Chapter 20

"Announcing the Arctic fox, Princess Mizu."

The large throne room doors opened slowly to reveal two figures. Hinata walked forward with a contented smile. She held a leash. At her side, Princess Mizu crawled forward.

A series of shocked gasps littered the packed halls of the throne room. Princess Mizu kept her head bowed. Occasionally she glanced up to see a sea of faces looking down at her in horror.

The throne room was filled with hundreds of people. Mostly nobility from the most prominent families of the Iron Country. Mizu recognized many of them, and they all certainly recognized her.

"Princess?"

"How could they treat the princess this way?"

"This is too cruel."

Princess Mizu could hear the noble's shocked whispers. She wanted badly to hide her face, but of course that was impossible.

Princess Mizu looked much better than her bloody, disheveled state from the past few days. She was cleaned up for this gathering.

The white of her skin and hair had returned. There was not so much as a scar on her body.

Her hair was neat and groomed, and braided into an intricate design that stopped her long strands from dragging on the ground as she crawled.

Mizu adorned an elegant white kimono that matched her pale skin. In every sense, Mizu was back to her former beauty. The only thing different about her was the collar around her neck, and her position on all fours, crawling next to Hinata.

Hinata led her down the center of the hall towards the throne where Naruto sat regally. They stopped at the bottom of the stairs.

"Ah, Princess Mizu. Welcome. I hope my wife has been taking good care of you."

Princess Mizu sat on her knees and kept her head bowed. She nodded silently.

"Very good. How do you like the new decorations?"

Mizu finally looked up and went wide eyed at the horrific scene laid before her.

Dozens of bloody heads, impaled on spikes, surrounded Naruto's throne. She immediately recognized one in particular.

"I know you have been busy the last few days so I'll catch you up. I brought the leaders of the most prominent houses in the Iron Country together with the leaders of the rebel faction, in order to broker a peace deal. Predictably, they didn't get along very well. I have no time for such petty drama."

Mizu barely heard what Naruto said because her eyes were fixated on a single head. Naruto followed her gaze to the spike in the center.

"Ah yes, the former shogun. An outcome fitting someone that conspires against the empire."

Naruto could see certain nobles gritting their teeth and balling their fists in rage. He noted their faces for later. He reveled in their helplessness.

Mizu brought her hands to her mouth to stifle her whimpers. Tears poured down her eyes. Naruto frowned dramatically at Mizu.

"I figured you would be the most happy about this, Princess. He did abandon you, after all."

Mizu wrapped her arms around herself in a vulnerable manner and bowed her head. How could she forget his betrayal? But he was still her father.

"I have run into a problem, however. A problem I was hoping you would help me with."

Naruto continued, drawing Mizu's attention. Naruto looked down at the severed heads with a bored expression.

"The bad blood between the two factions runs deep, especially within the nobel houses. I didn't realize how bad it was until I brought them all together. It's all such a big hassle. I am heavily considering burning the entire country to the ground and using the territory for mining and farming, for the rest of the empire. The land here is very rich, despite the cold."

The faces of the crowd filled with terrified expressions. Naruto grinned wide when seeing their fear.

"That does seem like a waste. The people here know the land and have a rich history. It would be a shame if it all disappeared overnight. However, I have no interest in dealing with an unruly country. There is no more room for petty drama in my empire so if I am to accept the Land of Iron into my empire, I need a leader who knows my doctrine well and will bring the people to heel without me being here. Someone who truly knows their place and will teach the people the same."

Mizu looked at Naruto tentatively, realizing the gravity of what he was proposing.

"You mentioned wanting a special advisory role to my council. I am willing to grant that. In fact, I will go a step further. I am willing to grant you the temporary title of de facto ruler of this territory, which grants you absolute power to establish my doctrine here. You will select the council members, enforce the law, collect taxes, and all the other menial tasks that I can't be bothered with. However, if you fail to transition the country into my empire within 6 months, I will destroy this entire country."

Mizu was overwhelmed by Naruto's proposal. She'd always wanted power, but this was too much.

"What say you? Will you take responsibility for the sins of your people?"

All eyes were on Mizu now. Mizu trembled, biting into her bottom lip anxiously.

"Can I really do it? Do I have the strength?"

Mizu squeezed into her own arms. Only a few days ago she would have jumped at the opportunity, but now, everything was different. She was different.

"If it's any consolation, I believe in you."

Mizu looked up at Naruto in surprise. He leaned his hand along his cheek, watching her in that familiar amused way.

"I wouldn't make this offer if I didn't think you could handle it. You are an exceptional woman, after all."

Mizu couldn't help the dark blush that tinted her pale cheeks.

"Really?"

Mizu suddenly grew a fearful, wide-eyed expression and looked up at Hinata cautiously. Hinata stared blankly forward but Mizu could see the woman's grip tighten on her leash. Mizu bowed her head again in a panic.

Naruto huffed in annoyance.

"I will give you one more chance. Will you take responsibility?"

Mizu's trembling became more intense as she glanced from Naruto to Hinata. She should just speak up and say yes, but her self confidence had been utterly destroyed. Mizu tried her best to muster all her courage and strength to speak. However, as soon as she parted her lips a sense of dread welled up inside her. She looked at Hinata in fear. She dared not speak without direct permission from Hinata.

Hinata smiled and nodded in approval when seeing Mizu's submissiveness.

"You may speak."

Mizu nodded and bit into her bottom lip nervously. She turned to Naruto and opened her mouth again.

"B…Bark…bark…bark."

A series of shocked gasps emanated throughout the hall. Even Naruto was taken aback.

"Bark bark bark!"

Tears poured from Mizu's eyes as she filled the throne room with her high-pitched yelps. Other than her voice, the room was deathly quiet. One woman in the crowd fainted, yet Mizu wouldn't stop.

Hinata looked down at Mizu in amazement. Even she didn't expect this. Hinata held her own cheeks as her face flushed red. She glanced around to see the horrified faces of the noble crowd. Hinata's body began to heat up at the sight of Mizu's total humiliation. It was glorious.

Hinata glanced at Naruto out of the corner of her eye. He stared at her incredulously, as if to say "really?"

Hinata had to take a moment to compose herself. She took a deep breath before finally yanking slightly on Mizu's leash, drawing the Princess' attention.

Mizu stopped barking and looked up to Hinata tentatively. Hinata could see the look of desperation in her eyes, as if to ask "did I do good, mistress?"

Hinata reached down to gently stroke Mizu's hair. Mizu sighed in relief and leaned into the touch.

"Such a good girl. You may speak like a person now."

Mizu looked up at Hinata with a sweet smile.

"T-thank you, Mistress."

A pang of guilt hit Hinata when seeing Mizu's innocent expression. Hinata nodded and looked away while rubbing into her own arm and shifting uncomfortably. Mizu's obedience and fragility was taking away Hinata's enjoyment. Mizu was no longer the same confidence, calculating seductress, but a broken, fragile flower. Hinata felt a sense of responsiblity which was overriding her hate and jealousy.

Mizu turned her attention back to Naruto.

"E-emperor Naruto."

Mizu's voice was shaky as she spoke. Naruto raised an eyebrow expectantly.

MIzu closed her eyes and focused on mustering her courage again.

"I-I apologize for my people. On behalf of my people, I plead for your mercy and forgiveness. If you will still have me, I accept responsibility for them. I will do my best to lead us into the empire. If I fail, I…I will happily accept any punishment as fair justice!"

Mizu shouted her words as if they wouldn't exit her throat unless she gave all her energy. Despite her attempt to shout, her voice was still quiet and soft as a psalm. The only reason anyone could hear her was because the rest of the room was completely silent.

Naruto nodded in approval.

"Good. Now you just need to seal the deal and confirm your oath."

Mizu looked at Naruto in confusion. Were her words not enough? She didn't remember any special ceremonies in Naruto's doctrine. Mizu looked at Hinata for some kind of hint of what she should do.

Hinata bent down to undo Mizu's leash, an action which shocked the princess. Hinata then looked away with a frustrated frown and a flustered blush. Mizu looked back to Naruto to see a devilish grin growing across his face. Her eyes widened in realization.

"Oh Gods. Here?"

Mizu looked around anxiously at all the eyes watching her. She clenched into the fabric of her kimono along her thighs. Her entire body quivered fiercely. After a few moments of hesitation and contemplation, Mizu nodded with her head bowed.

"As you command, my emperor."

Mizu began to crawl forward on all fours, making her way up the stairs in front of the throne. There was confusion on the faces of the crowd.

Mizu didn't stop until she reached Naruto. She kneeled between his legs and looked up at him to confirm her assumption. Naruto's smile was all she needed to see.

In front of everyone, Mizu reached forward and pulled Naruto's pants down just enough to free his manhood. Another series of shocked gasps emanated through the halls.

"Princess Mizu, what are you doing?"

One man spoke up in distress. Mizu recognized his voice as belonging to her butler. She ignored him, hoping that no one would kill him. Instead, Mizu focused on her task.

She swept her bangs from her face and leaned forward to press a gentle kiss against the underside of Naruto's length.

The butler fell on his butt in shock.

Mizu didn't stop there. She rose up on her knees just enough to position the tip against her lips before taking it into her mouth and bobbing her head gently.

"I accept your offer of loyalty, Princess Mizu. I expect you to work hard for the empire."

Mizu took her mouth off Naruto just enough to speak. Her lips trembled against the underside of his shaft while looking up at him obediently.

"Yes, Emperor. It will be my pleasure."

A body suddenly dropped down next to Mizu, making her jump in surprise.

Hinata kneeled next to Mizu, still wearing a flustered expression. Mizu looked at her anxiously.

"Mistress?"

Hinata didn't answer. Instead, she grabbed Naruto's length and licked greedily at it. Mizu watched Hinata anxiously before looking back at Naruto. If possible, his sly grin widened.

Mizu gulped, hoping not to anger her mistress while moving back in to lick at Naruto's length. Hinata begrudgingly accepted Mizu's action while looking up at Naruto.

Naruto reached down to stroke Hinata's head in approval.

"Why am I not surprised that you couldn't just take your punishment lying down?"

Hinata fluttered her lashes teasingly and refocused on her work. She wanted to show him that she had truly recommitted herself to her promise. What mattered most to her was Naruto's peace and happiness. For that, she would even put her own pride aside.

Hinata suddenly grabbed Mizu's head and kissed the girl with Naruto's tip rubbing between their lips. Mizu let out a muffled squeak but otherwise didn't resist. Mizu knew what her job was.

Mizu leaned into the kiss and even went so far as to wrap her arms around Hinata's head. Not one to be outdone, Hinata grabbed Mizu around the waist and tugged their bodies close enough for their breasts to squish together.

Mizu submitted to her mistress, following Hinata's lead. They both lost themselves in the lewd kiss, all for Naruto's entertainment.

Naruto looked down at Hinata proudly. He couldn't have been more pleased.

Two figures made themselves known at the bottom of the throne stairs. Sasuke and Hanabi bowed at the knee.

"All hail Emperor Naruto!"

Sasuke was the first to speak. As he did, all of Naruto's shinobi bowed at the knee.

"Long live the emperor! Long live the empire!"

Hanabi shouted next, fiercely declaring her loyalty.

Naruto watched as every person in the room bowed before him. He looked down at the two women putting on a show for him, then towards the shouts of his loyal subjects.

"Life is good."

"Hail, hail, hail!"

Author Note: That's it. It's done. The story is over, officially. This is the ending. Naruto is taking over the Land of Iron. He'll slowly take over the rest of the world but you can use your imagination about how that goes. I might put out a few bonus chapters. Those might be little side stories that answer questions about Haku, Sasuke and Hanabi's relationship, expand on how Mizu transitions the country and her relationship with Hinata and Naruto, (I really like Mizu), stuff like that. However, it's not guaranteed. I told the story I wanted to tell so now you all get to go back and enjoy the completed story if you want. Thank you all so much for reading.
