hi. my name is FairyTailLink, this is my firt story so im a bit nervous about it. its a fairy tail, legend of zelda crossover, tears of the kingdom link. with if it gets enough likes some one piece as well later. apologies for the bad writing, this is my first time so it might be a bit jumbled.

disclaimer i don't own any of these franchises, they belong to nintendo and whatever frhanchise publishes fairy tail.

chapter 1

to a new adventure!

Its been a nice day, burds are singing, ganon is dead, and zelda is safe. we find Link in a house he had made just ouside lookout landing, with his now sister, Zelda. Link finally able to get rest is sleeping in.

"hey link! wake up you sleepy head! gosh how is my brother so lazy!" zelda questions aloud after knocking link on the side of the head to wake him up. "I thought you were going ti go explore outside hyrule, but i guess thats just happening in your dreams."

"I'm up zelda I'm up no need to yell." groans our groggy hero of hyrule, still half asleep. "well hurry up! we still got a few of ganons soldiers behind death mountain, i need you to take care of then before you leave, and we got meetings with Purah and..." zelda keeps listing off things that need to get done, , as Link changes into his champion gear, body flashing a golden yellow as he does so.

"Hey Zelda, if you need me to go, stop droning on about what you need to get done. i left lunch and dinner ingredients in the fridge for you, and ill call you with the purah pad when I find a new town k?" He asks with a hint of annoyance, just wanting her to stop.

with those words leaving zelda pouting, Link walks out the door, and teleports to the eldin shrine atop death mountain. after making a quick zonai flying device so he can get around easier, he flys ti the eldin great skeleton, considering that theres a few moblin camps there.

when he gets there however, the moblins and bokoblins seem to be in combat with someone else! link immediately changes into his glide armor before jumping down ti help what he thinks is this helpless young man.

a few minutes before link starts his day*

"so your just worried some weird creatures across that chasm are going to steal your crops?" a certain pink haired dragon slayer askes his most recent client. "this should be a piece of cake! ill join the S class trials this year for sure! come on, happy!" Natsu calls his little flying cat companion over as they prepare to jump the chasm. "Aye, sir!"

Happy grabs natsus vest and they glide over the chasm to deal with these unknown creatures.

"Hey long nose! wanna fight?" Natsu yells openly to the entire camp, which consists of one white moblin, a white lizalfos, and two black bokoblins. the moblin blows a horn and alerts the rest of the gang, which seems to ne a lot more than expected, instead of four its more like 10.

"happy stay here. IM ALL FIRED UP NOW!" natsu yells as his fists envelop in flames, the monsters all picking up there various weapons before charging him.

"Fire Dragons Roar!" Natsu puts his two fists together , and a magic circle appears, creating a cone of fire that burns all of the mobs, them now trying to put out the fire.

suddenly three explosions occur in front of natsu, as link glides down, landing in front of natsu. "hey kid! what are you doing here? these mobs are dangerous!"

"who are you calling a kid elf boy!? im 19 for crying out loud!" Natsu argues with Link. the mobs staring at them in disbelief before shrugging there shoulders and attacking again.

"never mind that now, lets just kill these moblins!" Link draws his royal broadsword and starts hacking and slashing the mons, while natsu punches them left and right.

authors note: ill save you the trouble of seeing them fight mindless creatures so heres after the battle

Link is glaring at happy. "what is this new creature of ganon? i dont trust him" link questions, with is sword still drawn"

"this monster is my friend happy. Im Natsu by the way. sorry for yelling at you earlier, this was my job to take care of these monsters so I was miffed when you came in." Natsu smiles his toothy smile, and eats any fire that the monsters bomb barrels might have left.

"say your strong, wanna come back with me an join Fairy tail?" natsu asks while stuffing his face. "you'll meet a lot of cool people it'll be fun"

Link is barely paying attention to his words as he stares at natsu, eating the fire. "how are you eating fire? and whats this fairy tail you speak of?"

natsu chuckles. "so your not from Fiore. il explain. i can eat fire because im a dragon slayer, i was raised by a dragon and learned its magic. eating fire replenishes that magic. and Fairy tail is one of the many guilds of Fiore, guilds are groups of people that take on jobs that require magic, and they help people with there problems basicly."

Link ponders the invitation. "well I am trying to find a new adventure, so why not ill join" Link offers his own soft smile and natsu jumps up.

"Great! Then follow me this way!" Natsu and happy lead Link over the chasm and towards a new adventure.
