It was a disaster, a killer blow to the 'Help our Buddy Kazuma Battlefront' when they returned back to the HQ later that afternoon.
The room was destroyed, their data all but gone, and more importantly Takeyama and Demiruge are nowhere to be seen.
"What could've happened here" said Hinata as everyone began to turn the whole room around for any clues of signs leading to the missing duo's locations.
"Don't know, but I don't like it one bit" said Yuri as she began to frown over how sloppy they allowed themselves to be, for leaving only Takeyama and Demiruge alone without any additional help.
"Whoever did this, they clearly weren't alone" said Tachibana as she notice arrows on the walls and different types of slash marks and energy attack marks on the floors and walls.
"Right now that raises the question, who here do we know that would come into our room, knowing it was minimally guarded and uses both bow and blades as a weapon" asked Yuri as everyone began to think.
Even taking out for account of Touya and his harem, the only person that they know that fits the description perfectly was Kazuma, but it was highly unlikely give how he was with them the entire day.
"I've no idea honestly" said Takamatsu as he and Fujimaki were moving a couch in order while trying to find clues.
"The one person he fits the description that comes to mind is Kazuma" said Naoi, "Alright let's get back at the bastard for doing this to our HQ and for leading us on" said Noda as he gripped his halberd.
"Easy now, while Kazuma may fit the description, it clearly wasn't him" said Otonashi, "Agreed, so chill for a minute and think you nimrod" said Hinata as he and Yui were sweeping up the floors.
"What did you say" said Noda angrily as he was ready to fight Hinata again, "That you're a nimrod that should take a minute and think you jackass" Hinata as he was still salty about the Futbol incident earlier today.
"I dare you to say that again tough guy" said Noda, "Bring it on idiot" said Yui as she wanted to back up her husband, "This is so stupid" commented Shiina as she was both sweeping while balancing a broom in one hand.
"Oh, gladly" said Noda as he was ready to kill the lovebirds, "That's enough!" shouted Yuri, "We don't got time for you guys to fight, we need to find something if not anything either useful in locating Takeyama and Demiruge and the data we've spent this past week requiring on whatever secrets this school was keeping".
"Now so god help me, the next time one of you idiots start another fight, I'll personally leg drop your ass out the window into next week" threatened Yuri as she was done fooling around.
"Am I clear" said Yuri as everyone just continued to work a lot harder and faster that they wound up causing a bigger mess.
"Idiots" Yuri as she face palmed herself and shook her head in a disapproving manner, before someone kicked over the garbage can.
"Are you freaking kidding me" Yuri said angrily, "Sorry we'll get that" said Takamatsu before he notice that something was shining in the trashcan.
"Hey Takamatsu didn't you say you plan to clean that crap up" said Fujimaki, "Hold on I think I found something" said Takamatsu as he discovered a small memory card amidst the garbage.
"Hey Yurippe, did you or Takeyama ever decide to throughout a memory card recently" asked Hinata, "You know me, we never throw out data, at least not without destroying it" said Yuri as she approach Takamatsu.
"All yours boss" said Takamatsu as he handed Yuri the memory card as she began to smirk, "Takeyama you ingenious bastard" said Yuri before turning to the still name pending Battlefront.
"Alright guys, clearly our base of operations is no longer suited anymore for operations, so we're hauling ass and moving out, we got the data we need and we've been here long enough, so let's move out before we've got fast company on our tails" said Yuri, "Yes ma'am" said everyone as they all began to storm out the classroom and fled into the night.
Meanwhile unknown to them as they left the school's premises, 2 shadowy figures notice them, one being the same bodacious figure still dwelling inside the destroyer, the other being a small beast girl running back into the school.
Once inside, Izuna wasted no time in developing the photo's she had captured tonight inside the school's newspaper room, while also texting Yunyun that they have tomorrows scoop ready to be publish come next Monday.
"This headline will surely get those damn peons and philistines to appreciate some news worthy stories for their unworthy existence" Izuna said to herself while eating powdered doughnuts out of a bag.
"These things are damn good, gotta get Yunyun to get me more of these as well and those rainbow colored candy she gets" Izuna said as she began to call Yunyun.
"Hello" yawned Yunyun, "Listen up you lazy bum, I got tomorrows scoop ready, and I need you to be ready" said Izuna.
"Sure thing Izuna" said a sleepy Yunyun, "Also don't forget the snacks" said Izuna, "Sure thing Izuna, I'll see you tomorrow".
And with that both girls hung up as Izuna continued to work throughout the night.
The Next Day
Now definitely suspicious, Tanya began to march her way towards the principal's office to confront her boss as to what he's hiding.
After Yuri informed Tanya what happened last night, especially once she heard Demiruge had been abducted, she set her mind to put the waiting game aside and confront her boss directly.
"Major Tanya, what an unexpected surprise, what can I do for you" asked Kurt, "Sir, with all due respect, I've suspicion you and every faculty member here are responsible for not only ruining the club room of my friends, but also abducted some of them" said Tanya as she went straight to the point.
"I demand to know what you're hiding and where are you keeping them" said Tanya as Kurt remained neutral and stoic.
"Hmm, forgive me Tanya for keeping secrets from one of my top officers, but understand that I've my reasons" said Kurt, "Understood sir" said Tanya.
"But given the situation and you wanting the right to know, I shall gladly inform you, however…" said Kurt as Tanya had a bad feeling in her stomach.
"Should I tell you this information, you and your squad shall be forced to leave class and join the members of my own private disciplinary committee and are hereby to follow every order I give you, as such you're to cut ties with your friends for I don't want any more people to know" said Kurt.
Hearing this brought a cold feeling in Tanya's gut as she was beginning to regret so impulsively without thinking of a plan.
"And should I choose to back out now sir" asked Tanya, "Unfortunately Major, we've said to much that while your team are free to go about their business, you're not allowed to leave with the information of what became of Demiruge and Christ" said Kurt.
Now knowing how dire this information was and to be in the loop about, Tanya had only a limited number of choices and neither one was to her liking.
"Very well sir, you have my word that my squad shall be serving you directly once more" Tanya said proudly, while hiding the feeling of defeat and anger in her heart.
"I'm happy to hear that Major, especially since I'd hate to be so merciless to one of my favorite officers" said Kurt as hearing him say that only got Tanya's blood to boil even more.
With Kazuma
After what happened yesterday afternoon, and after getting over his jealousy over how lucky Touya was, Kazuma was feeling a lot better and was grateful for his new friends.
And even though they all returned home, they all still got together to play some TF2 and because they did had enough people now, they all got to play matches between 9v9 and 12v12, some MVM, and Borderlands 3 up until the morning.
Speaking of, while everyone signed out, while questioning what became of Otonashi and the others for not joining, Kazuma continued to play some Far Cry 5 up until he passed out on his computer over his desk.
So right now, even though they were running late, Darkness had carried Kazuma into his bed, Megumin saved his date and powered of his PC, as Aqua prepared him a nice lunch and breakfast laid next to him whenever he woke up.
"I think that's everything girls" said Darkness as she was proud of their good deed even though they'll probably go without being thanked.
"Alright, let's hurry up, we're already late" said Megumin as she and Darkness stood outside the doorway as Aqua was setting Kazuma's breakfast aside so that when he woke up, he wouldn't knock it over or step on it.
"Aqua, we're going on ahead, please catch up" whispered Darkness as Aqua gave a thumbs up in return.
Once she heard the front door closed, Aqua took a minute to stare at Kazuma and rested her hand on her racing heart.
Try to be nicer to him, thought Aqua as those words and nightly scolding's from Darkness stuck to Aqua as she had no problem making Kazuma breakfast and lunch, while more times than not checking on him physically.
Even more so she's been doing his laundry and left him notes filled with empty kind words, that soon became genuine like her feelings for Kazuma.
Calm down Aqua, you're just doing this as an act of kindness because Darkness told you too, Aqua mentally told herself for what she was about to do.
Gently lowering her head, she kissed Kazuma on the cheek, before quickly recoiling her head back and began to blush madly.
"Damn it, I'm going to be late because of this stupid NEET" said Aqua as she began to rush out the front door, while unknowingly that the peacefully neutral faced Kazuma, had now a light smile on his sleepy face, has continued to dream in peace.
Elsewhere
Still continuing to work odd jobs to support herself since Seiya flaked on her, Ristarte was doing her job as a mail woman peacefully as she had drove up to the school, before parking.
Opening the back of the truck, and loading up so rather large and heavy parcels onto a dolly, Ristarte had delivered today's mail to a rather familiar person to her now as she stood outside the Destroyer.
"Delivery" said Ristarte before one of the doors open, "Can you please sign this, while I start unloading all of this".
The person never said a word as we see red tentacle like hairs grabbing and signing the clipboard as Ristarte began to do her work.
As she did, Ristarte notice the many photo's of Kazuma, another regular of hers and had assumed that this must be his girlfriends place and found the 2 to be absolutely cute.
"Thank you for your continued patronage. So tell me how are things between you and your boyfriend" asked Ristarte, "Oh I'm ever so grateful to be in love with darling, for without him, I might just be forever trapped away here" said the woman as it was revealed to be that hot sadistic automaton girl.
"Aw, so cute, well I wish you 2 nothing but happiness" said Ristarte before saying goodbye.
"Tee-hee, soon darling you and I will be together again, and when we do we can finally play together as master and servant" said the hot automaton with a giggle as she was clearly the one obsessed with Kazuma ever since he claimed to be her master.
My shadows the only one that walks besides me, my shallow heart the only thing that keeps on beating, sometimes I wish someone up there may find me, today I walk alone.
