The story mainly revolves around Thomas and his daughter, but the other characters also play a role in every chapter. The characters don't belong to me, only the OC does.

He raises his head to look at the ambulance driver and freezes in shock, certain that he finally has snapped, that his mind could not take it anymore and went straight into hallucination. The driver is a woman, not an uncommon sight those days, but this particular woman has no business being here, in the middle of most literal hell. "Mary?" he rasps, disbelieving.

Drabbles set in the late 1930s and early 1940s...

For her first London Season, Sybil has another ambition to prove - that women and men can actually be friends. In a budding Yorkshire musician, she finds the complicated answer.

Charles and Elsie are enjoying their new found intimacy, during their honeymoon and wondering, what their life will look like now, in such changed circumstances.

With their wedding still some months away, Elsie and Charles stumble their way through their engagement with mere cups of tea to sustain them whilst they work out exactly how this is ever going to work. An in-canon tale that stretches the time frame seen in the show with a series of one shots - but only for the purposes of delving into more Chelsie goodness.
