The dark clouds hovered over the quaint city. Yoruichi stood in front of Urahara Shop with a frown on her face. She looked around but saw nobody around. Karakura Town was quiet. Too quiet.

The door behind her opened and Tessai stepped out to join her on the shop's porch. "Still no word from Kisuke or Ichigo," he grimly reported.

"Understandable. This new enemy of ours has conquered Hueco Mundo. Finding Nel's friend won't be a walk in the park. It's inevitable that they'll run into trouble, especially with someone as reckless as Ichigo."

After Nel and Pesche had arrived to warn Ichigo of Hueco Mundo's fall and the capture of both Halibel and Dondochaka, the Substitute Soul Reaper, Orihime, Chad and Kisuke had all made their way to try and rescue Nel's friend and to get to the bottom of what was going on and who this new enemy was.

Yoruichi had some ideas. There weren't any Hollows that'd appeared in the last few days, as if any that would have appeared to attack souls had been completely eradicated. And there was only one enemy capable of obliterating Hollow's entirely. "Tessai, do you really think they're back?"

Tessai crossed his arms while his brow furrowed. "I'm afraid it can only be the Quincy. And if they truly have returned…" Tessai thought about the Quincy Extermination from two hundred years ago. "They'll be back for blood."

"I know." Yoruichi's knowledge of the Quincy went back further than Tessai's. She knew from her family records about the Licht Reich's war with the Soul Society one thousand years ago, which led to the start of the animosity between Soul Reapers and Quincies. "And unlike Aizen, it looks like they've come prepared. I heard about what happened earlier with both Ichigo and Lieutenant Sasakibe."

Both she and Kisuke had sensed Ichigo being attacked by a strange Arrancar. Later when Ichigo's friends had arrived at the shop to use his Garganta, Yoruichi questioned Ichigo about his attacker and learned about the strange medallion he used to try and make his Bankai disappear. And right before Kisuke had gone to fetch Ichigo and his friends, the shop trio had learned that the enemy struck in the Soul Society, murdering the Head-Captain's lieutenant. That Chojiro, one of the oldest officers and the right hand man of Yamamoto, was so easily slain made the threat of a returned Quincy army far worse than Aizen. Aizen just wanted godhood but revenge was what was clearly on the Quincies mind.

"Tessai, you think Ichigo and the others can handle it?"

"I have faith in Ichigo and Kisuke. They'll manage. But it's the Soul Society I'm worried about."

From out of nowhere came a third voice, interrupting their conversation. "I think you have bigger problems to worry about!"

The two ex-Soul Reapers braced themselves when they both looked up. Standing in the air was a girl dressed in a white, hovering above the shop. Their eyes widened when they saw the bow in her hand. "Who-"

Tessai didn't get the chance to finish. The Quincy fired a Heilig Pfiel at him from her bow, the tip shaped like a heart. Yoruichi moved in the nick of time, reaching out and grabbing the arrow just inches before it embedded itself into Tessai's skull. "Not even going to introduce yourself? I see the Quincy lost their manners in a thousand years."

Slowly the Quincy floated to the ground, letting the pair get a better look at her. The girl's pink, wavy hair flowed in the evening breeze, heavily contrasting against her white outfit. The girl's Quincy uniform looked like it could barely contain her well-endowed chest, although with how frilly her gloves, skirt and boots were along with her heart-shaped belt, Yoruichi figured this girl could give Riruka Dokugamine a run for her money when it came to looking cute.

Despite her princess-like appearance, Yoruichi knew better than to underestimate the Quincy; after all, her first shot would have taken down Tessai had Yoruichi been a half second slower. And judging by her spirit energy, she was clearly as powerful as any of the captains. Maybe even more so. "Who are you? And why are you here?"

"I'm Stern Ritter P, Meninas McAllon," greeted their enemy. "But I'm really not here for you two. Killing you is just incidental. Where is Kisuke Urahara? He's the one I'm here to kill. You two aren't at all important to me."

Tessai readied himself for a fight. That this enemy considered the former head of the Kido Corp and the former head of the Stealth Force/captain of Squad Two beneath her notice didn't seem like empty bravado. "Why do you want Kisuke Urahara?"

"Kisuke is one of the Five War Potentials that His Majesty has singled out. He's to be eliminated quickly so he does not disrupt our plans."

Yoruichi could understand the reasoning. Kisuke was instrumental in defeating Aizen and his technological expertise was second to none. It'd make sense that the Quincy's leader would want the scientist off the board as quickly as possible. "Sorry, but he's not here right now."

"Hmm…" Meninas looked around, trying to detect the shopkeeper but not finding anyone except for the two in front of her and the two much smaller presences inside the shop that were clearly not him. "What a shame. I suppose I'll have to wait until he returns to kill him."

"You really think we're just going to let you?" Yoruichi took a fighting stance. "Sorry, but the sign says no loitering. I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. And considering you're outnumbered, we can do this the easy way or the hard way." Tessai stood next to him, hands ready to start slinging spells.

"Hmph! If that's the way you like to play it…" Meninas smiled as she raised her hand. She had no intention of fighting a two-on-one. The Stern Ritters don't play fair. A black shadow emerged from her hand, dripping down onto the ground. The mass stretched out until it covered the wall of an adjacent building. Yoruichi and Tessai watched in horror as a mass of white-clad soldiers shot out of the darkness, forming a wall in front of Meninas.

The two former Soul Reapers both knew this was not going to be an easy fight. These foot soldiers did not seem like expendable grunts meant to be thrown away. Like Yoruichi had said before, the Quincy had come prepared for a fight.

Tessai put his hands together, already channeling a Kido spell. "Yoruichi, you think you can take their commander? I'll handle the grunts and make sure they don't get inside the shop."

"You sure? They look tough, Tessai," warned Yoruichi.

"I'll manage. But if you, I and the Stern Ritter all throw down in the street, it'll be good odds we'll level half the town."

"Fair enough." Yoruichi didn't like the idea of letting Tessai fight these men alone but knew that Meninas was the real threat. "Hey, you." Pointing at the pinkette, Yoruichi pointed away from the shop. "Let's not do this here. Follow me."

"Fine. Since Kisuke Urahara isn't here, I'll kill some time killing you before coming back to wait for him. Soldat!" she turned her attention back to her subordinates. "Kill this Soul Reaper while I'm gone."

Yoruichi dashed away, Meninas hot on her heels. She didn't like leaving Tessai to fight alone but had to believe in her friend. She saw an abandoned building sight at the outskirts of town and headed for it, however, her ears picked up the sound of a bow being drawn back.

Death missed Yoruichi by inches. The woman jumped to the right and dodged the two heart-tipped arrows that had been aimed at her head and heart. "Not even going to wait until we're there, huh?'

"Why should I wait?" Meninas drew her small bow again and readied another arrow. "I'm not here for a battle. I'm just here to kill you," said the pinkette before she fired again.

Yoruichi was starting to get adjusted to the speed of Meninas's arrows and was able to dodge it more easily. "Fine. Let's end this quickly then so I can get back to helping Tessai mop up your cannon fodder."

Dodging more arrows, Yoruichi punched the bubbly girl with all her strength, her fist landing squarely in her stomach. However, the moment Yoruichi made contact, she knew something wasn't right.

"Wow, I heard about how you were supposed to be really good at hand to hand combat. But you know, that was a weak punch." Yoruichi gasped when Meninas grabbed the front of her outfit, keeping her still. "Here. Let me show you how I punch."

The blow to Yoruichi's midsection sent her slamming to the ground like a meteor wiping out the dinosaurs. The ground shook from the impact, Yoruichi lying in a crater from the powerful punch. Though it didn't kill her, Yoruichi was reeling with pain. The top of her outfit had ripped off, exposing the black leotard underneath. "F-fuck…someone hasn't been skipping the gym…" she groaned while struggling to her feet, coughing up blood before wiping her mouth.

The shadow looming over her was the only warning Yoruichi had to dodge. Meninas's fist missed her by mere inches as she rolled out of the way. Yoruichi was shocked at the damage her punch did to the ground, the crater she'd made upon impact turning into an even bigger crater. 'She looks about as much as a pretty princess as Orihime. How is she so freaking strong?'

Yoruichi dodged another punch and threw out one of her own at her full strength, this time landing squarely at the side of Meninas's face. However, Yoruichi saw something appear on her skin the moment her fist made contact with the Quincy's cheek, a bizarre grid like pattern of blue lines. "What?"

"Give it up. Your punches won't make it past my Blut Vene." Meninas grabbed Yoruichi by her collar and smiled so innocently despite her bizarre powers. "Nor will you even beat me in raw strength."

Meninas slapped Yoruichi across the face. Such a blow would hardly faze the Flash Goddess but coming from the freakishly strong Quincy, the slap might as well have been a haymaker from the world's strongest boxer. Yoruichi's brain bounced around in her skull she was mercilessly slapped, screaming in agony in between hits before Meninas hurled her into a concrete wall, the woman embedded in the stone. "Wow, the Daten His Majesty had on you said you were really strong. But you're actually kind of a weakling." Meninas summoned her bow and drew back on the string. "Guess I'll just kill you then."

The Quincy fired and this time her arrow was on the mark, hitting Yoruichi right between the eyes. Satisfied at her kill, the pinkette turned to go join her troops in finishing off Tessai when she was blasted from behind by lightning. "What the-"

Standing behind her was Yoruichi, alive and well. "Utsusemi," she explained, her ruined jacket gone, left in a crater along with the arrow that only hit her afterimage and leaving her in her leotard and the black pants covering her lower half. "Looks like Kido can still hurt you. Guess you aren't quite so invulnerable."

"I wouldn't get cocky. That shot didn't do anything but knock me down. Ugh…" Reaching behind her, she frowned from feeling the scorched hole in the back of her uniform. "And you ruined my outfit. Now I'm really going to kill you."

Disappearing with Hirenkyaku, Meninas launched a flurry of punches. Still reeling from the earthshaking slaps, Yoruichi was forced on the defensive, not given an inch by the Quincy. Back flipping onto the second floor of the building still under construction, readying herself. "Kido might not break that pretty little face, but this might! Shunko!" Lightning shot out of the back of the Flash Goddess, making Meninas pause in her attack. "Take this!"

Yoruichi unleashed a large blast of lightning, intending on turning the pretty Quincy into a pile of ashes. But her lightning form didn't impress Meninas at all. "Hmph!" The pinkette hauled back with her arm, preparing a punch. The arm grotesquely grew until it was massive, becoming nothing but a pillar of pure muscle. "Hah!"

Meninas focused her Blut Vene into her fist and swung hard. Yoruichi stood there with her jaw agape as the pinkette literally punched the lightning blast, knocking it right back at her. Jumping away before she could get hit by her own blast, Yoruichi stood in the air and looked down at the Stern Ritter with a growing sense of absolute dread inside her. "What…what did you do?!" Her eyes turned to Meninas's over-muscular arm. "What are you?!"

"Like I told you, I'm Stern Ritter P. The Schrift I was given by His Majesty was The Power." Meninas held up a fist and punched a bulldozer next to her, sending it flying. "But your lightning wasn't anything special. I've been punching Candi's lightning whenever she's in a mood and throwing a fit.'

Yoruichi clenched her fists, that sense of dread gnawing at her. She had no idea who "Candi" was but it sounded like the Quincy had someone with lightning that could match hers.

Never had Yoruichi felt so outmatched. This Quincy girl was insanely strong, she had some defense that surpassed the Arrancar's Hierro and could literally punch her Shunko away. The Flash Goddess's first impulse was to run and live to fight another day but she knew retreat wasn't an option. If she did flee, Meninas could turn her attention to Tessai; and while she trusted the burly man to handle the cannon fodder, she didn't want this girl to kill Tessai because she ran like a coward.

And then there was Jinta and Ururu. Meninas's flippant attitude for murder meant that she would have no problem killing the two kids. Yoruichi could not bear to look Kisuke in the eye and explain why she let his children die because she fled. No, there was only one option. She had to fight; she had to fight to win.

Which left one option.

Yoruichi's back erupted in Shunko again, surprising Meninas. "You want to throw more thunderbolts at me? Go ahead." The pinkette cracked her knuckles. "I'll knock them right back at you."

Silently, Yoruichi glared down at her enemy. She dismissed using Raijin Senkei. Using such a massive attack in the World of the Living could have disastrous consequences. No, she could only rely on one technique. 'I hate using this technique but to hell with it. Honor is for the living. Dead is dead.' Taking a deep breath, Yoruichi unleashed her most forbidden technique.

"Shunkō: Raijū Senkei: Shunryū Kokubyō Senki!"

The torrent of power Yoruichi released shocked Meninas. "Wh-what is this?" She knew about Yoruichi's Shunko but this was something completely new. "What have you done?"

"Mrrrrow…"

Jumping down onto the ground, Yoruichi revealed her new transformation. Her technique had combined both her feline and Shunko forms. Crouched on all fours, the dark-skinned woman's arms and her feet were now padded-cat paws. Her arms and legs were now clad in electrical energy, her fingers now claws. The surge of energy formed at the top of her head to make cat ears and a black tail swished angrily. Her leotard and pants were gone, now only an aura of white lightning covering her breasts and privates. Meninas summoned her bow and drew back on the string. "I don't know what this is, but I'll-"

"MRRRROWWWW!"

It became all too clear from the bestial growls that Yoruichi was no longer in her right mind; the technique had made her body and mind more like that of a cat. Meninas fired an arrow but Yoruichi moved with blinding speed. "Wh-"

Yoruichi backhanded Meninas, sending her flying until she slammed into a metal girder sticking out of the ground, the impact making it bend like a twig. Despite using her Blut to blunt the impact, Meninas was still reeling. She jumped with Hirenkyaku but was met in midair by Yoruichi. She swung her leg and kicked the pinkette in the side, knocking her into the unfinished building, Meninas bouncing from floor to ceiling like a ping-pong ball. "Nghh! What power is this?!"

Seeing Yoruichi charge towards her, Meninas grabbed a pillar and ripped it out, swinging it like a baseball bat and smashing Yoruichi like she was hitting a home run. However, Yoruichi's animalistic instincts made her jump back just as she was struck, dulling the force of the strike. Rebounding off an adjacent pillar, Yoruichi continued her charge. Her speed was too much for Meninas, striking at her with her claws.

"Kyaaa!" Meninas scream echoed the darkened floor as she was mauled by the woman. Yoruichi's claws tore through her clothes and drew blood, her power able to scratch through her Blut Vene.

Now it was the Stern Ritter who was on the defensive. Yoruichi's speed and tenacity made her Schrift and arrows useless. And even with her Blut strengthened to its maximum capacity, if Yoruichi unleashed all her power at once, she was charcoal. After all, what good were they when she couldn't hit her opponent? Her first option was to use her Quincy Cross and activate her Voll Stern Dich to up the ante but she hesitated. Here in the World of the Living she couldn't use Sklaverei to enhance her powers. But she knew she couldn't retreat. Her king would surely punish her with death, even if she explained it was a tactical retreat.

Her hand brushed against something in her pocket however: her medallion.

Meninas's mind ran a mile a second. She knew that the medallion was meant to capture a captain's Bankai. Based on what she knew, Yoruichi did not use a zanpakuto, thus had no Bankai for her to capture. However, the power that she displayed was certainly equal to that of a Bankai.

'Well, I guess what's good for the goose is good for the gander.'

Even in her animalistic state, Yoruichi knew the pink enemy was up to no good when she pulled something out of her uniform. She lunged for enemy, determined to take her head off with her next swing, her protective Blut be damned. Sadly, that was not to be.

The Stern Ritter activated the medallion. A curtain of black appeared behind her. Yoruichi looked up in confusion before columns of bright light struck Yoruichi. "GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Yoruichi's scream was ear shattering. The pillars tore into her, draining her of her power. The mighty lightning power she wielded was pulled from her body, the white lightning turning into dark energy fed back into the medallion. "ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The medallion crackled with electricity as it finished taking Yoruichi's power away from her. Because the enhanced form had destroyed Yoruichi's clothes, without the aura that covered her private bits, she crumpled to the floor naked as the day she was born. "Nghhhhh…"

Looking at her medallion, Meninas was quite impressed with herself. No doubt Yhwach would be pleased to find that the medallion was capable of doing more than just stealing Bankai. The medallion crackled with energy, clearly being pushed to its limit but still able to keep Yoruichi's powers contained.

Opening her eyes, the naked Yoruichi found herself on the ground with Meninas standing over her. "What…what did you do?" groaned the werecat as she tried to pick herself up off the concrete floor. She found, however, that she had no strength left in her whatsoever. Collapsing back onto the ground, Yoruichi came to a horrific realization when she didn't feel any spirit energy within her body.

Unlike a Bankai, because Meninas was absorbing Yoruichi's powers directly, she didn't just take her kitty form or just her Shunko, Meninas had stolen all of Yoruichi's Soul Reaper powers, leaving her as nothing more but a naked soul. "How? What? Why?" she sputtered, holding her hand in front of her face and feeling no power in her. Her golden eyes stared at her hand in horror before looking back at her enemy, spotting the pulsing medallion in her hand. "What…what did you do to me?"

"Our medallions can capture a Soul Reaper captain's Bankai. But I figured since your power was equal to that of a Bankai…I could capture it as well." Smiling in victory, Meninas held up the medallion. "But it looks like I did more than just take your new form. Gotta say," seeing the naked woman sprawled out on the hard concrete floor, Meninas raised an eyebrow. "This has certainly been a pleasant win."

Yoruichi tried to crawl away from the Stern Ritter but Meninas put a boot on her back, stomping it making her scream as she stepped on her spine, feeling like it was going to break in half like a cracker. Without her spirit energy, Yoruichi's body could not exert any spiritual pressure to act as a buffer to attacks.

Grabbing a handful of purple hair, Meninas picked up Yoruichi, loving how well this fight had ended. She could easily crush Yoruichi's skull now that she was as helpless as a baby but where was the fun in that? The Quincy still had to wait for Kisuke Urahara to return and she had no doubt her minions could handle Tessai easily. So while she waited, she'd entertain herself with Yoruichi a little.

Yoruichi growled in disgust as the Quincy grabbed her breast, groping her roughly. "What are you doing?"

"I've some time to kill before Kisuke arrives back for me to kill him. So I'll pass the time entertaining myself with you."

Defiant to the end, Yoruichi spat in Meninas's face. "What? The Vandenreich ran out of good men for you?"

Meninas silenced Yoruichi with a light tap to her naked stomach. Meninas's strength was so inhuman that without any spiritual pressure to act as a buffer, the simple tap made her choke as the wind was knocked out of her before the pinkette dropped her onto the concrete, making her cry out in pain as she landed with a thud. "I don't think you really get what's going on. But I'll be happy to remind you who's in control."

Groaning in pain, Yoruichi didn't know what to do. She was powerless and she had no idea how to get them back. What was worse, she could barely move. Her arms and legs felt like her bones were made of jelly after having the power stripped from her. This could not possibly get any worse.

Except…it did.

Taking her medallion out of her uniform's chest pocket, Meninas decided on a new tactic of torture. She knew her king well enough that Yhwach would want the Stern Ritters to kill the captains with her own Bankai. So she knew that if he was here, he'd tell her to finish her off with own power. "I'll show you just how much you're fucked." Holding up the medallion, Meninas activated it again.

"Shunkō: Raijū Senkei: Shunryū Kokubyō Senki!"

In stunned silent horror, Yoruichi watched as Meninas disappeared in an explosion of dark purple lightning. The spiritual pressure that radiated from the being surrounded in her own corrupted power made Yoruichi shake with fright. When the torrent of lightning died down, Yoruichi saw the Stern Ritter transformed in her own ultimate form.

"Oooh, I feel all tingly," noted Meninas as she admired herself in her new form. Her Stern Ritter uniform had been destroyed by her transformation, leaving her as nude as Yoruichi, save for the dark aura that covered her breasts and womanhood. As Yoruichi before her, her feet were now cat paws and her hands were clawed. Purple electricity channeled through her hair, causing it to raise to form cat ears. A white tail swished behind her.

Yoruichi was in total bewilderment as Meninas approached her. Not only had she used her technique, but she was retaining her intelligence? 'What on earth are these Quincy?!'

Looking down at Yoruichi, Meninas drank in her stunned, horrified expression. But that wasn't the only thing she let her eyes feast on. As much as she despised Soul Reapers, she couldn't deny that Yoruichi was beautiful; had she been a Quincy the dark-skinned woman would probably be a member of her little clique.
