So since this took way too fucking long to write as explained in the author's note at the bottom I simply wish to state that as penance for this taking way too long to come out in honor of the recently released Book of Bill I will be releasing a Gravity Falls one shot along with this chapter. I do apologize for this taking way too long to write and I do sincerely hope you enjoy this chapter and I once again apologize for this taking way too fucking long to update.
Izuku walks slowly down the hallway glancing back and forth at the guards and Sam and David Shield, slowly mentally counting down in his head.
The group enters an elevator and starts slowly ascending to the floor where the vault is as Sam and David both insert their access keys.
"So how much did you pay these actors?" Izuku finally asks causing everyone to flinch.
"What are you talking about?" David quickly asks.
"Well for one you put in the code before they told you where they wanted you to go," Izuku says. "For another, you're acting way too comfortable for someone who is supposedly being kidnapped."
"That doesn't mean anything we could just know that it is the only floor where villains would want to go," David says.
"Oh yes, the vault which I guarantee has enough security systems to where if you just imputed a different code you probably could fill this place with knockout gas or something til the heroes come," Izuku says.
"That's a good idea," Sam mumbles.
"See. At least hobbit man over there is trying to keep the act, meanwhile you effectively just admitted guilt by not getting incredibly angry that I said you could be working with villains," Izuku says. "Now then since I'm assuming having me here was not part of the plan I assume there is a person with an actual quirk that could hold me."
Sam and David share a glance as David steps forward and says, "Look you have to understand this is for All Might. He needs what we're going to give him so he can become the hero he needs to be."
Izuku scoffs slightly and says, "Yeah fuck that shit. Decades of being number one and all it did was lead to a lower crime rate and the highest amount of discrimination in any country that still has a functioning government."
"That's not his fault he doesn't control the government!" David yells.
"Oh yes, the number one hero in Japan who makes more from merchandise a year than most countries' GDP can't spend an ounce of his enormous wealth to try to help the lives of the fucking quirkless or people with 'Villainous Quirks', or even just people with fucking mutant quirks." Izuku says, glaring at David, "There's not a chance in hell I'll ever forgive him for what he has done."
David sighs, "In that case, when this is done you will be released, Wolfram."
Wolfram uses his quirk to make a metal cage that holds Izuku down as the two exit and enter the vault.
"Jesus Christ, I thought they'd never leave," Izuku says as Wolfram takes them up to the security floor above them Izuku slips out of the restraints and hands the hacker a USB drive to put into the computer.

"This is going to be fun," Izuku says with a smile as he leans back with a smile.
Meanwhile in the stairwell:
"What is going on with this lockdown," Jiro mumbles as she sneaks up with the rest of her classmates and Melissa towards the level above the meeting area.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Kaminari asks quietly.
"Of course, we know that Izuku is already at the party and that whoever the speaker is that he is friends with is there too," Momo says. "Plus if we can figure out how to end this quickly we can go back to doing other things."
"That would be very helpful," Shote grumbles slightly as Momo quickly grabs her hand and gives it a little squeeze.
"Uhh guys I think we have a problem," Ururaka says, glancing back at the group, and waving them forward to the balcony.
"Oh shit," Jiro mumbles as he glances down and sees a large group of villains holding guns over a crowd of civilians as all the heroes are forced onto the stage.
"What do we do?" Kaminari asks quietly.
"We could try to free them," Shote whispers.
"That won't work," Melissa says pointing down at the heroes. "They took over the security system. See how they're bound by those ropes? They're controlled by the security system. If we attack we'll be bound as well. Which means we won't be able to help."
"So we have to go after the security system," Shote glances back at Melissa. "Where is it?"
"Are you insane?!" Kaminari says. "We are students how are we going to get past this state-of-the-art security system to the fucking control room."
"We sneak up through the stairways," Melissa says.
"This is a horrible idea," Jiro says. "These villains have managed to take down All Might and Star and Stripes. What chance do we have."
"Wait, wasn't Izuku supposed to be here?" Momo asks. "Where is he?"
"Did he get captured?" Melissa asks, glancing around the floor.
"If he did, what chance do we have," Kaminari says.
The noises of the world go quiet for Ochako Ururaka as her eyes widen and she begins to think to herself, "Captured. How could he be captured? He's Deku. He's one of the most powerful villains in the underworld. How could a bunch of low-level villains capture him? Wait, they don't know he's Deku. No one in the underworld does but they will. How will it look for us if we let one of our leaders get captured? What would it look like for me if I sat idly by while this happened?"
"We have to save him," Ururaka says, looking around at her classmates (and Melissa). "He'd do the same for us. If we get him out he'll beat them and we can go back to enjoying the expo."
The class remains silent before Shote cracks her neck and says, "Let's do this shit then."
Program Progress: 20% complete
"Wolram sir," Swordkill says. "We have a bunch of kids coming up the stairs."
Wolfram walks over to the monitor and says, "Looks like UA kids."
"What," Izuku says, looking up at the monitor. "Are you fucking kidding me?"
"Friends of yours," Wolfram asks.
"Some will be. One is now," Izuku says.
"Non-lethal then, I assume?" Wolfram says.
"Yes," Izuku says. "Use the villains, then the robots. We need to draw off the more powerful ones first for this to work."
"Got it," Swordkill says with a slightly annoyed tone, tapping his comm. "Nobu, Daigo, go take care of our guests. Non-lethally."
"Understood," Nobu says over the radio.
Program Progress: 40% complete
A mile away inside a building.
"Done for the night, Doctor?" A janitor asks as he sweeps the floor.
"Yeah, just finished up the analysis of Mr. Midoriya's test results, and their interesting to say the least," The doctor says.
"That's nice to hear," the janitor says as he keeps sweeping the floor before looking up. "Were you working with fire, sir?"
"What?" The doctor says turning around and seeing a large fire growing in the lab he just left. "Oh shit!"
The two men run up the stairs and they stop in front of the lab. "Why aren't the fire suppression systems going off?"
"… Sir," the janitor says turns the doctor slightly, and points down the hallway showing how every room with anything involving heroes is on fire.
"We need to go," the janitor says, pulling on the doctor's arm.
"But my research," The doctor says as he tries to walk towards his lab.
"You can get it later, we need to go, now!" The janitor says yanking the doctor out of the building before immediately stopping and staring ahead of them as crowds run chaotically around them.
"My god," the doctor mumbles.
Every building involving heroes is on fire.

Izuku and Wolfram watch the screens as the group of UA students run up the stairs.
"Students are coming up to your floor," Wolfram says over the comms. "Be prepared for their opening assault."
"Swordkill," Izuku says. "Activate countermeasures for those with sensory quirks so they can't track our movements, please."
Swordkill grumbles slightly before pressing a button on the console and the floor starts shaking ever so slightly causing Izuku to flinch slightly.
"Thank you," Izuku says, watching the screens.
As the group of 1A students hide in the grass around the elevator Shote says, "I see two villains if we can take them out silently we can take the elevator up to the top floor. Jiro can you listen for more villains."
"How do you recommend we do that?" Momo asks.
"Can you make knockout gas?" Shote asks.
"No, I never studied that," Momo says.
"In that case Kaminari can you-"
An earpiecing scream interrupts Shote as Jiro grabs her bleeding ear jack.
"Shit," Shote mumbles, glancing at the elevator.
"There they are! Get them!" One of the villains says as they transform into a giant beast.
The group of UA students stands to get ready for a fight as the two villains charge them.
"DIE!" A large explosion slams both of the villains back 10 meters into a wall.
"Shote, what's going on?" Kirishima asks as he runs forward in his rock form.
"Villains have taken over I Island and captured Izuku. We need to get to the security system and shut it down," Shote says as ice forms around her.
"Got it," Kirishima says as he runs forward towards the villains with Shote and Bakugo.
"You get to the security room," Shote says as she dodges under an attack from the villain with weird hands.
"Right," Ururaka says, dragging the group into the elevator.
"Drop them down to the ground floor?" Wolfram asks Izuku.
"No, turn off the elevator at the floor where we set up the robots," Izuku says.
"Why the hell would we help them up to our level!" Swordkill says causing Wolfram to turn and glare at him slightly
"By doing this we would be leading them into a trap," Izuku says. "I know their levels of strength and they can't match a horde of I Island robots yet. At most one or two or escape and then we simply capture them."
"In that case let's welcome them to their doom," Wolfram says.
Izuku smiles slightly as he watches the screen.
"Dang it," Ururaka says as she taps the elevator buttons and nothing works.
"Looks like they found us," Momo says.
"Can you make me a blow torch?" Melissa asks as she kneels in front of the elevator.
"Why?" Momo asks as part of her arm starts glowing.
"So I can get us out of course," Melissa says, grabbing the blow torch off of Momo's arm.
"I have a bad feeling about this," Kaminari says, touching the wall. "Something feels off about this. Why not just cut the cables and have us fall to our deaths? We have to be a solid 100 floors up."
The group looks around at each other and quickly starts helping Melissa pry the door open.

"Move it! Move it!" Mina yells as she and Tokoyami stand on the side of a large crowd of civilians helping the crowd towards the emergency shelters.
"Watch out!" Dark Shadow yells as he blocks a chunk of falling debris from hitting the crowd.
"We need to go quicker," Tokoyami says. "We don't have enough heroes to do proper crowd control and we're getting overwhelmed."
Another chunk of debris from a burning building this time Dark Shadow didn't make it in time but luckily Nguyen managed to yank the civilian out of the way.
"We need more heroes wasn't All Might supposed to be here," Mina says.
"It seems the bastard abandoned us," one of the other heroes says as they move the civilians forward.
Tokoyami and Mina glance at each other and ask, "Why did you call All Might a bastard?"
The hero glances over and says, "You're kidding right."
"They're from Japan," Nguyen says as she leads the crowd forward. "It's censored there."
"Ah," the hero says. "Well if you happen to find some time, look up the sports festival video on your phone. It should help illuminate the reason."
Tokoyami and Mina glance at each other before being distracted by more falling debris.
Program Progress: 80% Complete
"And done," Melissa says, stepping back from the now mostly broken door. "Who wants to do the honors of opening it?"
Iida quickly walks up and pushes the door slightly aside only to be greeted by a hail of bullets hitting the door.
"Shit," Kaminari says as the group slams the elevator close. "They have fucking guns."
"How did they get guns I thought they were banned," Momo says.
"What? No, why would they be banned?" Melissa asks. "We have plenty of heroes permanently stationed here so we have no fear of guns. There's not a single person on I Island who doesn't own at least one. Heck, even our security robots use rubber bullets." As she says this she reaches into her back pocket and pulls out a purebred American AR-30 and somewhere in the background a bald eagle is heard.
The poor Japanese students, with their free healthcare and abundant racism, look at the strange American with their freedom and liberty and begin to feel a touch of jealousy.
"Now then let's do this shit," Melissa says as she pulls open the door panel slightly and aims down the sights, and starts shooting down the hallway.
The rest of the UA students with a new sense of invigoration charge forward towards the army of robots.
"Where-" Izuku twists his head at the screen.
"Don't go there," Wolfram says. "We live in a world with quirks anything is possible."
"But… you know what it's for reasons like this I wish I still could get drunk," Izuku says as he rubs his eyes slightly. "Just send in the next wave and let's get this over with."
"DIE!" Bakugo yells as a large explosion leaves his hand and hits Daigo.
"Nice try kid! It'll take more than that to take me out!" Daigo shouts as he tanks through the explosion and launches an attack at Bakugo which Kirishima quickly hops in the way off to tank the blow as Bakugo launches another attack.
Meanwhile, Shote launches ice wall after ice wall at Nobu only for the ice to disappear time for attack after attack.
"This is getting us nowhere," Shote yells out. "Want to switch opponents Bakugo?"
As Bakugo's explosions continue to do nothing to Daigo he shouts back, "Sure since you need the help."
Shote sighs as she ducks under one of Nobu's attacks and launches an ice wall at Daigo encasing him in the ice as Bakugo reigns explosions down on Nobu getting through his defenses and knocking him out.
"Let's go meet up with the others," Shote says as she encases Nobu in ice.
"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO ICY HOT!" Bakugo yells.
"Ugh just follow me," Shote says as the group starts running up the stairs.
"PIKACHU!" Kaminari yells as he rushes towards the onset of robots and releases his quirk… doing effectively nothing as the robots simply absorb the electricity.
"Shit," Kaminari says as he is quickly captured by an electrified net.
"We're getting overrun," Momo says as she dodges a net and stabs a knife into the weak neck of one of the robots and promptly gets knocked out cold by one of its brethren.
"Shit Momo," Iida says before being knocked out by a shock by one of the robots.
One by one the UA students fall until it is only Ururaka and Melissa left.
"I don't think we're gonna make it," Melissa says as she shoots another robot and causes it to go down.
"We can," Ururaka says, glancing around at the robots.
"They just won't," Ururaka mumbles as she grabs herself and Melissa and activates her quirk and they quickly start levitating towards the ceiling.
"What are you doing!?" Melissa yells. "We have to help them."
"If the robots were going to kill them, they would have done it by now," Ururaka says. "They're just capturing them which means once we knock out the villains they will be released."
"… okay let's do this," Melissa says as they 'fly' up the building to the top floors.
Program Progress: 95% complete
"Should we stop them?" Wolfram asks.
"Nah," Izuku says. "The program is practically complete and I need someone to 'rescue me' anyway. Just make sure to separate them so Melissa sees her father and Ururaka is the one who winds up up here."
Swordkill turns and yells, "What the hell! I thought the plan was to capture them, not to let them get up here! And why the hell are we listening to you anyway a worthless quirkless los-"
"SWORDKILL!" Wolfram yells, interrupting him. "Don't insult the person who funded this venture."
"So what he funded this venture he's been barking orders like he owns the place! We don't know what the hell he put into the system! And he's limiting our effectiveness in dealing with his so-called classmates! I say we just take our prize and leave this shithole while letting him take the blame," Swordkill says, walking towards Izuku and tapping the cage.
Wolfram walks towards Swordkill to force him out of the room but suddenly stops.
"HAHAHAHAHA!" Izuku laughs near the top of his lungs for a solid 20 seconds before trailing off.
Izuku smiles as he looks at Swordkill and calmly says, "Allow me to answer each of your inquiries in order. One I paid for this operation so yes I get to make the fucking orders. That doesn't mean I won't take suggestions however in the end my word reigns supreme. Two the thing I put into the system is a simple virus that quite frankly holds no concern to you and should make it much easier for you when this operation is over. Three I have not been limiting your effectiveness I have been greatly helping it. Shote would have easily overrun those robots meaning you get to deal with the daughter of fucking Endeavor when the time comes and for some reason, I didn't think you'd want to wind up frozen in a fucking iceberg. Four you can't 'take your prize and leave this shithole' because the fucking vault isn't open yet and the fucking chopper isn't here yet so unfortunately you have to wait. And finally."
Izuku's hand quickly reaches out of his restraints and grabs Swordkill's throat and lifts him a solid 5 inches off the ground while keeping the calm smile on his face but allowing his voice to go dark, "I am only fucking here because a friend invited me and because if the assholes in Japan learn who I am I am going to become one of the most hunted fugitives in the world. If to keep that secret I have to rip out your fucking throat I will not hesitate."
Izuku lets go of Swordkill dropping him to the ground and continues in a pleasant voice, "However, I have no qualms with you so as long as you simply let me do this we never have to see each other again and you can go back to doing whatever you want just with a few extra million in your pocket."
Swordkill grabs his throat and takes a step back mumbling, "Not when you're paying in fucking Yen."
"Sorry about that," Izuku says to Wolfram. "Gets on my nerves sometimes."
Wolfram swallows slightly and says, "Understandable especially for someone of your reputation."
Izuku smiles slightly, "In my defense, I never expected my 'legend' to spread so quickly."
"Really? Even given what you did on your first outing?" Wolfram asks, looking at Izuku.
"That was simply for my entertainment. I was unaware of the gang members who happened to be filming the fight," Izuku says.
"Makes sens-" Wolfram is interrupted by a loud explosion bursting in the door.
5 minutes earlier:
"Okay I think we need to split up," Ururaka says as she leans and glances past the wall down the hallway.
"That's a horrible idea why would we split up," Melissa says.
"Because you need to go rescue your father while I need to rescue Izuku," Ururaka says as she watches a villain walk past them. "We have one shot at this so I want to take the best chances we got."
Melissa pauses for a few moments before nodding and saying, "Then take this it should get you through the security door."
Ururaka takes the C4 out of Melissa's hand and nods as she slowly walks up the stairs while Melissa walks towards the vault.
While walking up the stairs Ururaka hears yelling from the security room which has two guards standing at the entrance.
"They need to quiet down in there," One of the guards says. "Their being so loud they're gonna alert the whole fucking tower we're here."
"Seriously. It's getting ridiculous," The second one agrees.
"I know right guys," Ururaka says, walking up to them, causing them to raise their guns at her.
"Who the hell are you?!" The first guard says.
"No one," Ururaka says, raising her hands in the air. "Just a friend passing through to try to find the buffet."
"That's bullshit," The second guard says. "How the hell did you wind up here trying to look for the damn buffet."
"It's a large building on a large island," Ururaka says. "However if this is not the right area I will happily accept instructions and I will go on my way."
The second guard glares but the first one says, "It's on the 15th floor on the west side of the building."
"Thank you," Ururaka says, putting her hands together and bowing before turning and walking away.
"Huh didn't expect that to work," The first guard says after a few seconds.
"Yeah, I totally thought she w-" The second guard is cut off by the C4 at their feet exploding.
Ururaka quickly rushes past the two corpses of the guards, grabs onto the nearest villain, and quickly holds a knife to their throat and says, "Okay either you release Izuku or this one's getting gutted."
The still slightly dazed villains quickly look at her and raise their guns.
"You're a hero, you won't do that," One of the villains at the computer says.
"Won't I?" Ururaka says with a dark smile.
The tall one with the mask turns towards the cage holding Izuku and says, "So I take it this one is yours?"
"Yes, though I was hoping you'd let it go on a bit longer, I wanted to see what the rest of her plan was," Izuku says.
Ururaka blinks slightly and lowers the knife and, after a few moments, yells, "Are you fucking shitting me Izuku?!"
Izuku gives a small smile and with a shrug says, "In my defense, I didn't know you were going to be here before tomorrow so it didn't seem prudent since genuine reactions of surprise would be especially helpful given what's going on outside."
"So why didn't you tell me once you knew I would be here?" Ururaka asks.
Izuku gives a blank stare at Ururaka and says, "Geez, why would I avoid handing out information when I'm under constant surveillance in one of the few places that has as good of security as Tartarus Prison? Especially while it not only has All Might here but also dozens of other top-ranking heroes from other countries."
"… Okay that's fair I guess," Ururaka says as she takes the knife off of the henchman's throat. "Sorry for that by the way and the two guards outside."
Wolfram shrugs, turns to face Izuku, and asks, "So, what's going on outside?"
Izuku smiles slightly, "That is still none of your business, but I will say it will make your life much easier when you try to escape."
Wolfram raises an eyebrow before turning to the monitor as David and Sam try to calm Melissa down as David holds a helmet-looking thing, "Well, it seems the time has come to finish this."
"Yep," Izuku says. "Ururaka, if you would be so kind could you cut one of my restraints I can handle the rest from there."
Ururaka glances around and then walks up and cuts one of the restraints.
"Thank you," Izuku says quickly yanking off the rest of the restraints and rushing around the room knocking everyone except Wolfram and Ururaka out. "Now then they should wake up in time for you to get to the escape helicopter but if they don't they also were hit so hard they no longer remember any of the time here."
"Fair enough," Wolfram says, glancing down at his fallen henchmen. "Until we meet again then."
"Until we meet again," Izuku says, watching Wolfram exit the room.
Izuku walks over to the table and looks down at the progress meter.
Program Progress: 99% Complete
"Seriously it's been nearly an hour," Izuku mumbles.
"… So what's that for?" Ururaka asks.
"You know how this place sends all its gear to the heroes of the world?" Izuku asks.
"Yeah," Ururaka replies.
"It won't be anytime soon," Izuku says.
"Why are you erasing the data?" Ururaka asks.
"That's part of it," Izuku says. "It's also making sure they can't reverse engineer it."
"How's it doing that?" Ururaka asks.
"By turning I Island into a blaze," Izuku says.
Ururaka's eyes widen as Izuku quickly switches one of the monitors to an outside view from the tower.
"Jesus Christ," Mina says as she stares into the inferno that once was I Island from the safety of one of the few shelters on the island with Sero, Toru, Tokoyami, Tsuyu, and Shinso. "Do you think anything can survive that?"
"I don't know," Tokoyami says. "That inferno is so large I don't know what could survive it."
"Do you think…" Mina trails off.
"He's fine," Sero says. "You heard the heroes the tower is like Fort Knox, there's no way this fire will touch it."
"He'll be fine," Shinso says, walking up to them. "Even if they got inside you saw his fight against Shote he wouldn't stop till he made it here to be with you."
"That's right," Tsu says. "Now come on, let's get away from the door."
"Alright," Mina says, holding her stomach slightly and looking out over the inferno. "Alright."

The heroes and civilians flinch backward as a loud explosion is heard in the distance.
Shinso and Toru glance at each other before walking towards Mina.
After a few minutes of comforting Mina
"Look!" One of the nearby heroes yells as a wave of water washes over the heaps of fire.
"What's happening?" Another hero asks.
"Maybe our distress calls were finally heard," Another says.
"Can't be too early," The hero who asked the question says.
"It couldn't be her, could it?" Another hero asks.
"Has to be," Another says.
"Couldn't be who?" Toru asks walking forward.
"Star."
4 minutes ago
David, Melissa, and Sam all are thrown backward by explosions in each of the vault boxes explode outwards, destroying all its contents.
"What the hell?!" David says.
"So that's what it was doing," Wolfram says, walking forward and quickly raising his gun and shooting Sam and David in the chest. "Neat."
"DAD!" Melissa yells running to her father, dropping her gun along the way. "Please be okay. Please be okay."
"Me…li…ssa," David says before he closes his eyes one final time while Wolfram puts on the helmet-looking thing.
"No. No. No! NO! NO! NO!" Melissa yells, rushing towards Wolfram. "I'll fucking kill you!"
With a simple backhand, Melissa is sent back sprawling onto the floor.
Wolfram looks towards Melissa and says, "You're lucky I'm not planning on killing a child." He raises his gun and points it at Melissa's leg, "Unfortunately for you, I have no qualms about injuring one."
Bang
Melissa looks up and sees the bullet being held an inch in front of her chest.
"Now that isn't very nice is it?" Izuku says, looking at Wolfram as he drops the bullet and rushes towards him.
2 minutes earlier:
"There we go," Izuku says as the progress bar finally reaches 100%. "That took way too long."
Izuku waits a few more seconds until the screen says:
Please Remove The USB Drive
Izuku reaches forward and pulls out the USB drive.
And promptly crushes it in his hand.
Ururaka opens her mouth to speak but Izuku raises a finger for her to wait a moment.
He quickly presses a few dozen buttons and then slices up the consul.
"Okay, the heroes are coming," Izuku says. "I figure we can just say that you freed me. We beat them all up and after a few minutes of trying we just slashed it to make it work.
"Shouldn't we be leaving?" Ururaka asks.
"No, we have nothing to hide," Izuku says with a smile. "People saw me get restrained and dragged up here and you have camera footage backing up that you were fighting as a hero. We have no evidence pointing to what happened and the heroes are likely already on their way."
Izuku glances at the monitor and sees Melissa running towards her father.
"DAD!"
"MOM!"
Izuku watches as Wolfram raises his gun towards Melissa.
"Huh, I didn't know she had a child."
Bang
The hammer falls on the pistol.
Izuku narrows his eyes and quickly runs past Ururaka out the door.
The bullet exits the barrel.
Izuku rushes down the flight of stairs.
The bullet is five inches from the barrel.
Izuku runs towards the closed vault door, "Blue Tempest Fist." A barrage of punches slam into the vault door filling it with enough holes to where it looks more like a modern art piece resembling Swiss Cheese rather than a door.
7 inches from the barrel.
Izuku rushes forward, stops in front of Melissa, and grabs the bullet from entering her leg.
Izuku looks at Wolfram as he stops and smiles.
30 seconds ago.
"What the-" One of the henchmen says as a fist from All Might promptly slams him into the wall.
"Mirio, find David and Sam," Sir Nighteye yells as he too is released from his ropes.
"I'll get Izuku," Star says, quickly bursting out of her restraints. "Air: Allow me to walk on you."
Star quickly punches through an exterior wall and is met with a wave of heat.
"Jesus," Star says as she looks over the flames. After a moment she launches herself into the sky and goes over to the ocean and stands above it.
Reaching down, she touches it and says, "Water: Put out the fires on I Island."
The sea erupts forward and launches itself towards I Island and in a matter of minutes puts out the fires all across I Island.
Star breathes a small sigh of relief before hearing a loud explosion in the distance.
"Izuku," Star says in concern.
Izuku dodges a blast of metal from the enhanced Wolfram and launches forward with his sword only to be blocked by a large wall.
"Izuku!" A voice yells behind him.
"Took you long enough, Mirio," Izuku smiles as he does a Wind Blade Kick on the wall, shattering it. "Any ideas on where the rest are?"
"Star is putting out the fires that they set off around the Island and All Might is working his way up here," Mirio says, walking over to Melissa. "Are you hurt?"
"N-n-n-no," Melissa says, staring at Izuku as he performs a Ten Fold Funeral on Wolfram only for him to be launched back.
"Good," Mirio says as he quickly launches himself at Wolfram.
"Enough!" Wolfram yells, raising his arms and causing the building to shake as the entire building rearranges itself into giant tentacles and a monstrous body holding him in the air.
"Well, props to ingenuity, I guess," Izuku says as he and Mirio land next to each other.
"I'm good, but that's far too much moving material for me to get up there with my quirk," Mirio whispers to Izuku.
Izuku smiles and says, "In that case, want a lesson in how I do it?"
Mirio raises his eyebrows as Izuku shifts back into a sprinters starting position. "Just watch and try to replicate with your other quirk," Izuku whispers.
Izuku launches himself forward with a single step, landing on a nearby piece of floating metal and launching himself over and over again.
Mirio watches as Izuku launches himself and more specifically his form. The bending of the knees right before impact. The immediate extending of the legs. The slight twisting of his body to make sure he stays on course.
Mirio watches and then slowly moves into the same position Izuku did, takes a deep breath, and says, "Here goes nothing."
Mirio launches himself forward and goes flying into a piece of metal and yells, "HOLY SHIT!" before promptly having to phase through it to not immediately faceplant.
In the distance, Izuku laughs as he kicks away a piece of Wolfram's metal, "Not as easy as it looks, is it?"
"How the hell do you do this so well!" Mirio yells as he tries to land on a piece of metal to repeat what Izuku is doing.
"Training," Izuku says as he destroys a piece of metal near the base of the body. "Far too much training."
"Well, maybe you can help me som-" Mirio is interrupted by a piece of metal knocking him backward.
"What the" Izuku says before being knocked back himself.
"Got you," Wolfram says. "With this helmet on I'm more powerful than All Might so don't even try it."
"One hit does not a battle make," Izuku says as he cracks his neck. "Mirio, want to do a combo move?"
"What is it?" Mirio asks.
"This," Izuku says as he grabs Mirio's arms, promptly chucks him at Wolfram, and then launches himself.
Izuku watches as Mario flies toward Wolfram phasing through all his metal. Glowing with OFA's energy, he throws a punch at Wolfram.
That does nothing.
"Huh," Mirio says, losing his concentration for half a second.
Which is all Wolfram needs to hit Mirio.
With one hit he slammed Mirio down to the ground, knocking him out.
With a sigh, Izuku launches himself backward from one of the shields that Wolfram put up, does a flip, and lands next to Mirio.
Izuku leans down and presses his hand on Mirio's neck and, out of sheer curiosity, activates memory viewer.
Meanwhile in the mindscape.
"Why did that not work?" En asks. "Shouldn't that have been a superpowered punch?"
"Maybe he didn't use it right," Kado suggests. "Maybe Permeation and OFA just don't mix."
"This is the user we have, Kado," Yoichi says. "Stop fussing over it and just accept it and give an actual suggestion."
Kado scoffs and glances up at the sky.
"WHAT IN THE EVER LOVING FUCK IS THAT!" Kado yells as he scrambles out of his seat and stares at the sky.
Two bright green eyes stare down at the group of OFA users.
"Hikage, I thought you were supposed to warn us of this stuff," Bruce says as he looks up at the sky.
"It doesn't seem to be a threat, just an observer," Hikage says, walking towards the eyes. "Hello, can you hear us?"
The eyes simply look around at all the former OFA users.
"Maybe he can't communicate with us," Nana says walking forward next to Hikage. "If you can hear us blink once please."
The eyes blink and then cease to reappear.
"Well… that was weird," Yoichi says.
"I'll say," Hikage says. "Any ideas who that was?"
"Nope," Nana says.
"Nada," Bruce says.
"No clue," En says.
"Problem for later I guess," Yoichi says. "Now does anyone have any guesses on what happened with Mirio?"
"Interesting," Izuku mumbles as he takes his hand off Mirio's neck.
WHOOSH!
Izuku's small smile fades as he coldly says, "All Might."
"Ovrium," All Might says. "What happened to Mirio?"
"Seems they don't mix well and he got hit by the villain up there," Izuku says. "Oh, also you missed it but it seems that David Shield and his assistant were the ones who hired these villains. But since they're dead that part doesn't really matter much anymore."
"THEY'RE WHAT?" All Might looks at Izuku only to be promptly slammed off to the side by a giant metal arm.
Izuku smiles slightly as he watches All Might growl slightly and launch himself at Wolfram.
"CAROLINA SMASH!" All Might yells as he rushes toward Wolfram only to be knocked to the side by a giant metal wall.
All Might growls as he relaunches himself again and again.
"CALIFORNIA SMASH!"
"NEW HAMPSHIRE SMASH!"
"NEBRASKA SMASH!"
Over and over again All Might tries and fails to make any progress against Wolfram being constantly blocked by his walls.
"TEXA-" All Might is cut off as a piece of metal wraps around his throat before quickly wrapping around the rest of his body.
"You fool," Wolfram says. "With this on I am the most powerful being in the world! I am more powerful than you! I am more powerful than Star and Stripes! I am even more powerful than DEKU!"
Izuku's smile fades slightly as he stares down Wolfram now not only restraining All Might but also throwing hunks of metal at Izuku forcing him to pick up Mirio and rush out of the way.
Izuku quickly lands next to Melissa and says, "Mourn later take Mirio and get downstairs." before launching himself towards Wolfram.
"I was fine letting you go," Izuku thinks to himself as he dodges an incoming piece of metal. "But no you just had to insult my name in front of this piece of shit and now you have to pay the price of being a warning. No one insults me and lives to tell the tale."
As he launches himself in a dizzying display of afterimages and shockwaves he finally senses that Melissa is gone and out of hearing range for what is about to happen.
Izuku launches himself at Wolfram and with a click of a button ignites his sword in flames and says, "Hellfire Slashes."
As Wolfram falls apart his body in flames Izuku simply takes out a vial from his pocket and pours it on Wolfram's body causing a small explosion, destroying the helmet in a fiery blaze.
Quickly pressing another button he turns off the flames on his sword as a group of heroes makes it up the stairs and Star and Stripes lands on the roof.
"Oh my god! Izuku are you okay?!" Star says as she runs up to him.
Izuku gives her a small smile like the ones he used to give before he became a villain, "I'm fine sis. I'm fine."
"What did you…" Star looks around and sees the burning corpse of Wolfram.
"I threw some chemicals at him I thought he could take it turns out he did not have super durability," Izuku says with a small shrug.
"That seems a bit extreme don't you think?" One of the other foreign heroes asks.
"It's what most heroes in Japan do. I mean Endeavor and Mind Touch alone each cause at least 20 criminals dead every week," Izuku shrugs.
"20 deaths a week?!" Another hero jolts. "That's insane! Most of the time even 2 deaths a month gets you axed from being a hero!"
"Yeah that's the Japanese hero system for you I swear I don't know sometimes whether All Might or because the heroes here are so brutal that they just keep villainy away due to a fear they'll die painful deaths," Izuku says as he walks away with the group of heroes.
Meanwhile, All Might is breathing heavily while staring at Wolfram's corpse.
"Hellfire Slashes!"
Kamui Wood's screams burn into All Might's ears as his eyes shoot up at Izuku.
Izuku glances at All Might, smirks, and winks.
- Author's Note: Hello, everyone, and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. So… that took way too fucking long to write (in fact so long I'm back in college again so yeah fuck me this took way too long). Most of the time, I write off writer's block (ha alliteration) but yeah… this fucking SUCKS. I do apologize for this taking way too long to come out. I will try to write the next part quickly since I actually have that part outlined (unlike this part which was literally: Star and Stripes is here. Izuku and Star and Stripes have a reunion. Izuku gets captured to avoid suspicion. Figuring out how to get the fight to happen since the catalyst for it was captured was really fucking hard and a thanks to the members of My Fanfic Academia for helping me work through the roadblock.) Deku's Quirks
Evaluate: Upon looking at a person or object, while the quirk is active, the user will see the target's weak points shown by a red glow. However, it can only be used on one opponent at a time.
Perception: allows the user to sense all of their surroundings and have perfect spatial awareness within a limited range (Now 100 meters/yards)
Memory Viewer: allows the user to see the memories of people they touch while the quirk is activated. However, if a memory is too painful it will cause the user to have a minor nosebleed and a migraine. It can only be activated once every 24 hours.
Deku's Gear:
2 custom swords: each capable of cutting through 10 inches of steel and has a variety of features that can be put into it including poisons and other fun things that I will come up with later
A variety of knives and flashbangs
Stun gun: 2 million volts per shock
Deployable cameras: Small cameras that stick to walls and other objects and are linked to the suit computer. They can see in infrared, normal, and ultraviolet light.
Deployable smoke emitter: small smoke emitters that can emit smoke for up to 1 hour
Various chemical mixtures created by Razor for different situations
Deku's Armor upgrades:
Boot Blades: 10-inch blades stored inside the boots of the armor that can be extended by flexing all the toes on either foot.
Computer screen that has the controls for all of the suit functions and external deployable tools
