Splashing Waves

"I don't get to go to the beach a lot, with my human working and all, so this is fun." Mimi said as she walked side by side with T-Bone, feeling the sand under her paws, her small tail wagging.
T-Bone couldn't help but smile. "Oh, well, there's a lot to do here, especially on the beach." He said, watching Mimi walk alongside him.
He stopped in his tracks, and Mimi followed suit.
"Like what?" Mimi asked, tilting her head.
"Like, uh.." T-Bone looked around, and he saw the water move back and forth along the shore.
"The water, yeah, the water! It's a lot of fun to chase the water."
T-Bone scampered over to the waves, barking and splashing. Blinking for a moment, Mimi couldn't help but giggle, the sight of the dog having fun, splashing around just too cute.
"That does look like fun," she said as she scampered over to the waves, the water cool on her fur and paws.
T-Bone saw Mimi join him, and he barked in agreement.
"Hey, there they are!" A familiar voice was loud over the sound of the waves.
"I told you we'd meet up with them, Clifford."
Ears perking up, both T-Bone and Mimi looked up to see Cleo and Clifford running over to them.
This day just got a lot better.
