Here's another chapter. sorry took longer but I had a four day vacation added to it. Also I will finish this season this year and continue next year. That way I can work on my other stories. please stop harassing me or tell me what stories I should do, I'll do it on my own time in my own way. I'll do my stories when I want, I where want and finish when its done. Plus I do have a job so give me a break.
I'm sorry for that, this one guy's been annoying me but he's one of those people Who needs to know how to take no for an answer.
Intro: (song) "Transformers! More than meets the eye! Transformers! Robots in disguise!" Optimus Prime with axe in hand, Tom, Jack and Thunder beside him breathing lightning. Ratchet with his hands transformed into swords fighting Deceptacons with D'Angelo, Miko and Plowhorn fighting beside him. Bulkhead bashing with his wrecking ball fist June and her dragon Wu and Wei fighting with ice and fire. Bumblebee with his right arm laser gun and left arm a sword with Alex, Raf and Feathers beside him. "Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Deceptacons!" Blizwing, destroying buildings. Lugnut lifting a bulldozer over his head. And Galvatron leading his army. The Team Prime and modern Dragon Riders lined shoulder to shoulder in the Hidden World. "Transformers! (Robot voice) Transformers!"
In the cave, as the Dragon Riders along with the three new Maximals and Nightscream are testing the shield. June throws a rock at it, and didn't even dent. Then Thunder conjures up light and blasts at it, Plowhorn joins in as June orders: "Fire!" There wasn't even a scratch on it, then Nightscream says: "Alright, let see if this shield can handle some scream." He uses his sonic-scream-nose-maker on the shield and didn't phase it, The Quillbert and Whiplash use their weapons as well the shield still held.
June walks up the shield, picks it up and says: "Not a scratch. So far, it seems this sucker will hold to any dragon or even Cybertronian attack." Then she tosses it like a frisbee to D'Angelo who catches it. D'Angelo comments the shield: "Pretty cool." Whiplash agrees with him: "Indeed. The metal is stronger than anything we've seen." Nightscream asks: "What's it made of anyway? That Vibranium from those Marvel comics?" D'Angelo answers: "I have no idea." He rolls it to Tom.
The young blonde haired boy, kicks up in the air and catches it, Tom says regarding the defensive reason: "Come to think of it; we could all use something to defend ourselves against those Flamethrowers. What do you think? Am I a shield guy?" He does some poses with the shield. "Check it out." He even does a spin kick, as the group including Eugene and Webmaster watchs
June jokingly says to him: "Sweet moves Kullersen." Tom takes it seriously says: "I'm unstoppable." Only to be hit by Webmaster and Webster's webbing and sticking him to the wall and upside down. The Chinese young man laughed.
The spider-dragon Maximals says in beast mode: "Yes, to wield a powerful shield, to that you become a wall, unable to yield to your foes. But soon they will beat you, but the tip of your toes." He poetically said, to which Eugene asks: "You just made that up didn't? And I feel like that last one was forced." Quillbert walks up to him and says: "Hey get off him. Besides, there's not many words that rhymes with foe or toe."
Eugene says in understanding: "You got me there. But still that was priceless." He said regarding sticking Tom to the web and started to laugh. "Did you see the look on his face? He was all like." He demonstrates Tom's helplessness being trapped in a web, to which Nightscream even fought it funny.
Everyone else especially Thunder didn't find it funny, not even Miko. She even says to him: "Not cool dude, not cool at all." Eugene replies trying to calm everyone down: "Come on, lighten up. It's just a joke." He said with his arms crossed, Webster says in agreement but also foreseeing consequences: "Yes. And everyone does like a good laughed every once in a while. But Loki did some trickery too and look how that turned out." He explains.
June still made says to her brother: "You want to get off probational status and then you act this way." D'Angelo adds: "Someone could've been hurt." Raf finishes: "Yeah, and how would you explain it?" Tom speak loudly: "Yeah like me!" The other dragons Charcoal, Wu, Wei and Thunder still don't like Webmaster even roars at him, which makes him feels sad, like his confidence dwindled. Eugene reassures him: "Don't sweat them Webmaster. That just don't know our awesomeness." Nightscream transforms into robot model where his bat head folds down to his chest, his wing extend into arms as well as his legs, and his robot head rises up, he lands and says: "Yeah. We know where we're not welcome." As the three leaves, Tom manages to free himself.
Tom says to June: "Thanks June. Maybe the shield isn't my thing." She asks him: "What about thar lighting-rod you have?" Jack agreeably says: "June's right. If anything that rod is pretty powerful and can absorb electricity like a sponge." Tom replies as he picks it up: "It's kinda clunky. It would be nice to have something cooler like a sword." He raises in the air, June points out: "You can turn it into one." She spoke of what he could do.
Then the African American veterinarian says: "Or, you can make a lighting battle axe, or a lighting mace! Or a lighting helmet where lighting shoots out of the eyes and mouth! Oh yeah!" He said with en excited tone which disturbed everyone. "Or you know, a lighting sword sounds good too." Miko speaks to D'Angelo: "You had me at battle axe. But the mace and helmet. You got way too excited for me."
Alex says sarcastically as she sit down and has her tablet in hand: "Great idea." She gains everyone's attention. "Let's just stroll along down to the local forge." She said, but Quillbert speaks: "Or and I'm just shooting from the hip here, why are those Men at Arms guys. Do you guys watch YouTube? Those forgers from Baltimore?" He asked, the group who didn't know.
Tom speaks to his friends: "Well, we might not need a forge. Or those guys you mentioned on YouTube. All we need is heat, lot of it. And I think I know someone who can help." He said of what they need.
In the crystal realm, the magma dragon was sleeping but wakes up to see as the Dragon Riders, and three dragon Maximals in beast mode flew towards him. Tom says regarding the magma dragon: "Not exactly a forge, but I he pumps out enough red hot magma to get the job done." Jack says also regarding the said dragon: "True, he's not always cooperative but he can compromise." Miko adds: "Yeah. Just give him something he wants and he'll comply."
D'Angelo questions: "You want this guy's help? Hu-uh! Nope! No thanks. Last time we saw him, I got used as bait." Raf says to him: "Well D, in his defense you did try to force him." Alex agrees with Raf: "Raf's right D. You tried to force him to do something he wasn't wanting to do." D'Angelo replies: "Fair enough. But he still haunts me. The he looks at me, is same way my dad looks at a double back cheese burger." He said with fear in his voice and eyes widen. Alex says to her friend regarding what he said about the dragon: "Ah, he was just hungry. And you were the biggest meal" She flies ahead, as he groans in misery.
As for the lava dragon, he looks down underneath the weather. Tom and Jack walks up to the dragon, who growls at them at first, but still feels weak.
Eugene cursorily asks: "That dude's gonna help you make a sword?" He laughs a bit. "Not likely." Jack corrects him: "Well not help us make a sword per-say. But he could help us." Tom adds in agreement: "Yeah. But something isn't right."
June walks up to the dragon and says regarding him: "Something's wrong's off with him." Tom continues to agree: "Yeah." He rubs his chin. "Last time we were here, this guy wouldn't stop belching up lava. And now…" He stops in mid sentence, Alex finishes: "Nothing." D'Angelo happily says: "Good!" He said with satisfaction and his hands on his hips. "Less ammo for him, to barbecue my flecks." The dragon groans, which frightens him, and he hides behinds Alex and Miko.
Quillbert in robot mode says openly: "Okay, I'm still new to all of this. But when you said this dragon is suppose to be vomiting lava. But if he isn't coughing any up, that should be concerning." Raf speaks in agreement: "Quillbert's right. I feel something isn't right." June asks her friend: "What do you think D?"
The dragon was laying down, his eye half closed breathing heavily, he carefully looks at the dragon. The African American veterinarian says openly: "Can't believe I'm saying this, but better look him over." He opens his backpack and pulls out a thermometer. "Easy boy." He tries to put the thermometer in the dragon's mouth who still growls at him. "Just a quick exam."
Tom encourage him: "You're good. I doubt he even remembers you." Miko speaks in agreement: "Yeah. And if he does, you can try to bury the hatchet." But then the lava dragon opens his eyes, turns to D'Angelo and roars at him, that causes him to stumble back. D'Angelo exclaims: "He defiantly remembers me! And he doesn't look like he wants to bury the hatchet!" He said we in high pitched and frighten tone.
Eugene asks him: "You want me to do it? I got the golden touch." Then Webster says: "Golden touch, hu? The power to turn everything to gold, will come at a bigger price than, bargain and you will find that the gold will turn to dust." June says to her brother: "Well aside what Webster said, but he is right Eugene. This is too important." The older brother annoyingly questions his sister: "How am I suppose to get off provisional status if you never let me do anything?"
The young blonde haired boy stops their arguing and says: "Guys, come on. We gotta think of the dragon." Whiplash speaks in agreement: "Indeed. The beast is growing more sickly, the last we need your sibling quarrel." Alex in frustration speaks as she take the thermometer: "I'll do it." She walks to the sickly dragon, D'Angelo instructs her what to do: "Place the thermometer under the tongue. More in the center." She turns around to him, giving him the look. He gives her a nervous smiles in return, "Medical science requires precision."
She stood before the sick lava dragon who snouts angrily at her, but she reassures him: "Don't worry. This won't hurt." She puts the thermometer in his mouth, the red line which was so hot and she gasps in pain as she drops it, "Wow! He's hot. Real hot." The dragon roars a little, Whiplash places his hand on the dragon's side, he too feels the heat, and says: "You're right. His body heat inside and outside is rising rapidly." He roars more but it sounds bad.
D'Angelo recognizes the sound and speaks: "Sounds like a blockage. Could be preventing him, from releasing his magma. That might be causing him to overheat." Tom asks his friend: "What do we do?" D'Angelo speak up: "Well, I have to see inside." Eugene points out openly: "Well we can't look at a dragon's insides. Unless we cut him open. Yo! That be narly!" He said excited at first but quickly changes his mind. "But seriously, don't do that, I faint at the sight of guts." Whiplash says to him: "Good man. Besides we're not barbarians or cavemen. We do posses technology." The younger sister says reluctantly: "Eugene's right, unfortunately." The older brother says: "Totally nailed it." He said satisfied with himself.
Quillbert asks openly: "Wait, could use the Ark's technology." Whiplash protest: "We can't. The Ark's too deep. Besides I doubt any of our technology can help at this moment." Tom asks: "Why you say that?" The Razorwhip Meximal answers: "He has tools for these certain things. But we've been having trouble with the Ark power reserves." Jack states to him: "So basically even if we get there, the technology isn't working." Quillbert speaks: "Yeah, it's under repairs."
D'Angelo thinks for a moment and says: "Wait, there's an ultrasound machine in the infirmary. If I had it down, I can see inside of him." The Latino girl sarcastically says to him sounding optimstic: "Great idea, we'll just plug the machine into…oh wait, the Dragon Realm doesn't have a power outlets." She gives a smirk smile while he gives a annoyed look.
Tom openly says: "Guys, what if we took the Magma breather up the infirmary?" All were shocked Nightscream Transformers into robot mode and says with his hand acting like a phone: "Hello, Rakke town? Can you schedule a meeting for a sick dragon? No…? You don't because you think dragons are myths? What an odd policy!" He side in a sarcastic tone while everyone also gives him the are you 'serious look'. "I'm serious!" June questions her friend: "How we gonna get him up there, unseen?" Jack adds in agreement with June: "Yeah, it's not like we can just put a tarp over him and walk into the infirmary as some supplies." June continues: "Yeah, he's huge and sick and…" D'Angelo kneels down and the dragon roars at him, which causes him stumbles backwards a bit. D'Angelo still hides behind the two girls and says: "Constantly trying to eat me."
Eugene and Nightscream laughs a little, Tom questions June: "And if we leave him here, what are the chances he'll get better?" The young African American Army ranger/veterinarian says: "Probably not good." Miko states basically of what's their options: "So basically if we take him to the infirmary we could get caught, or leave him here and you'll slowly die from the inside out. Not exactly a choice is it?" Quillbert simply says: "Apparently not." Tom finishes: "Looks like infirmary is our only option."
So the whole group minus Eugene and Webster pushes and pulls the magma breather but he's barely being moved an inch. Jack and Raf has the magma breather's right leg and pulling together, Raf says: "Ah! This is getting us nowhere!" Jack says to him: "Just keep pulling!" The whole group kept pulling, all while Eugene ate some snakes, Webster speaks poetically: "They've worked so hard to achieve so little."
In the end all were exhausted and Tom says with enthusiasm in his voice: "Alright Riders, nice. Let's take a break. Good progress on that last push. As for you Jack and Raf. Nice team work pulling together at once." He said giving his friends D'Angelo, Raf and Jack some confidence in their effort. Eugene on the other hand sarcastically claps and adds by speaking: "Wow! We got a whole five feet. Epic fail."
June with her arms crossed openly questions: "Why did I let him on the team again?" Miko answers: "Because he was gonna expose her secret to the entire world." Alex adds: "What Miko trying to say is basically extortion." The blonde haired boy says: "Ok, ok. Um, (throat clearing) D? It might be time to try only thing that's work with this dragon." D'Angelo knows what he's asking and says irritated: "Ho man!"
The beast eyes widen and begins to chase D'Angelo as he runs for his life, while saying: "I guess I smell like double bacon cheeseburger." As for the riders who are mounted on their dragons, Tom tells him: "Not too fast! We need to keep him on your scent!" As he runs for it.
At the fissure to one of the entryway, Tom says regarding the location: "Here we are." The Chinese girl openly questions: "So…does anyone know have any idea of how to get a dragon this big, all the way up out of the fissure?" The older brother answer: "Yep, leave it to me, Webs and Batty. We got this." He pets his dragon and Bat Maximal.
The riders were concern, about their volunteering Tom says to them: "Or, how about you three fly up and scout the surface instead." Eugene questions: "You mean like recon?" Nightscream adds in agreement: "I've down with that. And thanks to echo location I can see clearly in the dark and knocked the high frequency signals." Alex says with a tablet in her hand and Raf's laptop in his hands: "Actually me and Raf just disable the disabled the security systems." Raf continues: "So Eugene and Nightscream don't need to…" Their friends gave a nervous open teeth smile to not explain their ideals so the two hackers stop in mid-sentence. "Sorry about." Alex speaks again: "We're just so good at our job." Raf finishes: "Heck we could even break into the Pentagon if you want to."
The older teenager and Bat Maximal felt ripped off, Tom walks up to them and says: "Maybe next time. When you're off professional status Eugene.
Tom, June walks up to D'Angelo, Jack and Whiplash, and Tom asks them: "Do you think he can fly?" Jack replies with question: "In his current state he's in?" D'Angelo adds: "I don't know." Whiplash finishes: "We need to come up with something. We barely moved him by pushing and pulling." Just then they turn to see Thunder, Winger, Wu and Wei pushing the magma breather off the edge, despite their riders and Transformers protests. But to everyone's surprise the sick dragon was flying, everyone sighs in relief, Tom speaks: "Looks like he can fly." He high fives D'Angelo Jack adds: "Good. Now we just gotta lead him up and into the infirmary. Can't be too hard right?" Tom replies: "Yep. Problem solved."
But then the beast begins to slowly goes down, D'Angelo exclaims: "Somebody catch him!" So June mounts on her and Whiplash along with Quillbert exclaims: "Maximaz!" They transforms into beast mode and flies to save the Magma breather.
The sickly dragon struggles as he is being lifted by the African American teenager and his rock/beetle dragon along with the razorwhip and spiderwing transformers. While the two transformers pulled by the front, D'Angelo pushed from the bottom, he says as struggles: "We got em!" They managed to get him to one of the protruding ledges after climbing to the top, he flies to the next one.
The dragon still climbs, while Eugene on Webmaster and Nightscream watches. Eugene says regarding the struggle: "Look at them. I bet they wish they had our help. Hey dorks! Coast is clear up top!" He said sarcastically to which June replies: "Thanks for the update. But we're kinda busy." Miko adds regarding the dragon: "Yeah, this guy isn't exactly built for speed."
Eugene says to his friends: "Like I said? No body appreciates our awesomeness." The bat Maximal says to him: "You know what Eugene? You remind me one of a friend I knew. He was annoying, egoistical and bit of a all-bark-no-bite guy. He was a good man and friend. And I understand you not being wanted or appreciated. I feel that way too. I am the youngest in the Maximal team. So you can imagined I'm overlooked." The two were about to leave, but the protruding was not giving do his weight.
The dragon tries to hold on, Tom exclaims: "We got a problem here!" Tom and Thunder flies underneath and hold him. "Get underneath him!" Most of the team got under while D'Angelo and Raf who are trying to encourage him, D'Angelo start: "One more leap and you're there." Raf also encourages him: "Yeah, it's not that far. You got to have some fight in you." So the dragon uses his strength and is pushing himself to the edge, while Tom says: "He's going, going, yes!" He exclaims as the dragon now lands and rest on the edge.
The riders dismount, Tom says congratulations their efforts: "Few! We-we did it." Eugene laying on a rock, eating some cheese loops and says: "What took you so long?" He asked trying to act cool. "Cheesy loop?" He offers a snack. Everyone was a bit confused, Jack says to him: "You know, you could've helped us." Eugene replies in defense: "Well in my defense I would. But you guys didn't ask me specifically." Quillbert agreeing with Eugene: "He does have a point." No one could argue with that logic.
The Magma breather used much his strength and collapses in exhaustion. Webster says poetically: "The mightiest beast with magma vomit. But now weak and vulnerable, his strength withering till death takes him in submit." Jack says to Webster: "Could you please stop the poetry at this moment?" To says in agreement: "Jack's right. As much as I like the poetic vibe, but now's not the time. And by now most personal gone home. We should be able to sneak the magma breather in the infirmity, without any trouble." June asks Tom: "What if our parents come looking for us?" Razorwhip speaks in agreement with June: "She's right. Someone will see us." They explained what could happen.
Alex says with her tablet and a satisfied smile: "That is why our parents just got an email, to remind them we have a class stargazing project tonight. No need to think me. I'm just trying to save us one button at a time." Miko comments her tech and hacking skills: "Wow, she's good." Raf says regarding Alex: "I think I'm in love." Tom says to the team: "We gotta move."
The older sibling says to his spider like dragon: "Time to take command." The Bat Maximal says knowing what could happen next: "Oh no. Here we go again."
Eugene says to the whole group acting like a leader: "Alright, list up wranglers and Robomals." June corrects him: "Riders and Maximals." Eugene doesn't reply to the correction but continues to plan: "Hu, Alex, Raf you two flank the perimeter." They felt annoyed by his orders. "June you and along Jake and Shisho are gonna run interference. Clarence…" He misspoke the names of the three members to which D'Angelo, Jack and Miko correctly say their names. "Whatever, you along Quillbert, Whiplash and Webster watch Lava face."
Tom and June looked to each other with smirks, Tom says to him: "Eugene, why don't you hang back and hu, guard the dragons?" They all sat like obedient dogs. Eugene questions him: "You means babysit? Come on! You're blowing me off again." D'Angelo trying to act reassuring him: "No way, its a really important job." Alex adds: "Enough to get off provisional status." She said thinking this would keep him occupied, Whiplash on the other hand thinks differently, so he walks up asks Tom: "Permission to speak Tomas?" The boy answers: "Sure, what's on your mind?"
The Razorwhip Maximal says defending Eugene: "I'll admit he may have gotten some our names wrong. But his strategy did seemed sound. Granted he might have had some flaws but he's been having some good ideas." Eugene states in agreement: "You see?" Jack also in agreement but resentful of he's about say: "I can't believe the words coming out of my mouth but, Eugene has been making some progress." Raf points out: "True. But we still can't take all the of the dragons in. Sorry Eugene, but look at it this way; you'll be in charge of the dragons."
The elder sibling rubs his chin and says: "Being in charge of the dragons? I like that." Tom places his hand on Eugene's shoulder and says to him: "That's a great way of looking at it. You have to make sure no body sees them. We're trusting the secret of the entire Dragon and Transformer world, with you." He said making sound serious enough than it is. As they leave, Eugene still thinks this is a good step in the right direction and says to Webmaster and Nightscream: "Told you they come around."
Nightscream felt differently, like he'd screw up the mission, but doesn't want to rain on his parade, if he feels this could be good for Eugene he'll go along with is. He transforms into robot mode and says: "I'll stay with Eugene. Four eyes are better than two, and I have night vision, which I think would come pretty in handy." Eugene says in understanding: "Yeah, he's right." Quillbert, Jack, Raf, D'Angelo and Tom are seeing this as reasonable, June, Miko, and Alex just sees another means to get Eugene off their backs.
Tom says to the dragons: "We'll be back soon. But until then, you do what Eugene and Nightscream says. Got it?" He winks to them, to which Eugene says to them: "You hear that? G man's in charge. Oh and Webmaster and Nightscream too." To which the Bat Maximal says to them: "That's right. So you better stay on your best behavior." Eugene comments him: "You tell em, NS." He said with confidence in his voice and a smug look on his face, while the other dragons weren't too happy.
Tom says with a nervous smile: "We're just gonna go." He turns to the team. "Let's move!" The team as well as Quillbert, Whiplash, and Webster all tries to push and pull the magma breather who is now moving as Eugene and Nightscream watches them leave. Eugene turns to the dragons and says to them: "Best get your acts together." The dragons responds by getting into a laying down position.
Later at night, June along with Quillbert, scouts ahead as she walks to the door, Quillbert covers her rear. She opens the door and whisper: "Hurry, the infirmary just inside." D'Angelo rushes up and whispers too: "Alright, move it." The riders keeps moving the dragon in but Whiplash was too big to fit, so he stays behind and keeps an eye out.
Miko says to the dragon as it groans: "Don't worry buddy. We're almost there." June closes the door behind them.
Now they're stuck, for the magma breather couldn't fit in. Jack say as he pushes: "Seriously! It's like we need butter." Alex says to him sarcastically as she pushes: "Yeah, like that will solve this." Jack corrects her: "No, to make him slide-able." Alex replies: "Again, big help."
They stop for a moment, and June says regarding the dragon: "Seriously? He doesn't fit." Raf adds: "June's right. He's too big." Tom openly asks: "Why didn't I see this one coming? (Sigh) Any ideas?" June hesitantly answers: "We could…widen the doorway?" Alex adds: "Or abandoned all hope?" Miko says to her: "Dang, you're stone cold." The Hispanic hacker says to the Japanese punk rocker: "I'm just a realists."
Tom thinks and remembers what Jack said earlier, so he rushes through the grocery area, the team was confused, then he returns with two sticks of butter. Tom says: "Got em!" D'Angelo questions: "Sticks of butter?" Tom gives his friend a stick of butter as he says: "Time to grease up a dragon." Jack smirks at Alex for she could be wrong in this case.
They rub the oils on the dragon, Quillbert says to Webster and Jack: "Do you guys honestly believe this will work?" Jack answers: "Well it's the only thing we got." Webster says: "Slippery does a slipper goes." The Bubblehorn Maximal was confused for moment and says: "Hu, I thought you were gonna answer with a poem or something." Webster answers: "Normally I would but, I'm running out of ideas."
Alex says to the Magma breather: "Don't worry, its unsalted." When they finish applying the butter Tom says: "Alright riders and Maximals. Push!" They begin to push again, this time Quillbert transforms into robot mode and says: "Okay, time to burn some rubber." He locks himself in place, places his hands on the magma breather's read and starts spinning his wheels. The dragon began to move with somewhat ease and enters/slides into the room.
Tom and D'Angelo walks, into the room Tom says in excitement: "Oh yeah! Up top!" He was about to hive five but slips on the floor. D'Angelo jokes: "Ha! Nice one Kullersen…!" He slips too, the three girls and two other boys look down on the first two fallen ones laying down on the floor.
As for Eugene, Nightscream and the dragons who were laying down. Webmaster walks to the group of dragons and wishes to join them, but they still deny him joining, which makes him express sadness and loneliness. He returns to Eugene who's taking selfies, but when Eugene sees his dragon sad, Eugene gets off the rock and says reassuring him: "Sit tight Webs. I got your back." He walks to the dragons.
"As your boss and authority figure. I find this laying around the mission unacceptable." He spoke in a voice of Authority and barking orders. "Let's put you to work, shall we?" He rubs his hands together. "You! Light a fire to keep me warm." He orders Plowhorn. "And you, feathery one." He turns to Feathers who glares at him. "Yeah, you look softish. Come over here and be my coach." To which she angrily does, as Webmaster walks up to him, "You Webmaster. You are awesome. Just keep being that." As he lays back down, but Feather turned invisible while he destructed, when he lay back he falls down to the ground, Feathers reappears and screeches at him.
Nightscream laughs a bit but he turns around and sees a flashlight, so he flies heading towards Eugene to warn him.
In the infirmly, they managed to get the Lava breather on a table, Tom asks D'Angelo: "Are you sure you're good?" Jack says in agreement: "Tom's got a point. I'm mean no disrespect D, but you and this guy aren't exactly the best of friends." D'Angelo answers: "I'm sure. And besides he's pretty out of it. Pretty safe to examine him. And you're right Jack, but I bet this guy's willing to swallow his pride." He said feeling he's able to work on the dragon.
June says to the group: "I'll stay and help. Just incase." The others actually go out to stand guard.
Outside of the building, Whiplash stands guard, he sees someone so he transforms into beast mode and hides over the roof of the building. It was two guards walking with flashlight, Whiplash says in his mind: ' please don't go into the building. Please don't go into the building." Guard 1 says to his coworker: "Looks like the coast is clear here." Guard 2 says as he yawns and stretches: "Yeah…boy it's gonna be a long night. I'm going for a soda. Want something?" The guard replies: "Sure." The Maximal feared his friends and the dragon will be caught, so he needed to think of a way, he looks for something he can use, he sees some lug nuts and bolts that haven't been used. He picks up a bolt, he aims for a far distant bush, he throws it, the sound of rustling leaves catches their attention at first. But they quickly though it's nothing.
Whiplash throw a lug nut and a bolt Simultaneously and yet quickly at the same. This catches the guards' attention, guard 1 says still hearing something: "There must be something in those bushes." Guard 2 still tired and needs something to drink: "Probably just that same shape again. He's always causing trouble." Guard 1 still concern: "Well we better check it out." The two guards walks to the bushes, as they leave, Whiplash quietly sighs in relief.
Back inside the infirmary, Jack bring the machine used for X-ray scan, D'Angelo talk to the dragon: "Hey…so I know we had our differences. But I'm gonna do whatever it takes to fix you. Okay?" Jack turns on the machine, which the light turns on the dragon's eye's widen in fear for he's never seen this.
He begins to freak out, D'Angelo says to him: "It's okay, it's okay." Jack adds: "Yeah. Nobody's going to hurt you." But the dragon starts to squirm and kicking, knocking the machine down, while D'Angelo exclaims: "No okay! Not okay!" Outside of the room, Quillbert, Webster, Tom, Alex, Raf and Miko can hear it, Miko says regarding the sound: "Sounds like the patient isn't cooperating." Tom says to her: "I guess you're right Miko. Sounds like a wrestling ring in there."
D'Angelo opens the door and asks: "Can we get a hand? Minor…" He's interrupts by the dragon who pulls him back in. Tom says to everyone: "You guys stay out here and keep watch." He goes into the room. Raf says to him: "Ok. We'll just stay out of here, away from the line of fire." They turned around still keeping watch.
Back in the forest, Nightscream keeps flying ahead of the light and makes a screech noise, gaining Eugene's and the dragons' attention. Eugene says: "Nighty-batty!" The Bat Maximal lands and says to him: "Don't call me that." Eugene asks: "What's up?" Nightscream answers: "What's up, is that there's someone in these woods. He has a flashlight and I wouldn't be surprised if he has an IPhone. With that he could take pictures of me and the dragons." Eugene remembers of keeping the secret and orders the dragons: "Hide! Someone's coming!" He quietly exclaims, as the dragons and maximal hides. "You, do that invisible thing." He told Feathers who does turn invisible. Everyone minus Webmaster hides.
"Webmaster, you gotta hide from people. Except me and the team. Okay It is confusing, now Go!" The teenage Chinese man orders his spider-like dragon hides as he's order. Nightscream also hides by hugging onto a tree branch making it look like he's apart of the tree.
As for the stranger with the flashlight, coming out of the bushes, pointing his flashlight only to turn it off is Buzzsaw. The former lumberjack says to the young man in a suspicious tone: "You."
Eugene act like seeing and old friend: "Buzzsaw! Hey!" Buzzsaw continues to talk remembering him too: "You're the kid who thought the lighting-bird was a dragon. What are you doing out here?" Eugene rubs the back of his head trying to come up with an excuse, and eventually says: "Uh, you know…beautiful evening for a stroll. I assume your out doing the same?" The man felt insulted and replies: "Buzzsaw doesn't stroll, he stalks and hacks!" He explains swinging his hatchet, he draws closer to Eugene who step back in fear for this man is unstable. He turns on his flashlight and shines it up to Eugene's face. "I've been hearing some none human type sounds. One sounded like a bat screeching, but bigger. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you?" He sounded intimidating.
To which Eugene replies: "Me? Hu, no." At that moment, Buzzsaw gone from being scary to show a moment of weakness and confesses to Eugene: "I've been out here for so long. No body to talk to but myself, nothing to think about but my thirst for revenge. And to top it all off, I'm in league with a new business partner who asking me for an impossible job! No matter how keen and perceptive my eyes are I haven't found a thing." He spoke to Eugene unknown to him Thunder peeks his head while Buzzsaw wasn't paying attention to him.
"No lighting bird, no nothing! I'm starting think I'm going, crazy." He said with a glare look in his eyes. Eugene repeats/questionable says: "Crazy? Humm, sound like you need to talk to somebody." He said trying turn the direction and rubs his chin. "Besides yourself."
At first the former lumberjack inhales and exhales then turns from a glare in a smile and says: "I like that." Eugene sighs in relief and nervously smiles.
Back at the infirmary Alex, Raf, Quillbert, Webster and Miko sat outside all hearing muffled screaming, Miko on her phone, Raf with a stoke but nervous look, Alex with a stoke expression. Alex simply says: "I'm sure they're fine." Quillbert agrees: "Yeah, they're probably making it sound worse than it is." They all still hear the screams as the frighten dragon makings a ruckus and the riders scream. Alex speaks again: "Maybe I should take a peek." Raf advices her: "Just a quick looked Alex. I don't want that thing acting like a bucking bronco." The Latino girl with the Japanese girl, Hispanic boy and two Maximals opens the doors and sees Tom, June, Jack and D'Angelo struggling with the dragon who's now on the floor.
D'Angelo says with a strain: "Look!" Tom gets off, the Magma breather and sees a crystal on the X-Rey. Tom says openly: "There's a crystal, blocking his…magma maker? Yeah that make sense." Webster in robot mode sees it and says simply: "So that's what's been causing his blockage." Miko sees it too and says: "Yikes. This guy need to learn to chew his food." Tom finishes: "You know what this means? It means he doesn't belong in the Crystal Realm in the first place." Jack speaks as he tries to help lift D'Angelo from under the magma breather: "So…(heavy breathing)…he just wondered into the Crystal Realm…(heavy breathing)…and decides to eat a crystal? This guy has a weird diet." He finishes his sentence. Tom turns off the machine.
D'Angelo gets up and says: "I need you to hold his mouth open." Everyone was disturbed by that, Webster asks: "Do you think that's wise?" Tom agrees: "He's right. Are you sure about this?" He questions his friend to which the African American teenager replies: "I'm the doc. Comes with the territory." Miko simply says: "Can't argue with that."
The group opens the dragon's mouth which D'Angelo tries to find where the crystal is inside the beast.
Returning to the woods, Buzzsaw opens up walking around oblivious to the dragons and Maximal hiding in the bushes or in plain sight. "All this obsessive searching alone in the woods. It's not good for the psyche you know." He was still oblivious to dragons hiding from him, while Eugene has a shocked expression on his faced, but quickly changes and says to him: "Hmm, prolong solitude can have lasting effects." He walks up to him and sits him down and gives Plowhorn the look telling her to stay hidden.
As the Lumberjack sits on the ground the other young man continues: "You're not mad, you're complex. Which tells me that's deeper than that. Isn't it? Hmm?" He said giving some therapy to Buzzsaw who's sees this and replies: "For years I've been toiling to build this logging company make my mother proud. But just when I start to make real progress, in this isolated stump-land, that lighting bird comes along and ruins it!" Out of frustration he throws his hatchet.
It lands on a tree, causing Feathers to reveal herself in fear. The flying mammal Maximal whisper to her while still being hidden: "That was way too close for comfort." Eugene saw that too, he gives Feathers a signal to turn invisible again, he still tries to speak to divert Buzzsaw's attention: "(Throat clearing) I'm sensing some deep rooted anger Buzzy."
Thunder and Charcoal pops their heads up, out of the bushes, while still being hidden enough. The teenager walks to the dragons and pushes their heads down. "So, hum, I'm hearing that your mother's approval. I have some experience in that." He said feeling he's an expert.
The Lumberjack boss asks: "Your mother dress you head to toe in a cashmere jumper on the first day of school?" Eugene laughs a bit than answers: "No." He thought for a moment and rethinks what he said. "I mean yeah. And here I thought I was the only one. I get you man." Buzzsaw openly says feeling a huge weight lifted off his shoulders: "And I've always private myself on being wildly misunderstood!" Webmaster emerges from the shadow, while Eugene gives signals to tell Webmaster to hide.
"Oh, what a break through!" He said as he lays back down. Eugene comments himself and says: "What can I say? I'm a pro. Also your business partner. What's he like?" Buzzsaw gets up and answers: "To simply put it; scary as my worst nightmare." The Chinese teenager sits next to him and says to him: "Oh come on. He can't be that scary. What is he some large overweight man with a suit and smokes cigar?" He said regarding a businessman stereotype, the Lumberjack answers: "No! I wish he was like that, that I can handle. Let's say he's way bigger, has a nasty look and doesn't take kindly to failure." Eugene still taking it lightly: "Buzzy, I think you're exaggerating this a bit." Buzzsaw scoffs it and says: "I'm sugarcoating it man. This guy is ruthless as they come, in fact he's more ruthless than your average businessman." Eugene now seeing this as real problem.
With D'Angelo in the infirmary, he's digging in the Magma Breather's throat, until finally he grabs the source of the problem and says as he pulls it out: "There. That otta do it. Alex, Miko?" The two female members placed their hands on the magma breather's body but no signs of progress. Alex says regarding the dragon: "Feels like his temperature's dropping." Miko adds in agreement: "Gonzales is right. This guy's colder than a rock in a cave." Tom says thinking it's a good sign: "That's good." But D'Angelo questions: "Than why does it seem he's getting worse?" He sounded worried.
Alex speak again: "Wait, now he's now actually starting feel cold." June opens his mouth: "I don't see any magma." Quillbert says now feeling worried too: "That's not good. Not good at all."
D'Angelo now sees the problem and says: "The crystal didn't just blocked the magma. It also stopped him from producing it. Dragons are cold blooded like lizards, so without producing more magma, he can't keep himself warm. which means…" Tom finishes the sentence: "He's freezing to death." The dragon roars, and flaps his wings, D'Angelo says of what they need to do: "We need to increase his body temperature. And fast! Blankets, anything!" June, Alex, Jack and Raf all gather as much blankets as they can find and cover the dragon up. June says to the dragon: "Come on, come on." But no success.
Alex says to D'Angelo: "I-Its not working." Tom corrects: "He needs to be heated up, not kept warm." Jack curses: "Shoot! Whiplash is outside, and both Webster and Quillbert's fire isn't hot enough." D'Angelo says knowing the situation is dire than before: "We got to get him to the Fire Realm. It's our only hope." Tom asks: "How do we keep him hot enough to get him back there?" June thinks for a moment then says: "I got an idea. But we gotta hurry." Miko says to the dragon: "Okay big guy. Let's move." The group begins to move the dragon who despite suffering from hypothermia, he pushes forward. Jack encourage him: "Come on Magma, you got to have some fight in you. Keep goin'!"
Back with Eugene and Buzzsaw who is having a break through, Eugene says to him: "You're not searching for a Lighting bird. You're searching for…yourself." He said, Nightscream didn't buy it and whispers to Winger: "Can you believe this? So corny." Winger somewhat agreed but still that Buzzsaw did felt like a huge weight of relief.
Eugene does the mind blown symbolism. Buzzsaw says out of realization: "Wow. So that untamed life of a wild stallion is really just me, trying to tame…me." Eugene continues to encourage this idea: "Buzzsaw has been to every square inch of this forest. But Buzzsaw has never been…to Buzzsaw." He finishes, Nightscream just rolls his eyes still finding this hard to believe but at least its a great distraction.
The Lumberjack says feeling like it was a joke: "And to think, I was about to waste my youth, searching for some lighting bird that probably doesn't even exist. But my boss, he probably made it up, to make me look like a fool. Well the jokes on him, because this fool has now been opened. So who is the real fool?" Eugene congratulates Buzzsaw for standing up to himself: "Yes! And today is the day Buzz-man. You forget about that search and begin a new search. The search for the real Lenard. But the first thing you need to do, is go to your boss and tell him you quiet." He advice him.
Lenard corrects him: "Buzzsaw! It took me years to establish that nickname. But I will take your advice to tell my boss to shove it!" Eugene still encourages him: "Now you can build the greatest logging company of all time, and rub it in your old bosses face!"
With hatchet in hand raised in the air, Buzzsaw says with pride: "Yes! Buzzsaw's empire!" He charges to a tree which freaks Eugene out, as with one swing cuts down, after it falls it reveals Thunder who was hiding behind it. Buzzsaw sees the beast and was about to use his hatchet while saying: "Lighting…" But before he could attack Thunder he's hit in the back of the head by Eugene with a stick knocking him out. "Bird."
Eugene covers him with a bush. The dragons and Nightscream gathers around, Eugene who says to them: "So, hu, I know this seems like the thing we should tell the others. But considering my probational dragon rider's status. This…never…happen." The bat Maximal is in agreement: "I have no idea what you're talking about." He acting along.
Just then Tom and the others return, gaining the Chinese Teenage young man, the Bat Maximal and the dragons. Eugene greets them: "Oh, hi! Ready to go?" Tom asks him: "Did something happen here?" Miko adds: "Yeah, you act like you committed a murder or something."
To which Eugene replies: "Nope." Nightscream also speak: "Nothing like that." Buzzsaw's feet were still a bit moving, June can see right through her brother and says: "Something defiantly happened. But we don't have time for this. Wei, bring the heat, steam blast him!" So the red head of the two headed dragon breaths heated steam on the Magma breather which helps keep him alive.
Everyone smiles seeing the Magma breather still alive thanks to Wei's heat, Tom comments June's plan: "Good thinking June." Raf also comments: "Yeah, this could keep him alive long enough." June says: "We gotta get the magma breather down the fissure."
They rush the dragon to the fissure using the medical table with wheels, D'Angelo says to it: "Stay with us big guy." Jack also speaks: "Just hold on a bit longer."
At the edge of the fissure the Magma breather is now sleeping, Wei still tries to keep him warm. Tom says regarding the dragon: "The Magma breather's not just heavy. He's unconscious." Alex walks up to it and says: "And he's slippery and covered in butter." Tom finishes: "Point is; we need all the dragons and even the Maximals to pull this off." Eugene and Webmaster and Nightscream scream presents themselves. Eugene says: "Ready and willing." Nightscream adds: "You did say everyone. So by that logic, you mean all hands on deck."
D'Angelo says still trying to be nice: "And… provisional team can watch your six." Whiplash says to the young riders: "Quite this nonsense. We need all the help we can get. Eugene if you can help, feel free to add any ideas." Eugene was excited to hear this while the others weren't. So in beast mode, the Maximals and dragons lift up the magma breather even those he's heavier when he's unconscious.
As D'Angelo mounts on him, Thunder, Feathers, Wu, Cloudster, Sparky helps carry by using their heads under his belly while Nightscream, Webster and Winger latches on from the sides, June is mounted on Wei and says to him: "Wei, help keep those heat blast coming." The dragon breaths steam keeping the unconscious dragon warm.
While they some of the dragons carry him underneath his belly with their heads, the humans and Maximals hold on to him from the sides, while Plowhorn, Charcoal with Raf following them. Eugene and Webmaster are still left out despite what Whiplash said earlier.
Webmaster feels left out, so does Eugene who says to him: "I don't know Webs. I'm watching their six, and I don't wanna mess them up."
The unconscious beast was growing weaker by the minute, and to top it off Wei can barely produce any steam to help. June says to the team: "We gotta descend faster, Wei is running out of steam." Tom protest: "We can't go any faster and balance him." The Magma breather begins to roar in pain from hypothermia. D'Angelo exclaims: "He's thrashing!"
Tom yells: "We gotta steady him!" Alex speak as she struggles: "We're trying!" Miko speaks as she struggles too: "I can barely hold on to him! He's too slippery!" Whiplash finishes: "And we can't dig our claws into him any deeper without piercing his skin."
The dragons underneath begins to loose their hold and both D'Angelo and Magma breather falls off, Nightscream and Winger along with Jack fall with them. But D'Angelo is saved by Plowhorn and even though Winger is bigger and has four wings but he uses most of his strength and Nightscream despite being bigger than the average bat was still to skinny to carry it. Luckily Feathers and Wu and Wei along with their riders came to help.
Tom says to his friends: "Pull him up!" Jack replies: "We're trying! He ways more when he's unconscious! How's that even possible?!" Alex also is struggling and saying: "Hu, stupid buttery dragon." Despite all their efforts, the dragons and Maximal's grip slips of the dragons and it falls into the fissure. They all shout no, and just when all hope seems lost, the unthinkable happens, Eugene and Webmaster comes in, and they all say: "Eugene?!"
To which he replies: "Just bringing up the rear." Then Webmaster fires at a spot in the fissure creating a web saving the Magma breather's life. As the rider and spider-like dragon flies up to the magma breather, "Totally nailed it." He said with pride. "Everyone spread out! Grab a tether!"
At first they didn't know how to respond, but Tom says: "Everyone, listen to Eugene." So they riders do as they're told. Eugene says to his dragon: "You hear that? Listen to us." So Tom, June, Alex and D'Angelo's dragons grabs the tethers. "Back it up! Further! Further!" They stretch the webbing making it carrying the dragon easy, the rest simply watches and flies with their friends, Miko says to everyone: "You know in hindsight, we should've done this from the beginning." Webster says poetically: "Sometimes the most simplest mind can hold the greatest ideas." June speak agreeing with the two: "I cannot believe this works." Jack say to June: "You know you don't give your brother enough credit. Sure he may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, and he give me a bit arrogant and annoying. But when the chips are down he does have his qualities."
The Chinese sister replies admitting and swallowing her pride: "You know Jack? You're right." They continue returning the dragon back to his home.
In the Crystal Maze as Tom watches the dragons return the Magma breather home freely, he turns to the others and sees Eugene petting Webmaster. Eugene congratulating himself and his dragon: "Ah, we totally crushed it Webs!" Then he turns to Tom who gives him a thumbs up and says: "Good work back there." The two fist bumped and Eugene says to his dragon still: "See? Told you we were awesome." June jokes: "I think he was talking to Webmaster." He still smiles. "Just kidding, you were both great. Even I was impressed." Whiplash speaks: "I'll admit you may have a few flaws. But that's what makes you human." Eugene pops the questions: "So am I off provisional status?"
The group was reluctant but June nods to Tom yes. Tom says to him: "Yeah you're in." Eugene was excited another member has joined the team.
They regrouped in the Fire Realm wearing armor, as Tom held the crystal sword in hand, Alex says: "(Sigh) Guess I'll have to build Eugene a fire-suit." June whispers: "Feel free to take your time."
As for the Magma breather he was back to normal vomiting magma like no tomorrow. Tom says with joy: "Doing better already. Nice work doc." The two fist bump.
D'Angelo turns to the dragon, walks up to him and asks: "So, you and me gonna be friends now?" He holds his hand in front of the dragon who still roar at him. "Guess not. At least you're feeling better." Raf speaks: "I guess somethings won't change." Tom finishes: "Now, for some unfinished business." He places the sword in the magma and rises it up as it still burns. "One silver lighting sword coming up." He said ready to transform a crystal glass shard into a might lighting theme sword.
Here's the latest chapter, I had a productive few weeks worked hard thank goodness we got some new coworkers to help, went on vacation for a few days, believe me getting there was easy, getting home was hell and I got to see the new rise of the beast movie. It was awesome, and I don't care what other people say as far as I'm concerned they have poor taste in cinema.
I also saw the sixth season and can't wait for a seventh, and if I'm gonna go on a limb I think they'll be nine seasons. You know nine realms nine seasons, its only logical. I'll do season 4 next year so please leave a comment and ideas.
