1. Chapter 1

Konoha but as the Forbidden City (Forbidden City of Konoha) within the Fire Nation

Royal Family: Uzumaki Clan; Emperor of the Nine Tails is the title

Clans are the noble families that help advise and run the government with the Emperor (who has the final say in everything)

all the clans live in the Fire Nation just not in Konoha

All clans (besides Kiba's; whose older sister is already that; or Sasuke; as his older brother is already that) have another older child who will be the heir to the clan and sires

Everyone has the same gender but everyone also has a second gender of either Sire (those who impregnate) or Bearers (those who get pregnant) (not sure how female sires impregnate or male barer get pregnant they do)

The first gender is their pronouns and body type (such as having a penis or not)

Sires (no matter the first gender) have male titles (such as lord, Emperor, father, son, etc..)

Bearers (no matter the first gender) have female titles (such as lady, Empress, mother, daughter, etc.)

Konoha 12 (change Sai in for Naruto) are all bearers

Sakura, Rock Lee, Tenten, and Sai are from wealthy families
