Chapter 4: Destiny Calls

(Now Ash and Ritchie have arrived at the flooded Downtown area where construction workers were investigating the flooding as the brothers arrive on the scene. One of the Restaurants found close to the Flooded area had an 8-Bit duck for its logo/mascot, with the restaurant name of, "Chasse au Canard", which only those who were Bilingual in being able to speak French would understand what the Restaurant Name meant in English. The Brothers were here, since Ash had the idea to prove his and Ritchie's worth as plumbers was by fixing a massive leak in downtown Castelia City. A Construction Worker was yelling to his fellow Co-Workers).
Construction Worker #1: It is more than the storm drains can manage!
Construction Worker #2: Come on, we gotta pump it! (Then Ash and Ritchie watch as one of the workers tries to hold a sewer hole cover over the leak. It looks to be working as he gave a thumbs up to his fellow workers telling them).
Construction Worker: Wait, I got this. (But then suddenly the Burst of water explodes like a geyser, shooting upward into the sky, causing the poor man to shriek in agony and distress. Ash was wondering to himself if Emilia Christie was around somewhere, since earlier he did not hesitate to admit to himself that he found Emilia Christie attractive and was considering if he should ask her to share a beverage with him after fixing the Current Flood Problem going on here. But he did not see her anywhere, but for now he was more focused on saving Castelia City, and that is what he was going to do with Ritchie by his side. Seeing the Poor Construction Worker ending up sent into the air via the Geyser has Ash chuckling to himself, telling Ritchie).
Ash: (Chuckles). They are not even looking in the right place. C'mon Ritchie. (Ash turns back and finds another sewer hole cover and grunts as he tries to lift it up with a crowbar, he and Ritchie brought with him. Once he successfully opens the Sewer Hole the water surrounding the area starts draining a bit in a Whirlpool-like effect. Then Ritchie realizes what Ash is planning to do here and panics asking him).
Ritchie: You are not seriously considering- (But it was too late as Ash Breathes in and jumps into the draining water, causing Ritchie to cry out his brother's name sounding panicked). Ash! (Ritchie, knowing Ash is expecting him to follow him, laughs nervously, breathes in, and jumps into the Sewer hole following his brother).
(Ritchie screams as he lands in the sewers even coughing a bit. Then they begin wading toward their destination with Ash leading the way for Ritchie).
Ash: We gotta get to that pressure valve! (The two brothers saw that the problem was a nearby pressure valve that was shaking a bit. The mere sight of this had Ritchie quite fearful saying to himself).
Ritchie: Mamma mia! (Ash and Ritchie make their way to a group of pipes going from their side of the sewers to the Valve in need of fixing. Only with a huge Chasm like Gap in between the two spaces. Ash climbs onto the pipe and begins using it to crawl across the huge Chasm below them while hanging from the bottom side of it, with Ritchie nervously staying close behind him. But the pressure valve continues shaking, as Ash and Ritchie continue climbing across the pipe. Ash successfully reaches the valve, before climbing to the top of the pipes and begins reaching for the Valve, finding it to be just out of reach for him as one of the dials begins to spin out of control. Then Ash manages to grab the valve and tries to turn the valve but then due to all the pressure building here, the Valve snaps off in his hand).
Ash: Uh… (But then things got worse, as the pipes the brothers were holding onto for dear life, began shaking too, before suddenly disconnecting and falling towards the chasm below. But the pipes end up swinging towards a wall just beneath the waterfall on the side of the chasm that Ash and Ritchie cane from. The brothers hang on to the pipes until they crash into a brick sewer wall. They groaned in a bit of pain from the crash but were otherwise okay and unharmed).
Ritchie: (Groans) I knew saving Castelia City was a bad idea.
Ash: Come on. (Ash Helps Ritchie to his feet, and notices something that catches Ash's attention, causing him to walk off, leaving Ritchie to pick up their bag of Plumbing tools).
Ash: Whoa! (What Ash found was a massive utility Tunnel/Room that had Pipes all over the place, going in every direction). What is this place? (Ash and Ritchie go ahead to explore the pipe room, neither of them had a clue about this place or that Castelia City even had an Absurdly Spacious Sewer like this. And they were going to explore it and see what it had to offer them. Ash felt like this was something you would see in a 1993 Movie with a discovery like this happening in a Cave and not the sewers. Suffice it to say, this was a mind-blowing discovery, as they continued climbing down a ladder, and then a set of stairs to hopefully to the ground floor of this massive Tunnel/Room. Until finally they make it to the ground floor, continuing to explore the place with their flashlights. As they kept exploring, Ritchie then saw something that was clearly standing out in this massive room. It looked like a Giant Standard Pokéball. Only it did not have the white colors of a Standard Pokéball. Both the top and bottom of this Pokéball was Red and in the shape of a truncated icosahedron, given it looks to have thirty-two faces, all the color red. With a Silver-Grey or Black lining going along the middle of the Pokéball. It had something resembling a Zipper in the center of the Pokéball and had an identically colored Silver-Grey or Black part on top of the Pokéball. Obviously, Ritchie had never seen a Pokéball quite like this before, and it looked quite ancient compared to the Pokéballs they had today. Ritchie wondered if this Pokéball here could be the origin of all Pokéballs. Then Ritchie noticed on the part of the Pokéball resembling a Zipper, it had something carved into it, it said, "Origin Ball". As he continues to examine this "Origin Ball", Ash said to himself and Ritchie).
Ash: Looks like nobody has been down here for years. (Then Ash Hears a noise resembling a poof sound then a magic-esque sound. Ash turned to look in the direction he heard the noise coming from, looking towards the Origin Ball where Ritchie was a moment ago, only to see him gone, then he called out to his brother). Ritchie? (Ash walks over to the Origin Ball where he heard the noise coming from, only now the Origin Ball was Open, making it easy for Ash to just walk into it. Ash walked closer to the Origin Ball, being careful not to walk right into it, since he did not where the Origin Ball goes or even what it does. But then he saw one of the wrenches they use for plumbing on the ground, as he called out to his brother again). Ritchie, are you in there? (Then Ash walks inside the Origin Ball and Picks up the wrench that Ritchie dropped. Before calling his brother once more). Ritchie! (Without warning, the wrench ends up flying out of Ash's hands, flying further into the pipe, disappearing from Ash's sight, leaving him shocked and wide eyed). What? (Then Ash feels like something is beginning to pull on him, like it did a moment ago with the wrench. Then Ash's eyes widen in shock when he sees a Blue Burst of light building in the distance making him scream in panic. He began feeling like whatever that blue light was, it was pulling him closer to it. Then he screams again when he goes flying towards the blue light, seeing all sorts of colors flashing before his eyes as he disappears into the Origin Ball!).
(Then suddenly, Ash finds himself in a place that looks to be beyond Time and Space, now he was in... Ultra Space! Ash found himself carried along a series of clear rainbow stream passageways moving through brightly colored clouds. Ash was in shock as he had never seen anything like this before).
Ash: (Gasps). Wow! (He continued moving through the Rainbow Stream Passageways even passing by another Origin Ball. As he continued to marvel at the sights before him, he heard Ritchie screaming for help). Ritchie! (Ash saw Ritchie ahead of him in the same passageway he was in, screaming for him in panic).
Ritchie: Ash! (Ash manages to take advantage of the situation and take control of the current to launch himself towards Ritchie, shouting in his direction).
Ash: Gimme your hand! (Ash and Ritchie reach out, and manage to grab each other's hands, and begin spinning while Ash began to give Ritchie a reassuring smile to get him to calm down a bit, despite internally freaking out a bit himself). It is all gonna be okay! (Ritchie is not feeling as calm as Ash is sounding here asking him).
Ritchie: How is this gonna be, okay? (Then Ash tells Ritchie wanting to reassure his frightened brother that everything will be okay).
Ash: But I am telling you; nothing can hurt us so long as we are together! (Hearing from Ash, Ritchie smiles and begins calming down and genuinely smiles back at his brother until, suddenly as if Tempting Fate... Ritchie ends up pulled away from Ash when the currents arrive at a Junction causing the currents to forcefully separate them with Ritchie flying towards a Dark Lava covered portal crying out for his brother).
Ritchie: (Cries out). Ash! (While Ritchie goes flying into the Dark Lava covered Portal, Ash goes flying towards another portal away from the Portal that Ritchie is flying into).
Ash: Ritchie! (All the while, Ash was wondering what on Earth was going on here, where are these Crazy Pokéballs taking Ritchie and where on Earth are these Pokéballs taking him?).

Ashpoke55: Thank you. And Sorry if I hurt your feelings when I was answering your Question about "Hotel Transylvania", I did not mean to, I am just not a fan of that movie series. But I will admit that it does have an impressive Cast list of Voice Actors, such as: Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Kevin James, Selena Gomez, David Spade, and Steve Buscemi. And I know each of them for being in other TV and Movies I have seen. (A couple of them have had appearances on SNL (Saturday Night Live) which is a Show that I never watched but saw clips of on YouTube sometimes).
For Adam Sandler, I saw him in: "Saturday Night Live".
For Andy Samberg, I saw him in: "Parks and Recreation", "SpongeBob SquarePants", and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine". (Never Saw, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" but I know he is a main cast member of that show. And for "Parks and Recreation" and "SpongeBob SquarePants" his appearances were guest appearances, for one episode).
For Kevin James, I saw him in: "Everybody Loves Raymond", and I know that he had the Lead Role on "The King of Queens". (Another show I never saw but heard of).
For Selena Gomez, I saw her in: "Only Murders in the Building". (And my mom loved that show since also featured the TRULY HILARIOUS Steve Martin. Also, you must see "The Pink Panther" with Steve Martin in it. In "The Pink Panther" movie, Steve Martin is THE FUNNIEST MAN ALIVE! AND I AM NOT JOKING WHEN I SAY THAT! HE WILL LEAVE YOU LAUGHING SO HARD AT HIS ANTICS, YOU WILL DIE LAUGHING! TRUST ME, IT HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I SAW IT!).
David Spade, I saw him in: "The Emperor's New Groove".
Steve Buscemi, I saw him in: "Monsters Inc." and "Monsters University".
As for your Concerns about who I will choose to play Princess Peach, just like I said with Donkey Kong, I am not going to spoil the surprise. But I will say this much, I am not going to have Ash's first (and surely most influential) traveling companion, Misty play Princess Peach for this story. That is all I am going to say for now.
