Chapter 13: Victory Party and New Alliances

(Later after the fight, Princess Serena gives Ash an ice pack for his bruises, putting it on his cheek. Currently, the group of Ash, Princess Serena, Sylveon, and Rillaboom were taking a little time to recover from the brutal Match the two competitors went through. They were recovering in a hut that Rillaboom lives in as it was his home. Thanks to Ash and his victory over Rillaboom, the Berry Kingdom was going to have the help of the Ultra Jungle Kingdom and their Army in fighting Koraidon to stop him. But what Princess Serena and Sylveon were more excited about was how Ash managed to beat Rillaboom combat, as she clearly ecstatic over that fact as she smiling while telling Ash).
Princess Serena: That was incredible! He kept beating you senseless…
(Then Princess Serena Lightly punches Ash's arm repeatedly annoying him a bit as he did not like being either the butt of the joke or the victim of the someone's slapstick humor. Especially since he was recovering from all the huge and nasty blows, he took from Rillaboom earlier, while relived that he was as unharmed as he was after that with no signs of bruises or injuries. Ash was only glad that despite his fighting starting off as a one-sided beating where Rillaboom managed to beat the tar out of him, he managed to turn it around with the Sprigatito Suit. But Ash reminded himself that even if he keeps on taking a ton of punishment, he was going to keep on going out of sheer desire to rescue his brother, Ritchie).
Ash: Hey! (But Princess Serena was still feeling amazed and ecstatic as she kept praising him).
Princess Serena: …and you just kept getting back up?! You just do not know when to quit! (Sylveon then joins in praising Ash).
Sylveon: You are truly an incredible person Ash. (While Ash felt flattered by both Princess Serena and Sylveon's praising of him, it was Serena's words that truly touched him. Since a ton of people have told him, "You just don't know when to quit" multiple times, and now by Princess Serena clearly. But this time hearing that he does not know when to quit sounded differently than how he heard it before, as he says to her).
Ash: Huh, well, never thought of that as a good thing. (Princess Serena and Sylveon then smile at Ash as they kept praising him).
Princess Serena: It is a wonderful thing. (Princess Serena and Sylveon both remembered and knew that despite Ash not completing the course, they could see that despite how greatly he kept failing, he also kept getting back up).
Sylveon: Its truly an Admirable Quality to have.
(For Ash, hearing his (and Ritchie's) father, Jeff, tell him all his life that his refusal to give up was a terrible thing really hurt his feelings, but now hearing Princess Serena positively comment on his refusal to give up feels touched by her kind and heartwarming words, it was something that Ash had been wanting to hear all his life, for someone to tell him to embrace who he is. With the Princess' words again meaning the world to him, just like when she reassured him before about how they will save his brother, Ritchie).
Ash: (Touched). Thanks. I- (But before he can say anymore, Rillaboom interrupts Ash's, Princess Serena, and Sylveon's conversation, when he suddenly kicks one of the Huts Doors open and comes out pointing at Ash saying).
Rillaboom: (Interrupting) I let him win, just for the record.
(Ash could clearly see that Rillaboom was not happy with how he lost his match with Ash earlier. Or that it happened because his dad put the power-ups in boxes to help level the playing field between Ash and him, but also included the Yache Berry and Miracle Seed for nothing else than his own amusement. Notably, how the Sprigatito Suit ended up backfiring on him, since it gave Ash his increased speed and reflexes, along with giving him a pair of claws that eventually helped him win the fight. In response to Rillaboom's claims, Ash turns to sarcastically ask him).
Ash: Really, though? Why would you do that? (Although Ash just suspected that Rillaboom lied about losing on purpose to impress Princess Serena, when in truth, he was just a Sore Loser.
Rillaboom: You want to know why? It is MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS (Rillaboom then grabs and throws a barrel at Ash) that is why!
(Luckily, Ash, Princess Serena, and Sylveon all dodge the barrel that Rillaboom threw at them. Before Ash gives Princess Serena the ice pack back, to give this Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy another beatdown if he had to. Since he clearly did not learn his lesson in the arena that his dad tried to have him learn so that he would not be an Anti-Hero whose conception of heroism seems majorly superficial. And would only be joining them because his father lost a bet and now, he was refusing to put the loss he got behind him. Ash walked over to Rillaboom ready to exchange once more).
Ash: All right, giant Mankey! (But before Ash and Rillaboom can even begin exchanging blows with each other, Gumshoos gets their attention shouting to them as he breaks up their fight before it can even begin, acting as the Reasonable Authority Figure he was).
Gumshoos: Enough! (Hits both Rillaboom and Ash with his staff). Get inside. (Then Gumshoos begins to walk inside the hut with Ash, Princess Serena, Sylveon, and Rillaboom all following him inside).
(Now inside the hut with Gumshoos, the group now has Floette (Eternal Flower) rejoining them. The group looks at a world map displayed on the wall that Gumshoos has put up for them. While Rillaboom just hangs back in his hammock, relaxing, as he looks at the map that Gumshoos is showing the group. Then Gumshoos says directing the group to the map).
Gumshoos: We have found Koraidon's ship. He is gonna arrive at the Berry Kingdom by sundown! (Then Gumshoos begins smiling as he tells the group). Lucky for you folks, I got a shortcut! (Princess Serena and Sylveon like the sound of this, smiling as Princess Serena thinks of a plan using the information that Gumshoos just gave them).
Princess Serena: We beat him there and ambushed him!
Sylveon: That will surely give us the advantage we need to beat him! (Then Princess Serena in a bit of excitement, does a couple of fake punches. Then sees Gumshoos looking not as enthusiastic as she and Sylveon are before he tells them).
Gumshoos: Yeah, I know. That is why we are gonna need karts!
(A couple of minutes later, the group of Ash, Princess Serena, Sylveon, Floette, Rillaboom, and Gumshoos ride an elevator down to a garage where the Forest of Okoya Pokémon army is building multiple karts and other kinds of vehicles. Gumshoos, himself was going to go with Princess Serena and the others to lead his army to the Berry Kingdom to fight Koraidon as a Frontline General. Ash was in shock and amazed at all this technology before him. Ash already thought the Ultra Jungle Kingdom residents were intelligent with how their built their roads, and the arena, but clearly, they were extremely Intelligent Primates with how they have an affinity for technology as well as a complex society and city. Not only that but also how their culture clearly valued more than brute strength, like when Gumshoos filled the arena with power-ups that allowed him to win by strategy and intelligent use of his skills rather than just brute strength. For Ash, this gave the expression, "Grease Monkey's" a whole new meaning as a Stealth Pun. Then Gumshoos said to snap the group out of their shock and amazement).
Gumshoos: Well, for what are you waiting? Pick your karts!
(Ash, Princess Serena and Floette each go to a station to "Pick their Karts". As they each approached a station, the lights for them turned on. Ash saw a set of dials resembling those from a lottery machine, with each dial having a different vehicle part pictured on it. The Parts shown on each of the different dials were the Vehicle's main body, a tire, and a glider like addition. Ash began to spin the dial for the body of his vehicle, seeing the different options, before he looked up at the Pokémon in charge of the building station here, who puts his Goggles on as The Song "Thunderstruck" begins to play. Ash looked over to see Floette (Eternal Flower) wasting no time in choosing his vehicle, so Ash decided to follow his lead and choose the parts for his vehicle, as did Princess Serena who would choose the perfect vehicle for her and Sylveon. Once she finished making the perfect vehicle, Princess Serena hit a giant button that has the letter "A" marked on it as if it were to confirm her and Sylveon's kart choice. Then rising from an opening in Princess Serena and Sylveon's station is the selected body of their vehicle before mechanical appendages came and put the rest of their vehicle together while they watched in amazement. Then Ash watched as his Vehicle was coming together right in front of him. Once everyone's vehicles were complete, everyone came together at the entrance/exit to the Vehicle Garage. Ash was already there with a couple of other members of the Forest of Okoya Pokémon Army, for his vehicle, Ash had chosen to go with a Classic Choice that he knew would work for him, a 1963/1964 Harley-Davidson DuoGlide FLH Motorcycle. Ash chose this one specifically since it was his favorite brand of motorcycles and had studied its engine specifications. This Motorcycle had a seventy-four cubic inch (1200cc) engine with high-compression (8:1) pistons that produced sixty horsepower and a top speed of around 105 miles per hour. It also had drum brakes in the front and rear, cross laced wire wheels, and chrome crash bars, forks shrouds, and rear shock covers. To Complete the look of riding a Motorcycle, Ash had also put on a Black Biker Jacket, he got from one of the working Staff Pokémon in the Garage here, even putting the Biker Jacket Zipper all the way up to the collar of the Jacket. Ash also put a couple of own touches to the Motorcycle, including painting it bright yellow, giving it horizontal brown stripes on the back of the Motorcycle. And put a pair of red circles on the Front of the Motorcycle along with a Pair of Brown Colored Eyes. Beneath the Red Circles on the Front of the Motorcycle, Ash put a Pokéball Logo, and a Circle with the letter initials, "AK" inside. Ash was enormously proud of his choice in design for his Motorcycle, even giving it the nickname of, "The Pika Zapper". Ash just hoped he could get a motorcycle as cool as this back home someday. Ash then heard another vehicle engine coming up behind him and looked over to see Princess Serena pulling up to him in her chosen vehicle, a Mach Bike with Sylveon by her side. Princess Serena's Motorcycle has a pink upper-half, purple lower-half, and hot pink windshield. And it also had a side car feature that allowed Sylveon to sit in, without risk of falling out should anything happen. Ash saw that Princess Serena had changed her clothes like him, as she was now wearing a pink jumpsuit with a medium sized pink heart and a smaller red heart sewn onto the hips of her jumpsuit, along with black shoes. Along with also tying her hair into a ponytail, while also keeping two more ponytails hanging over her shoulders. Princess Serena and Sylveon were also Helmets with an adjustable Face shield that can open or close at any given Moment. Suffice it to say, Ash was looking impressed and amazed with her fashion skills. Even taking notice of her Hartman Hips as her hips are wider than her shoulders but he never noticed them before now. Ash could not help but find her outfit right now to look be very form-fitting for someone like her, and he liked it. Before Ash could admiring Princess Serena's outfit, the three of them heard another engine rolling up to them, only this one sounded much more powerful. When they looked over, they saw a massively oversized cart, and the driver... was Floette! And he was rocking a pair of gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses, trying extra hard to look Chilled out in his huge Vehicle and Cool Shades while they just gawk at it. To them, Floette used the Vehicle-Based Characterization to choose a vehicle like this, one that compensates for his small size and stands for his bravery compared to other Floette. But then, Floette loses control of his large SUV Monster Truck Vehicle for a second, causing his shades to dislodge too, causing him to lose The Napoleon look he was trying to have here. While Ash, Princess Serena, and Sylveon, just smile at his humorous antics here. Then the group goes and follows Ash as they drive through the Garage together before they pull up to Rillaboom who had been waiting for them to get here, having prepared his cart already, which came equipped with two large barrel rockets. As the rest of the army and co. arrive behind them in vehicle Buggies, as they prepare to head to the Berry Kingdom, Rillaboom takes a moment to whisper to Ash with no provocation, still clearly sore over losing to him).
Rillaboom: I hate you.
(Ash was glad that they had an Enemy Mine situation, whereby his own admission, Rillaboom hates him, he was still willing to collaborate with him to help defeat Koraidon. Although now that Ash thought he wondered something, why does the Forest of Okoya Pokémon have weaponized karts, and not the Berry Kingdom? Ash doubted that it was because the Princess Serena's kingdom does not have the technology since she and Floette are comfortable driving motor vehicles. But then he wondered that it could be because the Pokémon of the Ultra Jungle Kingdom are thrill-seeking adrenaline junkies, so naturally they would be familiar with changing their karts to have all gadgets Ash would suspect their Vehicles to have. Then Princess Serena says getting the group back on track with their mission).
Princess Serena: To the Berry Kingdom, and the biggest fight of our lives. Here... we...go! (Then Princess Serena zooms off in her Motorcycle with Sylveon shouting to the others behind her and Princess Serena).
Sylveon: To Stop Koraidon for the last time! (The group speeds off in their karts following the Princess and Sylveon with the Forest of Okoya Pokémon Cheering in agreement with her).
Forest of Okoya Pokémon: YEAH! (With that, Ash, Princess Serena, Sylveon, Floette (Eternal Flower), Rillaboom, Gumshoos, and the Forest of Okoya Pokémon Army begin heading back to the Berry Kingdom, to ambush Koraidon and defeat him and his Army).

Ashpoke55: Thank you. And you asked for me to give Ash a Motorcycle to Ride, and I was happy to oblige, but I was sure I could not think of an original Motorcycle Design for Ash on my own, so I looked up famous Motorcycles in Movies for inspiration, and I ended up settling on Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Harley-Davidson DuoGlide from 2009's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" because among the "X-Men" Characters, Wolverine is close to everyone's favourite character. (Just not mine, although I do think he is quite cool. If I had to pick a Favorite Character from "X-Men" it would have to be either Professor Xavier (because Famous Acting Thespian, Sir Patrick Stewert plays him in Multiple iterations), or Kitty Pryde (AKA Shadowcat)). So, simply put, Ash's Motorcycle is the same one that Wolverine has, just with a slightly unique and Fresh design/appearance that I provided here to make it more fitting for someone like him. But I will be brutally honest here, I am NOT a HUGE "X-Men" Fan/Fanatic etcetera. As I have not seen any of the TV Series for the "X-Men" Franchise, nor the movies, or the Comic Books. And I have never seen ANY of that. A part of my "X-Men" Knowledge comes from stuff I looked up on the internet for references, stuff I've heard in YouTube Videos, stuff I've learned through "X-Men" Crossover Fanfiction Stories that I've read (Usually when they Crossover with "Danny Phantom"), and a couple of LEGO Marvel/DC Video Games I have played. This means, my knowledge of "X-Men" is at best limited, I can hold a decent conversation about the Franchise at best, but that is it. But when it comes to shows/movies like "Pokémon" or "Danny Phantom", (for example) I am like an Encyclopedia for those Shows. Now as for Wolverine, I will admit that for Wolverine, having retractable claws made from adamantium (among his other skills/powers/abilities) is quite impressive and amazing. And Wolverine's motorcycle was one of the multiple choices I had to choose from. Other Famous Motorcycles for Ash that I considered giving him included (In No Particular Order):
1. Tom Cruises "Kawasaki GPz900R" from "Top Gun Maverick".
2. Chris Evans' 2012 Harley-Davidson Softail Slim from, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier". (Called, "Liberator" in the Movie).
3. Prince (Rogers Nelson)'s 1981 Honda CM400A Hondamatic in "Purple Rain"
4. Scarlett Johanson's CCM Spitfire Blackout In 'Black Widow'.
5. Tron Light Cycle from "Tron Legacy".
6. The Batpod from Christopher Nolan's, "The Dark Knight".
7. Marlon Brando's Character Johnny's 1950 6T Triumph Thunderbird from "The Wild One".
8. Nicolas Cages' Ghost Rider's Hell Cycle from "Ghost Rider" in 2007.
9. Ben/Max's 2007 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special from "Ben 10: Alien Swarm".
Also, know that I have not seen any of the Movies mentioned above (Except for "Ben 10: Alien Swarm") but I do know a couple of the movies, because I've heard their names before, or know by association of the character(s) who ride the Motorcycle in them). And I hope you liked my choice].
