At Hogwarts that night (Hagrid insisted on bringing Harry to see Dumbledore immediately) Harry was standing in Dumbledore's office waiting for him to arrive. Thinking about just before he traveled here he remembered that Hermione said something about the turner and all of his needed magic items traveling with him. As he felt his neck for the time turner he was surprised to feel his bare neck but looking at his wrist he realized something. The turner had transformed into a new golden watch around his wrist. Normally he wouldn't have noticed and written it off but this watch was different. It had a glass outline slightly higher than the watch face filled with sand similar to the time turner. As he was lost in thought about where his other items were he heard the voice of an old friend. "Hello, Harry." he turned to see Dumbledore in his bright purple robes. "Hello, Professor Dumbledore." He said a little too giddy to be seeing him again. "So you do know about Hogwarts. If i may ask Mr. Potter but how have you come across such knowledge of the wizarding world?" He asked with a worriedness in his voice Harry had never heard before. "I know about it all sir." "Yes. But how?"he stressed with an urgency in his voice replacing the worry "or maybe" Harry thought "is that fear in his voice? Is he afraid of me?" Harry was now worried but decided to tell him the truth. As Harry recounted the story of how he ended up here Harry was now certain that it was fear he heard in his voice because he could now see it on his face. "What's wrong sir?" he asked. "You have meddled in forces we know nothing about, Harry. The side effects could be colossal!" "What might happen?" "No one can know. But I suspect I will need to have a talk with Ms Granger. I will send her an owl immediately. As for you, you will need to stay here until term." Dumbledore added. "Yes sir." Harry said walking to the door. "Oh. And Harry. Where is this special time turner?" Harry said nothing, only holding up his wrist with the watch which earned a solemn nod from Dumbledore.
