Chapter One

Everything was quiet around the hotel. As everyone was fast asleep. All except for two. A playful sarcastic demon spider that was sitting at the bar drinking a glass of whisky. As the grumpy old sinner bartender moved a rag in a glass drying it. "I see it was another long night for you," The demon cat said. Looking over at the Demon Spider. "Nothing that I can't handle Kitty," The demon spider said, taking a long chug of the amber liquid from his glass. "I see. Well if you need a bartender to talk to about it. I'm all ears" The demon cat said. Putting the now dry glass away. " Aw, are you worried about me Kitty? That's so sweet" The demon spider said leaning in close to the cat demon.

"Don't get any ideas Angel" The demon cat said chuckling. "Oh, you're no fun kitty." The demon spider said his now-empty glass on the bar counter. The demon cat noticed something under Angel's shirt. Taking a closer look, the demon cat saw a small, hidden mark. "What is with that Angel?" The demon cat asked, pointing to the small blue mark and looking at where the demon cat pointed. Angel tried to find a way to come up with some sort of story. "Oh, this it's nothing Husker, just a guy that got a little carried away with the scene that we were shooting" Angel laughed. Without hesitating Husk leaned close to Angel and pulled the sleeve up to find three large bruises on him. Not caring Husked pulled his shirt off him. And there on Angel's body were three small lashes.

Angel quickly grabbed his shirt. As fear ran through his face "Did he do this to you?" Husk asked with his fists clenched together "It's nothing, it was just from work." Angel said, his voice shaking, "Don't lie to me, Angel! Did Valentino do this to you!?"Husk yelled his eyes still on Angel's body where his bruises and lashes were at. Angel looked at him.

Fear went through Angel's body as to what Valentino would do to him. As thoughts about the night ran through his mind

"Know your place bitch. I own you and I can do whatever the fuck I want to you. You belong to me. And if you think that Lucifer's bitch daughter and that garbage bartender of yours will save you. You're mistaken because I will end them if they get in my way. And for that garbage bartender of yours. I will enjoy every moment of killing him And trust me when I say this. I won't make it a quick death. No, I will make it slow and painful. And Angel Dust. You will watch while I enjoy every fucking moment of killing him!" Valentino yelled

"I'll do whatever you want. Just please don't hurt them" Angel pleaded his body shaking with fear. With an evil grin, Valentino hurled him over the dressing room table tearing off his outfit without hesitation Valentino forced himself into Angel's body while tears ran down Angel's face."

"NO" Angel yelled, getting up as fast as he could to run away from his friend. "Angel," Husk yelled. Tears formed in Angel's eyes as Valentino's words echoed through his mind. As the picture of Valentino killing Husk played repeatedly. He couldn't let that happen. Besides Charlie. Husk was the only person who saw him as more. That cared about who Angel could be.

As he ran as fast as he could not care where his legs took him. Out of breath Angel stopped and put his back against the building next to him. Taking notice of where he was at. It was by the building that he and Husk realized they were more alike. Tears filled his eyes.

Valentino took away everything from him. And he refused to let Valentino take Husk away from him too. Even if it meant he took all of Valentino's abuse. He wasn't going to let Husk get hurt because of him.

Feeling a touch on his shoulder. Angel turned around and there with a concerned look on his face was Husk. "Angel, why did you run?" Husk asked, his eyes showing concern for him. "Angel, all I want to do is help you," Husk said.

"You can't help me!" Angel yelled, detaching Husk's hand from him "Angel I." But before Husk could finish. "You don't get it. He will not let me go. Valentino will do anything to keep me in his grasp. If you try and help He will kill you and I will be powerless to do anything." Angel yelled his eyes now crying from it all. Husk looked at Angel. He could see the fear and the pain that Valentino caused him to go through every day.

"I lost everything to Valentino. I can't lose you as well." Angel said, looking away from him. "What happened tonight Angel" Husk asked

Angel looked at him. His body shaking from everything "After Valentino got done with beating he reminded me of what he would do. After that, he had his fill with me.." Angel said Husk looked at him and all he could see was fear. "Angel if he wants to try and kill me. He can go ahead and try. Husk said.

"No. I rather take his Abuse than have me lose you" Angel said moving his body away from Husk. "No, you won't because Im going to end him," Husk growled. Meaning every word. He would go to war with Valentino with the Vees. He would do it all. He wasn't afraid of them; he was once an overlord himself. And if it came to that, he would even make another deal himself. To set him free. "Angel, I will free you from his grip," Husk said,

Angel just looked at him As Husked put his hand on his shoulder. With those words, Angel let go of everything he was holding back. The pain, the fear, the anger. He let go of it all and fell into Husk's chest and began to let it all out. Husk just stood there holding Angel tight supporting him from falling into the darkness,
