Hello to all, this is Chapter 12 of the new mini Arc of Volume 6: Rise of the Executioners!

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.

Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!

Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 12: The Will of Hatred and Power! Sasuke VS the Dark Lord Army!

Previously in DKR:

Jonouchi's duel against Yami Marik continued as Jonouchi plays his hugest counterattack, using the new Gilita monster to banish the fake Ra but Marik counters it by getting rid of his God. However, this is what Jonouchi wanted as he summoned forth not just Archfiend Black Skull Dragon but Jinzo as well. Yami Marik, enraged, tried to bring back Ra as a final attempt to crush his prey but Jonouchi wanted this, playing Red-Eyes Soul to inflict damage using the original Red-Eyes. The combo worked as the masochist was finally defeated… but now Yami Marik attends to kill Jonouchi with his Resurrección.

Yugi tried to assist, even with the sudden arrival of Taichi and Agumon who were teleported here by force, but Maximilian's full power was too grand, summoning Hollowified soldiers to overpower them. Luckily, Jonouchi was saved by Kojan, also in this world and they were both protected by the arrival of Mew Ichigo. Overjoyed to see her and she asking for him to finish this, Yugi unleashed his True Burst Limit and utterly defeated both Arrancars with little difficulty, ending the fight with the upgraded Dragonaun Lancer. Kojan didn't take it so well; horrified by Yugi's potential as he kills Yami Marik for good.

Yugi and Ichigo tried to embrace only for her to be taken by the third, masked Dragon Killer Arrancar but not before Yugi latched Jonouchi onto him; giving him some time as he tried to get to their location at full force. Ichigo and the uninvited Jonouchi arrived before Aizen who prepared to leave to gain the Soul Key to enter the Soul Palace but not before he revealed the reason why he brought her here: To confirm that she is an Inner Demon user. This brought dread to Ichigo's psyche as Aizen left, leaving the masked Arrancar to get rid of her now.

Will Yugi make it on time? But first…

Akumu prepared to confront Aizen, the Shinigami and the world with his forces and his Executioners… with Sasuke Uchiha leading them. What happened here?

And now the conclusion... 2 weeks ago since Ichigo's kidnapping:

Walking far under their leader's orders, the former Hebi, now Team Taka, are walking among the streets of Tokyo once more. The group, with the exception of Selvaria and Houndour who did not join, had just finished recovering from their fight against the 8th Tailed Jinchuuriki.

''Hey, Sasuke." Suigetsu begins to question their leader. ''I know your goals and revenge have changed and all…" As he gulps, looking at the large tower of Equalord Enterprise. ''But why the hell are we going back here?"

Not answering him at first, Sasuke's eyes are haunting towards that building. Something about the Dark Lord has bothered him deeply and he must confirm it.

''Hey, I'm just saying last time we could have gotten more help'' Suigetsu begins to say that he doesn't want a similar incident like against that insanely strong Jinchuriki was. Sasuke makes no comment, only making a face of annoyance. Not by needing more help; overestimating his chances.

Selvaria walks up beside the Uchiha and asks him calmly yet firm. "Are you upset how that fight with the Jinchuriki turned out?"

"…" Sasuke still scowls, recalling how he nearly died multiple times by that opponent. He isn't going to make that same mistake again, proclaiming. "I got careless and overconfident. It won't happen again."

"Dour!" Houndour barks, also going to do her best to protect him. Sasuke doesn't even smile, causing the dog mon to whine. Selvaria sighs as he's acting like Maximilian; coldly to everyone wanting him to be happy. How ironic is fate that the person he's been hunting down this whole time, his own brother, truly loved him. This broke Sasuke and that worries her.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT F**KING A**HOLE!" Screaming on top of his office, Akumu is having a tantrum for the 10th time this day since Ichigo was captured by- "AAAIIIIIZZZZZZEEEENNNNNN!" He roars so loudly that the glass window shatters into pieces.

Dark General groans worryingly while Evangeline is wearing earmuffs; too painful to hear his yelling again. Arkham hums, having hoped to relax his nerves with a small therapy only to confirm that the Dark Lord hates someone who could have become a great ally.

"I am surprised. As someone who should become your ally; that Sosuke Aizen is cruel to just snatch your niece." Arkham comments, finding this fascinating. Maybe siding with a man like Aizen would be better... then again, he wouldn't enjoy himself as much as he is right now with the Dark Lord.

Dark General scoffs at his ideal of interest and tells him off harshly. "What did you expect, mortal? That man views all as puppets and my lord is no exception." He too has seen that man's cruelty; views any as tools.

"… Then rescue her.'' Evangeline suggests calming, taking a seat on Akumu's throne chair as she levitates a few potions, crafting something up. ''Unless you think that man and his army is stronger than yours, Akumu?''

Akumu snarls at her; fully aware that is the easier solution to his frustration but that's not the reason.

''I would go now and alone. No army could oppose me now…'' He explains, fully confident he can go through each one of his Espadas, which includes Barragan the former King of the Hollows. The old man is nothing compared to the fury and power of a dragon but then admits the problem with a firm gaze. "But then how do I explain myself to my niece.''

Evangeline realizes what he's referring to; how his berserk- no, the spirits of the past Dark Lord were in control before he was finally freed, mentioned him being the Dark Lord to Ichigo. That was when Akumu had to go through the whole scheme to lie that he was not the Dark Lord and it worked… as long as he didn't reveal it wasn't true.

''You did tell me of your mishap when you were not under control.'' She recalls the story he shared with her when his mind and body weren't his when he broke free from his seal. She too wouldn't have been sane, trapped in such a tight compressed dimension like that.

''Precisely, Eva dear. I can't risk if Aizen uses Ichigo to get me to reveal my identity to her.'' Akumu then explains his problem of charging in. He knows Aizen; he will do anything to toy with others to break them down and easier to manipulate for his own schemes. ''It's too soon to tell her the truth. I need more time.''

Evangeline looks away for a moment as she utters softly. ''More like a push.'' She curls her lips into a smirk; going to need to show Ichigo the natural power of the dark as soon as she's brought back.

Akumu overhears that and scoffs, wondering about that as he says just as annoyed. ''I'll leave it to the boy to save my niece. I don't have any-''

Just then his phone rang as he answered it.

''Akumu-san, I'm going home now.'' His secretary, Chinna, informs her boss from the phone that she'll be leaving for the day. Akumu allows it as he proclaims. "Thank you Chinna-chan, you can-''

Chinna then sees a few figures approaching the door and gasps. "Oh wait!'' She stops her boss as she sets the unhanged phone on the side and begins welcoming the people walking in. ''Welcome to Equalord Enterprise! I'm-"

"I'm here to see your boss.'' Speaking firmly, Sasuke proclaims as he discards the cloak he was wearing. She gasps with rosy cheeks, remembering this handsome young man.

''Oh! You're that handsome fellow! Um…" She begins saying, trying to recall his name until she remembers with a snap of her fingers. "Sasuke-chan, right?!"

She remembers him all too well though his outfit is different. Now it's a gray zippered, high-collared, short-sleeved shirt and blue wrist warmers with the same strange pants. The most important change is that his front hair has grown, covering most of his front head. He looks more mysterious in her opinion.

''You look even hotter with your hair like-'' She begins to tease the young Uchiha but he doesn't have time for this. Sasuke immediately activates his Sharingan eyes upon her, ordering her. "Open the elevator.''

Her eyes blank out, hypnotized by the strong will of the Sharingan.

''Of course…" She utters, pressing a button on her desk. The group walks around her and enters the elevator. Chinna stands there silent while Akumu is calling her out through the phone. "Chinna? Chinna-chan?!''

Akumu grunts, hanging up as something has happened. He snaps his fingers as a holographic screen pops up and it shows Robotnik in his lab, working on the final touches of Metal Sonic's repairs and upgrades.

"Robotnik, security cameras now!'' He orders the scientist who grunts, pulling up his goggles as he tells him, checking on the camera's vid. ''Ah come on, who would be stupid enough to come here if they know who-'' He's immediately silent, rubbing the back of his head unease as he says. ''Oh, never mind.'' He shows a holographic image of Sasuke and his little group in the elevator.

Akumu sees this and slowly cracks a grin. ''My-my, right on schedule.'' He finds this perfect, even more so that the Valkyria, Selvaria, is with him. Oh this is really good for him.

''The Uchiha boy from before.'' Evangeline comments with a small smirk. She's had her eye on him since the whole Akatsuki thing. He can see his hatred; it is astonishing she'll admit though it bugs her about one thing. This might be her chance to confirm it.

''Is Metal Sonic online?'' Akumu questions the doctor as Eggman finishes up the final touches to Metal's newly improved body as he laughs eagerly. ''Oh ho ho ho, better than ever!''

Eggman then pulls up a screen with a unique symbol as he asks. ''Sage dear, is Metal ready?''

''95% completed, Doctor.'' A female-like robotic voice speaks up.

A screen pops in, revealing Vlad working on something until he overheard that voice and questions the doctor. ''The biscuit is that? An AI Program?''

Eggman scoffs, proud of his latest creation as he tells him. ''If you must know, I was working on her on the sidelines.''

Vlad hums for a moment, wishing he came up with that long ago that he actually praises him. ''Hmm, not bad Ivo.''

Eggman still snarls as he will accept his praise once he fully perfects her. ''Still need to work on her but Sage's programming is turning out excellent so far.''

Vlad hums as he turns towards the Dark Lord and tells him. ''Akumu, allow me to handle the boy.''

The Dark Lord smirks, waving his hand to let him do so.

''Um Vlad, that might be-'' Eggman begins to warn his ally but his screen poofs away to his annoyance. ''Never mind.''

Akumu still isn't worried as he looks at Arkham and orders him. ''Arkham, go.''

Arkham snickers as he vanishes. Akumu then looks back at Eggman and tells him with a small grin. ''Get Metal ready. This should be fun.''

Team Taka tries reaching the top floor as the elevator stops. However; Karin confirms this was not the top floor as she can feel people above them, floors still going up. Sasuke realizes that there must be another elevator that takes them to the higher floors then.

The group walks across the impressive floor where they were, assuming there must be another elevator up ahead of them. They walk past many rooms that look like for employees but look so clean and nicely made.

''Fancy place huh?'' Suigetsu comments, never seeing such a lived working environment like this one.

''…'' Sasuke makes no comment as his only goal is to reach the Dark Lord and-

''RRRAAAWWWRRR!'' Multiple powerful roars echo all around them as they're all surrounded by Dark Dragon Hunters and Soldiers.

''WWWWAAA!'' Both Suigetsu and Karin scream in horror.

''Seems this office building is a cover for the Dark Lord's base.'' Jugo confirms with a calm composure about his precious suspicions about this building. Sasuke just walks forward as a Dark Dragon Soldier comes at him with a lance only to suddenly get slashed in half by the Uchiha's unsheathed sword, moving so much faster than the creature. The dragon splits in half, dead to the others' shock.

''O-Oi Sasuke! A little overkill-'' Suigetsu begins to complain about his leader's action but Sasuke just charges in, slashing down more dragons with swiftness and brutality all while having a cold gaze.

''I don't have time for unintelligent creatures.'' Sasuke proclaims as he flickers his left hand, manifesting Chidori Sharp Spear like a blade and cuts through another dragon. The dragons respond with breathing flames that Sasuke dodges but the flames nearly hit the others if not for Suigetsu swinging his damaged sword to repel them and Houndour absorbing the flames with its Flash Fire ability.

''God damn it, now he's killing and we can't?!'' Suigetsu complains as he comes at one of the dragons and it thrusts its spear, stabbing him but Suigetsu becomes liquid and still slashes him down.

Karin just watches as Sasuke's Chakra has become colder, much more than when one enters the Curse Mark's second form.

''Sasuke…'' She utters with concern as he slaughters more dragons. She then notices Selvaria is watching on the sides. She scoffs, not a fan that she's still with them but at least she's a decent fighter. Jugo also notices this and asks her. ''Not going to help him.''

''He can handle himself.'' Selvaria responds calmly, trusting in his skills. She watches with a firm gaze as Sasuke has killed off the remaining dragons; able to tell how much deeper he is in the darkness. She doesn't want him to become Maximilian so she'll have to talk to him eventually.

''Dour!'' Houndour suddenly barks in dismay, smelling someone unknown is here.

''My-my, this is a surprise to get intruders.'' A voice speaks, cockily. Sasuke looks forward as Vlad becomes visibly, floating in the air in his ghost form. Plasmius smirks down at the group with his arms crossed.

Sasuke studies him and says, recognizing his form. ''You're like that other one.''

''If you mean Daniel, then yes.'' Plasmius responds, rather confidently. ''Now why are you here, boy?''

''…'' Sasuke does not answer him, not having any reason to give him a reply. Instead, he begins walking and walks under the ghost villain to his surprise.

''Did you just walk past me?'' He questions him as Sasuke mutters, still walking forward. ''And what if I did?''

Immediately a pink ghost ray hits where Sasuke is walking towards, causing the Uchiha to look up at Vlad who fired that shot.

''I don't think you understand the position you are in.'' Vlad warns the young man, his cape waving behind him. Sasuke looks at him and slowly widens his eyes, gazing at the ghost. The tomoes of his Sharingan eyes spin rapidly. Vlad sadly stares as he freezes up entirely, paralyzed. Karin gulps as that felt much more effective than most of his Sharingan Genjutsus.

''Don't get in my way.'' The Uchiha threatens him as he turns around. He tries to walk but Sasuke suddenly ducks down, missing an energy wheel saw that hits the ground. He turns around furiously as Vlad is moving and looks irritated.

''You're quite very wrong, child!'' Plasmius tells him off, snickering but still serious. ''Your silly illusions don't work on ghosts such as myself.''

Sasuke looks at him and scoffs as he tells him unimpressed. ''The last person who said could resist my eyes blew up.''

Vlad just smirks as he taunts him. ''You children are full of yourself.''

Sasuke immediately charges at him, unsheathing his katana blade, coated in electricity and swings it at his head only for Vlad to repel with a ghost energy sword he manifests. Both clash as sparks fly out before they move back.

Vlad snickers as he makes a dramatic pose, holding his ghost energy sword forward and proclaims. ''On grade.''

Sasuke glares before he comes at him. The two clash as Arkham watches them in the corner of the room, snickering as he begins to take notes; finding this intriguing.

The two still clash as Sasuke's swift swings are being parried by Vlad's more defensive skills. This isn't an issue for the Uchiha as he-

Suigetsu tries to get in between with a strong downward swing with his half damaged Kubikiribocho knife great blade. Vlad doesn't even try to dodge it as he uses his free hand to fire a ghost ray, blasting him onto the wall. Sasuke comes at him with a Chidori with his free hand but Vlad phases through the ground, evading him.

He scoffs, turning towards Suigetsu who grunts, complaining. ''Damn it Sasuke. Let me handle that-''

Vlad shoots back up and spins around, manifesting 4 clones who each one flies in front of the other intruders.

''Oh crud.'' Suigetsu complains as the Vlad copies flies at him and punches him through the wall. Another clone fires at the young Jugo, leaping away while Karin screams, running for her life from her clone enemy. However, the Vlad clone struggles to shoot down Selvaria who protects herself with her Valkyria shield, not even budging.

Sasuke still fires the real Vlad as he zig-zags away from Vlad's Ghost Stingers that strike the ground where he stood. He quickly sheathed his sword, forming hand seals as he somersaults upward with Vlad swings a Ghost Saucer at him and misses him.

''FIRE RELEASE: GREAT FIREBALL TECHNIQUE!'' Inhaling his breath, Sasuke blows and fires a powerful large fireball right at him. Vlad holds up his palm and fires a ghost ray in the shape of a ball, throwing it at the fireball as it pierces through the fireball and explodes on impact.

''Such weak flames!'' He mocks the Uchiha's attack. Sasuke snarls as he'll just have to try harder. Sasuke's left eye begins to bleed blood before his eyes transform into his newly formed Mangekyou Sharingan eyes.

''AMATERASU.'' He utters out, widening that eye as black flames suddenly manifest and hit Vlad directly, covering him. He gasps in agony as he quickly goes transparent, the flames on him phasing through him instantly. He becomes visible and flies at the Uchiha.

Gripping on the left eye side of his face, Sasuke's right eye locks sights at the male ghost coming at him. The black flames on the ground immediately fly and move to intercept Vlad. ''BLAZE RELEASE: KAGUTSUCHI!'' Sasuke shouts as the flames reshaped as a wall of fiery spears, extending right at the ghost.

Vlad hisses as he manifests a ghost barrier and rams through the flames as he pushes the barrier to blast the intense flames away. Sasuke watches as the barrier vanishes as he swings for a punch but Vlad becomes intangible, his body going through him. Sasuke quickly turns around with a kick that Vlad becomes tangible, catching his leg and slams him right onto the ground. He then reaches down and grabs Sasuke by the neck.

''Nice try boy but-'' Vlad begins to proclaim with a small smirk until he staggers back; watching Sasuke grinning and he realizes his mistake, feeling a thin wire that the Uchiha wrapped around his arm when he caught his leg. ''OH BUTTER-'' Spark flows through his body before Vlad can react, he's zapped by Chidori Current. He screams in pain before he drops on his knees and reverts back to human form as Vlad drops on the ground, face forward and unconscious. As he does, his remaining clones all vanish.

''N-Nice job, Sasuke.'' Suigetsu utters out, emerging from the hole he crashed in and has been fighting his clone enemy. Sasuke just breathes heavily, struggling to maintain his focused eyesight. He shakes off this dazed as he orders the others. ''We should advance before-''

''Someone else is here!'' Karin suddenly yells out, feeling someone else she just sensed.

''Oh?'' Sasuke turns coldly to the shadows as Arkham walks up, writing something up in his small black book as he puts it away. He then excuses himself. ''Don't mind me. I'm not interested to get in your leader's way.''

This confuses the others as Arkham gazes towards Sasuke, snickering as he can see the evil, the hatred building through merely looking deep at his eyes.

''You remind me of the Dark Lord. You two have set goals but you are still new to the darkness.'' Arkham concludes, seeing so much potential in Sasuke and yet he's aiming that hate so irrational that it will get him killed. Though, it amuses him if he could control it and become someone terrifying. ''Makes me wonder how long you'll last or if your hate will make you grow stronger.''

''…'' Sasuke just looks at him, actually listening to what he's saying. Who the hell is this-

Suddenly a blue blur flies past him if Sasuke doesn't react to it at the last second. This alarms everyone, even Jugo and Karin who couldn't feel that attacker.

''What was that?!'' Suigetsu complains heavily as he looks up, sweating unease. Hovering above them is the silent metal assassin, Metal Sonic. His piercing red pupil, black eyes gaze at the group, analyzing them. Selvaria is staggered to see that robot fully repaired since the last she saw it while Sasuke has a cold glare; annoyed by another obstacle in his way.

''But this one doesn't care about your goals.'' Arkham says, chuckling as he walks back, leaving this to the robot.

Selvaria glares as she advises the Uchiha for once. ''Sasuke, do not take him lightly! He-''

Sasuke just walks forward, not caring about fighting this machine.

''Don't cross-'' Sasuke begins to threaten the robot but Metal Sonic doesn't waste time; immediately vanishing and reappearing in front of Sasuke. It then thrusts his claw right at his chest… except the robot looks down and his claw hits some kind of purple forcefield of sort. He backs away as it is actually an energy-like rib cage surrounding the young Uchiha, his Mangekyou Sharingan eyes once more active.

Smirking evilly, Sasuke manifests a large skeleton arm and punches the robot with such force it crashes into a wall. Of course, this punch does nothing as Metal Sonic flies out of it, its eyes glowing irritated.

''I'm still new to this power but you'll make a decent warm up.'' Sasuke proclaims with a smug expression, planning to take advantage and become stronger. Karin watches, still uneasy with Sasuke's growing hatred.

Selvaria doesn't say a word while Houndour whines of concern. She narrows her eyes, worried if his hatred is carrying him, just like Maximilian.

Commercial Break:

Sasuke: Any that stand in my way of my revenge, of my hatred will experience a swift death.

Akumu grins: So your hatred has granted you greater power. Good, very good.

Watching this fight, Akumu cracks a smirk to see Sasuke engaging Metal Sonic. He can feel the boy, no longer having Orochimaru or even his Curse Mark and this should drop his power… and it doesn't thanks to his awakened Mangekyou. He can't help but grin, feeling his hatred; his power growing more and more.

"Good…'' The Dark Lord utters, very pleased. He turns to Evangeline and proclaims. ''Eva dear, time to greet our guest.''

Evangeline curls her lips into a smirk, floating right behind him as Dark General follows them like a loyal bodyguard.

Metal Sonic begins firing energy beams from the palm of his claws in rapid succession, striking over and over on Sasuke's skeletal Susanoo armor. The others quickly take cover while Selvaria guards with her shield to protect the panicking Houndour.

"What is with this thing?!'' Suigetsu yells out in distress, reminded of that 8th Jinchuriki except worse.

''It's clearly not natural.'' Jugo comments, able to tell it is not truly alive in the way he looks and feels living beings. Karin doesn't care, much more worried for Sasuke.

Sasuke can't move as the robot is constantly firing his shots at him, non-stop. His eye bleeds again as he takes aim and shouts. ''AMATERASU!''

He unleashes his insanely fast black flames to hit Metal but he vanishes out of the way in the last second, evading the flames that hit the wall.

Sasuke is visibly shocked as the robotic hedgehog is floating right behind him. The Uchiha sweats before he gets mad and turns around, manifesting a Susanno skeleton arm to Metal's calm, cold composure as the giant fist punches him again… except Metal catches it as he has transformed into his Neo form.

''… Tell me, ninja.'' Finally speaking as he bends the skeleton arm back, Sasuke stares in shock at the terrifying Neo Metal and its cold gaze. ''Do you wish to die so quickly?'' Neo Metal then snaps off the energy skeleton arm, yanking it off with such force that it throws Sasuke, still protected by his rib cage and slams him backwards. ''I will gladly show you that afterlife.''

Dropping his Susanoo form, Sasuke quickly lands on his feet and charges at the robot, charging up a Chidori in his left arm. Neo Metal just floats there as Sasuke performs another Amaterasu, directly as black flames wrapped and consume most of him.

''CHIDORI!'' He shouts, thrusting his electrical hand forward only for a brief second window as Neo Metal quickly engulfs itself in an intense barrier, blasting off the black flames and repelling Sasuke back. This stuns him as Neo Metal charges as the barrier becomes electrical and plans to blitz through him until Selvaria intercepts and fires a blast of intense blue flames from her lance, forcing the robot to fly over the attack.

Sasuke pants heavily as Selvaria yells at him for his recklessness. ''I told you not to take him lightly!'' She holds her shield forward to the enemy, telling the young man to run off. ''Go!''

He looks at her and sighs, agreeing as he runs off to reach the other side of the floor.

Neo Metal watches him leave and doesn't bother chasing after him as he looks down at Selvaria. ''Selvaria Bles, we meet again.'' He speaks up, surprising the rest of Taka that this metal foe knows her.

Selvaria just glares at the robot, recalling her fall, admitting her death and he saves her with one of his robot servants. She doesn't get it; he killed Maximilian and yet saved her.

''Why did you…'' She begins to question this long awaited response only for Neo Metal to respond in swiftness. ''As much as I don't like humans; your power would have been a loss if I ever needed it unlike your master who was already planning to discard you for the other one.''

''…'' Selvaria doesn't say a word, a part of her agreeing with him. Maximilian would find a replacement Valkyria through Alicia who would no doubt oppose the offer and try to kill him.

Neo Metal lowers his arms to her confusion as he proclaims. ''I have no reason to fight you and it is not because I have ''emotions''; I was ordered not to.''

''So you choose to be enslaved like I was.'' Selvaria questions him, assuming he hates being a slave to others. However, Neo Metal corrects her. ''Incorrect. The Doctor, my Father now appreciates me; the perfect machine to hunt down and eliminate Sonic the Hedgehog, my rival.''

Selvaria is suspicious of this declaration as he used to express how much he hated his creator but he doesn't seem to be ''reprogrammed''. Then, was he forgiven for the sake of his goal?

Neo Metal can tell- no, he can detect through her heartbeat and brain waves that she doubts him. So he clarifies it. ''Like I told your former master; my 1 goal is to surpass and utterly defeat Sonic the Hedgehog. If I had to gain more power, an empire to surpass him; so be it. But through my loss and how I was repaired, stronger than before; I will now take this approach as it benefits the Doctor's goals too. A communication, an understand we made.''

Selvaria looks at him cautiously before she questions his goal. ''And if you do kill your rival?''

''Then my life purpose will be fulfilled. That is my expiration of my existence but I would be the fastest, period.'' Neo Metal responds without a moment of hesitation, accepting his termination once he finally puts Sonic down. However, he does tell her. ''Unlike myself; you may lead a longer life with a longer goal.''

''…'' Selvaria is silent by that comment as the robot reminds her. ''The Dark Lord offered you a chance to serve him so you may achieve your own goal, did he not?''

She does remember it; the ideal of reviving the Valkyria. She left to explore herself, learned that Maximilian was truly as cold as was and what her life should really be. The Dark Lord gave her time to think and if she wanted to; she could return to accept his offer.

''What is your choice now?'' Neo Metal now questions her decision but Selvaria isn't even sure, silent about what she does knowing Sasuke is becoming more like her former master.

''Hey robot!'' Neo Metal Sonic slowly turns his head slowly, doing a 360° turn to see Suigetsu aiming his sword at the unconscious Vlad.

''We got a hostage if you-'' He begins to threaten the robot from even doing anything but before he can complete his words; he's suddenly tackled by a thrown Sasuke and both are sent crashing onto a wall.

''SASUKE!'' Karin utters in horror, barely sensing him coming in like a baseball.

''Oh ho ho, hostage huh?'' The group looks forward as walking before them is Akumu with Dark General Knight in front of him and Evangeline behind him. Arkham snickers, surprised to see him here so quickly.

''Can't have that. Metal.'' Akumu proclaims as Neo Metal reverts to base form and silently dashes with such speed to pull Vlad and tosses him right to the Dark General who catches him and drops him on the ground.

''Ow…'' Vlad utters in pain. Eggman watches from the live recording, chuckling at Metal's action. ''Atta boy.''

Sasuke stands up, woozy as that knight hits like a truck, even bashing him with the Susanno rib cage protecting him.

''You have some nerve to come and attack my lord's building; his home, his territory.'' Dark General proclaims irritation, raising his great sword forward. Sasuke glares as Akumu raises a hand to his general, lowering his arm as his general lowers his sword.

''Now-now, my general. Surely the boy has his reasons.'' Akumu says calmly as he looks at the young Uchiha, liking his new look as he asks him with a small smirk. ''I see you changed your costume and design, Sasuke. How may I help you? Are you here to thank me for helping you with your brother?''

''…'' Sasuke stares at him silently, finally able to confront him and ask him something that has bugged him since the day he learned the truth about Itachi.

''Tell me, Dark Lord. Did you know?'' Sasuke finally speaks to him as Akumu slowly raises an eyebrow, oddly still smiling. ''Did I know what?''

Gritting his teeth, a bit, before he forms a scowl; Sasuke demands madly. ''Did you know about the truth about Itachi?''

''…'' Akumu looks at him silently before he forms a small smirk and responds with his own question. ''If I did?''

The room is now silent as the young man has a good enough answer. Sasuke immediately uses Amaterasu upon Akumu, consuming him in the hellish black flames. Dark General is visibly shocked that those flames hit his lord so fast that none of them could react. Even Evangeline is surprised.

''He actually-'' Arkham begins to express in astonishment that work until Akumu begins to laugh. ''Hahaha…'' He then erupts in loud, horrific evil laughter ''HAHAHAHAHA!''

His body is quickly consumed in the flames, his silhouette reshapes and what emerges is the Dark Lord's dragon humanoid form. He smirked evilly as the flames vanished or rather he absorbed them. He snickers as he praises Sasuke's new power. ''The majestic black flames of annihilation. Good, your power has grown even more.''

Sasuke is flabbergasted, not able to progress what even happens.

''W-why didn't they-'' He begins to question as the Dark Lord snickers. ''Because, Sasuke…'' He begins to explain as he lets out a loud, proud dragon roar. ''I AM DARK DRAGON OF THE VOID, THE DARK LORD OF DESTRUCTION!''

His sheer roar quakes the environment and even shakes the building. He calms down as the black dragon explains with a smug grin. ''These flames to me are like a gentle hot spring sauna! They could never bring harm to me!''

This pisses the Uchiha as he dashes at him. Sasuke comes at him with a lightning coated sword swing from his katana sword but the black dragon parries it with his bare claws, resisting the electricity with ease. This only enrages Sasuke as he swings and thrust with insane speed as well as swinging his other hand, coated in Chidori but the Dark Lord easily ducks and evades the combination attacks all while he hums with an amused grin.

''WHY?!'' Sasuke yells even madder, losing his composure for the Dark Lord knowing the truth of Itachi and not bothering to tell him the truth. ''WHY DID YOU-''

''If I told you the truth, you would deny it all.'' The Uchiha was startled by the Dark Lord's firm words, looking down at him. He then says with a tone of curiosity. ''I'm just surprised you know the truth about your brother? The villainous but actually a hero to Konoha. Was it the masked man who calls himself Madara Uchiha?''

Sasuke widens his eyes before he calms down; realizing it's pointless to get mad now.

''You didn't come here to kill me; you want answers.'' The Dark Lord tells him, able to tell the boy wants answers for the unfairness of this world. ''Killing me won't bring him back. What you want is justice- no, revenge for Itachi. What you want is Konoha's destruction-'' He then grins. ''And the target of your hatred should go to a man named Danzo.''

Sasuke gazes at him, recalling that name from ''Madara''.

''I will show you the truth you've longed for; the pain your brother experience…'' The Dark Lord begins to offer him all he wants as his eyes glow excitedly. ''If, you join me.''

Sasuke scoffs at his response, figuring as much as he tells him. ''I already did the Akatsuki's dirty work.''

The black dragon still smirks as he convinces him. ''What I want from you is not to fetch such things like the Jinchuriki. I'll let you do as you please but I want you to help me to change this world of lies and unfairness.'' He becomes serious, expressing his ultimate goal. ''I want this world to be mine; to change it so that everyone gets what they want. If I have to become their ruler, so be it but I will decide the future they should have; the happiness they want.''

Sasuke looks at him, actually buying what he's preaching about.

''But as long as the Dragon Knight stands in my way; such a world will never come true.'' The Dark Lord then proclaims with a hissing voice, almost enraged by merely uttering that name. This confuses the Uchiha as he questions him. ''What do you-''

However, it is when Evangeline walks forward in her child form and interrupts the young man before them. ''Akumu, no need to waste such an amazing offer to such a closed view child.''

This enrages Sasuke as the vampire smiles, seeing his hate and expression. ''His obsession will only lead him that much closer to the grave.''

''Who are you to lecture my goal?!'' Sasuke questions this strange woman who responds calmly. ''Someone who's interested in your skills.'' Evangeline slowly forms a grin, showing her fangs as her eyes gleam a red spark of light. "That is if you survive against me, boy.''

Next Time…

Sasuke and Team Taka have confronted the Dark Lord and his forces when Evangeline challenged the Uchiha if he should have the right to join her beloved's army. Sasuke doesn't have much choice if he wants to learn the truth behind Itachi. Can Sasuke even win? Or is this all part of Evangeline's plan, curious of his potential?

Evangeline smirks at the young Uchiha: Well Akumu dear, may I play with this boy and see if he's worthy to fight for our side or kill him like a mad rabid dog?

Akumu: I'm not against it. Have fun Eva dear.

Evangeline giggles: Alright, boy. Shall we?

Sasuke: … *he activates his Mangekyou* I'll kill anyone who stands in my way. Don't say I didn't warn you.
