Damian's mind is racing as he tries to figure out a way to help Arkadimon as Sakuyamon continues to dig deeper into his skin, data pouring out more and more. "Come on," he mumbles, about to run forward and try to fight her himself- when there's a flash next to him and he looks up to find Justimon rushing past him, pushing Sakuyamon away from Arkadimon.
"We are not evil!" he tells her. "We are digidestined, do you really think I would align myself with someone with questionable goals? Honestly?"
She shakes her head, staring at him in confusion. "He is a virus digimon," she says, pointing towards Arkadimon's panting form. "I will never trust him or anyone else who chooses to save him." She spins in a slow circle, summoning fox spirits and aiming them at Justimon.
He grits his teeth and braces against the attacks of the four elementals, immediately storming towards her once it's eased and he can move again. "I don't want to hurt you," he tells her. "But I will." She seems unbothered by this, moving like she's about to summon more spirits, so he lunges forward again. "BLITZ ARM!" Electricity dances down his arm and blasts out at her, frying her with an overwhelming amount of power.
She cries out, plants her Kongou Shakujou into the ground and struggles to remain standing. "You will not survive me," she promises, slamming it into the dirt once more, a barrier spreading over the ground until it covers Justimon, moving onto Mike, Damian and Arkadimon within moments. She looks smug, clearly waiting for something to happen, but time passes and even though the barrier sharpens, seems to glow stronger, nothing changes. They all remain where they're at and Sakuyamon begins to look perplexed.
"What is happening?" she demands, planting once more, a second barrier crisscrossing the first, but nothing happens. "It... it's as if you were telling me the truth," she says. "But that is impossible. You are partnered with a virus digimon, that means... that you must be... but..."
Damian shakes his head, walking through the barrier, past her. "I never conformed with what people expected from me." He kneels down and scoops Arkadimon, holding close. "Neither of us ever have," he says, making sure Sakuyamon can see as he carries his partner back to the others. "Now you can either believe us and let us try to help you, or you can continue believe the wrong thing and we will continue to fight you."
She hovers, clearly undecided, before waving the barriers away. 'This is far from over," she warns him, stepping purposely towards them.
Damian rolls his eyes but steps forward as well to meet her halfway, wondering what else could possibly come from this now.
