A/N: Hardest song rewrite so far. Fitting every character into it so it doesn't have the same problem as the canon version was hard. I think it's okay, but I'm not sure about the ending.

The recap begins with a panning shot of the statue of Liberty, followed by a shot of th Brooklyn bridge, then a shot of central park. "New York, the city that eats other cities for breakfast." Alejandro, Jo, and Brick are all shown climbing up Lady Liberty in rapid succession. "Here, our competitors went to great heights to discover the city's finest." Amber, Tyler, and Noah are shown at Lady Liberty's chest. "From the bosom of Lady liberty." Team Chris is shown riding through the sewers. "To the Big Apple's rotten stanky sewer core."

The teams are each shown performing getting their apples and racing to the heart of central park, starting with team Conquest and ending on Team Chris. "The contestant raced to the heart of central park, where some are winners and some are losers." Team Conquest is shown celebrating. Then Team Chris losing. "In the end Conquest got the Victory and Team Chris had to send someone home again."

Harold confronting Xena, as well Xena's explanation for her actions is shown. Followed by Harold's departure. "Suspicious of Xena's behavior, Harold accused her of being underhanded, but despite this it was he who took the drop of shame."

The recap ends in the cockpit. "We have fifteen competitors still in the running and we shall see who will win the one million bucks soon. On Total! Drama! Woooorrrrlllddd~ Tooouuurrrr~!"

Intro

A stage light pops up in front of the CN tower, we switch to the interior of the plane as another light pops out of the ceiling, outside the plane a camera pops out of the engine startling a raccoon, we see a suitcase pop open and a clap board is used. The camera moves through first class passing a drink cart on the way and causing Chris to jump out of the aisle.

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doin' fine;

(Chef is in the cockpit, the cook gives the camera glare as it passes through. The camera moves past several bagages trucks.)

You guys are on my mind!

(The camera moves past the CN tower and dives into the water.)

Ya asked me what I wanted to be,

(Lightning is swimming in the water when he spots a shark and begins to fight with it.)

And now I think the answer is plain to see!

(Harold stands on top of the straw roof of a hut on a woven boat. An oar flies threw the air to hit him.)

I wanna be...famous!

(Amber and Topher are fighting on the boat, and it is clear one of them accidently hit Harold in the tussle. Crocodiles leap from the water snapping their jaws. The boat moves off screen and we see a crocodile wince on the word be. The camera moves back to the boat revealing it had run into an inflatable raft where Alejandro is standing. Amber panics and tries to help while Topher just laughs."

I wanna live close to the sun!
(The camera moves to the statue of liberty, we cut to the top where Brick is offering Jo a helping hand, only for her to grab it and body slam him instead.)

Well pack your bags, 'cause I've already won!
(Tyler runs past the two, pushing a baby carriage holding Noah. Max is nearby and the jock trips over her, sending Noah flying out of the carriage and into a sign.)

Everythin' to prove,
(Noah lands in Eva's arms as she stands on a tundra. He gives her a grateful smile.)
Nothin' in my way;
I'll get there one day.
(We pan right where Amy rolls her eyes. A polar bear taps on her shoulder and she looks horrified, but then Dawn and Ella calm the bear and Amy smiles.)

'Cause I wanna be...famous!
(We zoom in past ice caps to see Duncan and Gwen surfing a giant wave. It seems to be too much as they are swept up in the surf.)

Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa

(Xena and Anne Maria are walking across a New York City crosswalk. They are startled as the jet passes them, sending leaves through the air. We switch to a scene of the contestants in a human pyramid atop the jet, wearing parachutes and kicking in beat. The bottom row contains Jo, Anne Maria, Harold, Max, Xena, and Brick. The first row up contains Topher, Amber Alejandro, Eva, and Noah, the next row up contains Duncan, Gwen, Amy, and Tyler, on top of the pyramid is Lightning holding Ella and Dawn on one of his shoulders each.)

(The plane passes big ben,causing the clock face to pop out. It passes the arc de Triomphe causing a mime to drop his croissant. It flies past a rock balancing on.a stone pillar, knocking it off and causing it to fall in front of the camera kicking up dust)

(The dust clears to show, Ella and Dawn smiling at one another, It pans to show Eva glaring, then down to Jo.)

(The lyrics end and we see Chef Hatchet glare. He turns the plane, sending all the contestants falling through the air in parachutes. Everyone but Max lands in front of a sign with the show's name on it. As the song ends Max lands face first in the middle of the group)
Intro end

The episode proper begins in economy class, Team Chris sit on the left bench, while team Valkyrie sits on the right. The tension on both teams is thick. As is evident by Brick carefully watching Xena, as well as Amy glaring at Dawn, and Amber in turn glaring at her.

Tyler swallowed, clearly sensing the tension. "You know Brick, you don't have to worry so much about Xena. She's always doing what she thinks is best. She's not bad."

"I understand that her intentions were not malicious, nonetheless I can not abide by such behavior." Brick said.

The focus shifted to team Valkyrie. "Look at him. Claiming to be a better leader than me when he doesn't even have his own team in line." Jo scoffed.

"You really care about Brick's opinion." Dawn said.

"What?! No I don't!" Jo snapped.

"But you do, it's all over your aura." The moonchild said.

"Personally I wouldn't worry about Dawn's aura reading. It can't be that accurate or Ella would still be here." Amy accused.

"Will you lay off her! She feels bad enough already!" Amber glared.

"Good she should feel bad." The cheerleader said.

"I've never really believed in Dawn's mumbo jumbo anyway." Topher smirked at Amber.

"Yeah, obviously I don't care about his opinion! I just want to prove I'm a better leader! Jo said.

The focus shifted to Xena who is watching them.

(confessional)

Xena: You know, Brick doesn't seem against encouraging other teams. And Jo is clearly determined to prove herself. If I give her a little push, she may over do it.

Static

Meanwhile in first class, Alejandro and Noah are sitting in two of the comfortable flight chairs. A waitress offered them chocolate. Both of the waved her off. "Winning is its own reward, though I do enjoy the perks." The Spaniard said. "Still, we ought to come up with a plan to ensure we continue to do so."

"Honestly the other two teams are already having problems. I say we play it by ear." Noah replied.

"It's that kind of attitude that leads to complacency." Alejandro said.

"She's right! Our team don't need no strategy! We have the Lightning!" The football jock said, posing.

"You know I'm right here." Eva glared.

"Yeah, remind Lightning who won the challenge last time?" Lightning smirked.

"I could have done it!" The iron woman said, looking like she was about to punch him.

"Sha please-"

"Lightning, if you don't stop poking the bear I'll let it maul you." Noah warned.

"Lightning don't see no bear?" The football jock replied in confusion.

Noah gave him a flat look.

The map of the world is shown with a flying over an approximation of Europe. Then we see economy class. Xena is looking out the window. "We appear to be somewhere in the alps. This does little to narrow down our location, but we should be prepared for winter conditions."

"Welcome my Wiener schnitzels!" Chris said over the intercom. A shot of Chris and Chef in the cockpit is shown. "In preparation for landing, please unbuckle your seatbelts and head to the cargo hold."

The fifteen contestants are shown in the cargo hold. The next thing they knew the bottom of the plane came out from under them, sending them into the snow. We focus on Alejandro who hears a scream from above. He held out his hands and Noah landed in his arms. "Uh, thanks?"

"Of course we are allies after all." Alejandro replied, flashing him a grin.

Xena reached down and offered her hand to Brick. "Do you require assistance?"

The cadet took her hand. "It's good to see you're trying to do better."

Topher popped out of the snow, Anne Maria followed. They looked at each other. "Your hair?!" They grabbed their heads. "My hair!" Then both screamed.

Chris arrived riding a parachute with a fan attached to it somehow. "Guten Tag and welcome to Deutschland AKA Germany." He said in a hushed tone. "We're in avalanche territory so you might want to keep it down."

"Sha what! Lightning just realized he missed his PDA!" The football jock yelled. The snow on the mountain shook, but luckily Eva had covered his mouth.

"Welcome to today's musical challenge." The host continued in a soft tone. "Avoid the songalanche. To avoid a potentially fatal tumble down the mountain and a sucktackular climb back up you better keep the singing nice and not loud."

[ Song Eight: Eine Kleine)

The mountain top shook. Noah turned to Duncan. " Keep it down, can you do that you brute?"

Duncan rolled his eyes, arms crossed. "Of course, I can, I wanna snag the loot!"

Amy scoffed from next to him. "You can try, but you are of out luck, cause your team really sucks," She sang as She walked back to her team.

Amber glared at the cheerleader confronationally. "You'll be the next one out, of that I have no doubt."

Nearby Topher and Anne Maria sing their reply. "As long I'm not the one who leaves the plane!"

Xena is singing next to Jo. "If you work quite hard, and lead the charge there is nothing that can defeat you, you , you! "

Jo smirked. "Well, it's about the time someone gets just how much I do, do, do!"

Alejandro is watching this exchange suspiciously. "It seems that Xena has some scheme."

Brick is also watching. " I hope Jo leads her team."

Gwen rolled her eyes. "I guess that you can dream."

Dawn looks nervous as she watches the exchange. "We'll need the help I deem."

Tyler excitedly jumps in. "Let's go to the extreme." He trips on the snow and falls right into Eva.

Eva grabs him and swings him around before throwing him several feet. "That really, really, really, makes me steam!"

Lightning's eyes widen as he watches Eva's throw. "Sha dang girl, Lightning underestimated you!" He leaps into the air and cheers. "Sha booyah!"

the inevitable avalanche happened. Luckily it only carried them a bit down the mountain. Of course Chris laughing at their expense didn't make the situation better.

They headed up to the mountain's peak Lightning sniffed. "Lightning smells something good!" He ran ahead to see piles of meat."Protein!" He was about to dig in when Alejandro stopped him.

"You can't eat that it's raw!" Alejandro protested.

"Dude, don't you know raw protein is good for you?" the football jock said. Alejandro gave him the most deadpan look in response.

Chris began to explain their next challenge. "Don't think of this as raw meat, think of it as raw building material. Over 1500 species of sausage call Germany home. Hence the theme of our most efficient challenge yet:"

"SHUT UP UND STUFF IT!" Chef barked appearing from seemingly nowhere.

"Danken, Chef." Chris thanked him. "Each team must make a giant German sausage by shoveling meat into the grinder, push it down and grind the mixture into an oversized sausage casing, all without losing a finger or toe."

"What about thumbs? They cool?" Tyler asked.

Anne Maria had her mouth covered. "Sausages? This is the worst challenge yet!"

Topher looked like he agreed, already seeming green. "I think I might vomit."

"Count yourselves lucky you're not making hotdogs. No beaks, hooves, or butts in this meat pile." Chris told them. Amy looked disgusted that the thought.

ou'll have to shovel fast or risk getting stuck with an incomplete will be a lot harder to ride down the hill."

A sunny hill with a full rainbow in the sky above is shown. "Uh, no not that hill." An incredibly dangerous hill with sharp juts of rock sticking out in several places is shown. "That's the spot!" Most of the cast looked horrified.

"It's been a while since the last reward challenge Chris. Can we expect one?" Gwen asked.

Team Chris runs to their meat grinder. "We'll need my strength on the grinder. Xena, shovel the meat into the grinder. Gwen and Tyler stuff like your life depends on it" Brick said. Everyone readily took their positions.

Meanwhile team Valkyrie was having a much harder time. "I'm working the grinder! Tweedle Dee, Braids, you shovel. Tan in a can, Slowpher, tree hugger, you stuff."

Everyone immediately began to complain. Jo snapped. "Shut up! I don't need back talk!"

"You couldn't have chosen worse people to stuff the sausage. Not to mention I can't work with Amy!" Amber said.

"I don't want to touch the meat." Anne Maria gagged.

"I feel like I'll puke just looking at it." Topher moaned.

"I can't touch meat!" Dawn swallowed.

"Enough! I've said my piece! Now get to work!" Jo ordered.

Amber rolled her eyes. "Fine. Come on Amy." She blinked, the cheerleader was gone. "Where'd she run off now?"

With Team Conquest another argument was taking place. Between Lightning and Eva. "I should grind I'm the strongest." The iron woman said.

"No way! Just cause you threw Tyler across the mountain top doesn't mean you're stronger than the Lightning!" The football jock said.

Duncan, Alejandro, and Noah are all watching. "My money's on Lightning." Duncan said.

"Eva would kick his butt." Noah smirked.

"We need to stop this before it gets out of hand." Alejandro moved to intervene but Noah held out an arm.

"I've got this." The cynic said. He walked over to Lightning. "Lightning, Eva will be using the grinder."

"Why should Lightning listen to you?!" The football joke asked.

A cruel smile took Noah's face. "Because if you don't I'll reveal your real name. Right here. On international TV."

Lightning looked shocked. "Lightning doesn't know what you talking about girl!"

"Remember, I was Chris assistant for quite some time. He had me orginize files all the time. I know what I'm talking about." Noah smirked evilly. "Shall I reveal it in song?"

"No, no. That's fine. Lightning will back down. Not cause of you, though. I just decided I'd be better at the shoveling." The football jock said.

As the argument went on Amy is seen in the background. She tears a small hole in the team's sausage casing and runs off.

Later in the challenge the teams are all about finished. Team Valkyrie is behind the others however, with only three fourths of their sausage filled. All three stuffers looked ready to pass out. Jo rolled her eyes from her spot at the grinder."The faster you stuff, the quicker it'll be over with!"

Team Chris was finished first. Brick got them ready to ride their sausage down the mountain.

Team Conquest wasn't far behind, moving their own sausage into place to go down the mountain. They climbed on. Brick's eyes widened as he realized the other team had left a trail of meat behind. "Alejandro sir!"

The Spaniard turned to him. "Yes Brick,"

"You're sausage, its-" He began.

"Why are we waiting around talking to the enemy team?" Lightning said, interrupting him. "Let's go!" He pushed off from his spot at the back, making the sausage begin its descent.

Brick turned to Xena. "did you have anything to do with this?"

"I was on top of the grinder the entire time we were stuffing. How would I have found the time?" Xena pointed out.

"Fair point." The cadet relented.

"We have to go after them!" Tyler said. Pushing off for his own team. Chris called after them. "Forgot to mention, watch out for the rabid mountain goats! they're super deadly!" He chuckled. "We brought him in special."

Back at the top Chef opened a crate to reveal a baby goat. A nearby older goat threatens it but the baby eats him whole. It leaps down the mountain. We see the two teams neck and neck. The goat lands in front of them and growls. The teams looked worried. Then the goat dove at them.

The goat leapt at the two teams riding down the hill. It headed for team Conquest first. Everyone ducked except Lightning, who the goat began to maul. "What?! Get off the Lightning you stupid goat!"

Lightning began to fight back, eventually getting the goat by the scruff of its neck and threw it from them.

Alejandro frowned. "Is it just me, or is our sausage getting smaller?"

Noah looked behind them. "We're leaking meat! There must be a hole in the casing!"

"Meidra! I hope we get to the bottom before we don't have a sausage anymore!" The Spaniard cried

Duncan began to kick at the ground. "Try to gain a little speed."

Back at the top of the mountain Team Valkyrie had finished their sausage. "Finally let's get going!" Jo ordered. The six quickly clambered onto the sausage. "Everyone kick off!" The jockette told them. They all did so and the sausage started down the mountain. They quickly hit a slope and flew into the air, landing farther down the mountain.

Team Chris is moving down the mountain. Brick has managed to get a stick and is doing his best to steer clear of the many obstacles in their way. Team Conquest is behind them, their sausage nearly gone at this point. Team Chris crosses the finish line first, followed shortly by Team Victory. Team Valkyrie crossed last, none too happy about how much slower they were.

All contestants are shown lying on the ground in front of what appears to be a platform. They groan from their not so graceful landing. On the platform stand Chris, and Chef. "Congrats on arriving first, Team Chris is really evil." Chris began, putting an emphasis on really.

"On to part Zwei of today's challenge! Competitors must learn and perform a traditional German Dance on this very platform. The mats are rigged to deliver a hilarious and painful jolt every time one of you missteps. Or I need a laugh. the last team standing wins."

"Where are the rewards you promised us?" Alejandro asked.

"Patience meine flower." The host replied. "Team Chris is really, really, really, really, evil, first to arrive, first to get the reward."

Chef tossed some metal helmets at Team Chris. Tyler caught one and fell over. "These are really heavy."

"Yes they are." Chris acknowledged. "Team Conquest?" Chef tossed them fluffy snow hats with ear flaps.

"Huh, this seems like the better reward." Noah said with a smirk. Chris ignored him.

"And in last place, Team Valkyrie." Chef threw a set of green feather caps at the six.

Anne Maria. "I'm not subjecting my poof to this atrocity."

Amber rolled her eyes. "As if you could fit it on to that hair."

"Now since team Chris has lost the most, let's even things up. Teams Conquest and Valkyrie three dance two sit out." Alejandro, Noah,and Duncan stepped forward for Team Conquest, and Jo, Dawn and Topher for Valkyrie. "Team Chris is really, really, really, really, evil, two dance three sit out." Brick and Xena stepped forward.

"And how exactly is two against three fair?" Brick asked.

"You're kidding right?" Chris asked. "And which member of the losing team must wear der penalty hosen?" Chris asked.

"I'm pretty sure Dawn's the only person who can fit into those." Amber pointed out.

"Fair point. Dawn, congratulations." Chris smirked, throwing the hosen at her. Dawn didn't seem too upset.

Later the eight dancers are on a mat each. Jo is next to Topher, Brick is next to Xena, Alejandro is next to Duncan, and Noah is next to Dawn who is now in the hosen.

"How do you look even more twee than normal?" Noah deadpanned.

"Why thank you Noah. I think they suit me oddly enough." Dawn smiled.

"That's German for SHUT UP!" Chef told them. "Follow my lead and nobody gets hurt. Yet." The music started and Chef began to dance making the movements as he said them. "Right knee up, left arm swings, stomp, hop, slap your thighs. Kick your butt, jump, and clap."

Confessional

Topher: The dance was really stupid, but obviously I can do it flawlessly. You never know when you'll need to dance on international TV.

Static

We see that Topher is indeed good at dancing as he follows Chef's movements perfectly. Jo on the other hand is failing rather badly next to him. The blonde laughs. "I can't believe you insisted on dancing when you're so bad at it! Don't worry though, I've got this."

Jo glares at Topher and is clearly about to say something, but a flat voice stops her. "Ignore him." The focus moves out to show that Xena is on Jo's other side dancing as well as Topher but with zero enthusiam. "You can do whatever you set your mind to. You just need to focus."

Jo smirked. "Of course I can."

The focus shifted a little right to show Brick next to Xena. "I'm glad you're trying to make up for your actions, but perhaps encouraging Jo to ignore her team isn't the best?"

"I am merely doing what I think is best." The over logical girl said.

The focus shifted over to Alejandro, watching with interest.

(Confessional)

Alejandro: I'm pretty sure I know what Xena is doing, and I must say its an excellent stratagy to use against Jo. Overconfidence is her biggest weak point. I could say something, but she's not on my team. (He smirks) You understand.

Static

Chris pressed the remote yet again. This time everyone was shocked. The contestants groaned in pain. "It's challenge time! Last person standing on the platform wins the challenge for their team." Chris told him. He chuckled. "This is gonna be fun."

Chef raised the mats, and they were now arranged so that each competitor was up against someone from a different team. Duncan was against Jo, Xena was against Alejandro, Brick was against Dawn, and Topher was against Noah.

The challenge began, everyone started slapping their opponent's immediately. Topher and Noah were both adept at the dancing, but Topher was stronger and easily managed to slap Noah, followed by a quick kick to his legs. Noah fell off.

Xena and Alejandro were also both good at the dance. Xena was dodging all of the Spaniard's slaps and other attempts to get her off the platform. There's only so long you can dodge though, and eventually she ran out of stamina, which made it simple for Alejandro to slap her off.

Brick and Dawn were both dancing. Brick is a bit of a klutz while Dawn effortlessly moved. Despite this Brick is withstanding the shocks he's taking just fine. Dawn's slaps were weak and barely moved him. Brick slapped her back and she fell off. "I apologize but I must win for my team!" He called down.

Duncan and Jo were both pretty bad at the dancing. They were both being shocked quite a lot. Both seemed more focused on kicking the crap out of each other. Eventually Jo got fed up and kicked Duncan in the kiwis. Which made it all too easy to hit him off.

The final four. Brick vs Jo, Alejandro vs Topher. Teammates called out encouragement. "You're our last hope Alejandro. You'd better win!" Noah yelled.

"You've got this Brick!" Tyler cheered.

"Thanks for the encouragement soldier!" Brick called down.

Alejandro and Topher began to duke it out. Both were expert dancers, and while Alejandro was stronger, Topher wasn't backing down. He smirked at Alejandro. "I know your weak point!~" Topher smirks. With that he hit Alejandro in the face. The Spaniard was so shocked that the blonde was easily able to push him off.

Jo and Brick meanwhile are both very bad at dancing. Jo is hitting Brick as much as she can, while Brick just takes it. "What are you doing huh?" The jockette taunted. "Why haven't you hit me yet?"

"A good soldier examines their enemies for weaknesses before acting." Brick explained.

Jo scoffed. "Whatever, plot all you want. I'm still gonna kick your ass!"

After a fashion Brick pulled his hand back. "Know that I take no pleasure in this." He said before striking Jo. He was clearly trying to hit her in the shoulder, but Jo moved to dodge causing him to strike her in the neck instead. Jo passed out immediately, falling off the platform.

Brick's eyes widened. "I must have hit a pressure point!" He jumped off the platform and lifted her from the snow. "I'm sorry! That was low of me."

"Team Valkyrie wins!" Chris cheered.

Brick took Jo to her team and lay her down. "I really am sorry."

"It's alright. I can see from your aura that you didn't mean to." Dawn said. "You really care for her don't you?"

"I care for everyone." Brick replied. The moonchild just smiled knowingly.

"Team Valkyrie, fresh baked strudel awaits you in first class." Chris told them the team cheered.

"Team I am so delicously evil, you're not winning, not losing purgatory." They looked disappointed. "And team Conquest had lost for a second time. Is this the beginning of a losing streak?" Team conquest looked very annoyed. Chris grinned. "But lucky you! This was only a reward challenge!

There was no change in expression from the team in question. The host looked disappointed.

(Confessional)

Jo: When I came to, Tree hugger explained what happened. Brick for brains could have won the whole thing! Why on earth would he check to see I'm okay?!

Static

Jo is in the main area with Brick. "What are you up to?"

"Nothing?" the cadet said.

"Oh please, was this just some ploy to make me let my guard down? Because it won't work! I'm going to win this competition, so save your fake pity for some who'll fall for it!" The jockette said.

Brick sighed. "I don't know what I can say to convince you I'm just trying to help. I can understand your anger at me after how I hurt you, but I want you to know I'm sorry. I will make up for it somehow." With that, Brick saluted and exited the area. The focus moves to show that Xena is watching from inside the confessional.

(Confessional)

Xena: Interesting. It seems that Brick is developing some kind of emotional connection with Jo. Perhaps that I why he wants to help her despite it being against his best interests. I'll need to keep an eye on that.

Static

We see Chris in the cockpit of the jumbo jet. "As will I Xena." the host smirked. "Will Brick ever break down Jo's walls? What will Xena do next? And is Alejandro going to say anything? Find out next time on Total Drama World Tour!"

A/N: First off I really enjoy writing the Eva vs Lightning stuff. It wasn't going to be such a huge thing orginally but it keeps coming up because it just makes sense. We have two bullheaded people, they're gonna clash. Plus it gave me an opportunity to finally have Noah threaten to reveal Lightning's real name which I've been sitting on all season.

Amy's still sabotaging team Conquest and still mad at Dawn. Amber's still defending Dawn, but the best part is that I finally got to work Dawn's uncomfortable aura reading thing into the Jock plotline.

Speaking of said plotline. Much like canon this episode marks a bit of a turning point. Brick accidently knocked out Jo and immediately goes to help her because that's just the kind of guy Brick is. Jo doesn't understand why he'd do it though and that's gonna be something she's trying to figure out for a while.

Xena's whole thing this episode is similar to Alejandro's plan in canon. I figured it worked well this way, because Brick isn't going to think that Xena complimenting Jo is anything nefarious. He's concerned about the effect It'll have on her sure, but he doesn't suspect Xena knows what she's doing here.

And of course Alejandro knows what Xena's up to. He's a master manipulator so he can see the plan in action. Of course he's not actually going to do anything about it because even though he's been redeemed, he's still Alejandro.
