Hello everyone. Sorry about the delay. I was waiting until the site was fixed. I'm not sure if anyone saw the last two chapters, so I recommend reading them first if you haven't to get caught up.
Also, I was having a hard time thinking of what the mutated pets could do.
Once again, I'm sorry for such a long delay. I always try to get a chapter out every three days.
Anyway, the Louds and Rosato's now have to bring their mutated pets back.
Lets get to it.
The heroes followed their mutated pets through the tunnel, and it soon ended in a secret exit that led to the outside. Once the pets were outside, they all split off to go on their rampage.
"Alright, we literally have to split up." High Card said. "Superboy and Sungirl, you go after Ajax. Supergirl, Sunboy, Strong Suit, and Eight Of Spades, you go after Charles and Cliff. Shazam, Night Club, Joker, Queen Of Diamonds, you go after Geo. Me, Eleven Of Hearts, Royal Flush, Card Counter, and The Deuce will go after Walt."
The team all nodded at their leader's orders. With a loud boom, Superboy and Sungirl flew off after Ajax. Supergirl, Sunboy, and Eight Of Spades flew after Charles and Cliff, while Strong Suit ran after him. Shazam and Night Club flew after Geo, Queen Of Diamonds copied Shazam's flight ability and flew off after them as well, while The Joker stretched her arms out to a building and launched herself in the direction of Geo as well. Card Counter flew after Walt while High Card, Royal Flush, Eleven Of Hearts, and the deuce all ran after Walt.
At the north side of Hazeltucky, Ajax was destroying everything in his path. He was crushing cars and tossing them away. He also managed to destroy some buildings. Luckily, no one was in them.
Superboy and Sungirl soon arrived. Sungirl was devastated at what had become of her beloved Ajax.
"My poor baby." She wept. "My Ajax is a monster now."
Superboy hugged his girlfriend, and she cried in his shoulder.
"We'll get him back, my love." Superboy assured. "I promise you."
Ajax saw them and roared at them. Sungirl then gained a look of determination.
"You're right, we'll get him back." Sungirl told Superboy.
Ajax then charged forward at the two heroes. Superboy and Sungirl flew to the side to avoid the attack.
"AJAX, HEEL!" Sungirl ordered.
Ajax responded by trying to throw some punches at Superboy and Sungirl. They managed to dodge them all. Ajax then jumped back, and he ran forward at full speed to try to grab the two heroes, but they quickly flew up before he could grab them.
"COME ON, AJAX! THIS ISN"T YOU!" Sungirl told him.
Ajax let out a loud roar, and he leapt high into the air and tried body slamming the Loud hero and the Rosato hero. The heroes flew back to dodge the attack, and Ajax slammed onto the ground with enormous force.
Seeing that his attack didn't hit them, he was furious now. Ajax then took a deep breath, and he breathed out a massive torrent of fire. Superboy and Sungirl quickly flew up to dodge it. The two heroes then flew down and grabbed Ajax by the arms and pinned him down to the ground.
"Come on, Ajax. I know you're in there." Superboy said.
"Come on, boy. It's me." Sungirl said
Ajax went inside his shell and spun around rapidly, freeing him from their grasp. Ajax then picked up several cars and threw them at both the Loud hero and the Rosato hero. The two eleven year old heroes punched the cars away. Ajax then leapt up and tried slamming both his fists down on Superboy and Sungirl, but they flew to the side to dodge the attack.
"Ajax, listen to my voice." Sungirl pleaded. "You know my voice. Remember the day we adopted you. You were the cutest puppy ever. You were so nervous when we brought you home, and it was me who soothed you. Remember all the times I held you, fed you, cuddled with you. You are my fur baby, Ajax. I love you."
Ajax's eyes widened, and he calmed down. He then went over to the two heroes and licked their faces.
"AJAX, YOU'RE BACK!" Both heroes cheered as they hugged him.
With Charles and Cliff, they were attacking together. They were both swiping cars away and slashing them with their claws. Supergirl, Sunboy, Strong Suit, and Eight Of Spades then arrived.
"Stand down!" Strong Suit commanded. "We don't want to have to hurt you."
Charles and Cliff growled at them, and then roared. They pounced forward and and tried to slash the four heroes with their claws. The four of them managed to dodge the attacks. The mutants then jumped high into the air and tried to clam down on the heroes, Charles tried to slam down on Supergirl and Sunboy, Cliff tried to slam down on Strong Suit and Eight Of Spades. They all moved out of the way in time.
"HEEL, YOU TWO!" Supergirl commanded.
"Just calm down." Sunboy told the pets.
Charles and Cliff responded by trying to bite them. Supergirl and Sunboy flew up to dodge the attack. Charles and Cliff then raised their front legs off the ground, and slammed them down creating a shockwave, but the heroes dodged it. Strong Suit then tackled Cliff to the ground. At the same time, Eight Of Spades summoned tendrils to restrain Charles. When Strong Suit brought Stiff to the ground, Eight Of Spades used tendrils to restrain him too.
The two mutated pets roared as they tried to escape their bonds, but the tendrils were too strong.
"Charles, Cliff, listen to me." Eight Of Spades said. "Do you two recognize my voice? We're your owners. Remember all the good times you had with the family. Remember when my brother found you, Charles. He took you in, and gave you a home. Cliff, It was my little sister who found you in a trash can. We have always loved you two, and we always will."
Charles and Cliff's eyes widened as they calmed down. They then whined.
"It's ok, none of this was your faults." Sunboy assured.
Eight Of Spades got rid of the tendrils, freeing the two mutants.
Meanwhile, Geo was using his tarantula body to his advantage. His eight legs were now causing an insane amount of destruction. Shazam, Night Club, The Joker, and Queen Of Diamonds arrived. Geo's first response seeing them was to lunge forward and try to plunge his fangs in to any of them to inject venom. The four heroes dodged his fangs.
"GEO, CALM DOWN!" Night Club ordered.
But Geo didn't listen. Instead he tried to slam two of his legs down on Night Club. She flew to the side to dodge the attack. The Joker extended her arms to grab one go Geo's ears. She then proceeded to pull herself onto his head. Geo tried shaking her off, but she managed to hang on.
"What a wild ride." The Joker joked. "Hahahaha, get it?"
Seeing that he couldn't shake The Joker off, Geo turned to the other three heroes. He tried to grab Queen Of Diamonds with his eight legs, but she still had Shazam's flight ability, and she flew off before he could grab her.
Shazam then flew in front of him.
"Geo, it's us." He said.
Geo responded by rearing his head up, fangs ready to strike. Shazam quickly flew out of the way. Geo's fangs plunged through the ground instead. He tried to pull himself out, but his fangs were too deep in the ground.
"Geo, it's us." Queen Of Diamonds said. "Remember what we have done for you. We gave you a home, we gave you food. We've always been there for you. Come back to us, Geo. We love you."
Geo'e eyes widened and he calmed down. He then saw the heroes, and whimpered.
"It's ok, Geo. We're right here." Night Club assured. "But let's get those fangs out."
The Joker then manipulated the ground so that it was softer, so Geo was able to free his fangs. When Geo was freed, he hugged the four heroes with one leg each.
With Walt, he was pretty much flying in and slashing buildings with his talons. High Card, Eleven Of Hearts, Royal Flush, Card Counter, and The Deuce all arrived. They saw Walt flying upwards.
"WALT, HEEL!" Royal Flush commanded.
Walt then dove down toward the four heroes and aimed his talons at them. High Card ran out of the way and used her telekinesis to get Eleven Of Hearts out of the way, Card Counter flew to the side, and The Deuce shrunk down to the size of an ant.
Before High Card could get Royal Flush out of the way, Royal Flush grabbed onto Walt's legs and held on as he flew side to side to try to shake her off.
"ROYAL FLUSH!" High Card cried out.
Card Counter flew after Walt to save Royal Flush.
Royal Flush kept her grip as Walt tried to kick her off.
"WALT, IT'S ME!" She said.
Walt responded by flying vertically high into the air while twisting around to try to get Royal Flush to let go, but she kept her grip. Card Counter flew up to Walt's head.
"Walt, cease this rampage immediately!" Card Counter ordered.
Walt didn't listen. Instead he dove back toward the ground at incredible speed to try to get Royal Flush to let go. But she held on. Card Counter flew back to Walt's face.
"You must stop this!" Card Counter told him.
"Walt, remember everything me and the others have done for you!" Royal Flush pleaded. "Remember all the treats we've given you, the birdhouse I made you. All the love me and the others have given you. We love you, buddy!"
"I may see animals as test subjects." Card Counter admitted. "But you are family, Walt."
Walt then slowed down and descended toward the ground slowly this time. He then gently set Royal Flush down, and Card Counter landed next to them.
"WALT, YOU'RE BACK!" Royal Flush cheered.
She then hugged Walt, and Card Counter, High Card, and Eleven Of Hearts joined in. Walt then hugged them all with one wing.
Outside of Sterkov's shelter, Dr. Nikola Sterkov was grinning evilly.
"Finally, I have the perfect beasts." He said. "At long last, the world will give me everything I want, and no one will stop me!"
Roars were then heard. Nikola then saw that the mutants were coming back. But what concerned him was that the heroes were right alongside them. Royal Flush then looked at The Joker and copied her extendable limbs. She then extended her arm and grabbed Nikola, and pulled him over to her and the others.
"You will pay for what you did to these innocent animals!" Royal Flush told them.
"How did you all free them?" Nikola asked.
"Because we are good." Superboy answered. "Now let's teach you a lesson in pain."
The heroes then prepared to beat him up, but Ajax let out a soft roar.
"Hand on, team." Royal Flush said. "Ajax said he had a more suitable fate for him."
The heroes all moved aside for Ajax. Ajax then grabbed Nikola in his hand and let out a loud roar right to his face.
"No, you can't do this!" Nikola yelled in fear.
Ajax then devoured Dr. Nikola Sterkov. He was no more.
"Come on, let's head home so I can work on a cure for them." Card Counter said.
Eight Of Spades then teleported herself and the other back to the Loud house.
And the heroes have freed the pets, now all that's left is to turn them back to normal.
