"You two can't stop me!" said a female Akuma who stood before Cat Noir and Ladybug. It was late at night so there was barely anyone out on the streets.
"We'll see about that, Translator!" said Ladybug before using a whip to take a staff the Akuma had been holding away from her.
"No!" said Translator before being turned back to a normal human once the staff had been broken, releasing the Akuma which Ladybug quickly caught.
"What… what happened?" asked the girl while looking around.
"You were Akumatized by Shadow Moth, luckily it seems that your power didn't really do anything as there was no damage done to the city," said Cat Noir.
"We didn't even have to use our powers to stop you," said Ladybug while putting the whip on a stand with similar whips.
"Guess I let those guys at the rink get to me more than I had thought," said the girl as she took a hockey stick from Ladybug which had been the staff before.
"What happened?" asked Cat Noir.
"I recently finished transitioning but I love hockey which they used to make fun of me about because it's not a very girly thing," the girl said while tearing up.
"Hey, there's no need to feel like your hobby is wrong just based on gender," said Ladybug.
"She's right, and I'm sure you're an awesome hockey player so don't mind those idiots and keep it up," said Cat Noir with a reassuring smile.
"Thanks, it means a lot coming from the two of you," said the girl with a big smile. Meanwhile, at Shadow Moth's lair.
"I can't believe they actually fell for it, Translator's power was never meant to harm the city but to be the people in it," said Shadow Moth.
"So even though you defeated her, I have still won this battle, Ladybug and Cat Noir," he said before laughing. Once back home, Marinette got back to bed.
"Are you sure that light didn't do anything to you, Marinette?" asked Tikki.
"I feel fine, Tikki," said Marinette with a yawn.
"Shadow Moth must have messed up with his choice in villains on something because she wasn't able to hurt anyone," she said before falling asleep.
