Chapter 143: Rebels of Lothal Part 3: Wookiee Rescue

On the Ghost, Spyro was running to the cockpit, unaware that Ezra and Midnight had been left behind as Hera took off, detaching from the Gozanti Cruiser and flying underneath the Imperial cruiser, the door into the cockpit opening up and allowing hi to enter and sit down in an empty seat.

"Chop, jam their tractor beam!" Hera exclaimed.

"Wait, you can do that?" Spyro asked.

"Of course we can." Hera replied, flying away from the destroyer. "Comes in handy when you need to make a quick get away."

"Attention rebel ship." An Imperial officer said, contacting them. "Surrender or be destroyed. This is your first and final warning."

"Blow it out your exhaust vent." Hera replied, ending transmissions with the imperial vessel. "Literally. Sabine, you're up."

Smiling, Sabine pulled out a detonation switch and pressed the button down, the detonators activating and then exploding, destroying the cruiser and doing some damage to the Star Destroyer's hangar bay as they flew away.

"Oh, I can't see it from here!" Sabine said. "What's it like!?"

"Gorgeous Sabine, as always." Kanan replied, having taken control of the turret.

As they got further away from the Star Destroyer, Chopper uploaded some coordinates for them to use for a quick escape, jumping into Hyperspace and making a clean get away, Hera sitting back and relaxing as everyone came in.

"The whole thing was a set up." Kanan said, Spyro getting out of his seat as the crew and his friends walked in. "They were waiting for us."

"You think Vizago was in on it?" Sabine asked.

"I wouldn't put it past him to do something like that." Spyro replied. "Criminals like that only care about one thing, money."

"Spyro's right." Hera responded. "Vizago would seek his own mother to Jawa's for a few credits. But we're a source of income for him, so it's even odds he didn't know."

"Maybe." Spyro replied. "But if I were to make a suggestions, don't do business with him for a while."

"Trust me, we won't." Hera responded as Zeb walked in. "If you ask me, that kid did alright."

"He did ok." Kanan said. "As did Midnight. Bet she's resting after so much excitement."

"She needs it." Spyro responded. "She took a serious risk and it paid off. I'm actually proud of her."

"Speaking of the kid, where's Ezra?" Kanan asked.

Everyone looked to Zeb, him being the last person to have been with Ezra, but he seemed nervous, everyone talking note of that.

"I, uh, I thought he was with you." Zeb responded, making everyone suspicious.

"Zeb, what did you do to him?" Sabine asked.

"I didn't do anything to the kid." Zeb replied. "That ISB agent grabbed him."

"WHAT!" Everyone exclaimed.

"Ezra's captured!?" Spyro asked. "Are you kidding me!?"

"The kid got grabbed ok!" Zeb replied. "The agent was using him as a shield!"

"Garazeb Orrelios!" Hera exclaimed.

"What in all Tarnation possessed ya to leave him behind!?" Applejack exclaimed loudly.

"Oh come on, we were dumping him after the mission anyway." Zeb responded. "This way it saves us fuel. He's just a kid, they'll go easy on him."

"You don't know the Empire that well then, do you?" Spyro asked, looking annoyed. "They don't care that he's just a kid. They'll interrogate, torture, and even kill the kid just to get information about this ship and the crew. We need to go back for him."

"I agree." Hera responded.

"Wait, what!?" Zeb asked. "You can't be serious! Midnight I understand, but-"

"Midnight?" Spyro asked, making Zeb flinch. "Why would we go back for Midnight?"

"Heh, funny you should ask." Zeb replied. "You see, she went back for the kid. And we sorta... well..."

Everyone looked to Spyro, seeing that his eye was twitching, everyone feeling a chill run down their spines.

"You... left... Midnight... BEHIND?!" Spyro shouted.

"Look, I didn't do anything!" Zeb responded.

"That's exactly the point Lasat!" Spyro responded, surprising Zeb. "You should have gotten out of your hiding space and helped them instead of hiding like a coward! We're going back, now!"

"I'm with Spyro." Hera said. "We don't leave people, or ponies behind."

"You can't be serious, they'll be waiting for us!" Zeb replied.

"It's our fault that he was there in the first place." Hera replied.

"Come on, we just met this kid!" Zeb responded.

"They'll be waiting for us." Sabine pointed out. "Just like what Zeb said. I doubt we can save them both."

"Well I for one am not leaving my daughter behind!" Spyro said. "We're going back for them."

"Ah second that." Applejack said.

"I'm in!" Rosy said, walking up. "She's my sister, I'm not abandoning her."

"Count me in." Twilight said. "They're our friends, we can't leave them behind."

Even Chopper agrees, making some sounds in Binary talk.

"Seriously, even the droid agrees!" Zeb exclaimed loudly.

"I also agree." Kanan said. "We're going back for the kid and for the pony. And this time, no one's getting left behind."

Zeb looked at Sabine, who just shrugged her shoulders while Hera got to work preparing them for a rescue mission, planning on rescuing their friends before it was too late. On the Star Destroyer, Agent Kallus was walking along the hall of the brig, wanting to talk to his two new prisoners, first approaching Ezra's cell where a couple of troopers were standing guard, the cell door opened up to allow him to enter the cell where Ezra was sitting, looking annoyed with the agent as he entered.

"I am Agent Kallus of the Imperial Security Bureau." Kallus said, approaching the kid. "And you are?"

"Jaba the Hutt." Ezra replied, which the Agent raised an eyebrow and gave him a blank expression. "Look, I just met those guys today! I don't know anything!"

"You're not here for what you know, 'Jabba'." Kallus replied. "You're here to be used as bait upon our return to Lothal."

"Bait?" Ezra asked. "You really think... wow. You're as bright as a Binary droid. They're not going to come for me. People don't do that."

"No?" Kallus asked, brushing off Ezra's shoulder. "That... thing came back for you. Midnight you called it?"

"Midnight?" Ezra asked. "What have you done with her!? Where is she!? Is she alright!?"

Kallus didn't answer as he turned and walked away, going back up the steps and stopping in between the two Stormtroopers.

"Search him and secure him here." Kallus said. "I'm going to go have a chat with his friend."

Kallus then walked away as the troopers went in, Ezra trying to keep his bag, but the troopers took it, which it was filled with his tools as they also took his slingshot he had on his left wrist, walking away and closing the door behind them as Ezra knelt on the floor, feeling alone.

"You need to go warn them Ezra." Ezra said, mimicking Hera, as he took out the Holocron. "What was I thinking?" He then got up and walked over tot he bench, sitting on it. "And of course all I was able to save was this worthless piece of... ERGH!"

He then threw the Holocron, the cube hitting the wall as it fell to the ground, lying their while Ezra was angry, taking a few deep breaths to calm down as he brought his hands together, closing his eyes to think of a plan to escape, but little did he know that as he was thinking, he was subconsciously using the Force, the corners of the Holocron turning as it opened, levitating into the air as an image of Obi-wan Kenobi appeared on top of it as a hologram.

"This is Master Obi-wan Kenobi." Obi-wan said, surprising Ezra as he saw it. "I regret to inform you both our Jedi Order and the Republic have fallen. With dark shadows of the Empire rising to take their place. This message is a warning and a reminder of any surviving Jedi, trust in the Force."

The message ended and the corners reconnected with the rest of the Holocron, Ezra getting up and picking it up as he was confused, but now inspired to escape, coming up with a plan to do so. Back with Kallus, he was approaching the cell Midnight was in, carrying her weapon with him as the door inside opened, two extra guards inside of the cell with her as she was just waking up, looking over to Kallus as she sat up.

"I am Agent Kallus of the Imperial Security Bureau." Kallus said. "And I take it, you're Midnight."

"You know my name?" Midnight asked.

"Ezra told me." Kallus said. "He seemed quite worried about you."

"So what?" Midnight asked. "When Spyro come's back, you're dead meat pal."

"I highly doubt that." Kallus said, pulling out her Keyblade, which she was surprised to see it. "I have a few questions for you. For starters, what world do you come from and what this... thing is."

"Sorry, not in a talking mood." Midnight replied.

"Oh I think you will be." Kallus said. "You see, we have the young boy, who called himself Jabbas, in a separate cell and he says that your team won't come for him, which I'm inclined to believe. But you however have someone willing to come back for you. So, we can toss the boy out the airlock, save us the trouble."

"You wouldn't." Midnight said, her anger rising. "He's just a kid! He wasn't supposed to be apart of the mission!"

"Then tell me what I need to know." Kallus replied. "Where do you come from and what is this weapon?"

Midnight didn't want to tell him about Equestria or about her kind, wanting to reach out and strangle the agent, but knew that she wouldn't get very far with the two troopers in the cell when an idea formed in her head, smiling to herself.

"Alright, I'll tell you." Midnight replied, pleasing the agent. "But are the troopers really necessary?"

"They're for security." Kallus replied. "Now, tell me what I need to know."

Midnight took in a deep breath, praying that her plan works as she got up.

"The weapon you're holding is a Keyblade." Midnight replied. "It's a weapon powerful enough to banish darkness in a person's heart and it can unlock any lock."

"Any lock, huh?" Kallus asked, looking at the weapon. "Intriguing."

"And if you want, I can show you how it works." Midnight said, smiling.

"I think I'll hold onto it." Kallus replied, pointing the blade at her. "Tell me, how does this weapon work?"

"You sure you want to know?" Midnight asked.

"Tell me." Kallus said.

"Alright." Midnight said, smiling as her horn started to glow red. "It works like this."

A moment later, the blade disappeared in a flash of light, surprising the agent as it reappeared in the air, hovering in her magic as the two troopers got their weapons ready, but Midnight just fired two separate beams of magic and hit the troopers, making them fly into the walls as Kallus tried to reach for his blaster, but Midnight just swiped his legs, making him fall onto his back as she swung the blade, hitting him on the head and knocking him unconscious, making her smile. Outside, the troopers were waiting for Kallus to come out, waiting patiently while they heard the commotion inside, looking to the door before they looked to each other.

"Uh, should we help them in there?" The first trooper asked.

"Nah, Agent Kallus has this." The second trooper replied. "He's an expert in martial arts. He can handle that thing."

"You sure about that?" Midnight asked. The door to her cell opened up and the troopers looked, only to both get blasted by beams of red magic, knocking them unconscious as she walked out, looking around before running in a random direction. "Hang on Ezra, I'm coming."

A little ways away, the two troopers in front of Ezra's cell were standing guard were waiting for the relief shift, ready to get some rest while Ezra talked.

"You bucket heads are gonna be sorry when my uncle, the Emperor, finds out you're keeping me here against my will!" Ezra said, making the troopers nervous. "I guarantee he'll make 'cough' a personal example of-" He then pretended to be coughing, making the troopers worry was they opened the cell to see what was wrong, running in to find the prisoner, but he was gone, Ezra coming out from behind the stairs to the cell and walking out, turning to the troopers as they looked back. "Bye guys."

Ezra then closed the door to the cell, making both troopers regret dong that as Midnight rounded the corner, finding Ezra walking away.

"Ezra." Midnight said, making the kid turn around.

"Midnight." Ezra responded, the pony running up to him. "You're alright."

"Of course I'm alright kid." Midnight replied. "Came to get you out. But by the looks of it, you got yourself out."

"Yeah, wasn't too difficult." Ezra replied. "These guys are dumber than a box of pins."

"Well, we should get out of here." Midnight said. "We can steal a ship and make a break for it."

"Not without my stuff." Ezra said. "I need my tools and by Wrist Slinger."

"What good is a Wrist Slinger against a Stormtrooper?" Midnight asked. "Those balls of energy can't even piece their armor."

"Hey, it's better than nothing." Ezra replied. "Plus I modified it to use stun blasts to stun whoever get's hit."

Without waiting, Ezra ran down the hall in the direction of the armory, Midnight groaning as she ran after the kid, running down the hall while avoiding patrols that went by until they came to the armory, where there were tons of weapons from blasters, detonators, rocket launchers and so much more. however, Ezra walked past all of that stuff and went straight for his stuff, putting his Wrist Sling back on and getting the tools and his bag, putting it on his back.

"There, you have your stuff now." Midnight said. "Now let's get going."

"Just a second." Ezra said.

He walked over to the rack of helmets and grabbed the one closest to him, small enough for a cadet as he put it on, the radio having static while Midnight just seemed annoyed, walking over to the kid as he tried to get a frequency.

"Do I want to know why you're wearing one of those things?" Midnight asked. "You can't see out of them."

"I'm trying to patch into Imperial Communications." Ezra replied. "If I can tap in, I can listen in on what they're saying and how best to avoid them."

He finally managed to patch in and was hearing Imperial chatter, hearing what they were all saying as he tried to listen on patrol routes.

"The detour was insignificant." An officer said. "The transport Agent Kallus diverted will arrive on Kessel within two hours. The Wookiees will be offloaded to work in Spice Mine K77."

"Wow, this is huge." Ezra said.

"What is?" Midnight asked.

"The Wookiees are heading to Kessel." Ezra said.

"Wait, really?" Midnight asked. "We need to let the others know."

Ezra then took one of the helmets off and tossed it to her, the unicorn using her magic to levitate and give him a look that said 'Are you serious?'.

"Kid, you can't be serious." Midnight said. "This thing can't even fit my head. Plus, it's ugly."

"Just take the comm unit out of it and put it in your ear." Ezra said, working on the vent. "Once I have this vent open, we can use it to get around those bucket heads."

"Ok, not a bad idea." Midnight said, ripping the comm link out and testing to make sure it still worked before putting it in her ear. "Still, it won't be long before-"

"This is LS-005 reporting to Agent Kallus." The stormtrooper said.

"This is Kallus." Kallus replied. "Have you found the horse and have her contained?"

"Uh, not exactly." The trooper replied. "The prisoner escaped."

"What!?" Kallus asked. "I knew the boy would work as bait, but I didn't think the rebels would be foolish enough to attack a Destroyer! How did the rebels even get onboard!?"

"Uh, sir, he wasn't; freed by the rebels." The trooper replied. "Agent Kallus, there's a security breach in the hangar."

"Rebels?" Midnight asked.

"Got it!" Ezra exclaimed.

Midnight walked over to the place where Ezra was at, which Ezra picked her up much to her discomfort and put her in the vent, making her grumble as he hopped in.

"Look at my flank and you're dead kid." Midnight said.

"Hey, as you said, I can barely see a thing in this bucket." Ezra said. "Besides, why would I look at a horses butt?"

"I'm a pony, not a horse!" Midnight exclaimed loudly.

"Shh, you'll give us away." Ezra said.

"I don't know how, but the rebel vessel approached without tripping our sensors." The officer said.

"They came back!" Ezra exclaimed, hitting his head.

"What was that about being quiet there kid?" Midnight asked.

"Sorry." Ezra replied. "I didn't think they'd come back."

"If there's one thing I know about Spyro, he doesn't leave his friends behind." Midnight said, looking forward. "That's what makes him a good friend. And a great father."

"All troopers, converge on the lower hangar!" Kallus announced. "I'll meet them there."

"They'll get decimated with that many troopers heading their way." Midnight said.

"I got this." Ezra replied, clearing his throat. "This is LS-123, reporting intruders in the upper hangar. Sir, I believe that the lower Hangar is a diversion."

"Maybe, maybe not." Kallus replied. "Squads five through eight divert to upper hangar!"

"Well, every little bit helps." Ezra said, seeing Midnight was giving him an unamused look. "What?"

"123?" Midngiht asked, crawling through the vents. "Seriously? If I was an ISB Agent, I wouldn't believe that."

"Hey, had to come up with something." Ezra said, crawling after her. "And can you crawl any faster? I'd rather not be stuck behind a ponies fat butt all day."

After making that comment, Midnight reared her hind leg back and kicked Ezra in the head, knocking him for a loop as he started seeing double to triple as they continued to crawl through the vent towards the lower hangar, hoping to make it in time before they were overwhelmed by troopers. In the Lower Hangar, the Ghost had just landed, the doors opening to allow the crew, including Spyro and the ponies to get off the ship while Hera remained with the ship as it was their only means of escape.

"Hurry, find Ezra and Midnight before the troopers arrive!" Hera called out

"We will!" Rosy called out.

Sabine stooped for a moment and took out a thing of spray paint, drawing a symbol of the phoenix on the ground before leaving with the group, entering the corridor.

"Zeb, hold this corridor until we get back!" Kanan ordered.

"And make sure to not leave until everybody is on board this time!" Sabine added.

"That was not my fault!" Zeb said, everyone stopping.

"Well, that's debatable." Ezra said, hopping down in front of Zeb, which Zeb instinctively punched Ezra, knocking him to the ground with Kanan and Sabine helping him up.

"Wow, glad I stayed up here." Midnight said, jumping down.

"Midnight!" Spyro exclaimed, running to her and hugging her, which caught her off guard. "On Midnight, don't scare me like that again!"

"Heh, no promises... dad." Midnight replied, hugging him back.

"First you ditch me, then you hit me!?" Ezra exclaimed, removing the helmet as Spyro and Midnight looked at them.

"How was I supposed to know it was you!?" Zeb responded. "You're wearing a bucket!"

However, as they were arguing, Kallus and a few stormtroopers rounded a corner, which Ezra threw the helmet as they ran, but the agent knocked it out of his way as they were running, everyone running to the ship as the troopers fired their blasters.

"Specter one to Ghost, we're leaving!" Kanan said, taking his blaster out and firing back.

While they ran, Sabine took her blasters out and fired back, hitting two troopers as the others sought cover, Kanan, Sabine and Zeb boarding first with Spyro and the ponies running in after them but Ezra stayed out, pulling his sling back to attack, but Zeb grabbed him by the shoulder, stopping him.

"Oh no you don't!" Zeb exclaimed. "This time, you go on the ship first!"

Zeb then pulled Ezra into the ship as the ramp was raised, Kallus and a few troopers hiding behind some crates as they fired back at everyone, but the ship was taking off, the nose gun firing as the ship prepared to leave.

"Aim for Shield generators and Engines!" Kallus announced. "Do not let them-" He then stopped when he saw the pained symbol, running his fingers across the edge of the paint, rubbing his fingers in the pain as he smelled it, realizing what was in the paint. "TAKE COVER!" As Kallus annnounced the order and ran, Sabine pressed a detonator switch and caused the ground where the paint was to explode, knocking everyone away while creating a vacuum in the ship, sucking crates and troopers out into space, Kallus holding onto the ledge with all his strength to not get sucked out into space. "Turn on the shield!"

A trooper did as ordered, pressing a button on the wall and activating the ray shield, closing the hull breach and saving the agent's life while the Ghost made a getaway, infuriating the agent as they flew out and away from the Star Destroyer. Meanwhile in the Ghost, everyone was heading to the cockpit, relieved to have gotten their friends back, the crew taking a seat while Spyro stood there, happy to have them back as they jumped into Hyperspace.

"What kind of explosives did you put in that paint Sabine?" Spyro asked.

"My personal secret." Sabine replied.

"Welcome aboard, again." Hera said to Ezra.

"Thank you." Ezra said, crossing his arms. "Thanks you, for coming back for us. I really thought you wouldn't come."

"It's no problem kid." Spyro replied. "Anyway, we better get you back home. Your parents are probably worried about you."

"I don't have any parents." Ezra replied, breaking their hearts. "And you all have somewhere else to be. Have you heard of the Spice mines of Kessel?"

That was when the entire room went silent, everyone, but the ponies and Ezra looking at one another as they now knew where they were going.

"Kessel is a world where Spice is mined." Spyro answered. "The Empire send whoever doesn't cooperate with them there to mine the spice, which is used for medical supplies and as an addictive drug that destroys your health."

"Most people who are sent there survive for a year, maybe two if they're lucky." Hera replied. "But for Wookiees born on a forest world, it's a death sentence."

"Then I guess we better go save them." Ezra said, surprising them all.

"Ezra, ya sure about that sugarcube?" Applejack asked.

"Yeah, you sure you want to come along?" Sabine asked.

"We've come this far, might as well finish the job." Ezra said, smiling. "They're taking the Wookiees to mine K77. They'll be there in less than two hours."

"Setting course for Kessel." Hera said, putting in the coordinates for the Spice Mines of Kessel.

Back on the Star Destroyer, Agent Kallus was looking down the massive breach that nearly sucked him into the cold expanses of Space, relieved to be alive as a trooper approached him.

"Sir, one of the rebels was wearing this helmet." The trooper said, giving the helmet to Kallus. "The comm link was on. He was listening in to all of our conversations."

"All of our conservations?" Kallus asked, looking at the helmet and getting an idea of where they're heading. "They came here to rescue the Wookiees, which means if one of them was listening in..." he then took out his own comm link, activating it. "Captain, set course for Kessel. The rebels are heading there now."

"Yes Agent Kallus, right away." The captain replied.

The Star Destroyer slowly turned in the direction of Kessel, the engines charging up as the massive vessel shot into Hyperspace, heading towards the world where the prisoners and rebels were heading to. On the planet Kessel, the cruiser had just landed and was already unloading the Wookiees, most of which were adults, but there was one child among them, looking scared as he looked around, looking to one Wookiee in particular, which was his father as he ruffled the kids head.

"Keep moving!" A trooper exclaimed.

The two troopers approached the Wookiees to get them to keep moving when a couple of crystals fell from the sky, landing in front of them and a second later, exploded and sent them flying, freezing them as the Ghost flew in, the ramp opening to show the crew of the ship, the ponies, and Spyro standing there, smiling as they descended.

"These guys really need to chill out." Spyro said as the ship came around while Hera fired her ships weapons.

"Hey kid, try not to get dead." Zeb said to Ezra, who didn't seem amused. "Don't wanna have to carry your body out."

As he said it, the ship got low enough for the troopers to start firing, everyone hopping down and finding cover behind the crates as Sabine, Kanan and Zeb fired back, Spyro coming out from behind the crates to unleash a few ice spikes at the troopers, making them dodge as Kanan nodded to Ezra, letting him know to go and free the Wookiees. Ezra responded as he looked to Midnight, motioning for her to follow as Applejack followed them, going around the troopers while their focus was on the ship and the group attacking them, putting their full attention to the ship and not even paying attention to Ezra's group as they made it to the Wookiees, which they did not seem happy to see them as they growled at the group, surrounding them.

"Wait, hold on, we're here to help." Ezra said, pulling out a scanner wrench.

He then used it to free the first Wookiee in front of him, pleasing the massive beasts as more crowded to be freed, which Applejack and Midnight got their Keyblades out and tapped the top of the cuffs, freeing the Wookiees faster. Once the last one was freed, the Wookiees started their attack, grabbing one of the troopers and throwing him away, another being knocked out in a single punch as everyone, everyone gathering around as their mission was a success.

"Nice going you guys." Spyro said. "We freed the Wookiees and we can get out of here."

"I wouldn't say that." Kallus said.

Everyone looked to where his voice was at and a second later, Kallus and a whole battalion of Stormtroopers came out of no where, firing their weapons at the group, the Wookiees picking up the blasters on the ground and firing back, but one of the Wookiees got hit in the shoulder, Zeb picking him up and making everyone run to the crates again for cover while some Tie fighters came down and fired on the Ghost, forcing Hera to fly away to give herself more room to maneuver, taking a couple of Ties as she flew away.

"Kanan, I can't maintain position!" Hera exclaimed as everyone got to cover.

"Go, give yourself maneuvering room!" Kanan replied.

"I am not leaving you behind!" Hera exclaimed.

"You don't have much of a choice here Hera!" Spyro replied through the comm link. "Lead them away and come back for us when they're taken care of!"

"I refuse to leave you guys behind!" Hera replied.

Kanan looked around to find another way out of their predicament, finding a cargo container that would be perfect for them to put the Wookiees in.

"No you're not!" Kanan replied. "Swing around for a twenty-two pick up!"

"Seriously!?" Sabine asked.

"You got a better idea!?" Kanan asked.

"Jump into the pit and get it over with?" Zeb asked.

"Alright, I'll be back." Hera said. "Make sure you're all ready."

Kanan then deactivated his comm link and put it back on his belt, looking over the side of the crate as he was ready to buy them some time, which Spyro could understand what he was up to, smiling as he want a piece of the action.

"Twenty-two pick up?" Ezra asked. "Care to let me in on the secret?"

"Kid, I'm about to let everyone in on the secret!" Kanan replied, feeling a hand on his shoulder and looking to Spyro.

"Would you like some company?" Spyro asked, pulling out his lightsaber.

"You sure?" Kanan asked.

"Trust me, it'd be my pleasure." Spyro replied.

"I'll come as well." Rosy said.

"That's brave of you Rosy, but you don't exactly have lightsaber." Spyro said.

"Lightsaber?" Sabine asked.

"Don't worry about me." Rose replied, pulling out a Lightsaber hilt from her back, the hilt was silver and gold in color with the head of it with four fins going straight up on it. "I have one."

Spyro just smiled, looking to Kanan as he nodded his head, letting him know it was time to go. A moment later, the three Force Sensitives walked out from behind the crates, the troopers continuing to fire their blasters at them, but Kanan leaned to his side, dodging the blaster fire while Spyro just kept walking forward, the blaster fire just missing him, but he did have to raise his hand and several bolts of plasma froze in the air, long streaks of red moving, yet they weren't going anywhere while Rosy just raised her hoof and a few bolts just bounced off her hoof. Kallus raised his hand, stopping the troopers from firing as the three Jedi walked up, Spyro turning his hand and sending the bolts to the side where they couldn't hurt anybody while Kanan reassembled his saber and once it was assembled, he activated it to reveal the blue plasma blade, Spyro holding his saber up and activating to reveal a purple blade right as Rosy activated hers, revealing a blue blade, everyone who was watching in complete disbelief that the two men and the pony in front of them were actual Jedi, even Sabine and Zeb were shocked that their friends were actual Jedi, the troopers lowering their blasters when they saw them, but Kallus shook off the shock, looking to the troopers before getting ready to continue firing.

"All troopers, focus your fire on... on the Jedi!" Kallus ordered.

The troopers got over their shock and opened fire again, focusing all their fire on the the three Jedi in front of them, but they deflected their bolts, sending them back at the troopers as the Wookiees got in on the action, taking the blasters and firing back to help the Jedi.

"I think we have their attention." Spyro said, blocking a bolt and freezing more, sending them back and taking fire troopers out. "I think It's time we get out of dodge!"

"Don;t know what that means, but I'm with you there!" Kanan said. "Zeb, get the Wookiee's out of here!"

"Right!" Zeb replied. "Everyone, into the container!"

Everyone ran towards the container while Spyro, Rosy, and Kanan provided cover for them, but Ezra remained behind, seeing that one of the Wookiees wanted to stay and look for something, Ezra knowing he was going to regret his decision, but he ran away from the container and around the troopers, running after something as everyone, but the troopers noticed.

"Kid, wait!" Zeb exclaimed, Applejack and Midnight stopping to see him running. "Karabast! If the kid get's left behind, it's not my fault!"

"Hang on, I'll get him!" Midngiht replied.

Midnight then ran after Ezra to make sure nothing happened to him, but at the same time, Applejack ran after her to make sure nothing happened to her as the Wookiees got into the container, the three Jedi continuing to deflect blaster bolts to give them a chance to get in while Zeb and Sabine continued to fire.

"Zeb, get the Wookiees and the ponies into the container!" Kanan said.

"Already on it!" Zeb said, moving them into the container. "Hey Kanan, I think you inspired the kid to do something, well, something you would do!"

Kanan knew that whatever he inspired Ezra to do wouldn't end well, wanting to get to the kid before something bad happened to him right as the Ghost flew over head. Everyone then got into the container and closed the door as the troopers got closer, Zeb closing the door as the troopers kept firing, but the Ghist flew over the container and activated the magnetic locks, locking the container in as the ship took off. With Ezra, the kid was running after a trooper, who was after the Wookiee child as the kid got scared and ran away, the trooper getting closer to him, which Ezra had to think fast.

"Hey!" Ezra exclaimed, getting the trooper to look at him.

Ezra knelt down, feeling something change about him as the trooper fired a single bolt, but Ezra jumped over the trooper and landed next to the Wookiee child, pulling his Wrist Sling back a few times and releasing yellow balls of energy that hit the trooper, causing him to fall over the railing and scream a Wilhelm scream as he fell.

"Nice going kid!" Midnight called out, she and Applejack running up.

"Thanks." Ezra said. "Now help me with these restraints."

The three of them went to the young Wookiee, Midnight getting her Keyblade out as she tapped the cuffs, releasing the kid from his restraints as Kallus walked over.

"It's over for you Jedi!" Kallus said, pointing his blaster at them. "A master and an apprentice. Such a rare find these days."

"I don't know where you get your decisions from bucket head!" Ezra called out. "I work alone!"

"Not this time you're not!" Kanan called out.

Everyone looked to their right and their left, finding the Ghost was coming from below them with Kanan, Spyro, and Rosy all standing on the airlock, their sabers ignited as they held them up, ready for a fight, but Kallus fired his blaster, expecting to hit them, but Kanan dodged the bolts, deflecting one and hitting the agent right in his armor, knocking him over the side.

"Everyone, jump!" Spyro called out,

Without asking any questions, they all leapt over the side of the railing as the ghost descended, allowing for the four of them to land safely on the Ghost as the ship took off, everyone getting inside while Leaving Kallus to hold onto a support pillar, glaring at the ship as it took off.

"First Jedi you've ever seen sir?" The trooper asked, showing he too was holding on right before Kallus kicked him, making him fall into the pit below.

In space, the Ghost was flying away from Kessel and had just made the jump into Hyperspace, leaving Kessel behind while everyone was in the Ghost, breathing a sigh of relief as Spyro sat on the couch in the lounge area after reuniting the cub with his father, both happy to be reunited as Midnight walked over to him, sitting next to him.

"You did great today Midnight." Spyro said, petting her head.

"Thanks dad." Midnight replied. "Glad I could help."

"Well, we're glad for the extra hands as well." Sabine said. "Though, it was a surprise to learn you're a Jedi."

"Eh, while I'm in this galaxy, I try to keep it on the down low." Spyro replied. "Anyway, I think it's time for us to leave."

"So soon?" Zeb asked. "I was actually enjoying your company."

"Believe me, fighting with you guys was a real joy." Spyro replied, getting up. "I love sticking it to the Empire any chance I get."

"Now all we need to do is get the Wookiee's home." Sabine said. "Any idea's?"

"I can use my ship to get them home." Spyro said, volunteering his ship. "It's got a cloaking device, so I can get the Wookiee's home no problem."

"Wow." Ezra said. "That thing is amazing!"

"Got enough guns on it, that's for sure." Zeb said.

As the ship was docking their airlocks, the Wookiees made a few sounds as they talked, wanting to say something to them, which only Sabine and Spyro knew what they were talking about.

"He says that if we ever need help, the Wookiees will be more than glad to give it." Sabine said.

A second later, the father Wookiee ruffled Ezra's hair, making him chuckle before they started towards the Dragon's Crest as they walked through the airlock to get on board.

"Don't worry, they'll be safe guys." Spyro said. "Once we get them back to Kashyyyk, they're home free."

"Except for the Imperial occupation on their home world." Sabine pointed out.

"The Wookiee's are more resourceful than you give them credit for." Spyro replied. "They'll be safe."

"So, guess this is good bye then" Ezra said, looking disappointed.

"For now." Spyro said, looking back at the crew. "We'll meet again someday. I promise." Before going into his ship, he stopped, taking out a small puck and walking over to Kanan, handing it to him. "Here, in case you need me."

"What's this?" Kanan asked, activating it to reveal some frequencies and coordinates.

"Those are the frequencies the Empire doesn't use." Spyro replied. "You reach me on them. And the puck also has the coordinates of our world. In case you need to come get me or need a place to hide out for a while, you're more than welcome to come. Just... be ready for some changes."

"Changes?" Sabine asked.

"You'll understand if you come to our world." Spyro replied, ruffling Midnight's mane, which she tried to shake off.

The group looked back at their new friends one last time before heading into the Dragon's Crest, the airlock doors closing behind them as they made their way inside, finding the Wookiees exploring the massive vessel as they made their way to the cockpit where they took their seats.

"You think we'll see them again?" Twilight asked.

"I have a feeling we'll be seeing them sooner than you think." Spyro said, putting in the coordinates for Kashyyyk. "For now, let's get these Wookiees home."

A second later, the engines started to charge up on the crest, a small white circle appearing in front of them as it grew bigger and bigger until it was large enough for them to jump into Warp Space, leaving the Ghost behind as Kanan took his seat at the helm with Hera.

"Think we'll see them again?" Hera asked. "It's rare to see more Jedi like you love."

"Oh, I think we'll be seeing them again." Kanan said, pulling out the puck and showing it to her. "And if not, we have an open invitation to visit them."

Hera just chuckled, putting in the coordinates for Lothal as the Ghosts's engines charged up, jumping into Hyperspace to drop Ezra off so he can return home. Back on Kessel, Kallus was on his Star Destroyer contacting the Grand Inquisitor, wanting to give him the news he had about the three Jedi and about Ezra, the Grand Inquisitors image popping up as he answered the call.

"Excuse the intrusion Grand Inquisitor." Kallus said. "But in the course of my duties, I have discovered a rebel cell, which the leader of that cell, along with a couple others, made good use of a Lightsaber."

"Ah agent Kallus, you did well to call." The Inquisitor said, looking at him. "Tell me, how many Jedi were there?"

"Three, plus an apprentice." Kallus replied. "One of the Jedi was some kind of Equine like creature and the other had purple hair, wearing a purple jacket, and had dragon shoulder guards."

"Spyro?" The Grand inquisitor asked. "So the rumors are true. He has returned."

"Who is this... Spyro?" Kallus asked.

"Nothing for you to worry about Agent Kallus." The grand Inquisitor asked. "The Empire will make note of your contribution. That will be all, for now."

The call ended and Agent Kallus looked out to the windows of the ship, walking into the helm of the vessel as he prepared to return to Coruscant, returning to the headquarters of the Imperial Security Bureau to await his next set of orders.
