BTWF StarShow (Night 1 Part 1)
The camera panned across the massive stadium that was full to capacity, with all the seats in the arena being full, the crowd cheering and chanting for the BTWF and for StarShow while 'Welcome to the Circus' by Five Finger Death Punch played. Pyro went off across the stage, the TitanTrons which were all in the shape of stars of various sizes, and the entranceway before pyro shot out of the corners of the ring, the crowd continuing to cheer and chant as the camera panned across the stadium, showing off all the fans excited to be there for StarShow. The camera then panned to the commentary table, where all the commentators looked as excited as the fans.
"Welcome to the biggest event in the Fanfiction Wrestling Multiverse, StarShow! From the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, I'm Nigel McGuiness alongside my broadcast colleagues Beth Vanderwood and Rintaro Okabe! We're going to be your guides on this journey through the biggest event in the BTWF's history, and guys, are you ready!?" Nigel exclaimed with Beth nodding and waving at the camera while Okabe nodded, taking in the large crowd filling the stadium.
"We're absolutely ready, Nigel! We're ready to make history with the first StarShow that's taken place in a stadium since the early 2000s!" Okabe exclaimed as the camera panned to the ring, where four poles were being attached to the corners of the ring, and on those poles were briefcases numbed 1-4. The camera then panned back to the commentators as the ringside crew finished attaching the poles to the ring.
"We have an incredible night of action for all of you tonight, but we're going to start with the Feast or Famine match! This is the kind of match that could change the future of BTWF in seconds, and this is only the start of the show!" Okabe exclaimed as the camera panned closer to the briefcases, which were golden Halliburton briefcases. The camera then panned back to the ring, where Tim Barr was standing at the center of it, getting ready to introduce the first match of the night. The camera then panned to the stage, the crowd booing as the lights in the arena went down, 'Knives' by Bullet For My Valentine played, and flames shot not only throughout the stage but the from the star-shaped TitanTrons surrounding the stage. After a moment, Xochi and Flare walked through the flames, Flare giving the crowd a sick smile while Xochi gave the ring a focused glare.
"The following contest is a Feast or Famine match, where the winners of the match will be the first four women to grab the briefcases that either contain a contract for a BTWF Women's title match, a contract for the BTWF Women's Tag team title match, an open match contract, and a Men's title match contract! Introducing first, representing the Sisterhood of Darkness, Flare Corona, and Xochi Melendez!" Tim Barr announced as Xochi stomped on the ground, causing rays of flames to shoot out of the stage and around the TitanTrons while they continued their walk down the entranceway. Flare looked over at Xochi worriedly, but Xochi simply responded by patting Flare on the shoulder while telling her not to worry.
"Xochi has had some tension with the rest of the Sisterhood, but she's looking to put that to the side for one night so that she can get one of the four briefcases on offer!" Nigel exclaimed as Flare simply nodded at Xochi before the two continued their walk to the ring. When they got to the ringside area, the crowd exploded into cheers as Justin Gabriel's 'Fear Nothing' theme song played, signaling the arrival of Zia. Through the smoke that shot out of the stage, Zia ran out of the back with a blue and gold cape with 'Zia Simpson 4 the Win' bedazzlingly written on the back. While the smoke continued to blow, Zia got on one knee, put her pointer fingers together, and pointed at the sky before jumping back up to her feet.
"And introducing their opponents, first, from Springfield Illinois, she is 'the Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson!" Tim Barr announced the crowd continued cheering as Zia ran down the entrance ramp, and as Xochi and Flare made their way into the ring, Zia high-fived multiple fans in the front row, even kneeling forward to give more fans high-fives. While Zia continued her trek down the ramp, 'Entertain You' by Within Temptation played, the crowd booing as Clover came out with Jerry in tow, but she immediately turned around, the TitanTrons turning into mirrors, allowing Clover to check her hair and makeup, while the crowd continued booing Clover.
"And their opponent, accompanied to the ring by Jerry Lewis, from Beverly Hills, California by way of Saint-Ouen France, she is 'the French Phenom' Clover Lamoreaux!" Tim Barr announced, Clover, continuing to look at herself in all the available star-shaped TitanTrons before turning around and walking down the aisle with Jerry in tow. Zia slid into the ring from underneath the bottom rope while Clover smirked and mocked the booing crowd while Flare and Xochi surveyed their surroundings, trying to figure out the best way to get a briefcase. While Jerry went over some battle strategy with Clover, 'Dear Future Self' by Fall Out Boy (feat. Wyclef Jean) played, with Alex running out of the back, and cartwheeling to the middle of the ring with Misato following close behind. Alex then kipped back up to her feet, with Misato shaking Alex's hand, and wishing her good luck while giving her some last-minute advice before heading back to the locker room.
"And their opponent, from Beverly Hills California by way of Monterrey Mexico, Alex Vasquez!" Tim Barr announced, Clover, rolling her eyes and laughing as Alex ran down the ring while high-fiving fans, telling the camera and the fans at home that Alex was nothing compared to her and that she was going to fail at this like she failed after Clover herself broke up the Totally Spies. Alex, not taking too kindly to the comment while she was high-fiving fans, walked up to Clover, and slapped her hard in the face, the crowd cheering as Alex glared at her former partner and friend before sliding into the ring from underneath the bottom rope. The crowd continued cheering as 'Immortals' by Fall Out Boy played, where Sue ran out of the back, and punched the center of the stage, causing pyro to shoot out of the stage.
"And their opponent, from Magnolia Fiore, Sue!" Tim Barr announced as Sue cracked her knuckles before walking down the entranceway. Clover continued glaring at Alex while Sue continued making her way to the ring. Jerry rushed over to Clover and told her to calm down and focus on the match while Sue smirked at the angry Clover and walked to the ringside area before cracking her knuckles once again. Clover took a couple of deep breaths and slid into the ring from underneath the bottom rope while Sue threatened Jerry with a punch, causing him to back off before she jumped onto the ring apron. As she went into the ring, a couple of strums from a guitar played, the crowd booing as Juniper Lee and 'The Queen of Song Style' Jiro Kyoka walked out of the back, with Jiro being revealed to be the person playing the guitar.
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen, I am 'The Queen of Song Style' Jiro Kyoka, and along with my partner Juniper Lee, we'd like to welcome you to BTWF StarShow! Now myself and Juniper are excited, because not only did Juniper and I avenge our fluke loss to Spinelli and Hana, but not only are Juniper and I going home with one of those briefcases, but you in the audience are also going to hear a sneak peek of a song from my upcoming EP!" Jiro exclaimed, the crowd booing as Jiro played several more notes on the guitar while Juniper applauded her. The rest of the women in the ring looked a mix of confused and annoyed as Jiro continued her guitar solo before she began speaking again.
"Now before I start, I'd like to ask all of you to silence your cell phones, hold your applause, and shut your mouths!" Jiro exclaimed the crowd booing as Jiro played several notes on her guitar while Juniper told the crowd to shut up.
"StarShow is upon us, and the electricity is in the air! Jiro and Juniper losing is a sight so rare! All of you in the ring better roll over, and surrender, because you don't stand a chance! If you try to fight, we'll take you down like a flying lance! StarShow is going to be-!" Jiro sang before she was interrupted by Tenille Dashwood's 'Spotlight' theme song, the crowd booing as Brandish Myu came out with Marin Hollow in tow, Jiro and Juniper looking irate at being interrupted while the rest of the women in the match looked irritated that they had been interrupted once again.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here to put an end to this Rebecca Black-level performance here! I know what you all want to see! You want some of that sweet, sweet premium content that only Marin Hollow can provide! Anyway, without further ado, please allow me to introduce-!" Marin attempted to announce before June grabbed the microphone, and pushed Marin away, glaring at him while holding Jiro back, preventing her from going after Marin for interrupting her mini-concert.
"Who the hell do you think you are interrupting Jiro and I during this important event in both of our lives!? And of these people's lives!? Nobody cares about Brandish or her follower count!" Juniper yelled at Marin, with Jiro nodding in agreement and telling Marin to leave. However, while Marin argued back at Jiro and Juniper, Brandish stomped out of the back, furious about having her introduction interrupted. Brandish pushed Juniper away from Marin, telling them that she was more important than the both of them. In the middle of the argument, the crowd cheered as 'This Fire Burns' by Killswitch Engage played, revealing Rally Vincent.
"And the final participant, from Chicago Illinois, she is 'the Second City Shooter' Rally Vincent!" Tim Barr announced, the crowd continuing to cheer as Rally ran down the entranceway, and knocked all three women down with a Running Crossbody. The crowd continued cheering as Rally kicked Marin in the side of the head before grabbing Brandish, and throwing her into the fan barricade. The crowd continued cheering as Rally knocked Juniper down with a kick to the side of the head before throwing Jiro into the steel steps. While everyone else was watching from the ring, Clover immediately tried to climb up to the briefcase when the referee rang the bell.
"Rally finally got this match started, and Clover is immediately trying to get one of the briefcases!" Nigel exclaimed as Alex immediately grabbed Clover the back of her tights, pulled her back down, pushed her into the corner, and hit her with multiple punches to the side of the head. Meanwhile, Xochi and Flare agreed to go and take out Zia, but when the two walked up to the Woman that Gravity Forgot, Flare immediately took Xochi out with a Flash Fire (Jumping Cutter), the crowd exploding into cheers and boos, shocked at what they saw. Zia looked shocked as well as Flare grabbed Xochi by the hair and threw her into the steel ring post hard enough to send Xochi falling out of the ring.
"Flare's turned her back on Xochi! This has to be Sherry's words in Flare's mind, and Flare's taken them to heart!" Okabe exclaimed as Flare knocked a shocked Zia down with a Superkick to the side of the head, mounting her before hitting her with punches and forearms to the side of the head. Sue noticed that Rally was still brawling with Jiro on the outside while Brandish and June were exchanging strikes with each other, the crowd cheering louder as Sue ran the ropes, and vaulted over the top rope, knocking all four women with a Vaulting Crossbody over the top rope. The crowd continued cheering as Sue picked Brandish up, and hit her with a Powerbomb onto the padded concrete.
"This match has been chaotic from the word go, and Sue is continuing that chaos with that big dive over the top rope!" Beth exclaimed as Sue prepared for a Spear into the corner to take out Jiro, but the crowd booed as she was barely able to move out of the way, sending Sue crashing into the corner arm first. The crowd continued booing as Jiro ran into the corner, hitting Sue in the side of the head with a Running Corner Big Boot. Jiro then walked over to Juniper and helped her back up before the two ran into the corner, and stomped on Sue, with Juniper specifically targeting Sue's right arm.
"Jiro was barely able to avoid being sent through the fan barricade, and she and Juniper are trying to take Sue out of the equation!" Nigel exclaimed as back in the ring, Alex ran the ropes and hit a Corner Spinning Wheel Kick onto Clover before throwing her out of the corner with a Saito Suplex. Alex then jumped up to the middle rope and hit Clover with a Springboard Middle Rope Moonsault before attempting to climb up to the briefcase. Meanwhile, Zia pushed Flare off of her and attempted to hit her with a Superkick, but Flare ducked out of the way and knocked Zia on her ass with a Jumping Spin Kick. Flare then ran into the corner, grabbed Alex by the leg, pulled her down, and threw her away from the corner with a Hip Toss.
"Xochi is still on the outside, holding her arm in pain while Flare is battling to gain a briefcase for the Sisterhood!" Okabe exclaimed as Flare attempted to hit a Running Dropkick, but Alex rolled out of the way and attempted to hit Flare with a Basement Dropkick to the side of the head, but Flare dodged it. Flare attempted to hit Alex with a Twisting Standing Shooting Star Press, but Alex was able to roll out of the way, and though Flare landed on her feet, Alex threw her into the ropes, and attempted to hit Flare with a Frankensteiner, but Flare rolled out of it and attempted to kick a seated Alex in the side of the head, but Alex dodged, kipped back up to her feet, and knocked Flare down with a Jumping Enziguri.
"Alex was able to take down Flare with a hard kick, and she's the only one standing right now!" Beth exclaimed as Alex turned back around, and began climbing back up the turnbuckles to get the briefcase, but Clover was able to respond by clubbing Alex in the back multiple times, and quickly grabbed her legs, throwing her out of the corner with a Running Sit-Out Powerbomb. However, before Clover could get up, Zia hit a seated Clover with a Penalty Kick and hit her with a Standing Twisting Shooting Star Press. Zia then attempted to climb up to the briefcase, but Flare was able to catch up with her in the corner, jump up to the middle rope, and hit Zia with multiple punches to the gut.
"Flare's doing her best to make sure that nobody's getting one of the briefcases while also making sure that she is the first woman to get a briefcase!" Nigel exclaimed as Flare started climbing up to the briefcase, attempting to climb on top of Zia's back, but the crowd cheered as Zia pushed Flare off of her. Flare was able to maintain her grip on the top rope, and attempted to kick Zia down into the ring, but Zia responded by kicking Flare back in the chest. Zia then attempted to reach for the briefcase, but Flare was able to kick Zia in the stomach, jump off the top rope, and attempt to throw Zia back down with a Top Rope Frankensteiner, but Zia was able to hold onto Flare, throwing her off the top rope with a Powerbomb.
"That is some insane strength by Zia, and the best part is that she's now all alone and can grab that briefcase!" Okabe exclaimed, but the crowd booed as Clover grabbed Zia by the back of her pants, and pulled her down, attempting to hit her with the White Cyanide (Running Brainbuster), but Zia was able to counter out of it and attempted to hit Clover with a German Suplex. Meanwhile, outside of the ring, Rally had jumped off the steel steps and took both Juniper and Jiro out with a Diving Crossbody off the steel steps. The crowd cheered as Rally helped Sue back to her feet, and the former BTWF Women's Tag Team Championship contenders gave each other a fist bump before confronting Juniper and Jiro, who had gotten back to their feet.
"We have a standoff happening outside of the ring between two tag teams!" Beth exclaimed as the two quickly began exchanging fists with each other while Brandish pulled a still dazed Xochi away from the corner, and began pummeling her with strikes to the head. The crowd continued booing as Brandish threw Xochi into another set of steel steps, sending Xochi into a seated position on the side of the steps. Then, while Marin was taking pictures, Brandish ran into Xochi and the steps with a Running Crossbody while Xochi was still seated in the corner. Brandish then posed on top of Xochi's body, the crowd booing as Marin snapped a couple of photographs while Brandish told the camera that she was the real star of the show.
"Brandish can't help but take time to pose, and well…she kind of earned the right after adding onto the damage to Xochi," Okabe admitted as Brandish slid into the ring, and after she saw Zia hit Clover with a German Suplex, Brandish took Zia down with a Spinning Wheel Kick. The crowd continued booing as Brandish hit Zia with a Jumping Senton to the chest before picking Clover up, and hitting her with multiple forearms to the side of the head before throwing her across the ring with a Butterfly Suplex. The crowd continued booing as Brandish grabbed Alex and put her over her shoulders, attempting a Fireman's Carry, but Alex was able to slip out of it, the crowd cheering as Alex turned Brandish around and hit her with multiple kicks to the chest and legs before bending her over with a Spinning Kick to the chest.
"Alex trying to stop Brandish's momentum before it can get really hot, hitting her with some hard kicks all over the body!" Nigel exclaimed as Alex ran the ropes, attempting to hit her with an Axe Kick, but Brandish was able to counter with a Spinning Side Slam Backbreaker. The crowd continued booing as Brandish attempted to climb up to the top rope, but the crowd booed as Flare grabbed her leg, attempting to try and pull her down, but Brandish kicked her in the face several times before continuing her attempt at climbing up to the briefcase. However, Flare responded by kicking Brandish in the back before climbing up to the top rope, attempting to hit her with a Top Rope Reverse Frankensteiner, but Brandish maintained her grip on the top rope, sending Flare falling onto the canvas. Flare landed on her feet, but Brandish responded with a Twisting Crossbody from the top rope.
"Brandish continuing to show that she's not just a pretty face and that she's earned every bit of that ego!" Okabe exclaimed as on the outside, Sue and Jiro were exchanging hard strikes in front of the fan barricade while Rally threw Juniper on top of the commentary table before jumping off the steel steps, hitting Juniper with a Diving Elbow Drop while she was on top of the Spanish commentary table. The crowd continued cheering as Rally pulled Juniper off the commentary table, and attempted to put her in position for the AK-47 (G.T.S.), but Juniper responded by raking Rally's eyes, allowing herself to escape the hold, and smashing the side of Rally's head into the commentary table a couple of times before attempting to put her in position for the Underworld Plunge (Reverse Tombstone Piledriver), but Rally countered by hitting her with a Back Body Drop, sending her bouncing off the padded concrete.
"Rally has been off TV, training for this match for weeks! She's not going to let someone she despises like Juniper be the one who takes her out of the match!" Nigel exclaimed as on another side of the ring, Jiro grabbed Sue and attempted to lock her in the Silencer (Kirifuda Clutch), but Sue responded by ramming Jiro back first into the fan barricade several times, and despite Jiro's best efforts at keeping her grip on Sue locked, Sue was able to throw her off of her. Sue then started clubbing Jiro in the back before hitting her with a Falcon Arrow onto the steel ring apron. The crowd continued cheering as Sue fist-bumped a couple of fans in the front row, but the crowd cheered louder as they noticed that Xochi was standing up, and looking absolutely furious.
"Sue might want to take a break from posturing to the fans, as an angry Xochi Melendez looks ready to destroy!" Okabe exclaimed as Xochi ran at Sue, knocking her down with a Bicycle Kick to the side of the head. Xochi then ran over to Juniper and Rally, knocking them both down with a Double Jumping Clothesline, the crowd continuing to cheer as Xochi grabbed Juniper, and hit her with a Uranage that sent her crashing against Rally's chest. Xochi smirked at the cheering crowd briefly before growling in anger and hitting Alex, who had been knocked into the ropes by Brandish with a Drive By Kick to the side of the head.
"Xochi is taking everyone out! She just took out 4 members of the field for this match with ease!" Nigel exclaimed as Xochi slid into the ring, and knocked Brandish down with a Big Boot to the face. The crowd continued cheering as Xochi picked Zia up, and hit her with an Outsider's Edge into the corner before taking her down with a Savate Kick. Flare looked at all the destruction in front of her shocked, and attempted to back away, trying to tell an irate Xochi that she was only doing what Sherry told her to do. However, this did nothing to assuage Xochi's anger as she nailed Flare with a Running Clothesline, grabbing Flare by the throat, and hitting her with several hard slaps to the side of the face before throwing her into the corner.
"Xochi now finally has her hands on Flare, and she's taking complete advantage of it!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi punched Flare in the side of the head repeatedly until Flare fell to a seated position in front of the bottom turnbuckle. The crowd continued cheering as Xochi ran the ropes, and hit Flare with a Running Face Wash to the side of the face before picking her back up, and turning her inside out with a Short-Arm Clothesline. Flare attempted to crawl away, but Xochi grabbed her from behind and hit her with multiple forearms to the back before putting her in position for the Outsider's Edge. However, Flare was able to throw Xochi into the corner face first with a Hurricanrana, the crowd booing as Flare ran into the corner, and hit her with a Running Forearm to the face.
"Flare has, no pun intended, been able to cool off Xochi, throwing her into the corner with a Hurricanrana!" Nigel exclaimed as Flare began punching Xochi in the side of the head, screaming in her face that this was all her fault and that she shouldn't have disrespected Sherry and Medusa. Flare then put Xochi in a Front Facelock, attempting to hit her with a Tornado DDT, but the crowd cheered as Xochi threw Flare halfway across the ring, sending her bouncing off the canvas chest first. The crowd continued cheering as Xochi ran the ropes, and hit Flare with a Bicycle Kick to the side of the head. Xochi then looked at the cheering fans and gave them a thumbs up before slowly giving them the thumbs down before picking Flare up and hitting her with a Jackknife Powerbomb.
"Xochi almost sent Flare through the wooden boards of the ring with that Jackknife Powerbomb!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi climbed up the corner of the ring, and when she got to the top turnbuckle, reached up, and was able to pull down one of the briefcases, much to the crowd's delight. Xochi opened the briefcase, revealing that she had won the 'Open Contract' briefcase.
Briefcase #1 winner: Xochi Melendez
"Ladies and gentlemen, Xochi Melendez has secured one of the Feast or Famine briefcases! She now has 60 seconds to leave the ring and the ringside area before her briefcase is taken away!" Tim Barr announced, the crowd cheering as Xochi nodded to the cheering crowd, closing the briefcase, and jumping down from the top turnbuckle. However, before she left the ring, Xochi hit a downed Flare in the back and the chest multiple times with the briefcase before kicking her in the side of the head and sliding out of the ring.
"Xochi may have been kicked out of the Sisterhood before our very eyes, but she has the Open Match Contract briefcase in her hands, meaning that she can have whatever type of match she wants with anyone she wants!" Okabe exclaimed as the crowd booed as Clover snuck back into the ring, having hidden underneath the ring during Xochi's rampage. Clover picked Flare up and hit her with the White Cyanide (Running Brainbuster) before throwing her out of the ring with enough force to send her crashing into Sue and Jiro, knocking all three women down. The crowd chanted 'Fuck you, Clover!' as she began walking to another side of the ring, attempting to climb back up to the top rope. However, the crowd cheered as Zia jumped up to the top rope from the steel steps, and hit Clover with an Inverted Spanish Fly from the top.
"Clover thought she was just going to sneak in and get the victory, but Zia came in from out of nowhere and put a quick stop to that!" Beth exclaimed as Alex also started climbing back up to the top rope, but seeing an opportunity for revenge against Clover for everything that she had said and done to her since the dissolution of the Totally Spies, Alex hit Clover with a 450 Splash before attempting to go back up to the top turnbuckle. However, Zia stopped her, telling her that she wasn't going to just let her get the briefcase, and Alex responded by challenging Zia to stop her before jumping off the middle rope, hitting Zia with a Springboard Hurricanrana.
"Alex not letting anyone step over here, even if is an ally like Zia!" Okabe exclaimed as Alex attempted to hit Zia with a Jumping Leg Lariat, but Zia rolled out of the way and attempted to hit her with a Kneeling Superkick, but Alex dodged and attempted to hit her with a Superkick of her own. Zia grabbed her foot, but Alex was able to counter with an Enziguri, sending her staggering into the corner. Alex responded by attempting to hit her with a Running Corner Big Boot, but Zia rolled out of the corner and threw Alex out of the corner with a German Suplex throw before hitting her with a Kneeling Superkick.
"Zia almost caused Alex to swallow her teeth thanks to that Superkick!" Nigel exclaimed as Zia ran the ropes, and attempted to hit a Corkscrew Shooting Star Press, but the crowd booed as Brandish turned Zia inside out with a Singe Leg Running Dropkick. The crowd continued booing as Brandish mounted Alex, and hit her with multiple forearms to the side of the head, but the crowd cheered as Rally grabbed Brandish by the hair, and attempted to hit her with the AK-47 (G.T.S.), but the crowd booed as Marin jumped up onto the apron, grabbed Brandish's leg, and pulled her off of Rally's shoulders.
"Marin saving his boss from taking the GTS! But he may have put himself in danger!" Beth exclaimed as Marin checked on Brandish, which the crowd booed at, but they cheered as Rally shot herself through the middle ropes, taking both Marin and Brandish out with a Suicide Dive. The crowd continued cheering as Rally mounted Marin and hit him with multiple punches to the side of the head before locking him in the Safety Off (Anaconda Vice). Marin immediately tapped out, but Rally kept the hold locked in, trying to knock him out so that he wouldn't interfere again. However, Brandish stomped Rally in the face several times before putting her in a Wheelbarrow position, attempting to hit her with a Wheelbarrow Suplex into the steel steps, but Rally grabbed the bottom rope, attempting to block the move. However, the crowd booed as Clover rushed over to her, and stomped on her hand, allowing Brandish to send Rally crashing into the side of the steel steps with the Wheelbarrow Suplex.
"Clover letting Brandish send Rally into the steel steps!" Beth exclaimed as Clover went back into the ring and stomped on Zia and Alex's faces before posing to the fans, telling them that she was going to win this whole thing, but when she attempted to climb back up to the top rope, Sue jumped onto the apron and knocked Clover back down onto the canvas with a Knife-Edge Uppercut to the throat. Sue then climbed up to the top rope and knocked Clover down with a Diving Clothesline. The crowd continued cheering as Sue ran the ropes, and hit a Jumping Elbow Drop across Clover's chest before starting her climb to the top turnbuckle, however, the crowd booed as Flare came back up, and hit Sue with a Running Dropkick right to the back. The crowd booed as Flare attempted to Powerbomb Sue off the top turnbuckle, but the crowd cheered as Sue hit Flare with multiple punches to the side of the head, throwing her out of the corner before grabbing the briefcase, but Flare responded by kicking Sue in the back of the knee, causing her to buckle and fall into the corner.
"Flare able to take Sue out at the legs, preventing her from winning one of those coveted briefcases!" Okabe exclaimed as Flare ran into the corner, hitting Sue with a Running Corner Dropkick before hitting her with a Tornado DDT. Flare then attempted to grab one of the briefcases, but the crowd booed again as Jiro and Juniper came into the ring, grabbed Flare, and threw her off the corner with a Double Powerbomb. Jiro then grabbed Sue, and threw her at Juniper, allowing her to hit Sue with a June Effect (Flying Fish Hook) to the side of the head. Juniper then threw Flare and Sue out of the ring, attempting to climb one of the corners while Jiro stood guard.
"Jiro and Juniper working together to try and get one of those briefcases, which is the smartest strategy one can have in a match like this," Nigel explained as Jiro kicked Brandish and Alex down to prevent them from going after Juniper, but the crowd exploded into cheers as Zia jumped over Jiro, and jumped up onto the top rope with Juniper. Juniper and Zia brawled with each other on the top rope while Brandish, Alex, and Jiro continued brawling in the corner of the ring. Juniper hit Zia with a couple of headbutts before attempting to throw her off the top turnbuckle, but Zia was able to keep her legs on the top turnbuckle and hit Juniper with a knee strike to the face. The crowd exploded into cheers as Zia threw Juniper off the top rope with a Top Rope Hurricanrana, sending Juniper crashing into Jiro, Brandish, and Alex. Zia attempted to grab the briefcase from the top rope, but the crowd booed as Clover pushed Zia face-first into the steel pole from behind, sending Zia falling from the top turnbuckle and onto the floor outside.
"Clover with a sneak attack, sending Zia plummeting to the outside! And I think she's busted open as well!" Nigel exclaimed as the camera confirmed that Zia was bleeding from the middle of her forehead. Clover then began her climb up to the top turnbuckle, but the crowd cheered as Rally came rushing into the corner and pulled her down. Rally hit Clover with several Open Palm Strikes to the sides of the face before attempting to throw her into the corner, but Clover countered the Irish Whip, sending Rally into the corner chest first. Clover then attempted to hit Rally with a Running Corner Clothesline to the back of the head, but Rally responded by hitting Clover in the gut with a Back Kick. Rally then jumped up to the middle rope, and hit Clover with a Diving Knee Strike to the side of the head, sending Clover staggering away.
"Rally almost taking Clover's head off with a Diving Knee Strike!" Beth exclaimed as Rally hit Clover with several kicks to the chest and the legs before attempting to hit her with the AK-47 (G.T.S.), but Clover was able to elbow Rally in the side of the head multiple times before hitting her with a Reverse STO into the middle rope, sending Rally's throat crashing against the middle rope. Clover then hit Rally with a Superkick to the back of the head, sending her falling on all fours before running the ropes, and hitting Rally with a Running Basement Single Leg Dropkick. Clover then pressed her boot against Rally's throat, telling the booing crowd that Rally was nothing compared to her. However, Clover let go of Rally and knocked Sue back down on the outside with a Running Basement Dropkick to the face.
"Clover taking control of this match right now, and she's making sure the fans in this stadium know it!" Okabe exclaimed as Clover ran back to the center of the ring, hitting Brandish and Alex with Running Sentons. However, Clover smirked as she grabbed Alex by the hair, and dragged her to one of the corners of the ring. Clover then pressed her boot against Alex's throat, telling Alex that she was worthless and always the dead weight of the Totally Spies. Clover continued by saying that she wanted Alex to watch herself lose again before hitting her with a Jumping Double Foot Stomp to the chest and beginning to climb back up to the top turnbuckle. Clover then turned around, and once again called Alex nothing but a loser, and that Misato wasn't going to help her become a star like she was. However, when Clover turned around to grab the briefcase, Alex kicked the middle rope, causing Clover to lose her balance and fall back onto the canvas, the crowd cheering.
"Clover running her mouth at Alex was a big mistake, as Alex looks ready to make Clover eat her words!" Nigel exclaimed as Alex springboarded off the middle rope, and hit a Springboard Leg Drop across Clover's throat before springboarding off the ropes again with a Springboard Moonsault. Alex then picked Clover up and attempted to hit her with a Patella Brainbuster, but Clover was able to counter with multiple knee strikes to the top of the head. The two then continued exchanging punches with each other, the crowd cheering and booing accordingly before knocking each other loopy with dual hard punches to the face. Clover and Alex then looked at each other before scrambling to the top turnbuckle, the two continuing to exchange punches on the top turnbuckle, the crowd cheering as Alex looked to have won the brawl, sending Clover staggering back slightly with a couple of Open-Palm Strikes to the side of the head.
"Alex has Clover reeling, and she's only fingertips away from pulling down the briefcase! This could be her moment!" Nigel exclaimed as Alex reached up, and attempted to pull down the briefcase, but the crowd booed as Clover reached into her tights, pulled out a pair of brass knuckles, sat back up, and hit Alex in the face with the Power of the Punch. Alex fell off the top rope and onto the floor, completely unconscious from the brass knuckles shot, before Clover pulled down the briefcase in front of her, the crowd booing loudly as she did so.
Briefcase #2 Winner: 'The French Phenom' Clover Lamoreaux
"Ladies and gentlemen, 'The French Phenom' Clover Lamoreaux has secured one of the Feast or Famine briefcases! She now has 60 seconds to leave the ring and the ringside area before her briefcase is taken away!" Tim Barr announced, the crowd booing as Clover jumped down to the floor, opened her briefcase, and revealed it to be a shot at one of the women's world championships, the crowd exploding into boos as Clover jumped up and down with excitement. While Jerry ran over to celebrate, Misato rushed down to the ring to check on Alex, but the crowd booed as Clover hit Misato in the face with the Feast or Fired briefcase before she and Jerry finally left the ringside area.
"Clover getting exactly what she wanted thanks to those damn brass knuckles!" Beth exclaimed in frustration as while the referees checked on Alex and Misato on the outside, Jiro and Juniper got back to their feet and began attacking Zia Simpson. The crowd booed as Juniper put Zia in a Full Nelson, and Jiro hit her in the face with a Superkick before Juniper threw her across the ring with a Dragon Suplex. Juniper then went into the corner, and when Brandish got back to her feet, Juniper hit her with another June Effect (Flying Fish Hook) while Jiro picked Rally up, and hit her with the Sound Off (Gutwrench Powerbomb). Jiro and Juniper high-fived each other before sliding out to the floor, grabbing Flare, and throwing her into the steel steps.
"Now that only two of the briefcases are left to take, Jiro and Juniper are upping their game, trying to make sure that at least one of them leaves Las Vegas with one of those briefcases!" Okabe exclaimed as Juniper and Jiro then grabbed Sue, and attempted to throw her into the steel steps as well, but the crowd exploded into cheers as Sue reversed the throw, sending Jiro crashing into the steel steps. Sue then turned around and began hitting Juniper with multiple punches to the side of the head before hitting her with a Uranage onto the steel ring apron. The crowd continued cheering as Sue pushed Juniper back into the ring and hit her with the Superwoman Punch to the back of the head before attempting to climb back up the turnbuckles. However, Juniper was able to grab Sue's leg, pull her off the top turnbuckle, turn her around, kick her in the gut, and attempt to hit her with the Underworld Plunge (Reverse Tombstone Piledriver). However, Sue responded by pushing Juniper away and attempted to hit her with the Superwoman Punch, but June dodged, hit her with a Spin Kick to the gut, and ran the ropes attempting another June Effect (Flying Fish Hook), but Sue responded by throwing June into the top rope with a Stun Gun and then sent her crashing back down to the canvas with a Spinebuster.
"Coast's all clear, Sue has the perfect chance to get the third briefcase!" Beth exclaimed as Sue quickly climbed back up to the top turnbuckle, and attempted to get the briefcase, but the crowd booed as Jiro quickly came pulling herself back up to the top turnbuckle with her trusty guitar in her hand. Before Sue could react, Jiro hit Sue in the face with the guitar, sending Sue falling onto the ropes and then onto the apron along with the broken pieces of the guitar. The crowd continued booing as Jiro unhooked the briefcase, and opened it, revealing the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championship contract.
Briefcase #3 winner: 'The Queen of Song Style' Jiro Kyoka
"Ladies and gentlemen, 'The Queen of Song Style' Jiro Kyoka has secured one of the Feast or Famine briefcases! She now has 60 seconds to leave the ring and the ringside area before her briefcase is taken away!" Tim Barr announced as Jiro and Juniper high-fived each other before Jiro told Juniper to bring home the last briefcase before she left the ring and the ringside area, continuing to show off her briefcase. Juniper immediately went on the attack, knocking Brandish down with a Spinning Wheel Kick before attempting to hit Rally with a Stinger Splash in the corner, but the crowd cheered as Rally was able to catch Juniper from the corner, and hit her with a Michinoku Driver.
"Rally with an amazing Michinoku Driver onto Juniper, and this could be Rally's last opportunity!" Okabe exclaimed as Rally climbed up the corner, trying to get the final briefcase, but Brandish climbed up to the top rope, grabbing Rally, and hitting her with a Russian Legsweep from the top turnbuckle. The crowd continued booing as Brandish picked Rally up, and hit her with a Gourdbuster that sent her crashing into Juniper's chest. Brandish then hit Alex with a Superkick when she saw that she was trying to climb back into the ring. Brandish then attempted to grab Zia, attempting to hit her with a Butterfly Suplex, but the crowd cheered as Zia countered with a Frankensteiner.
"Zia still has a lot of fight left in her, and with only one more briefcase available, the urgency in the wrestlers' moves are heightened as this could be their last chance to make history!" Okabe exclaimed as Brandish got back up to his feet, and attempted to knock Zia down with a Clothesline, but Zia matrix-dodged out of the way, and hit Brandish in the back of the head with a Pele Kick, sending her staggering into the corner. Zia rolled to the other side of the ring, and then ran into the corner, hitting Brandish in the back of the head with a Running Corner Enziguri, and threw her out of the corner with a Cyclone Suplex. The crowd continued cheering as Zia jumped onto the apron, and springboarded back into the ring with a Springboard 450 Splash onto Brandish's chest.
"Zia with a beautiful Springboard 450 Splash, showing that she still has plenty of energy to give in this match!" Nigel exclaimed as Zia ran the ropes, attempting to hit a Running Shooting Star Press onto Brandish, but the crowd booed as Flare rolled in front of Zia, and hit her with a Flash Fire (Jumping Cutter) from out of nowhere onto Zia. The crowd continued booing as Sue attempted to rush at Flare and hit her with a Superwoman Punch, but Flare countered this with another Flash Fire (Jumping Cutter). Flare let out a primal scream before beginning to climb up to the top rope for the final briefcase, but the crowd exploded into cheers as a bloodied Alex finally came back from the floor, and threw Flare off the top turnbuckle with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb.
"Alex is back, and she looks pissed!" Beth exclaimed as Alex picked Brandish up, and hit her with multiple forearms to the side of the face before hitting her with a Spin Kick to the gut. Alex then springboarded off the middle rope and hit her with a Springboard Satellite DDT. Alex then ran the ropes and hit Juniper Lee with a Suicide Dive before rolling back into the ring. Rally attempted to stop Alex in her tracks with a High Head Kick, but when Rally attempted to put her in position for the AK-47 (G.T.S.), Alex responded by countering with a Tilt-a-Whirl Arm Drag. Alex then attempted to hit Rally in the face with a Dropkick, but she ducked and hit Alex with a Running Bulldog.
"Rally coming back into this match, planting Alex's face into the mat with a Bulldog!" Okabe exclaimed as Rally climbed back up to the top rope, attempting to hit her with a Diving Elbow Drop, but Alex raised both her feet up, sending Rally's arm crashing against Alex's feet. Alex then came back up to her feet, picked Rally up, and hit her with a Detonation Kick before putting her down with a Michinoku Driver. Alex then began climbing up to the top rope, attempting to grab the briefcase, but Flare got back to her feet, and pushed Alex off the top rope and onto the floor, though Alex was able to land on her feet. Flare responded by jumping up to the top rope, and attempted to dive on her, but the crowd cheered as Misato pushed a stunned Alex out of the way, and hit a diving Flare with a Superkick to the face.
"Misato making sure her new protégé doesn't get taken out again! Misato already had to watch her protégé almost get concussed on live PPV, there was no way in hell she was going to let a member of the Sisterhood get her hands on Alex on the outside!" Nigel exclaimed as Misato then picked a dazed Flare up, and hit her with the Twist of Fate on the outside. Misato then led Alex back into the ring before Juniper ran at her, attempting to hit her with a Running Clothesline, but Misato responded by throwing Juniper into the steel steps, jumped on top of the steps, and hit Juniper with a Moonsault off the top of the steel steps.
"Misato making herself yet another StarShow moment!" Beth exclaimed as Misato raised her fists in the air, much to the crowd's delight. However, the crowd booed as Brandish hit Misato in the back of the head with a Running Baseball Slide Dropkick. Brandish continued her attack by knocking Sue down with a Superkick and hitting her with the Shot of Brandi (Single Knee Facebreaker). The crowd continued booing as Brandish picked Rally up, and hit her with multiple forearms to the side of the head before kicking her in the back of the knee, sending her falling to one knee. Brandish then went into the corner, blew Rally a kiss, and hit her with the Brandish My Experience (Running Meteora to the Back of the Head).
"Brandish regaining control here, and has a clear path to the final briefcase in this Feast or Famine contest!" Okabe exclaimed as Brandish threw both Rally and Sue out of the ring before climbing up to the top turnbuckle, but the crowd cheered as Zia ran into the corner, grabbed Brandish by the leg, and attempted to take her down, but Brandish hit Zia with a kick to the side of the head. The crowd booed as Brandish dived off the top rope, hitting Zia with a Missile Dropkick before attempting to hit her with a Tiger Driver, but the crowd cheered as Zia countered this move into a Frankensteiner.
"Zia's athleticism is always so impressive! That Frankensteiner was effortless!" Nigel exclaimed as she attempted to hit Brandish with a Superkick, but Brandish ducked the kick and hit Zia with a knee to the gut before throwing her into the ropes. However, when Brandish attempted to catch her with a Michinoku Driver, Zia countered this with a Tilt-a-Whirl DDT and hit her with a Seated Superkick. The crowd continued cheering again as Zia began climbing up to the top turnbuckle and grabbing onto the briefcase. However, Marin jumped up to the apron and attempted to pull Zia down, but the crowd cheered louder as Zia grabbed Marin by the hair, and threw his face into the steel ring post hard enough to send him flying off the ring apron and onto the floor.
"Zia finally taking out that twerp, and thank God for that!" Beth exclaimed as before Zia could return her attention to the briefcase, Brandish got back up to her feet and jumped up to the top turnbuckle with Zia. Zia looked shocked at Brandish's athleticism, but the shock was gone once the two began exchanging punches and forearms on the top turnbuckle. Brandish poked Zia in the eye, attempting to put her in position for a Superplex, but Zia responded with a couple of headbutts to the face, sending Brandish staggering. Zia grabbed Brandish by the hair and threw her off the top turnbuckle and onto the floor next to Sue, Rally, Flare, Misato, and Juniper. The crowd cheered as Zia looked at the women beginning to get back to their feet, looked at the cheering crowd, and shrugged with a smirk on her face before diving off the top rope and hitting all 6 women on the floor with a standing Blue Arrow (Adrian Neville's Red Arrow). Zia then ran back into the ring while the crowd chanted her name, and noticed Alex attempting to come at her with a Spinning Roundhouse Kick. Zia ducked the kick and hit Alex with a Gourdbuster onto the ropes before knocking Alex onto the floor with another Superkick.
"Zia's all alone in the ring! Everyone's down, and there's one briefcase left!" Beth exclaimed as Zia started staggering towards the corner, and began climbing back up to the top turnbuckle. The crowd exploded into cheers as Zia grabbed the briefcase, pulled it down, and opened it, revealing the 'Men's title match' contract inside the briefcase.
Briefcase #4 winner; 'The Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson
*Bell Rings*
"Ladies and gentlemen, Zia Simpson has secured the final briefcase! Therefore, the winners of this match, Xochi Melendez, 'The French Phenom' Clover Lamoreaux, 'The Queen of Song Style' Jiro Kyoka, and 'The Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson!" Tim Barr announced, as Zia jumped down from the top rope and onto the center of the ring before raising the briefcase high in the air. Juniper and Sue looked disappointed on the outside, while an irate Brandish yelled at Marin to help her up. Alex helped Misato back to her feet, giving her a thank you hug for trying to help her, which Misato reciprocated, saying that she was proud of Alex and that she had nothing to be ashamed of.
"The first-ever Feast or Famine match has ended, and with Xochi, Zia, Clover, and Jiro holding the briefcases, they have the potential to change the entire face of the BTWF!" Nigel exclaimed as Flare sat in front of the commentary table, rocking back and forth hard enough to send the back of her head bouncing off the table. Rally looked back into the ring and sighed before she walked over to Sue, and helped her back up to her feet. Zia put the briefcase down, slid on her knees in front of the briefcase, and gave the cheering fans in the stadium an air guitar solo.
"Ochako and Zoey of Zero Gravity would normally be out here celebrating with her, but they have a big BTWF Women's Tag Team Championship opportunity later tonight, so I imagine they're getting some last-minute training in before their big title match," Okabe explained as Zia kipped back up to her feet, grabbed the briefcase, walked out of the ring, and began heading back to the backstage area while continuing to lift the briefcase over her head. Zia then looked into the camera, and told all the men in the locker room to watch out and that she was coming for them as the crowd continued to chant her name.
"With the apparent ousting of Xochi from the Sisterhood, we already have something to look forward to on the post-StarShow episode Octane!" Beth exclaimed as Flare pulled herself back up to her feet and started speed-walking away from the ringside area while Zia continued celebrating with the BTWF fans in attendance. The camera then began panning to the back while the rest of the women involved in the match began leaving, with Brandish continuing to yell orders at Marin.
The camera panned to the backstage interview area, where Todd Grisham was standing next to Denki Kaminari and Tim Scam, who were both looking confident as Todd prepared for the interview.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we just had an incredible start to StarShow, but the main event of night 1 is going to be this man, Denki Kaminari, getting a one-on-one match for the BTWF Championship against Natsu Dragneel. This is the biggest match of your career, Kaminari, and I want to know how you're feeling," Todd explained as he put the microphone in front of Kaminari, who ran his hands in front of his face before responding to the question.
"There are…a lot of emotions I'm feeling right now. This is what I've wanted since I became a professional wrestler; the chance to become the world champion and to be in the main event. The best part about it though, is that when I win the BTWF Championship tonight, I'm going to shove it down the throats of all the people who called me a loser, called me 'just a tag-team guy', and who called me Absolute Zero. This is going to be the night that Denki Kaminari arrives in Fanfiction Wrestling, and where he takes the throne of the top guy from Natsu, kicks him off his perch, and makes the top of the mountain my home," Kaminari explained, glaring at Todd as he pulled the microphone back and looked at Scam to avoid the steely glare of the #1 contender for the BTWF Championship.
"Tim Scam, you've competed at several StarShows, with most of your matches being championship bouts. How have you been preparing Kaminari for this match for a championship that you've never won in your career?" Todd asked, both Kaminari and Scam looking annoyed at Todd mentioning that Scam had never won the BTWF Championship. However, Scam quickly recovered, taking a couple of deep breaths before responding, patting Kaminari on the back to calm him down.
"I've been preparing him for this moment since I became his agent. For months, we've been training at every gym that we can find, improving his cardio, strength, and endurance. Natsu is one of the best in the Fanfiction Wrestling Multiverse for a reason, and Kaminari isn't going to underestimate Natsu. I've made that mistake several times in my career, and I want to make sure that Kaminari doesn't make the same mistake and win that BTWF Championship," Scam explained as Todd nodded before pulling the microphone back and looking back at Kaminari.
"Well Kaminari, do you have any last words before your main event match tonight?" Todd asked, putting the microphone in front of Kaminari's mouth.
"Just one thing; Natsu said during our contract signing that the future can change in the blink of an eye, and he's absolutely right. When I beat Natsu tonight, the future of Octane is going to change in the blink of an eye and that future is going to revolve around the man that people called an Absolute Zero for years. And to those people who called me Absolute Zero, you better go to bed before the main event, because I'm going to prove you all wrong and become the BTWF Champion!" Kaminari exclaimed before throwing the microphone back into Todd's chest, leaving with Scam following close behind.
The camera panned back to the stage, however, rather than the theme song of the competitors in the next match, the crowd booed as the BTWF's resident lawyer, Courtney Flores, stomped to the ring with a microphone in one hand, and her Halliburton briefcase in the other. The crowd chanted 'Courtney Sucks!' as Courtney yelled at the referee to open the ropes for her, which the referee obliged as Courtney walked up the steel steps, walked through the hole through the ropes the referee created, and stopped at the center of the ring, putting her briefcase down before she began speaking to the audience.
"You all may be wondering why I'm out here, and the answer should be obvious! I am here to announce that I WILL be suing Nora Valkyrie for the defamatory statements that she has been making about me on Octane these past several weeks," Courtney explained, much to the chagrin of the crowd, who continued chanting 'Courtney Sucks!', this time louder than before. Courtney looked furious at the disrespect she was being shown, telling the people in the tech area to mute the audience, but they refused to do so, making Courtney even angrier. However, after taking a couple of deep breaths, Courtney regained her bearings and continued talking.
"After Nora called me 'uncaring', 'selfish', and many other things that I can't even bear to say to the general public. As a result, fewer and fewer wrestlers have been asking me for legal advice and my legal services, therefore negatively affecting my income!" Courtney exclaimed. The crowd continued jeering and chanting at Courtney, but unlike before, Courtney merely glared at the crowd rather than freaking out before she continued to speak.
"However, despite the iron-clad case I have against Nora, I am willing to give Nora one last chance. All she has to do, and in front of the largest audience for a BTWF PPV in years, is apologize to me, and take back all the facetious comments she made about me!" Courtney exclaimed with a smile, the crowd continuing to boo as Courtney took the microphone away from her mouth, and told Nora to come out so they can work through this like adults. Courtney didn't have to wait long, the crowd cheering as 'Thunder' by Solence played, revealing Nora Valkyrie on the stage. Nora cricked her neck, which still had some athletic tape on it due to her match with Sherry Blendy earlier in the month, and walked down to the ring. When she made it to the ringside area, Nora raised an eyebrow at Courtney, who put both her arms behind her back, even telling one of the ringside attendants to give Nora a microphone. Nora accepted the microphone, thanking the crew member before looking back at Courtney, and putting the microphone in front of her mouth to respond.
"So, that's all you want? An apology? In front of all these fans here in Las Vegas? Well, if that's what it's going to take to make this all go away, then I'll say it; Courtney Flores, I'm sorry," Nora said, the crowd booing as Courtney nodded with a content smile on her face. Nora walked up the steel steps and into the ring, walking in front of a still-satisfied Courtney before she continued talking.
"You didn't let me finish. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you that you were a scumbag the second you re-signed with the BTWF!" Nora exclaimed, the crowd exploding into cheers as the smile was wiped off of Courtney's face, and was replaced with an annoyed frown. The crowd cheered and chanted 'Scumbag!' at Courtney, sending her into another fit of rage which did nothing but amuse Nora.
"In fact, I'm sorry that I didn't kick your ass out the door the second I came into the company! If there's one thing that this company doesn't need, it's some hack lawyer that only wants to use her law degree to make herself look good!" Nora exclaimed, the crowd continuing to cheer as Courtney ran her hands through her hair, trembling with anger, Nora looking happy at the effect she was having on Courtney.
"But most of all, I'm sorry that I haven't kicked your ass yet! But since I've been cleared by the doctors, I can give you that much-deserved ass-kicking anytime you want!" Nora exclaimed, the crowd cheering and chanting 'Fight!' at the two while Courtney looked around at the crowd and glared at them while stomping over to Nora. However, after a moment where it looked like she was going to fight, Courtney smirked and backed away.
"If you think I'm going to fight you right now outside of an official match, then you're dead wrong. And I hope you're prepared for the lawsuit I'm gonna bring down on you! Oh, and one more thing!" Courtney exclaimed as she grabbed her Halliburton briefcase and attempted to hit Nora in the face with it, but Nora ducked out of the way, ran the ropes, and hit a Running Single Leg Knee to the face. The crowd continued cheering as Nora mounted Courtney, and hit her with multiple punches to the side of the head before picking her up, grabbing her arms, and attempting to hit her with Manghild (Kota Ibushi's Kamigoye). However, the crowd booed as Courtney pushed Nora away, and rolled out of the ring, grabbing her Halliburton briefcase, and telling the booing crowd that this wasn't over yet.
"You have to believe that Courtney isn't going to take this humiliation lying down!" Nigel exclaimed as Nora jumped up to the top rope, and blew a kiss to Courtney, telling her that she was a dead woman come Octane as she flipped her off from the ring. Courtney countered by saying that she would see Nora not only in the ring but in the courtroom as she kicked the fan barricade several times in anger before pushing one of the medical personnel away when they tried to check on her.
"Nora looks ready for a fight, and after having to wait almost a month to be cleared again, I can't really blame her!" Beth exclaimed as a couple of referees tried to calm Nora down, but Nora continued to trash-talk Courtney before she was finally escorted out of the ring. Courtney, while seeing Nora walk up the entranceway, spat at her, the crowd booing as Courtney told Nora that she was going to regret asking her for this fight.
The camera panned to Arthur Morgan in the General Manager's office, where he is holding something in a red velvet bag.
"Well, that was an…unexpected turn of events, but before we get to the next match on the show, I have some news that some wrestlers may be interested in," Arthur explained as he put his hand inside the velvet bag, and pulled out a championship belt. It was silver with a red outline on the center plate, with the words 'BTWF Television Champion' engraved on the top and the bottom of the center plate. The strap of the belt was a dark red, with the side plates being in the shape of small television screens.
"This is the new BTWF Television Championship. With the roster we have on Octane and Intensity, I believe it's only fair that we have a championship that can go across both shows and give those who aren't the highest up on our cards the opportunity they need to show that they are worthy champions," Arthur explained before patting the center plate of the newly christened BTWF Television Championship before putting it back down on his desk and returning his attention to the camera.
"On the Octane after StarShow, there will be a Fatal-5-Way of 5 random superstars that have never been any form of champion of World or Midcard champion in the BTWF, and the winner of that match will become the inaugural BTWF Television Champion," Arthur explained before going back to his desk, and sitting down before looking back up, almost as if he had forgotten something.
"Oh, and as for the women of both brands, there's no need to worry, as we have something special for our ever-growing women's division coming up very soon. Patience is a virtue after all," Arthur explained with a smile on his face before the camera panning back to the arena while Arthur polished the BTWF Television Championship and put it in his desk to make sure that it didn't get damaged before the Octane after StarShow.
