it with her red spear known as Murmuring Carnage, The Honkai Powered EM Lance-Canon and Honkai blood splattered on her face. "Pfft. This Honkai horde isn't impressing me at all." She said.

This was Shub-Niggurath a Valkyrie of Shicksal in the South-America, also known as "Daughter of Chaos".

An Archangel type Honkai Beast was about to strike Niggurath from above when suddenly-

*ZING!* *ZING!*

"Stay focused, Niggurath." The female with black hair and blue eyes said. "I can't watch your six forever."

This was Salome Jokanaan, also known as "The Baptist", and the wielder of Halo of Twelve.

While the Valkyries and legendary Knight of Schicksal were dancing and fighting with the many Honkai Beasts that horded them all, inside the Reactor Pile of the Tower of Babylon, Sirin is already absorbing out all of the Honkai Energy inside the Reactor Pile.

"Yes! Yes! I can feel the powers flowing into me, pulsing with my heart beat!" Sirin said in glee as she continue on to absorb all of the Honkai Energy inside of the reactor.

The little Honkai Beast then came flying beside her again and whispered into Sirin's ear. "Wait, something's wrong?" Sirin asked the little Honkai Beast.

Sirin was about to take off to battle the enemies that the little Honkai Beast informed her, but the little beast said otherwise. It then said to create a portal seventeen kilometers away from the Tower of Babylon and Sirin did.

Seventeen Kilometers outside of the Tower of Babylon…

"Huff… Huff…" Sirin huffed on the ground as she knelt while still carrying an unconscious Shirou on her back.

"I've never warped this far before… It felt as though my body is completely drained…" Sirin said as she laid Shirou down on the snowy grass beside her.

She then turned towards the little Honkai Beast that's still flying. "Why do you want me to run away?" She asked the little beast. "Those Valkyries aren't even a match against me."

Sirin's eyes went wide in shock as she saw what was behind the little beast that was in front of her.

"What is this?" Sirin asked. "Is this why you brought me here?"

The little Honkai Beast then entered the massive object, leaving Sirin alone with Shirou.

"Hey, where are you going?" Sirin asked the little beast as it completely entered the object. She was about to touch the massive object when she heard her friend's mumbling voice.

"Sirin…" Shirou asked as he woke up from being knocked out. "Where are we…?" He asked as he completely opened his eyes

When Shirou saw the massive object behind Sirin, his eyes went wide in shock. "Sirin, what is that thing?" He asked as he tried to stand up, he managed to do so although he struggled a bit.

"Shirou!" Sirin exclaimed as she hugged him tightly. "Thank goodness that you're alright! I thought that I knocked you way too hard." She let out a sigh of relief.

"T-Thanks,,,?" Shirou said as he hugged her back.

After a few seconds of hugging, Sirin let go of their embrace first. "Don't worry about me, Shirou. There's something that I need to do." She said in a reassuring tone as she walked towards the massive object behind her.

"Guard this place for me, will you?" She asked Shirou as she entered the massive object.

"Have no fear, you may pass as well." A voice inside the massive object said to Sirin.

"Wait, Sirin! What happened to the lady…" Shirou was about to ask his friend but Sirin already entered inside the massive object, leaving him alone in the cold.

Inside the massive object…

"What is this place…?" Sirin asked as a droplet of water fell and revealed a distant memory of her past.

"*Hik* Hik* Mama…" The memory showed Sirin crying beside a dead woman, her mother, as her mother is completely wrapped in bandages and laying dead on a hospital bed.

"Mama… Don't leave me behind like this…" Little Sirin cried and cried, but her mother doesn't give a response and just laid there…

Sirin couldn't help but cry as well like her old self. This memory was one of the most sorrowful memories that she ever had ever since she was a little child. Sorrow, regret, she just wished that she was more powerful to be able to protect her mother and the ones she calls her friends.

"I don't want to feel weak again…" Sirin said with tears still flowing out of her eyes and down to her cheek.

"Very good, Sirin…" An unknown voice said. "Tear apart your human heart and rise as a True Herrscher…"

After the voice had finished speaking, a bright purple flame ignited and sparked something inside Sirin.

In the Reactor Pile…

Einstein was holding something small, it looked like a small test tube in size but it has written numbers on it like it was meant to measure something.

Ever since the battle in the tundra had ended, Anti-Entropy and Schicksal decided to make a temporary collaboration on this mission due to both sides having the same goal…

Almost the same goals…

"Alright, Dr. Einstein. Did you find anything?"

"No." Einstein said. "No one has here Honkai Levels above the critical threshold…"

"Wait! I think a girl with purple hair along with a boy with auburn hair went missing!" Theresa informed Einstein when she turned towards her with a worried look.

Einstein turned her head and looked towards Theresa. "Perhaps they're the ones and someone spooked them too early." She guessed.

She then turned towards Welt. "Welt, can you locate them for us?"

"Hmm…" Welt closed his eyes with his arms crossed. "I can't sense their presence in the tower."

"Plenty of Honkai residues are left behind." Welt informed as he opened his eyes. "There are spatial distortions around as well."

"My best guess is that they left the place via a special rift." Einstein guessed.

"What? A spatial rift?" Siegfried asked.

"A portal in lay man's terms." Einstein answered.

Siegfried's forehead dropped a sweat. "We're in serious trouble if both those kids really left this tower. The Siberian weather rendered our auto-scanners almost useless. I hope you have a better solution for finding someone in that tundra." He said in a worried tone. "Someone who can defeat an A-Rank Valkyrie like Pat…" He mumbled to himself.

Einstein tried to use the drones but it didn't work. "Bad news. Our drones didn't fare well in this weather either." She informed.

"But we do have a backup plan." Einstein said as she took out a big test tube filled with the remaining Honkai residue and she turned towards Theresa. "Madam Theresa, would you mind if you lend us the Oath of Judah?" She asked.

Theresa complied and summoned the Oath of Judah. "Alright, here's the Oath of Judah." She said with her left hand touching it. "But it can only target enemies in a hundred-meter radius."

"Not exactly, Madam Theresa." *POP* Einstein informed as she opened the test tube filled with the Honkai residues. "We have unearthed previous era documents with details regarding the Oath of Judah…" She slightly turned her head towards Siegfried. "The same documents also contain details on Siegfried's Judgement of Shamash. They are both Divine Key Weapons fashioned during the previous era."

Einstein then added the Honkai residues on the Oath of Judah. "I am now applying a solution prepared using the Honkai residue that we found. Please activate the search function of the Judah for us, Madam Theresa." She ordered.

"Search function?" Theresa asked in confusion. "I've never heard of that before…"

"Divine Keys are made using Soulium that can resonate with the user's mind. Thinks of the target and touch the Judah." Einstein explained as she grabbed hold of Theresa's hand and pulled.

"OKAY! OKAY! I GOT IT!" Theresa shouted as she touched the Judah. "Just think of the boy and the girl…" She muttered to herself. "Oath of Judah! I command you to track them down for us…" She ordered in her mind.

"KYAA!" Out of surprise, Theresa let out a yelp as the Oath of Judah started to shrink and once shrunk, its chains wrapped around her hand and the cross itself was on the back of her hand.

"The Oath of Judah shrank! Did I do something wrong? Did I break it? Can it return to its normal size?" Theresa asked in a panic.

*SWOOSH!*

The chains around the Oath of Judah spread across into eight different directions as it started searching around.

"In truth, Soulium is a semi-intelligent nano-robot composite." Einstein started explaining. "Under tracking mode, the Soulium assumes the form of chain-shaped sensor probes."

As Einstein continued to explain, the chains kept on piercing through different walls inside the Tower of Babylon. "These probes give the Judah a maximum tracking range of two-hundred kilometers."

One of the chains then signaled Theresa as it pulled a bit.

"One of the probes is giving a sensory feedback…" Einstein said. "…I believe we have found our target." She said. "We must set off at once. Please lead the way, Madam Theresa." Einstein ordered.

Welt politely face palmed himself. "I guess Otto never taught you the proper use of the Divine Keys."

An emergency call suddenly came and asked for Siegfried.

"Code red, Master Siegfried! Another Honkai Horde has appeared! We're looking at about three-hundred beasts in the horde!" The voice from the call said.

"Hold on, people! I'll be there ASAP!" Siegfried said as the call ended.

Siegfried was about to rush away towards the battlefield when Welt stopped him.

"Hold, Siegfried. The Honkai Horde is there to distract us. We must focus on finding that girl." Welt informed. "Einstein, you'll help defend the tower with the Snow Wolves. Siegfried and Theresa, please join me and we'll track those kids down."

Siegfried turned towards Welt and agreed. "I guess you're right. If the girl has the power to tear open spatial rifts, Salome and Shub probably won't be much help."

Inside the massive object, Sirin is standing on top of the purple watery floor, the unknown and mysterious voice keeps on speaking to her.

"Tear it all apart."

Blue flames started to burn her clothes as new ones started to appear.

"Tear through the fragile fabric of space… Command the powers of the void… And tear their dark evil hearts beating from their chests!"

Sirin's smile grew and her eyes filled with determination for her revenge.

After a few moments…

"Judah is pointing this way." Theresa said as she led the way to where the Oath of Judah was pointing towards.

Theresa's eyes went wide at what she say, Welt's face didn't change but he was curious, while Siegfried just wondered why they stopped. In front of Theresa was Shirou who was standing in front of the massive object that Judah was pointing at.

"It's you…" Shirou said.

"You're that boy back then!" Theresa said in glee as she finally found one of the missing children. "You were here all this time?" She asked.

Shirou nodded his head and Theresa let out a sigh of relief.

"Well it's good that we found you rather quickly." Theresa approached Shirou and held his shoulders. "Where is the girl with purple hair though?" She asked as she scanned the place that they are in. "I don't see her anywhere."

Siegfried approached Theresa. "Hey, Theresa. Is this the boy you were talking about?" He asked.

Theresa nodded her head. "Yes. This is the boy that went missing earlier." She then turned towards Shirou. "Come with me, young one. Don't worry, we won't hurt you. It's safe." She gave Shirou a sincere smile.

"I… I can't…" Shirou said softly.

"Hm? Why is it that you can't?" Theresa asked.

"I promised my friend to guard this place while she isn't finished."

"What do-"

"That's enough, Theresa." Welt spoke as she got closer. "We found the boy, but we're wasting time. Get him out of here and I'll handle the girl."

Welt walked towards the massive object behind Shirou when…

"Huh?!" A sword appeared in front of Welt and swung for his head. Fortunately, Welt managed to get back away before the sword struck him.

"Don't enter." Shirou said with a raised right arm forward.

"Hey, what are you doing?!" Theresa asked and tried to hold Shirou's arm to stop him.

"Don't enter!" Shirou shouted as more swords got traced by him and started floating behind him.

"Woah! Hold it, kid!" Siegfried said as he got into a fighting stance with the Judgement of Shamash. "What are you doing?! Can't you see that we're here to save you?!" He shouted.

"Don't enter. Don't come any closer. Sirin asked me to guard this place. I can't let you enter!" Shirou shouted with determination and with a swing of his arm, the swords behind him started to fly towards Siegfried, Theresa, and Welt.

"Kya!" Theresa just barely managed to block one of the swords with the chains from the Oath of Judah before the sword broke into particles.

"These swords…" Welt thought. "Is he the one creating them? But from where and how?" He dismissed the thought as another sword came flying towards him.

Using the power of his Herrscher Core, Welt created a small black hole in order to destroy the flying sword.

*CRACK!*

With the sword now completely dismissed, he charged up his powers to shoot at Shirou, but Siegfried stopped him.

"Don't, Welt!" Siegfried shouted as he placed his hand on Welt's shoulder. "He's just a kid. He doesn't know what he's doing."

"That kid is stalling time for the Herrscher inside that object, Siegfried." Welt explained as he raised his arm forward, only for Siegfried to lay his arm down.

"Then let me talk to him." Siegfried suggested. "Maybe he doesn't even know what a Herrscher is, Welt. Just look at him, he's just a defenseless child who doesn't know what he's doing. Do you really think a kid like him would know what a Herrscher even is?" He asked Welt, making Welt stop and consider what Siegfried said.

"Let me be the one to talk to him." Siegfried said as he walked towards Shirou.

Welt sighed as he walked towards Theresa and helped her get up.

"Are you alright, Theresa?" Welt asked.

Theresa nodded as she stood up. "Y-Yeah… What happened to the boy?" She asked and Welt pointed towards Siegfried who is walking towards Shirou.

"Hey, kid. What's your name?" Siegfried asked.

Shirou noticing that Siegfried didn't mean any harm, he let his arm down. "Shirou… Shirou Emiya." He answered.

"Shirou, eh? That's a nice name. I'm Siegfried Kaslana." Siegfried said as he knelt down low to meet Shirou in the eyes. "Say, Shirou. Have you ever heard of the Ninja Mech known as Arahato?" He asked.

"Arahato…? Who's that? I've never heard of that." Shirou said.

Siegfried chuckled a bit and scratched the back of his head. "Figured that you didn't know about him. He's this huge giant robot who fights and saves the world from alien void beasts." He started to explain.

"The hero of the show isn't exactly inspiring most of the time, but there's a switch in his heart." Siegfried then raised his right arm up and shouted. "ROAR WITH ME, ARAHATO! He's say every time." He said.

"Pfft… Hahaha." Shirou laughed, making Siegfried smile and lower his arm.

"He'd turn into a super warrior and beat the enemy into a pulp." Siegfried explained. "My chest would be pumped full of energy whenever I hear that line."

"That cheesy one-liner?" Shirou asked as he still giggled a bit. "You've got a bad taste for choosing lines that make your heart go pumping, Sir Siegfried. Hahaha!"

"Hey at least I didn't go into a chuunibyou phase because of that!" Siegfried said loudly, making Shirou laugh again.

After a few minutes of laughing, Shirou calmed down and Siegfried sighted but he also smiled. "It's because of Arahato that it made me curious see the outside world for myself, you know? It's because of it that I wanted to be an adventurer who travels around the globe and save people."

"But I'm a Kaslana, you see. I'm bound to uphold my great family oath. That's why I was locked up inside my lame old mansion." Siegfried explained.

"Did you give you?" Shirou asked.

"Hell no!" Siegfried shouted with a grin. "No one locks up a ninja and that's a fact!"

"Then what did you do?" Shirou asked again.

"I ran away from home when I was fifteen years old. Turns out I was the second Kaslana to do it too." Siegfried informed, making Shirou giggle a bit.

"So that means that you abandoned your family oath? You're basically a rogue ninja then!" Shirou said loudly and Siegfried laughed.

"Hahaha! I guess you could say that!" Siegfried grinned at Shirou, looking at him like how a father would look at their son.

"But hey, look at me now!" Siegfried said as he stood up. "I'm now a Schicksal Knight who protects and saves people from the Honkai!" He shrugged his shoulders. "I guess you could say that I fulfilled my wish after so long.

Shirou giggled again and stared down at the snow, making Siegfried wonder.

"Is something wrong kid?" Siegfried asked.

"I wanted to be a Protector of Humanity…" Shirou stated.

"A Protector of Humanity, huh?" Siegfried wondered. "Where did this desire- no wait, goal came from?" He asked. "What inspired you to do so?"

Shirou gazed back up at the man's eyes. "I promised it to my late adoptive father before he… well…"

Siegfried understood what Shirou was about to say from his tone of voice. Siegfried felt sadness at that moment as well.

"I'm sorry for you loss…" Siegfried said.

"It's no problem. I've already gotten over it." Shirou said as he gave the man a small smile.

Siegfried sighed and leaned in closer to Shirou and grabbed him on his shoulders. "Listen, Shirou. You wanted to be a Protector of Humanity, didn't you?" He asked.

Shirou nodded.

"Well there's still a chance for you to become one." Siegfried said. "There's many people out there who are suffering from the Honkai and many will lose their family if the Honkai isn't stopped." He explained.

"That's the reason why we…" Siegfried pointed towards Theresa and Welt. "…Valkyries and Knights from Schicksal fight every day, and that includes the fighters from Anti-Entropy as well."

"If I say that you can become a Schicksal Knight as well in order to help humanity and for you to become its protector, will you let pass?" Siegfreid asked.

"So, can you let us pass?" Siegfried asked again.

Silence was there for a few minutes before Shirou spoke.

"If I let you pass, does that mean that I'm doing something that is right?" He asked.

Siegfried smiled and nodded his head. "Yeah. You are, Shirou. And once we're done here, why don't you come over to my place? We can have dinner after!" He suggested and Shirou smiled.

Shirou stepped aside from blocking the way and Theresa started to walk beside him.

"You really got us in quite a trouble, young man." Theresa said with her hands on her hips and a small pout on her face.

Shirou laughed nervously and scratched his head, however his eyes were on the cross on Theresa's right hand. He analyzed the cross and he understood what it was, although he did get a slight head ache.

Theresa not knowing what the boy did but rushed towards him when he suddenly held his head with his left hand. "Hey, are you okay?" She asked in a worried voice.

"I… I'm fine…" Shirou said as he balanced himself on the ground.

On the left side, Welt placed a hand on Siegfried's shoulder. "Well done, Siegfried." He complimented the Knight.

Siegfried let out a smile. "Hey, what can I say?" He shrugged his shoulders. "I'm just doing what I do and I know best!"

Theresa started to walk towards the massive object that they were supposed to investigate earlier.

"What is this?" Theresa asked. "Is the girl inside this thing?"

"Sirin entered inside that thing earlier." Shirou said. "I don't why she did so or when she'll be coming out.

Theresa touched the massive object and when her finger touched it, the skin started to shake like water. "It flows like water..."

"Stop, Theresa! Don't touch it!" Welt shouted. "That's a Honkai Chrysalis, and it just emitted a powerful Honkai Energy spike! Step away from it now!" He ordered Theresa.

"Okay! Okay! I got it! AE people are so mean and angry!"

Theresa turned around from the giant chrysalis but as she was about to walk away, a blue arm appeared and grabbed her arm.

"KYAAA!" Theresa screamed loudly as more blue arms came out from inside the chrysalis and dragged Theresa inside.

"THERESA!" Siegfried shouted as she rushed towards Theresa. "NOOO! Theresa! Don't worry! I'm coming to save you!"

Siegfried was about to reach to Theresa when Welt stopped him by grabbing his hand. "Stop right there, Siegfried!" Welt ordered.

"We still have no idea who we're fighting." Welt explained. "Rushing into this without thinking is likely to get us killed."

Siegfried didn't listen as he smacked Welt's hand off of him. "I don't care! My friend is in there! Get out of my way if you aren't helping!" He shouted. "Yes. I know getting killed is a possibility, but I'm a Kaslana. And Kaslanas never leave a friend in danger."

"I'm running out of face palms… I have to think of a way to talk sense into this fool…" Welt thought to himself.

"You can sit this one out if you're scared, Anti-Entropist, because I'll do it alone. I'll go inside, thrash the enemy, and rescue Theresa." Siegfried said.

"I'll go too! Sirin is still in there!" Shirou said as he approached Siegfried.

"No! You'll stay here, Shirou. It's dangerous inside." Siegfried touched the chrysalis, but instead of a feeling of water, he touched something hard.

"Wait… It just froze solid... And where did all those hands go?" Siegfried questioned to himself and he got an answer.

*CREAK!* *KRRK!* *CRACK!*

"What the hell?" Siegfried said as he took a few steps back.

"WROARGH!" A massive beast came out from inside as it cracked open the now hardened chrysalis.

*SPLOSH!* *THUD!* *THUD!*

"It's a Honkai Beast!" Siegfried shouted as he blocked the beasts' punch. "Dammit! And there are two of them!"

Inside the Honkai Chrysalis…

*BLUB* *BLUB* *BLUB*

Theresa was sinking through the flowing waters inside the chrysalis when she was pulled in.

An unknown voice then spoke…

"Your parents are dead, killed by a disease known as the…"

Theresa's eyes opened and she was no longer drowning, instead she tapped her feet on the wet watery floor beneath her.

"Honkai…" The unknown voice finished its sentence.

"Have no fear. Schicksal takes care of orphans like you." The figure then took out a syringe filled with Honkai Energy. "You are special because you have natural resistance against the Honkai itself. We need you to take a few tests to help humanity survive."

"No! Stop!" Theresa shouted as she saw Sirin get injected with Honkai Energy.

"IT BURNS!" Theresa turned to the other direction and saw Sirin on her cell floor writhing in pain with her hands on her head.

"This test subject is as useless as the others. Dispose of it until it dies from the side effects." The unknown figure said.

"My insides feel like they're burning… Please make it stop! I beg of you! The pain is killing me! Just make it stop! Please!" Sirin begged and plead, but no one helped.

Another memory is shown to Theresa and now they were back inside the Tower of Babylon where the cells were kept.

"ARGGH! It hurts! It hurts! Why does it feel like I'm burning from the inside?!" Shirou struggled from the Honkai Energy as Sirin just watched from inside her own cell.

"AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH! The flames! The flames! The flames burn! They burn hard and deep! The flames hurt! Please, no more! Please stop it!" Shirou cried out loud in severe pain as he grabbed his chest with tears in his eyes.

"Shirou!" Sirin shouted towards Shirou from the other side of the cell. "Someone please… Anyone… Please help Shirou… He's in so much pain…"

Another memory is shown to Theresa in a few seconds. Now, there were in the snowfields outside of the tower.

"Avrora… Agata… Bella… Shirou… Let's sing the song that we used to sing together…" Sirin said as she started to sing only for her to be stopped by a calling researcher.

"Hey! It's time to leave! We have more tests scheduled for you!" The researcher shouted. "You hear me, girl? I don't want to waste any more time with these useless pieces of garbage. Now turn around and head back to the lab!" The researcher ordered.

When Sirin turned around, Theresa saw the tears that were falling from Sirin's eyes and Theresa hugged her from behind.

"I'm sorry…" Theresa said in a soft tone.

"They didn't even let me sing to my friends…" Sirin said as blue flames came out of nowhere. "I cannot forgive them for what they did to us…"

Sirin then floated above Theresa and Theresa looked up towards Sirin. "Do you hear that? Their souls cry out for vengeance!" Sirin stated. "I'll make sure I kill every living being that bears the mark of Schicksal!"

"Every lying adult must die. But you need not fear me, we're both young little girls." Sirin said to Theresa with a soft smile. "And I can smell the Honkai on you. That makes us sisters, does it not?" She asked. "Join me and let us make the world burn…"

"I am really sorry for what they did, Sirin." Theresa closed her eyes and clasped her hands together. "But I cannot join you…" She opened her eyes and raised her right hand where Judah was located. "I beg you to stop your quest for revenge… or I'll be forced to stop you here."

"Hmph." Sirin pouted as she crossed her legs together with her left hand on her face. "I thought telling you my story would turn you to my side." She snapped her fingers. "You left me no choice, girl"

When Sirin snapped her fingers, the same blue hands started to lift Theresa up. "You need to simmer off at a cool place and think this through. We'll talk after I take care of the others in your search party. Oh and before I forget…" One of the blue hands that Sirin summoned took the Oath of Judah from Theresa. "…I'll be taking this." Sirin then took a closer look on the Judah with her fingers on it. "This annoying cross is safer in my hands."

Lake Baikal, Southern Siberia…

Theresa was completely underwater when the hands that Sirin summoned took her.

"I'm really underwater right now…" *BLUB* *BLUB* *BLUB* "I'm back in the real world…"

Theresa placed her hands on her mouth. "She has my Oath of Judah!" Then Theresa remembered something. "Wait… Einstein said that Judah can use Honkai Energy to track things down… Maybe I can use it to track myself as well." She thought to herself. "Judah just needs to sense me, right? I'll try calling out to it…"

Inside the chrysalis…

Sirin was playing with the small Oath of Judah with her fingers. "What a weird little toy… I can't even break it will all of my powers…"

Just then, the chains of Judah appeared and it returned to its original size, catching Sirin in surprise.

"What?! What is it trying to do?!" Sirin asked herself as she stood up.

With Theresa…

The chains of Judah finally appeared as it went towards Theresa.

"Judah! You came for me!" She thought as she gripped on the chains tightly. "Thank you! It's time for us to head back!"

Back inside the chrysalis…

The water above the chrysalis splashed and revealed Theresa as she fell down.

"I'm back! You can't get rid of me easily, Sirin!" Theresa said with a gleeful smile on her face. "I should have told you that Judah and I are bound together." She informed. "Give up, girl! I don't want to fight you!"

"How can you turn against me even after listening to my story?" Sirin asked as she raised her hand and summoned her Subspace Lance. "I'll kill you in a blink of an eye!"

*SWOOSH*

Sirin's Subspace Lance went and shot itself towards Theresa, but she was ready for it. "Block the lance, Judah!"

What Theresa didn't expected was for the lance to go through inside Judah. "What?! It went through Judah?!" She thought to herself as the lance went through her as well. "The lance passed through me as well! It must be one of her illusions. I need to prepare for her actual attack."

"I said I'll kill you in a blink of an eye." Sirin said with a smirk as she snapped her fingers. "That lance… is not an illusion… it's real."

By the time Theresa realized it, it was already too late. When Sirin snapped her fingers, the lance completely materialized and stabbed Theresa in the chest.

Outside the chrysalis…

*RARGH!* *RARGH!*

Siegfried struggled to hold on to the hands of the Honkai twins.

"The Honkai twins are too strong for me! Are these the so-called Emperor Class Honkai?" He asked as he continued to struggle. He then turned to where Shirou and Welt are. "Hey! I really need some help here!"

Silence was in the room as no one decided to help.

"Seriously?!" Siegfried asked in a panic.

"I thought you told me to sit out of this?" Welt asked while fixing his glasses. "And that you'll be doing this all alone. I better not get in your way, hero."

Siegfried let out a nervous laugh and bit of a sweat drop from his cheek. "Yeah… well I was a little carried away. I'm sorry about that, will you please help me out here?" Siegfried asked nicely. "This is the reason why people hate Anti-Entropy." He muttered to himself.

"Since you asked so nicely…" Welt was about to take action but Shirou took the initiative first.

"Stay down…" Shirou raised his hand and it made Welt and Siegfried wonder and their eyes widened to what Shirou did next.

"I said to stay down!" With a loud shout, Shirou pinned the Honkai twins as he summoned the chains from the Oath of Judah, which shocked Siegfried and especially Welt the most.

"This is-?!" Siegfried said in shock as the arms of the Honkai twins were pinned by the chains.

"-The Oath of Judah's chains!" Welt finished what Siegfried was going to say with his eyes wide. "Is this child able to copy the abilities of Divine Keys?! If so, how powerful can the said copies be?"

Shirou's breathing became heavy as he felt exhausted from using his powers. "Finish this! Quickly! I can't… maintain… this for… long…"

Shirou then passed out from the exhaustion of his powers and fell to the ground. This was his first time tracing a Divine Key after all, it was bound for him to fall unconscious.

"Shirou!" Siegfried shouted as he rushed towards Shirou's falling body. "I gotcha, kid!" He managed to catch Shirou's falling body in time and he let out a sigh of relief.

The chains of Judah dispersed quickly into blue and gold particles as Shirou passed out, making the Honkai twins run wild again.

"Hmph." Welt huffed as he raised his right arm. "Knight of the first Herrscher…" Laser beams started to appear from the red orb the Welt created as he activated his Herrscher powers. "BEGONE!" Cognitive Destructuring

"It's done." Welt announced. "Let's go look for Theresa."

Siegfried placed Shirou's unconscious body on the snowfield gently as he walked towards to where Welt is. "There's nothing inside the chrysalis… Where the hell did Theresa go?" Siegfried asked as he saw nothing from the remains of the now broken chrysalis.

"She's here with the enemy, Siegfried." Welt informed. "You can't just see them." Welt then removed all of his gloves from his hands and placed on the imaginary barrier than couldn't be seen.

"The second Herrscher controls the void itself." Welt explained as he started to pull the barrier apart with his bare hands. "She used her void powers to create an imaginary space superposed on the real world. And she's right inside!" Welt split the barrier even harder and forced it open.

Once the barrier was gone, Sirin can be seen standing over a fallen and injured Theresa as both Herrschers stared at each other's eyes.

Welt stared hard at the second Herrscher's eyes, never losing focus on her. "Theresa is still alive." He informed Siegfried. "Bring her to the tower and get her treated. I'll handle this one."

"Wait! You can't do this alone." Siegfried argued.

"DAMMIT, SIEGFRIED! If you want Theresa to live, then stop being stupid and get her some help!" Welt shouted loud and Siegfried followed.

Siegfried grabbed hold of Theresa. "Alright, Welt. I owe you another. No, I owe you three times now! Be a good hero Welt!" He shouted as he pounced.

"I didn't give permission to leave, insect! Put that girl down!" Sirin ordered as she summoned her Subspace Lance and shot it at Siegfried.

"Tch!" She clicked her tongue.

"Thanks again, Welt!" Siegfried said as he went over to Shirou's unconscious body and grabbed him as well.

"Shirou?!" Sirin exclaimed in surprise as Siegfried took Shirou's unconscious body as well. "No! Leave Shirou alone, you insect! I don't know what you did to Shirou, but he's not yours to take!" Sirin shouted as she summoned another one of her lance, only for Welt to block it again.

Sirin glared at Welt in annoyance and anger as he started to fly as well. "You blocked my lance! Who are you? And you can fly as well! And what did you do to Shirou?"

"Your Subspace Lance is made out of imaginary space. There is no physical counter to your attack." Welt stated. "But to me, this lance is just like any other weapon. For I am Welt. I am the first Herrscher, and I hope to have a few words with you. And just to be clear on the subject, we didn't do anything to the young boy named Shirou. The cause for his unconsciousness is his own doing."

"Wait, you're a Herrscher just like me?" Sirin asked as the same little beasts came and whispered in her ear. "My goddess? What are you trying to tell me?"

Welt's eyes went wide at the sight of Sirin talking to the little beast. "She's talking to the Honkai Cherub! Does that mean that True Herrschers can speak directly with the Honkai?!" He thought to himself as Sirin started laughing.

"KYAHAHAHA! My goddess just told me about a TRAITOR who turned against HER will! And then SHE told me that you're just a poorly made copy of that TRAITOR!" Sirin said as she raised her right hand and summoned more of her Subspace Lance behind her.

"You are no True Herrscher." She stated. "You're just a piece of trash compared to HER CHOSEN. I shall crush you for your lies and for betraying HER, vermin."

"That "goddess" of yours is only using you." Welt stated as he popped out his Divine Key known as the Star of Eden from his pocket. "Perhaps a little display of force will convince you that she's the true liar."

*BRRZZP*

Welt activated his Herrscher powers and shot out electrical lazes beams from his newly made black holes. "Time to force some reason into your untrained mind." Barrage of Reason!

"HAH! You pathetic attacks aren't even scratching me! Don't tell me that you're running out of tricks already!" Sirin mocked Welt as she summoned more of her Subspace Lance.

"She has created an imaginary void barrier around herself." Welt deduced in his mind. "The Star of Eden won't be able to breach that." He thought again.

"How about this then." Welt said as he charged up the Star of Eden in his hand. Animus Nocendi. He shot his left hand forward and a red tornado of lighting came blasting out. Whirlwind of Terror.

"Hah! I guess you really are running out of tricks!" Sirin mocked him again as an imaginary barrier protected her. "My Void Shields can deal with this easily." It was just then that Sirin noticed something worng. "Wait! Where did her go?"

Unbeknownst to Sirin, Welt was already behind her and he was ready for a left hand punch. "That's it! I can use my core powers and breach through her shields at this range." Welt thought to himself.

When Welt threw his punch, it did breach Sirin's shields but it was all just a trap for Welt to get closer. "Oops. It's a trap~." She said as three blue hands were summoned by her and grabbed Welt. "I really didn't expected you to fall for that."

"Time for you to go, Pseudo-Herrscher." Sirin said mockingly as she stuck her tongue out at Welt and a huge portal was opened. "My pet is a little hungry…"

*RARG!*

A white dragon with secondary color of black with blue markings came out of the portal and chomped down on Welt in one go. This was Benares, Pseudo-Herrscher/Judgement-Class Honkai Beast made from Sirin's Herrscher Core.

"Now where did that silver haired man go with my little prize along with Shirou?" Sirin asked herself. "I guess, I'll have to look for them now. I really want her to watch the world burn and Shirou will be with me all by my side again as a bonus. Hehe…" She giggled. "It will be quite a sight.

In a cliff very far away from where Sirin is, a man with short blonde hair, wearing a white suit along with a white fedora that has blue feathers and a white smiling mask can be seen.

"Good. I made it in time." The man said. "Time to view the results of our little experiment. Let's see how far she went since her little… awakening…"
