Sorry about the wait, I was hoping to see the fifth season of the nine realms, but since I don't have Hulu or Peacock, I had to wait a bit longer. But here's the next chapter.
Intro: (song) "Transformers! More than meets the eye! Transformers! Robots in disguise!" Optimus Prime with axe in hand, Tom, Jack and Thunder beside him breathing lightning. Ratchet with his hands transformed into swords fighting Deceptacons with D'Angelo, Miko and Plowhorn fighting beside him. Bulkhead bashing with his wrecking ball fist June and her dragon Wu and Wei fighting with ice and fire. Bumblebee with his right arm laser gun and left arm a sword with Alex, Raf and Feathers beside him. "Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Deceptacons!" Blizwing, destroying buildings. Lugnut lifting a bulldozer over his head. And Galvatron leading his army. The Team Prime and modern Dragon Riders lined shoulder to shoulder in the Hidden World. "Transformers! (Robot voice) Transformers!"
In the mirror crystal realm, Tom was outfitted in a fireproof suit made out of dragon scales. Alex, Raf, Ratchet and WheelJack are inspecting Tom's suit. Tom comments his suit: "Alright, this one feels great." Alex says to him regarding his suit: "Fire suit version six perfect your over salas explorer on the go." Raf adds: "This suit is heat resistant, so any attacks by fire theme dragons, will not harm you, but you will be sweaty." Ratchet looking at Tom's body heat temperature, heart rate and pulse and says: "And I'm monitoring your vitals in case something is wrong with your body temperature or feeling of stress." WheelJack tightens the back: "He's ready to go." The four step aside from Tom.
The young blonde teenage boy openly asks: "So, how do I look?" D'Angelo says regarding Tom's question: "The fire suit is cool. The fact you're flying into a fire realm is crazy." Many of the Autobots and the three Maximals agreed. Bulkhead whispers to Bumblebee: "You know, he looks like Hiccup only his helmet's more modern." Bumblebee whispers in reply: "Yes he does." Tom replies to D'Angelo's caution: "Oh come on. I'm sure this version of the suit will work perfectly. Right guys?" He asks the genius members of the team. Alex says with hesitation in her voice: "I believe, you believe." WheelJack adds in agreement with Tom's confidence in the suit: "It should, we coated in Night-Light dragon scales. And since lighting is deadlier than fire, and more hotter, so it should be able to withstand extreme heat temperatures." Raf points out: "Yeah. But it only protects you from heat, not lava. So just don't go lava swimming."
Tom looking through his backpack: "I should bring the spearhead along. Just incase I run into the person who dropped it." Miko asks: "No offense Tom, no need to start anything but I doubt you'll find who left that spear tip thingy alive." Tom replies: "Maybe not alive but some clue or a grave marker or something." June still worried for her friend asks: "Are you sure this is a good idea Tom?" Ratchet also concern asks: "She's right Tomas. Maybe we should do more testing just to be safe." Tom answers: "I think we need to field test it. And besides, this is proof that other people have been down here." He says holding the spear head in his hand. "And if they're still here. They might be able to explain my connection to Thunder and the Transformers." Webster says poetically: "The secret of the past cannot be hidden way forever. Many secrets of the ages wishes to be brought into the light."
Thunder roars in agreement, Tom also points out: "And anyway, someone has to be the fire tester." D'Angelo says to everyone else: "Or the crash test dummy." Ratchet asks: "Tomas, maybe we should do some more testing before we send you into the lava realm. We cannot be certain if…" Tom interrupts: "Ratchet, sometimes you need to learn to run before you learn to walk." He mounts on Thunder's back. "Hit it pal!" The Night-Light Fury charges into the new realm. June and Jack tries to stop him but too late. Alex states his progress: "He's made it further than last time." WheelJack adds in agreement: "He and the suit's holding." D'Angelo says in a joyous tone: "He's almost to the outcrossed! He might make it!" But then he catches on fire. June speaks the obvious: "He didn't make it." Webster says regarding Tom's recent failure: "Like Icarus he flew to close to the sun, and now he is burned, literally."
D'Angelo seeing his friend hurting says: "Ohh! That's suit's starting to sizzle." Miko speaks as well: "I be he feels like Iron-Man testing his armor suit." Alex says regarding Tom: "Hoo, so is Tom!" Ratchet speak of his vittles: "His burning on the outside, that's true. His heart rate is increasing, his temperatures is rising too." Bumblebee yells: "Everyone hit the deck!" Everyone minus Alex gets down as Tom screams as he and Thunder are send flying back in a fireball.
As the rider and dragon were on the ground smoking from the flames, D'Angelo exclaims turning to him: "Kullersen!" Tom and Thunder gets back up, groaning in pain, Tom says regarding his pain: "I feel like a chard brisket." He sees his boot on fire still. "Oh, still cookin'!" He stands on one foot hoping trying to stop his foot from burning, until Wu breaths ice on it. "(Sigh) Thanks Wu." As his friends rush to him. June says to Tom: "It's a miracle you're still alive." Jack speaks too: "I'll say."
Alex and Raf walks up to him, and inspects him, but cam still feel pain, he even says: "Ah!" Alex asks: "How did the suit hold up?" Raf asks as well: "Did you feel any discomfort besides being burned alive?" Ratchet finishes: "Do you require any medical attention?" Tom replies as Alex and Raf inspects him and his suit: "Ow! That's tender." The continue to inspect until the touch something more sensitive. "Ow! That too!" Alex scoffs and questions: "What isn't tender?" Bumblebee adds: "Yeah, I'm surprised your mouth isn't melting."
Tom touches his body to see where it isn't tender, but almost all of his body is in pain. All except his foot that Wu extinguished earlier. Tom says taking a win: "My right big toe." Jack sarcastically says: "Well whoopy doo. His right bug toe's okay." Alex says regarding the suits: "I hate to say it; but the suits aren't working."
Ratchet says regarding what he said earlier: "As I said before, we shouldn't run some test." He said as he scans the suit and Tom's body for injuries.
Tom tries to come up with a rebuttal and says: "Or…we figure out what protected my right big toe. Glass half full." He said with confidence in his voice. Everyone groans in exhaustion, Jack says to Tom: "Tom, even if we knew what protected your big toe. Well aside Wu cooling you off. How many test are we gonna do this?" Tom answers: "As many times Jack. I mean a whole new realm to explore." Jack replies: "I know, I get that. But still how many do we really have to go?"
WheelJack says: "You know, back in the 19th century, I met Thomas Edison and Tesla. And even though Edison had an ego to boot, though I will say this: he tried and failed nearly 2,000 times to develop the carbonized cotton-thread filamented for the incandescent lightbulb. And when he was asked about he said 'I didn't fail; I found out 2,000 ways how to not make a lightbulb'. But he only needed one way to make it work." Miko asks: "So you're saying we'll be making 2,000 versions of the suit before we get it right?" Ratchet answers: "No, I think he's saying there's going to trial and errors. So sooner or later we'll get it right." Tom asks: "See? Just takes time and a little patience." They still groan in exhaustion.
At the Icarus town, as the kids walk back home. Tom comes up with a theory: "Maybe next time, if I fly faster…" June interrupts him saying: "Or maybe the Fire Realm isn't meant to be explored." Tom replies: "No, someone dropped that spearhead June. If it takes me burning through a hundred of Alex, Raf, Ratchet and WheelJack's prototype suits. I'm gonna find out who." Both the Latino and Hispanic members questioned openly: "A hundred more prototype suits?!" Alex finishes: "If that's the case, you six better learn to sow." D'Angelo states: "We don't need a hundred Alex. Just 7 suits that work." Alex replies with a question: "Can we start with one?" Raf adds: "Yeah. I mean we're using shedded dragon scales. We don't know how thick we need to make the suit." The African American Teenager states with enthusiasm in his voice: "Just think about it. A cool new world, new dragons to be discovered. I'm with Tom, I wanna see it all." Jack finishes: "I can't believe I'm saying this but me too."
The group stops, turns to Jack with shock and confusion. June says to Jack: "I expect this kind of behavior coming from Miko, but not from you Jack." Miko questions: "Yeah man, what the heck?" The Japanese American boy answers: "I must admit I was skeptical about this whole Dragon and Transformers thing. But now it's getting more interesting, sure it's dangerous. But than again many explorers went through dangerous environments. Were there deaths? Yes. Did they find what they're looking for? Sometimes no. But this is so exciting." He stated his voice of reasoning but still exciting.
June says to the group: "We wanna see it too guys. But, safely." Miko says in agreement: "Yeah. As cool as it would be in a fire ball. But I wanna live so, safely is going to be our Number one task." Alex states: "Pretty sure Dragon Rider and safe, is a contradiction in terms."
Tom finishes the conversation: "Okay, okay, okay. Let's give this safe thank some thought and get right back at it tomorrow." Alex says sounding sarcastically but serious: "Alright, but also let's give to thought of the fact; just hanging out and relaxing in the lair with the dragons is pretty cool." The group looks at Alex somewhat understanding. "Maybe we can be content with that?" She asks at the end of her sentence. Everyone thinks for a moment all minus June and Raf replies: "Nah!" The three boys and Japanese punk rocker goes their separate ways heading home, while Alex, June and Raf are left standing. June and Raf shuds not knowing how to responds. Alex heads for home and speak in her Latino language: "(Sigh) Nomag Dias." The three remaining members all head home too.
As June walks to her house, then Eugene's voice yells: "Think fast!" He threw a water balloon in June's face, which annoys her, "Boom! Direct hit!" She groans in frustration and angrily asks: "Really?!" Her brother responds to his sister: "Oh, come on. You use to love water balloons." June still angry says: "Not when I'm fully clothed and they hit me in the face!" She still groans, Eugene says to his sister June: "But I'm board. This place is so remote, I might as well be on mars." The Chinese girl groans as he walks away, and says: "Wishful thinking." Her brother continues to speak: "You can always let me into Dragon Club." She stops in mid walking away.
June says to him: "You hit me, with a water balloon and you me to hang out with my friends? You don't even like us!" Eugene replies with a question: "What difference does that make? This whole place is about science and knowledge and complicated stuff. I hate it all." June ending the conversation: "Go away." She pushes her brother aside and heads for her home.
Eugene tries to beg for his sister: "Come on June-bug I'm your brother. That's gotta count for something right?" June stops and turns around and says to her brother: "Go, away. Even if I let you, you'd just wreck it, like you wreck everything!" She turns back and walks into the house he tries to stop her and explain but she doesn't listen and closes the door on him.
Eugene feeling acts tough says: "Fine! I don't wanna join your stupid club anyway." He turns around still upset, then switches to board. "(Sigh) This place sucks! Please let me join your stupid club?" He asks her through the door.
The next day the youths along with Agent Fowler meet. Tom says to the group regarding their plans for today: "Okay, so here's what we're gonna do; we're gonna use a fire breather, from the Fire Realm and test it on some suits." D'Angelo questions his friend's sanity: "Are you crazy? Wait I'm just gonna record this, so I can replay this on a perpetual loop." He pulls out his phone, clears his throat and speaks into his phone, "'Are you crazy?!'" The blonde haired boy replies differently: "I don't think its that crazy."
The Latino girl says sarcastically: "Of course you don't think it's crazy. You're missing the whole self preservation gene." Miko adds in agreement: "Yeah, what she says dude. If you fired up by a fire dragon alive you're gonna turn into a Tom stake." Tom says of what he means by: "It's not crazy, if we train the dragon first. Then we can control how to blast the suit." Jack seeing what he's saying and speak up: "Hu, I think I see what you mean by." Tom finishes: "And if it gets too dicey we stop. Simple."
D'Angelo walks up besides him and questions his friend: "Okay, so you're talking about working with an untrained dragon, breathing fire, all over a suit that you're wearing?" He pulls out his phone and uses the recording, 'Are you crazy?!' Alex says on D'Angelo's phone: "D'Angelo's phone is right. I really don't think you've thought through the inevitability of certain death."
Tom says to his friends: "Hey, at least I'm telling before I do stuff now." June says to Tom's actions: "Telling us ahead of time, before you're gonna barbecue yourself, isn't a big improvement." Tom says with confidence: "You guys are such worriers. You gotta learn to trust my instincts. Come on!" Fowler agrees: "These two are right Tom. Why not use a test dummy? I got a few mannequins have a place to use for target practice." The group look at the federal agent with confusion and disturbance. "What? So I keep a few dummies to shoot, to blow off some steam." Tom says to him: "Let's try that. So you get the dummies we'll meet you at the lair." Tom then runs heading to the lair.
The teens looked at each other and runs following Tom, Folwer says as they leave him: "Okay. So I'll get the dummies and meet you guys there." He heads back to his dome to retrieve the dummies. Unknown to party Eugene was spying on them, he quietly laughs as he follows them.
In the forest where the young Dragon Riders were heading to the lair, Eugene was hot on their trail. Keeping his distance, climbing over a fallen tree log, but slips down. But after that fall he now sees they're gone, and asks openly to himself: "Ah man! Did I loose them?" He asks with a stick in his hair which he removes, and starts wondering through the woods.
He kept wondering until he bumps into someone causing him to fall down. He looks up to see the lumberjack boss nicknamed Buzzsaw, wearing his usual clothes, a wool cap and a gas-mask armed with a hatchet. Eugene was terrified beyond words, as the terrifying lumberjack reaches out to him, Eugene begs for his life: "Don't hurt me please! Especially not my face!" He screams like a girl, Fowler walking in the woods with his target dummies and thought he heard a scream. Fowler even openly asks: "What was that? A little girl screaming?" He stopped for a moment to listen again but no responds. "Hmm." He continues to head to the lair.
At the mirror realm, Fowler uses the dummy with the flame resistant suit on it. Tom says to his friend: "I've been working on an idea. Similar to what the trainers taught us when we were teaching my old dog." He tosses fish on the floor. "There are no bad dogs, just scared ones. These dragons don't know people, so they have no reason to be afraid of us if we're nice to them." June asks him: "So you're theory is, if you feed them…" D'Angelo finishes in the form of a question: "They'll be your friend?" The group is skeptical about Tom's idea.
Tom replies with his experience: "Worked on Thunder. Right bud?" He asks his dragon, who isn't thrilled about this idea either. Raf speaking concern: "Tom even if your theory is right. That can't be said about all animals. I mean you can't expect a mountain lion or crocodile or even a hawk to be nice if you feed them." Tom says to Raf: "Just trust me. This will work." He places the last fish on the ground.
For a moment they wait for a dragon to come, so far nothing. Just then Thunder growls sensing another creature's presents. Then hanging from the upper part of the hole, is a Monstrous Nightmare dragon engulfed in fire. Fowler says seeing the beast: "Hey, that one looks like Phoenix." June says in agreement: "Yeah it kinda dose."
The wild dragon enters the mirror realm, at first it acts intimidating until Phoenix steps in and roars back at it. The wild monstrous nightmare eats the fish, then it turns to Tom, who shows it even shaking it to show it has no more fish, the monstrous nightmare looks into the bag to see its empty. It turns to Tom with an angry expression, while Tom says to the dragon: "That's all I got." He said after throwing the bag.
The wild dragon turns to the other Dragon Riders, June, D'Angelo, Miko, Alex, Jack, Folwer and Raf who responds simultaneously: "All out, I got nothing, I'm not carrying a cooler of fish, don't look at me, these pockets don't have any fish, I'm a federal agent not a fisherman, same here." They said to the dragon.
The wild dragon was angry and takes it out on them, Thunder steps in between the wild dragon and Tom. Tom tries play peacekeeper between the two dragons but the wild dragon unleashes his fire, Thunder shields him and Tom from the fire with his wing, while the others hid behind crystal stalagmites. The wild dragon stops breathing and returns to the fire realm.
Everyone sighs in relief but turns to Tom with a serious look who chuckles nervously then says: "Yeah, we might need more fish." Thunder smiles after hearing the words more and fish. Fowler says openly: "If we really wanted to test the suit, and if we knew that a dragon species that Phoenix is in there. We could have used her!" He yells at the end of his sentence. June says regarding what the federal agent said: "Well since your dragon looks like it be indigenous to the Fire Realm, which mean we can test the fire suits without bringing in any wild dragons." Tom realizes this and agreeably says: "You know you guys are right. But for Thunder and others sake we'll still get them fish." Thunder still smiles.
At the Ark, Optimus Prime is with WheelJack, Ratchet, and Preceptor were working on the new Dragon suit prototypes, based off the original version from the Viking era. Optimus Prime says to the team: "How's the new and improved suits coming along?" WheelJack answers: "We made some analyzed the old suit's material based off the old dragon scales. But the suit's so old we can't fully analyze it." He states the problems of the old suit to be better than the new one.
Ratchet adds the new suit: "However despite that, we used the shape, designed and using new dragon scales." Preceptor finishes: "And the fire proof capabilities are not just standard flames, but also plasma, electricity and even heat and cold temperatures." Optimus Prime with a small smile says: "Good. We should send these data to the Dragon Riders." Ratchet adds: "Also we need the humans hight, size and shape." Bumblebee walks up and says: "I can deliver these data to the Dragon Riders. And gather their measurements." He is given the date on a hard drive and he transforms into vehicle mode and drives to the mirror crystal realm.
Outside in the forest where Buzzsaw and Eugene sat around a camp fire, as the former lumberjack boss stares into the fire heavily, while sharpening his hatchet with a flint-stone, the Chinese teenager felt uncomfortable, even disturbed and terrified by him.
Eugene breaks the silence by simply asking: "What are you?" The former Lumberjack boss answers: "People call me Buzzsaw." He said acting intimidating, then holds a can and mug, "Oolong?" The teenager was confused now and answers: "Hu, sure?" As Buzzsaw pours the coffee in the mug he asks Eugene: "One lump or two?" The young man replies: "No lumps, I don't lumps." He's give the mug of coffee. "So why do they call you Buzzsaw?" He said with a condescending tone at the end of a sentence.
The man answers simply: "Because I tell them too." He sits down on the log. "Okay, what do you about that station on the cliff?" Eugene answers with a question of his own: "Icarus?" He said of the name, which Buzzsaw replies: "Don't try to confuse me with code names." Eugene says to him: "No, I'm not. It's just a research-irey place."
The former lumberjack boss says believing in something else: "That's the cover story. But what's really going on there? Experiments? DNA manipulation? Animal hybrids? Lighting birds?" He said as he sharpens his hatchet and was very enthusiastic about the lighting-bird. Eugene replies: "Ah man, don't I wish. Nah, it's just rocks and tomatoes and fire flies. Huh, occasionally I have to do laundry." Buzzsaw still feeling conspicuous says: "Laundry, is that what they call it?"
Eugene was feeling more uncomfortable so he says hoping to end the conversation: "You know what? I'll go and ask them about animal thing." He places the mug down. "Yeah, I'm just gonna go, and make them tell me for you. And I'll be right back." As he stood up, Buzzsaw throws his hatchet hitting the log behind Eugene who sits back down. He nervously laughs feeling afraid of this mentally unstable man. The man asks Eugene: "What do you know about the lighting bird?" Eugene Scooches the log seat back while saying: "I think you kidnapped the wrong dude. I don't anything. I flunk the entrance exam in kindergarten."
Even though he's speaking the truth, Buzzsaw still doesn't believe him, and replies: "A likely story. But I don't buy it. You're lying to keep their secret." Eugene replies still being truthful enough: "Believe me, I like to keep my own secret. Keeping track of those lies is tough enough." Buzzsaw no longer tolerating his words, simply says: "Lighting, bird!" He said grinding his teeth in annoyance and anger as he shows a wooden carving of what he thinks he saw.
Eugene begging for his life: "Please don't carve me into a human item." Buzzsaw now being specific: "Big black bird, with lighting all over its body." Eugene was even more terrified he stutters to answer, but then stops and remember from June's journal of the drawing of Thunder. He stops and says while holding the item: "Wait, black with lighting all over its body." He begins to remember and puts two and two together.
Unknown to them, the Decepticon vulture Laserbeak watching the two humans.
In the Decepticon's base the lieutenants Blitzwing, Lugnut and Starsdream watched and analyzed them.
Blitzwing says with Crazy face: "Hohohoh! CaN yoU bElieVe thEM? ESpeCiaLLy thE LuMBeRjAck. AnD tHey SaY I'm tHe CrAzy OnE!" Starscream adds: "Indeed. He appears to be unstable, but might prove useful the long run." Lugnut questions his fellow officer: "What do you mean Starscream? You can't honestly believe this human can be any service to the glorious Decepticon cause." The air commander replies to the hulking Decepticon: "Well we have worked with humans in the past. Some were intelligent, some no so much, a few egotistical, and in many cases crazy. So how can this be any different?"
Blitzwing agreeing with Starscream with calm face: "He is right. And when he kept referring 'Lighting bird'. He was obviously referring to the dragon. So sooner or later he'll stumble upon the Hidden World." Then he switches to angry face. "AND FROM THERE WE CAN ESTABLISH A OUTPOST AND CONQUER THE HIDDEN WORLD FROM WITHIN!" Starscream says to Blitzwing: "Thank you Blitzwing. We should report this to Galvatron." The three officers leave the command room to speak to their lord and master.
In Galvatron's throne room where he sits, and where his three lieutenants enter and kneel. Galvatron says to them: "Starscream, Lugnut, and Blitzwing. report on the Hidden World?" Starscream answers: "No sir. But we have reason to believe, that a human, may be able to help us find it." The leader of the Deceptions raises his left eyebrow and questions: "Is that so?" Lugnut says disagreeing with his fellow Lieutenant: "Master, forgive me, but I doubt this puny human can be any service to glorious Decepticon cause." He said with utter surety in his voice.
Galvatron says as he stands up: "I will be the judge of that Lugnut." The large Decepticon pleading to his master: "Oh yes master! Please forgive me for my ignorance." He walks to him and says: "There's nothing to apologize, you were only thinking of our cause." He gentility grasses his on Lugnut's face till he reaches his neck, then lift him up with one arm. "But make no assumptions again. If you see something that could be potential or worthless you don't decide that. I will decide if it's worthy for the cause or not. do I make myself clear?" He said in an intimidating tone.
Lugnut replies: "Yes, master! I understand, I will never question your wisdom!" So Galvatron lets him go, after which Lugnut falls on his knees and arms. The leader turns to his third lieutenant: "Blitzwing, any idea who this human is?" Blitzwing answers in a clam face: "Not much sir. All we do know is that he is, or was The leader of a logging company in these parts. but after the the forest fire incident, he's lost his business and everything. And he believes he possibly saw one of the dragons, which he reverse to as a Lighting bird." Then he switches to Angry face: "IN BELIEVING THIS CREATURE DESTROYED HIS BUSINESS, HE'S HELL BEND ON FINDING THE DRAGON!" Galvatron seeing this a possible potential and says: "Intriguing. Bring this human to me, alive. Also find out what he drinks. I want him to feel as comfortable as possible" with that three leave and send one of their operatives to retrieve him.
Back in the Hidden World Thunder lays on one of the stone pillars, as lighting courses over his body, Bumblebee delivers the data in which Raf uses his laptop to see the data they analyzed. Raf says typing on his laptop: "Okay, so with the collected the data you've gathered this could help us with the suit." Bumblebee speaks: "Yep. We did this a lot of times." Raf says to him: "I don't doubt it. All we need is to test it."
Tom still using a wild dragon by dropping a trail of fish, to which the dragon follows and eats said fish. Tom dumbs the remaining fish into a pile, while saying: "Okay, round 2." Wu and Wei were licking their lips seeing the fish, June asks Tom: "Is it fair to our dragons, to watch as you feed some other dragon that's isn't part of our group?"
Tom reassures her: "It'll be okay. I'll feed them a bit later. I just need to get this one filled up, so he'll be calmer and more agreeable on a full stomach." The Chinese girl still questions her friend: "Agreeable?" Tom replies to June: "Yeah, I'm gonna unload some fire breath on what's left on the suit here."
Alex says simplifying his words: "What he means is; he's going to trying to bribe the dragon again." Jack asks: "Are you sure that's a good idea Tom?" Tom replies: "I'm sure. Just get comfortable and happy." The dragon stops eating and turn to Tom's direction with the dummy suit. "Okay, go ahead big guy. Blast away!" He offers to have the dragon breath fire on the suit.
The wild monstrous nightmare just stares at him, Tom still offers the dragon, "Right there. You can do it." He telling the dragon to shoot the armor even makes roaring mimics acting like a wild dragon all around the armor. Bumblebee places his hand on his face and groans and say: "He's making a complete fool of himself." Miko nods in agreement.
But June says with fear in her voice: "Hu, Tom? I don't think he's interested in being 'An-agreeable-lab-dragon'."
Tom still not listening rebuttals: "No, no, he's fine. He's fine. Aren't you big guy? Come on." The dragon was now starting to grow angry even growls. Agent Fowler says: "Hu, Tom. Wu and Wei as well as Charcoal, Plowhorn, Phoenix, Winger and Thunder stood up, while Feathers, Cloudster and Sparky hid their riders in their wings. D'Angelo now with more fear in his voice says: "Dude, nobody's fine here!"
Tom now whispering: "Just give me a sec, please." D'Angelo uses his phone having it play its recording: "'Are you crazy?!'" Bumblebee sighs and says: "Against my better judgement and experience, I will allow it." Jack questions the Black and Yellow colored Autobot scout: "Now are you crazy? What if he gets us burned?" Bumblebee replies: "I'm just saying we should give Tom the benefit of the doubt. But I do know from experience this could turn out bad." June asks: "Than why let him do it?" The scout answers: "To learn from his mistakes." They couldn't argue with the logic behind it.
The blonde haired boy still trying to act calms says: "Hey, hey, hey, hey. It's okay, its okay." Alex says stating obviousness: "He's gonna miss that arm." Miko asks for Tom's safety: "He does have medical insurance for animal attacks right?" Fowler says to the group: "Already working on a cover story." Alex comments dryly him: "Wow, you federal agents guys really think of everything." June warns him: "Tom, wait!" He then places his hand on the dragon's snout. Bumblebee stockily says: "He's dead." D'Angelo asks: "Why'd you say that?" The African American army ranger/veterinarian asks to which the scout answers: "He's forgot the lesson. Don't go to him, let him come to you."
Tom turns to the group with confidence and says: "See? It's fine." Raf, Jack, Alex and Bee all say at the same time: "No it's not."
The wild dragon's eye lids narrowed in anger and almost bites off Tom's arm, but he moved away just in time. The wild monstrous nightmare raises up spreading its wings, roaring and sprays Tom in a green slim substance.
Miko says in disgust: "Ew! I think I'm gonna barf." She said holding her mouth and stomach.
Thunder rose up ready and flies next to and defend Tom, just as the wild dragon breaths fire. But Thunder saves him just in the nick of time by flying in and swooping down just as the Monstrous nightmare breaths fire and ignites his body in flames.
As the boy and dragon rolled summersaulting, until they hit something and stop. As Tom hears a ringing in his ears, slowly opening his eyes, seeing the monstrous nightmare dragon hovering and latching onto a stone support beam while still engulfed in flames and breathing fire.
Thunder turns to his rider who now gets up groaning in pain, and asks himself: "What is this stuff?" Feathers appears turning visible and Alex hiding in her dragon's wings and says to Tom in an irritated tone: "Flammable jell. This fire breathing nightmare spread you with it then ignited. You're lucky to be alive. We all are." Then Feather turns invisible again.
Tom took her words in, but he gets back up and walks to the armor and says successfully: "But hey. He did it. He tested the suit." He places his hand on the suit only off the armor to fall off the dummy. "(Groan) Scales blocked the flames, but…" He picks up a piece of the armor and sees what he went wrong. "Oh man, so that's the problem."
June says to him: "Hey Tom, pay attention to your new friend." They still see the dragon flying around the cave still ignited. Raf asks hiding behind his dragon: "Maybe he'll leave if we just keep out distance." D'Angelo agreeably says with Raf: "You're probably right. Just give him some space."
As the dragon rests he still breaths fire as everyone dodges it. Cloudster was willing to breath gas but Miko stops him and says: "No Cloudster! If you breath gas here, we'll all be barbecued!"
Phoenix stood in between the wild dragon and her friend dragons. So the wild dragon retreats and sees Alex and Feather and charges towards them. Tom exclaims his friend's name: "Alex look out!" Jack yells: "Alex get out of there!"
As the Latino girl stood, but her sonic screaming chameleon wraps her rider in her wings and turns invisible. The wild dragon misses and endings up hitting the ground and extinguished the flames. Feathers and Alex reappears seeing the wild dragon regaining its consciousness.
D'Angelo mounts on Plowhorn and says: "We gotta get that fire-breather out of here." Fowler adds as he mounts on his dragon: "Yeah, before he fries us alive." The others mounts on their dragons too, Bumblebee transforms his right arm into a gun and sets it on stun.
As the Dragon Riders surround him, Bee aims his weapon at the beast, but it shows emotion of fear. Tom reassures everyone: "Wait! We're just scaring him." D'Angelo replies also in fear: "Well he's scaring us!" As the wild monstrous nightmare crouches down feeling scared, Tom says to his friends: "I know, I know. But we need him to keep testing our fire suits. We have to ge…."
June interrupts him: "He's not a machine Tom. No offense Bee." The Scout replies: "None taken, I know what you mean. You mean like a tool or something." The Chinese girl says to both the Scout and Blonde haired boy: "Thanks for understanding. And Tom he's not a tool you can feed fish too and use. He's an emotional being, who's trying to survive and live his life." Raf says in agreement with June: "June's right. I mean humans maybe the dominant species on the planet and all. But animals too feel emotions, they can feel like we feel." Bumblebee finishes: "Tom, I know you mean to test the suit and all. But you need to earn the dragon's trust first."
Tom takes a minute to take in their words and realizes he was wrong and says to them: "You're right guys." So as the Dragons land, and Bee transforms his gun back into a hand they stand down.
Tom walks to the wild dragon, kneels down to it and apologizes: "I'm sorry. Let's try this again." Thunder nudges his rider, who pets him. The monstrous nightmare sees this human is someone who he can trust. "I guess I got so focus on exploring the Fire Realm. I forgot the real first rule of Dragon Club; Dragons are our friends."
D'Angelo with his arms crossed, and with a smile says: "I'll adjust the manual." He's then hit in the arm by Miko who he asks: "What was that for?" The Punk rocker replies: "For ruining the moment. Besides I'm liking this." She said with a smile on her face as she turns to Tom.
Tom says to his dragon and everyone who's listening: "It won't happen again. Kay?" He turns to the wild dragon. "I really am sorry. No more suit testing." He then picks up a fish, and offers it to the dragon. "It's yours. No strings attacked." He tosses it to the monstrous nightmare. "Go for it." He still offers the fish to the dragon, "It's all you." The dragon looks at the fish and eats it.
The young boy pets his dragon, as Bee walks up to him and says: "I'm proud of you Tom. You've learn your lesson about dragon training. Treat them with respect and that's how'll they'll treat you." He said with a small smile of pride.
The Dragon sees Tom's hand petting his dragon, he walks closer to Tom, and acts like a dog wanting affection. So Tom raises his hand but this time he lets the dragon come to him. And with that gesture of kindness, the dragon lets Tom touch his snout this time, willingly.
D'Angelo comments to Tom: "You really are the dragon whisperer." Agent Folwer also amazed says: "By John Wayne's hat. He's like taming a horse."
Tom is petting both his dragon and the wild dragon equally. Tom says taking D'Angelo's comment: "As long as I don't forget rule number one."
As Tom inspects the armor which still falls apart, he tries to whip the dragon jell off, he turns to see Thunder and Phoenix playing with the wild dragon. As the wild Dragon stops, Feathers join in the fun, Raf says: "(Laughing) Seriously, they're like dogs playing." June agrees trying to speak through her laughter as well: "(Laughing) I know right? This is too cute."
D'Angelo says regarding this news of the dragon: "You're right, he's like a puppy or something. It's crazy playful." Alex adds in still a sarcastic tone: "And yet also kinda frightening." Jack finishes agreeing with both: "Yeah. Just a few hours ago he tries to kill us with fire. But now he's actually liking us." Winger joins in the play time.
As June draws in her book, she turns and asks Tom: "You getting anywhere?" Tom answers: "Not really. Despite the data Bee brought, the glue I used on the suit, it was the said glue that gave out. I need something else to bind the scales together." June says regarding the what they need: "Something fireproof."
Bumblebee states: "Yeah, the suits needs a stronger source of mitral." Tom agrees and says: "Yep, any ideas?" D'Angelo thinks for a minute and says: "Cavallari."
Tom gets up and asks: "You guys got some laying down somewhere?" June replies: "We use to have a lot. But then we had that big garage sale." Tom walks up and says to his friends: "That's what I look forward in every garage sale. Books, baseball cards and cavallari." Miko adds: " and there's the rare occasion of musical instruments." Raf continues the conversation: "There's even paintings and furniture."
Thunder walks up to his rider nudges him and he points to the wild monstrous nightmare who's leaving. Tom says in worried tone: "Ho now." Folwer adds: "I see a dragon going AWOL." They rush to stop him. Tom on Thunder as were the other Dragon Riders on their dragons, he says: "Hey buddy! Let's not go that way okay? That leads to the fissure." The wild dragon ignores him and flies off anyway.
D'Angelo says regarding the situation: "And the outside world." Tom adds: "This is not good." Agent Fowler finishes: "Alright everyone this is a code Blue emergency. We need to find and bring that dragon back before anyone sees him." The Dragon Riders along with Bumblebee who transforms into vehicle mode goes after the wild dragon.
Returning to Eugene and Buzzsaw, still discussing the 'Lighting bird'. Eugene says while holding the wooden carving: "Okay, but like what else did you see? Were there any lava spewing things? Or anything that looked like a unicorn?" The lumberjack man replies in the form of a question: "A unicorn? Don't be crazy." The Chinese young man says back at him: "Me crazy? Uh, you're the one with a hatchet dude." Buzzsaw continues the conversation: "Yeah kid, but I'm not the one looking for unicorn." He said as he sits down on his log.
Eugene replies: "Okay, first; you're like a couple years older than me tops. And second; you've been looking for a lighting bird." He said in a mocking tone at the end of his sentence. "Why is unicorn is just a stretch?"
The former Lumberjack boss says: "(Groan) Unicorns." He continues to carve the wooden figure, Eugene asks: "Okay, okay, okay. Where did you see it? The lighting bird, was it around here somewhere? Did it maybe have bat wings, a round kind of head with big ears?"
Buzzsaw answers: "It was dark. All I saw was something big, flying. What flies except a bird?" Eugene thinks for a moment of what he said by, and says in the form of a question: "Okay, is it possible, I mean just hear me out, that your bird, is actually a dragon?" Buzzsaw replies: "Why a dragon? Why can't it just be a bird? Eugene continues to asks: "Look while you were out here, have you seen six kids and a federal agent running around this forest? And follow up did you see anything else with the Lighting bird?"
Buzzsaw feeling irritated replies: "I haven't really been looking for kids or a agent." The Chinese young man steps back and says to the lumberjack: "But there the ones who know about the dragon, which you think is a lighting bird. Maybe its some kind of government conspiracy. You see what I'm getting at?" To which Buzzsaw replies: "Government conspiracy? Don't tell me you're one of those lunatics who thinks JFK's assassination was fixed, or that the 911 attack was also a fake." Eugene feeling insulted says: "Wow! Hey, don't rope me in with those lunatics." Buzzsaw stops and remembers something else then says: "You know, aside from the lightning bird. I do remember something else. After my van crash name is leaking gasoline, A police vehicle came out of nowhere and told me to evacuate." Eugene questions: "A police vehicle? You mean like a Ranger vehicle right?" The lumberjack replies: "No, like an actual police vehicle, like the ones cops used. After the van exploded my mind was a bit blurry. But I do remember feeling some kind of metal caressing my back. Like something was carrying me and it wasn't even human."
Eugene still questioning: "Did it felt like it…transformed?" Buzzsaw replies: "I can't say, I didn't get a good look. My eyes were still blurry and I felt I had a concussion." Eugene understanding says: "I guess that's reasonable." Buzzsaw slams his hatchet down which frightens Eugene and stands up and asks: "Where are these kids and Agent guy?" The young Chinese man replies in an irritated tone: "That's what I was asking you."
Before he could say anything a loud but faint screech noise is made, which catches their attention, and then they hear a vehicle's engine the two turn to see a car driving through the woods, Eugene asks: "Was that a car?" Buzzsaw answers: "Yep. Not just any car, it's a black and yellow Camaro from 2007. What's a car like that doing out in middle of the woods?" He thinks for a moment, and picks up his hatchet. "Stay here."
Eugene felt scared and says to the man: "Wait! Wait for me!" He chases the slightly older man into the woods.
As the wild dragon in the outer world and in the fissure, the Dragon Riders were behind him, trying catch him. Tom says regarding the wild dragon's behavior: "Ho man he's still playing." D'Angelo adds to the situation: "I know, so fun. Stop doing this!" They still continue to chase the dragon.
As the lumberjack and Chinese young men kept running, while Buzzsaw was still fit, Eugene was running out of breath. Eugene catching his breath: "(Breathing heavily) Hey…you must work out…how much you bench?" Buzzsaw tells him to shsh, and continues his search, Eugene groans and slowly follows but still exhausted.
As for the wild monstrous nightmare, he along with the Dragon Riders flies out of the fissure. Raf says to the gang: "Uh, guys? We're out of the fissure. Luckily it's night so not many people can see us." Tom says to Raf: "Yeah, good thing."
The dragon and the Dragon Riders now flew down lower to the tree tops. "Wait up you silly dragon!" Said the boy riding on the Night-Light fury. The Monstrous Nightmare lands on the ground, turns around to the Dragon Riders, then a beep-beep noise is made, it turns to its right, seeing a yellow Camaro with black strips, and it transforms into Bumblebee.
The Autobot scout says: "Easy there boy. No one's gonna hurt you, just come back to the lair, and we'll get you home to the Fire Realm." As the dragon calms down, unknown to anyone, Buzzsaw was running towards them. As Tom, Thunder charge flying and Bee ready to jump on the wild dragon. Eugene was trying to keep up while heavily breathing.
Just as they trio tries to catch the beast, it flies up into the night sky. Bee says regarding the situation getting worse: "Ah, scrap."
As for Buzzsaw who stops at a cliff's edge, Eugene stops to catch his breath, but turns around and walks a few steps backwards, bumping the former lumberjack boss off balance falling on his knees but not off the cliff's edge.
Just then, the young Chinese man looks and gasps, as he sees the wild dragon flying upwards, shoots fire into the air and flies into it. As for his new acquaintance who didn't see it at all.
Buzzsaw picks up his hatchet, as for the wild dragon it continues to fly. The lumberjack get back up, turns to the direction Eugene saw, turn him and asks: "What? What did you see?" Eugene was too shock to reply, he simply walked backwards until he fell off landing on the ground injured but still alive no broken bones.
Buzzsaw says seeing Eugene's fall: "Ah man! I should help him. But I won't." Then a new voice says in a Texan accident: "Well that ain't just nothing but a two horn two faced rattlesnake move there." Buzzsaw looks around and says: "Who's there? I'm warning you I'm armed!" The voice says: "Yeah, and with nothing but a hatchet. But let me show you what I got partner." Emerging from the shadows is Quickstrike. The young man was stunned, and asks: "What in the name of all that is holy are you?" He asks in total shock, to which the Predacon answers: "The name's Quickstrike! And I'm a Predacon. My boss wants to meet ya." The lumberjack asks: "Do I have a choice?" The evil future cobra/scorpion Transformer nods no, and so Buzzsaw comes willingly.
The wild dragon continues to flies around while the Dragon Riders along with Bumblebee in vehicle mode is behind it, June exclaims where the direction the dragon's heading: "Its heading for Icarus!" Jack adds: "Once it gets there the whole world's gonna learn about dragons." D'Angelo says what they need to do: "We gotta stop it!" Tom says to his friend: "What do you think I've been trying to do?!" Fowler says with a taser gun: "Enough of this. I'm gonna do what I should've done from the beginning." He aims his taser gun at the dragon, Alex says in total shock: "Wow! You had a taser gun this entire time?" The federal agent replies: "It's standard issue. Besides you never know when you'll need it." He aims his taser gun.
Tom says to him: "I don't think a taser will do much effect." Bumblebee adds: "Yeah and perfume vaulting electricity in this dragon he'll never trust again." Miko asks: "So how do we stop it without hurting it?" Alex adds in agreement: "Miko's right. Our options are limited."
Alex says: "I'll catch up with, you're all doing great. Go team!" She and Feathers flies off ahead of the group. D'Angelo openly asks: "Where is she going?" They flew behind the wild dragon, still trying to keep up. "Come on dragon whisper. Get him turn around." The blonde hair boy replies: "I'm not magic D'Angelo."
Jack says to everyone: "Come on everyone! We need to think of something!" They flew closer but still weren't close enough.
Tom thinks for a moment, then says openly: "Maybe if I get close enough." The Africa America teenage army ranger/veterinarian questions his friend: "What are you gonna do?" Tom simply answers: "Jump from Thunder on to his back." Thunder was surprised to hear this as well, D'Angelo uses his phone's recording: "'Are you crazy?'" Miko says to Tom: "Okay Tommy boy, your funeral."
As for the wild Monstrous Nightmare who is stopped in path by Alex and Feathers. Alex says to her dragon: "Scream, Feathers!" So the featherhead dragon uses its sonic scream on the wild Monstrous nightmare, which disoriented it enough for Tom and Thunder swoops down heading to the dragon, Tom stands up, jumps off Thunder, and latches on to the beast's back neck almost falling off.
As Tom tries to calms the dragon down, but it's not working, even begins to act like either a rodeo bull or bucking bronco, spinning around trying to shake its rider off. Bumblebee finally catches up to his team, transforms into robot mode, he sees Tom riding the wild dragon. Bumblebee says to Tom: "You got em' Tom!" Tom yells to his Autobot friend: "I don't think so! He's not coming down!" He yells, then the wild dragon ignites on fire, everyone was shocked, Tom covers himself brace for the flames.
The Dragon Riders still watched as the young boy being burned alive, but as it extinguished itself and to everyone's surprised Tom isn't burned, including Tom's surprised by this. Agent Fowler says in shock: "By General MacArthur's corn cob pipe!" June says in disbelief: "I know. He's not even first degreed burned."
Tom says to himself checking his body: "I'm still alive." The wild monstrous nightmare spins around, but Tom calms it down. And it does calms down. Everyone is happy to see their friend not burned alive. Tom says to his friends and new dragon friend: "I think we've had enough adventure for one day. How about we get you home?" He asks the wild dragon.
Bumblebee says to Tom: "That was a close one Tom. Glad you took charge of the situation." Tom replies: "Yeah. And I thought I was gonna get burned." The Autobots finishes: "Yeah about that. Let's not speak a word about this to Optimus or the others. He'd have my exhaust ports for this." They all agreed and began heading back to the lair.
Back with Eugene who's now wondering aimlessly through the woods. Eugene calls out: "Hello? Crazy woods guy? June? Mommy!" He said as he got more and more scared until he finally starts running, then he turns around and continues to run.
The Dragon Riders along with the Autobot scout returns to the lair. Tom dismounts from the dragon and Thunder pounces on his friend like a playful dog, to which Tom laughs.
Tom greets his dragon: "Hey pal. Thanks for always being there." The dragon was being petted by his rider, the wild one wanted the love but Thunder turns to the dragon and roars no. Bumblebee walks up and pets the dragon. Bumblebee says to him: "Don't worry. After the mess you've been causing Thunder isn't letting you come near Tom." The Monstrous Nightmare turns to Bee and rubs his head against his metal chest. "Okay, easy boy." He still pets it.
D'Angelo dismount, from his dragon and runs to Tom and says to him in exciting tone: "Dude, that was insane! You're were literally on fire!" Miko rushes and adds in agreement also an excited tone: "Yeah, we thought your goose was cooked." June also excited asks: "Yeah, how did you not get burned to a crisp?"
Alex and Raf walks up to him and she takes a small amount of the slime and says: "I think it's the dragon jell." Raf agrees as he feels it too: "Alex is right. This would explain why this dragon and Phoenix can ignite themselves on fire without being harmed." Alex continues: "Yes, this would explain it. But also here's another thing; it's flammable when wet but it's fireproof when dry. And it's sticky." She stated.
Tom apologize: "Yeah sorry. Didn't have time to clean up." Fowler sniffs him and says in disgust: "Ah! It smells like a burning skunk and dead fish wrapped in mud and poop!" Alex puts the combined elements together and says: "(Gasp) We might be able to use this as the glue to our fire suits." Bee was full of pride, seeing the next generation of Dragon Riders rediscovered what his friends made and make some upgrades.
Tom turns to the Monstrous Nightmare and asks him: "What you say big guy? Got anymore of this jell to spare?" Fowler turns to his dragon and says to her: "Hey Phoenix! Give your cousin a helpin' hand." The two Monstrous Nightmares began shaking and slathering off their flammable jell, "I guess that's a yes." Then the wild dragon ignites it, as the humans, Dragons minus Phoenix and Autobot ran for their lives away from the fire.
In the Decepticon's base, Buzzsaw was brought to their hidden location. He says in total shock: "O, M, G. What is this place?" A new voice answers: "A place where you'll be welcome as an ally." He turns to see Starscream as well as Soundwave emerging from the shadows in the purple light.
Buzzsaw asks them: "Who and what are you?" The air commander answers: "I am Starscream, this is my colleague Soundwave. We are robotic sentient organisms from the planet named Cybertron." The Lumberjack thought of what he said and asks again: "Planet? You're telling me your aliens?" The Decepticon replies: "Well from a humans point of you yes."
Then Buzzsaw asks once more: "So why did you bring me here?" Then a new voice says: "To offer you a business proposal, you cannot refuse." He turns to see Galvatron, which still scars Buzzsaw, "Sit down, please. Have some refreshments." The Lumberjack sits down in a chair, Inferno giving him a mug of coffee. Buzzsaw asks one last time: "Ok I have some other questions; Who are you, what do you want from me and what kind of business proposal are we talking about?"
The leader of the Decepticons answers: "My name is Galvatron, leader of the Decepticons. And as for why I brought you here, you see you're alot like us. You want revenge." This caught his attention. " The creature you dubbed the lightning bird is reality a dragon." Buzzsaw says whispering to himself: "Hu, that kid was right." He turns to Galvatron who continues: "And like us; do you watch revenge. Your lust for revenge unquenchable. As is ours." Buzzsaw asks: "Is that so? Why, do you have a bone to pick with this dragon?" The Decepticon leader answers: " it's not this dragon we want to fight with per say. But he is a descendent of the one who helped defeat us. For you see we are at war with another group of transformers calling themselves the Autobots. And my business proposal is this; you help us find the entrance to the hidden world. And you will drink the blood of the dragon who ruins your life."
Buzzsaw thought about this for a moment as he sips his drink, dealing with alien robots that is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and he did say he'll help him seeks his revenge. So he stands up and says to Galvatron: "Well mr. Galvatron, if I do find this Hidden world as you call it. What do I do then?" He answers: "You will set up an outpost in the area of which you discover. Then my lieutenants as well as a few of my drones will help establish a base there and will conquer the area. And once we gain a foothold we will launch attack the Autobots and win the war." The lumberjack man says to the Decepticon leader: "Well sir, you've got yourself a deal." He offers his hand up willing to shake on it, to which the leader doesn't shake but they agree upon.
Here's the latest chapter, Sorry it took me a while but I've been busy. What with work and everything, also I've decided to use the scenes from the upcoming movie Transformers; Rise of the beast, for the Race around the Edge, so I'm gonna be paying off that for a lot longer than I thought. But don't worry I will get on it as soon its streaming.
