Chapter Three.

Around the next morning at six, Josette woke up first thing and she knew that she had to get this new job for house cleaning at the Inn. She got up out of bed just before she got dressed, wearing her short sleeve shirt and a pair of jeans she freshened up in the bath room a long with putting on some of her Jasmine perfume just before she grabbed her hotel keys and placed them in to her pocket before she walked out of her hotel room.

She walked down the stairs and she went over to the restaurant to get some break fast. The waitress, Suzie was there and she saw Josie. "What can I get you this morning?" She asked her.

Josette chuckled with a soft laugh. "Good morning. I would like to have a cup of coffee with two creams and two sugars." She said when she was looking up at the menu to see what they have. "A long with some eggs over easy, some bacon and some rye toast with melted butter please." She added. Suzie smiled at her and she wrote down Josie's food order before she walked in the kitchen to have the chef sook her some break fast before Josette goes to work.

And when she was sitting at the counter, waiting for her food and coffee, Josie was in deep thought about what Maggie and Mr. Wells told her about Josette DuPres from the night before and also about this mysterious letter that came from Collinsport as well. 'What was that pull that I felt when I was coming here and what was it about this letter that I have. And I also feel that I know this town some what.' She thought to herself.

Josie's thoughts were cut off when Suzie walked out of the kitchen with her break fast and her coffee. "Here you go, Miss." She said when she placed her food and coffee down on to the counter. "You enjoy yourself now." She added cheerfully before she walked over to one of the tables. The waitress sat down at the table that was placed near the side door and she started to work in the napkins and the silverware. Josette then started eating her morning break fast.

Later on that day and it was getting close to six in the evening, Mr. Wells had Josie clean the rooms on the second floor. Josette was vacuuming one of the rooms and she looked out of the window and she saw that the sun was setting very slowly over the horizon. Josie was working for all most nine hours worth. She had a long day indeed. She had to go out side earlier to do some weeding from the front and sides of the building.

After she was done working for the day. Mr. Wells told Josie to take the day off for the next day. And she was happy about that. She went to go have dinner at the restaurant and she saw Maggie was there. Josette was sitting at the counter and she ordered her lobster roll and some mashed potatoes on the side plate a long with a good cup of coffee. Maggie smiled when she placed Josie's order in. And they were speaking in a good conversation.

Out over on to the Collins grounds, over at the Old House, Willie Loomis was walking down in to the basement and he saw the coffin opening up slowly and he saw his master had just wakened up from his slumber during the day time. Barnabas Collins Slowly sat up and he saw his servant standing over by the stairs, watching him as the vampire climbed right out of his coffin with their eyes locked to each other.

Barnabas smiled over at his servant. "Good evening, Willie." He said when the vampire was closing up his coffin for the night until the early morning.

Willie moved over a little when Barnabas walked passed him to go up the stairs. And after they walked out of the basement, they stood in the living room. "What will you do tonight, Barnabas?" Willie asked his master. Loomis knew what the vampire does every night.

Barnabas turned around from looking out of the window towards his servant. He was in deep thought about what the ghost of Josette DuPres told him about the woman moving to Collinsport. The vampire knew what he was going to do tonight. "I will go in to town just like I normally do." He told him. But Willie knew what the answer was from the way Barnabas said this. So, he tried to talk his master out of it, but the vampire cut him off. "Don't argue with me, Willie." He added, but Loomis tried once again to protest.

But he told him to do his work around the house and they would talk about that later. But at that very moment, Barnabas needed blood and the vampire walked over to his coat rack and he put his caped coat on and he took his wolf's head cane with him. Willie watched him when Barnabas opened the front door and he walked out of the Old House to find some blood to feed on.

Loomis was worried about the innocent people, mostly women would be attacked by him. The vampire would find his next victim. Who knows.
