'Thought'

A few days had gone by since they realized they weren't at Remnant anymore; the full moon was a dead giveaway. During that time, Team RWBY continued to stay at the home of Dante, apparently a mercenary, which made them even more hesitant to trust him, but in the end they realized he was a fine person to be with. Sure, he could do crazy/silly things, and would still eat nothing but pizza and strawberry sundaes, but he was really a good man to be with. Not only did he offer them shelter, but also offered to buy them clothes, though doing this led him to taking them to the city or downtown, going into a clothing store, and making them wait there for hours.

'Girls and their clothing...'

Dante began to regret offering to pay for all of the girl's clothing and other needs, not realizing how long it would take or how expensive everything they picked out would be.

'Then again, it was either go into debt, or continue to see the four acting all depressed and hopeless...'

He let out a small sigh and shook his head; he just accepted what was happening and helped when he could. Hopefully, it wouldn't be too expensive when he did try to be nice.

"Um, Sir Dante, do these look good on us?"

Dante was snapped out of his thoughts once he heard a voice and the sound of doors opening; this made him look up and see Team RWBY coming out, no longer in their pajamas and wearing something more, "stylish" attire.

"Do you think it matches my hoodie?"

Ruby Rose, with the addition of the red hoodie she managed to bring from the other world with her, wore a red and black styled Huntress outfit with a skirt; Dante thought it looked like a fitting choice for someone like her.

"I feel like a hobo..."

Weiss Schnee, despite what she just said, was wearing a fancy-looking combat dress with white, blue, and silver colors, and had a lot of snowflake symbols; Dante thought it looked like he'd have an empty wallet at the end of the day.

"Well, in your perspective, you would feel like that."

Blake Belladonna, she wore mysterious-style clothing, with a scarf and a hood that replaced her bow; it had a black and white color theme to it. Dante thought it looked like she was hiding secrets, well beyond the obvious.

"Well I think I look fantastic~"

Yang Xiao Long, well, she wore something that made the other girls groan in shame, but Dante couldn't help but really 'admire' what he was seeing.

"Hey, trying to copy my sense of style~"

Dante checked out the blonde, who wore clothes similar to his, but with her yellow, orange, and brown theme.

"Why, you hating for making it look better than you~"

Yang wore a teasing smile as she showed the White Hair a little preview of her new outfit; he greatly appreciated it.

"Heh, no one can make it look more good except me~"

Dante decided not to back down, and flexed off his own well-fit body, showing his muscles and how good looking he was; the blonde very much appreciated the sight and did the same, now the two were in the middle of flexing and trying to teasingly flirt with one another, while also seemingly trying to show off dominance to each other.

"Ewww, stop body flirting with each other, it's gross..."

Ruby made a face, while Weiss rubbed her temples in annoyance and Blake just simply shook her head. The two flexed teens just chuckled and winked, clearly these two trouble-makers would make the lives of the three girls a living hell, much to the girl's dismay, but anyway, they got their new clothes, plus spare, making Dante go into debt instantly, and now they were just exploring the city. The Red Coat decided to show them the ropes and how things worked, Team RWBY were both grateful and amazed at what they were seeing. The Red One was excited to see new places she never seen before, The White One was interested in seeing possible shopping areas, The Black One was very happy to see a library that she will no doubt visit one day, and The Yellow One, well, she didn't really care that much about where she was, and was just simply being around Dante, no doubt the two had managed to get along very well, the two began to talk while the rest were admiring the city, people and more.

"Hehe, you know what, you're cool in my book, nice to see a man who can walk the walk and talk the talk, you have no idea how many men I met who think they can just be all bark to me, but when I bite, they run away like wimps."

Yang crossed her arms as she looked at her new supposed friend, no doubt seeing him with respect.

"Well, just so you know, that if you do bite, I'll be sure to bite back~"

Dante had his hands behind his head, and gave the blonde a teasing smirk and wink.

"Oh? Is that so?~"

Yang raised an eyebrow and gave a challenging expression on her face, to which the Red Coat wore a now smug expression, as if already accepting the challenge; however, before the two could do anything "suggestive", they were interrupted by the Team Leader.

"Hey, um, what do you do for a living?"

She asked these questions for three reasons: 1) She really did not want to see her sister flirt while she was around; 2) since the moment they first met, she had noticed the large weapons he carried and wanted to know what he did with them; and 3) Team RWBY no doubt needed a job to survive, and they hoped working with Dante might not only solve that problem by providing them with something they were familiar with (fighting), but also allow them to repay him for his kindness.

"Oh? Well if you must know, I'm a Devil Hunter."

The Devil Hunter Dante lets out a small shrug; he had no reason to lie, so telling them was fine.

"A 'Devil Hunter', what's that?"

Blake couldn't help but tilt her head in curiosity, wondering what type of job that was; the others also wanted to know, though before he could answer their question, they all suddenly heard and saw screaming humans running past them, screaming "DEMON, DEMON, DEMON." Seeing this, Dante smirked, looking at Team RWBY, who wore worried and confused expressions.

"Welp, guess you'll find out what I do~"

Soon, they saw a huge creature, standing in the middle of the area, destroying everything around them and causing lots of destruction. It continued its rampage without realizing a man with white hair falling from the sky, who then stabbed his large sword, Rebellion, into its back. The creature let out a loud roar in pain and struggled to get him off.

"Ok girl's, what we have here is a Big Bad Demon that wants to kill humanity~"

Despite what was happening right now, Dante was in the middle of teaching the four girls, as if this was all a normal thing, which made the team go wide-eyed from what they were seeing

"And it's my job to kill it~"

Then, Dante was thrown off his back, and started shooting fireballs at him. To which, Dante pulled out Ebony and started shooting them all away, before finally landing in a very stylish way in front of RWBY.

"So any questions?~"

Dante stabs his sword into the ground and leans forward, waiting for them to reply; the four were both looking at Dante and at the demon, who seemed to be recovering and was now charging at them.

"... That was, AWESOME! GIRL'S LET BE DEVIL HUNTER'S! Er, um, Devil Huntresses!~"

Yang Xiao Long wore a very excited expression; she had never fought a demon before, but it looked very awesome and badass.

"Hm, I guess that's not a terrible idea."

Blake Belladonna, though very cautious about this whole thing, was actually considering it.

"I hate to say this, but at this point, this might be the only thing we're both familiar and qualified for."

Weiss Schnee couldn't help but shake her head in disappointment; to think that she was only good for fighting and nothing else in this new world.

"Hey! Hey! Dante, do mind if we join your Demon Hunting Team, Pretty Please!~"

Ruby Rose wore puppy dog eyes, as if begging to join something cool; not to mention it was similar to what she wanted to be in Remnant, but this time they didn't need to go to school for it – it was an opportunity that she couldn't pass up.

"Hmmmm, let me think about it..."

Wearing his thinking face, Dante rubbed or tapped his chin with his gun, while doing so, the demon finally approached them. Suddenly, it slammed its fist down on the thinking man, who just as quickly sliced off the entire arm of the monster.

"Eh, why not, but we gotta look cool while doing that~"

Dante laid his rebellion on his shoulders, and once he said that, they took his words literally and pulled out their weapons and posed around him; The Red Hood had her Crescent Rose and stood to his left, The White Princess had her Myrtenaster and stood behind/to his left, The Black Ninja had her Gambol Shroud and stood behind/to his right, and The Yellow Hunter had her Ember Celica and stood to his right.

"Oh yeah, we're totally gonna get along quite nicely~"

At the moment, they're as strong as Lady, if not much stronger than her, which means they can only deal with high rank demons, but not Boss Demons, and definitely not Vergil.

(But when they get their weapons, they'll be much stronger~)
