This doesn't mean that the Yonko like Big Mom, Shanks, Kaido, and White Beard will easily fall in line and start surrendering territory in fact they would begin taking over Marine territory in the new world now that the Admiral's seem busy. People worried about the fast paced of taking down the World Government should keep in mine that Celestial Dragon's having slave's would never be seen favorably by Momonga and his friend's. The Guild members and whatever family they brought had waited for weeks before pulling off the raid so they had ample amount of time to send spy's and prepare. I studied whatever maps I could find on Maryland Geoise, I concluded that Celestial Dragon's used much of their land irresponsibly any Marine presence was focused and all of the Blue Sea's were connected for their convince. A lot of land was used for slave's but a forest where Ainz Ooal Gown's home base Nazarick can be overlooked. How long do you think they will wait atop the Red Line before they did something or did you think they would try and free Dressrosa and Rebecca first. This is a Guild or as much as one that I could find Beings sent into a different world. The One Piece is less important than whatever whims a Supreme Being would have seeing as how they basically lived in World
Some mistakes I made last chapter would be not giving more worldly reactions. Off the top of my head and reactions I missed Shichibukai, Crocodile, Number 0
Boa Handcock, Geko Moria, Jinbe, Donquixote Doflamingo, Bartholomew Kuma, Dracule Mihawk
Arlong also several important characters like the Straw Hats or other Kingdoms.
When in the timeline does this takes place Luffy has started his journey and defeated Morgan and left Coby, Garp will be getting more time off to train the kid.
Honestly Momonga was suffering a headache from going through all the documents other than that the treasure sent to the treasure room was already given the appropriate care by Pandora's Actor as it was filled up with whatever they had acquired from the raid. Pandora was given the appropriate book's to try and sort through what they had gained. But he refocused on the actions of these supposed followers of Justice because he still hadn't yet gone down to meet with his son Pandora. It was a good thing that he was now undead and had an immunity to this kind of nuisance unlike in his previous body when he was less brave. There were many acquired documents found such as letter's and correspondence detailing everything that Mary Geoise had corrupted inside the many scattered Kingdom's around the World and it's own Government nest.
The Guild encountered and captured those stray Celestial Dragon's returning from whatever hunting trip they were once sailing on. Ainz Ooal Gown personally gave freedom to the slave's they had with them on their travels whild destroying and repossessing whatever they liked or found. So far not every one of the World Noble had been captured during the raid because of how many there were surviving on other countries hospitality, surely once the news of the new World Government really hits would he expect these angered homeless Celestial criminals to scrounge up whatever forces they still had left to face them. But there were some in hiding Celestial Dragon's were the type to believe their purpose in life was being better than anyone's else's.
In the meantime Momonga had tasked himself with the job of fixing whatever mess was put into his hand's. It was a headache to control since the Marines were literally a pirate crew that threw their authority around just like those World Noble's. He wanted to change such a System for the better but he found little support and almost the entirety of the New World was beyond his capacity of controlling.
He was lucky that he had the assistance of Albedo and many other servants to help him on this journey. On that note the many Doppelgangers they had created to replace many Celestial Dragon's have been recirculated into their ranks their captures were given special notes but any conspirators have also been charged with abiding wanted criminals and going against them, well it would be easier now figuring out where everyone's loyalties layed like any traitors to the New Government once will be placed in a detailed report and imprisoned. Such was the fate of anyone standing against the new rule, the news of wich should had spread very far very quickly all thanks to big News Morgan.
Reactions
Crocodile was just watching the Banana Gators underneath his casino like any other rest day when suddenly one of his Millions. Everyone of his minions working underneath him was once a respectable bounty hunter with some level of value. "The news just came in boss you gotta come here quick the World Government has fallen" Million Minion spoke aloud. "What is it" Crocodile asked received the newspaper from the News Coo from the man who had absolutely no name.
"Miss all Sunday take a look at this" Crocodile said tossing the paper over on a small desk and waiting for her response. Shock was something Nico Robin never usually expressed but today's Headline just seemed to shock everyone. Nico Robin was shocked, the news that Aokiji had retreated let alone the Navy surrendered Mary Geoise after it had recently been besieged down. Those were just words but hope had begun to bloom withering inside her heart as well as several other maidens around the Grand Line.
"Young Master you need to see this" Buffalo Assassin of the Donquixote Pirate's said aloud to everyone else in the room. The young master Doflamingo showed intrest before Diamante took the paper and subsequently was shocked.
"Hey hey what is that" Trebol took the paper by sending a sticky hand and was shocked at what he read. Sugar was curious and took a look at the bottom of the news paper and sticky aqua colored booger man was shocked. "Trebol you shouldn't be showing sugar such frightening news now hand it over" Diamante said handing the paper to Doflamingo.
"Right Doffy you need to see this it's so unbelievable, so it's got to be fake right Doffy right?" Trebol asked while giving the papers over. His crew all looked at him while waiting to see what kind of expressions he would show. After a few tense minutes of looking over the paper he smiled when he read the headline again then flipped the page he had a more serious face as he continued to drink in the paper's information like a fine wine.
"About the validity of the paper, do you think it's real" Trebol asked breaking the silence about the news.
"It's definitely real" Doflamingo said while smiling. "There are very few instances where the World Government would lie to the world and it lies constantly to protect it's own information, This paper has clearly pushed their reputation through the mud it's quite actually now like their reputation was pushed through shit because of this. They wouldn't ever do this on purpose even under special circumstances or for nobody's that no one ever heard of" Doflamingo finished speaking.
"While I don't hate the idea that they had gotten wiped out entirely that isn't the problem, It was just that I wanted to be the one to take Mary Geoise myself. So many year's of planning their downfall and it all mostly just got taken away. Now that Geoise had fallen it would place a major thorn in his pocketbook. The Pervious World Noble's were a piggy bank that paid premium for the right kind of merchandise. This New Group that had taken down and destroyed Mary Geoise wouldn't be one to be trifled with until he figured them out.
While the selling of slave's to the Celestial Dragon's was lucrative in preparation for his long plan of taking over the World under Kaido banner. Now that someone else has beaten him to the finish line he would have to change his business strategy but still still serve Kaido especially if these Ainz Ooal Gown were directly attacking slavers. "Someone contact Vergo in the New World we need all the information we can get on the New World Government" Doflamingo Ordered trying to keep his plan's ongoing.
"Quite like the young master to already have a plan Buffalo said flying away to contact Vergo on a DenDen Mushi. "Very well young master we will begin to investigate as well" Doflamingo heard Baby Five say. "If all those slave's hadn't yet been freed then we would have assumed otherwise. But since everyone of those had been freed then im willing to bet that this new group must dislike slavery. That just meant that they would have to be more cautious to who they sold their merchandise too if they couldn't sell to The Celestial Dragon's anymore" Doflamingo thought planning around these new people. He was willing to wait this out and see where the cards fell he was smart enough to realize that should he find himself on the wrong side. He was willing to lose one avanue of income it would be justified in order to save the rest.
This new power, no these monsters were able to lay waste down upon the World Government and at full strength. So that meant that they ought to have had a reasonably strong crew all with unknown abilities. He wanted someone to keep an eye on the news and for everyone to gather information for now. Everyone needed to lay low on their illegal business practice he had absolutely no knowledge on this group of people. Ainz Ooal Gown the New World Government was powerful enough to do that and free the slave's so we wouldn't want to draw their ire for now let a couple of idiot's test how they ran everything or let some other idiot try and take them down.
Bartholomew Kuma was out on assignment but he was informed ahead of time about the World Government surrendering. The Celestial Dragon's did not hold his allegiance matter of fact he was a tiny bit hoping that change for the better had finally arrived. He had far closer ties with the Government but this was mainly due to the fact that he was actually a spy for the Revolutionary Army. It gave his Kingdom and Daughter freedom as well as the freedom to report their actions to the Revolutionary Army making him an effective double agent at the cost of sacrificing his whole body. He wasn't sad that the Government had passed away, so he was the one to pass along any news to his comrades. So it came to no surprise when he decided to report all recent news to Dragon. Many Pacifista were already were being decommissioned and destroyed he would even be required to report to Garnet otherwise known as the Professor instead of Vegapunk. He was always ready to lay down his life to make a world that would safe for his daughter to live in. In any case it would be the last message he sent the Revolutionary Army in the event he was also decommissioned.
"Empress Empress look the News has come in and it said Mary Geoise has fallen" Cosmos a young woman shouted out.
"Calm down and hand over the paper already" Boa Hancock said patiently. She read through it as quickly as possible getting all the information she possibly could about this ecstatic and so where her sister's. "Free removal of the Celestial Dragon Brand" Marigold spoke quietly to the agreement of the other sisters. "It sounded too good to be true was their nightmare finally over"
"Any Country's wanting to join the New World Government will need to be fully aware and abide by the laws set forth by Ainz Ooal Gown.
Shichibukai they may retain their positions, leave, or appeal to have their bounty's removed but will continue to be allowed to hold their positions underneath the Marine Fleet Admiral like previous arrangements.
The previous bounty system will still be in effect but will now be under heavy scrutiny since those bounty's were given when the government was corrupt, anyone that considered themselves innocent could appeal to have their bounty's removed but will have to be willing to go through a mind reader.
Impel down will also go through this process and release those who have committed no criminal offense, they could become a free person" Boa Hancock read through these points.
She wanted to appeal to have her brand as well as her bounty removed because she was an innocent Queen that had to preform act's of Piracy. She wanted to leave the Warlords but her position as a Warlord protected her people and her country from the Old Government. She didn't know weather or not they would allow her to continue running Amazon Lilly the same way it has recently been but if they did she could leave the Shichibukai and allow herself to be the Queen of her people full time. The meeting of the Greatest will be in a single week all Shichibukai are required to attend the New Government's coronation. Every Admiral besides Borsalino and every Vice Admiral will be there as well as Garp the Hero. The Fleet Admiral had honorably died in battle. She ether had arrive to settle the details or send a response. She also needed to pick up any of Amazon's Lilly's people that were taken away from home and were freed from Mary Geoise.

Fishmen were all staring at the headline that Maryland Geoise has fallen and they wouldn't occur to them to throw away the paper because every morning it would still give them the same feeling that there was always something out there that was far more dangerous and unknown. People around the world all had different dream's and feelings about the change like hope or feelings of fear. They would wounder weather their new Overlords would at least be better than the ones they had before. But where did they come from was in everyone's thoughts even the true powerhouses of the world had been searching for an answer.
Jinbe was currently still working under Big Mom so it came to no surprise that Perospero came shouting inside of the room "Mama!" multiple times. "How interesting it seems like the World is going through change and it looks like a group of upstarts took down Garp and Sengoku in their own territory. "Big Mom said while frowning "They took down their Five Elder Gorosei and many high ranking Marines lost their lives how utterly disappointing" she said while throwing the paper away.
"Mama wouldn't it be a little early to dismiss such information" Perospero asked. "This new group seems to be a little strong Mama" he said. "Perospero are you telling me I should be weary of some upstarts that got lucky in winning a fight with the Government. Im going to become the next Pirate Queen" Big Mom spoke harshly. "Yes Mama, it just we usually haven't tested ourselves against the Marines. They usually ruin our fun with their sheer numbers and most of Paradise is blocked off from us New World Pirate Crew's.
"Mamamamama I see your point Perospero someone that even made the Marines bow out in defeat does sound like someone worthwhile. The timing of their appearance is strange so try and find some information on them and start attacking at any Marine Vessel we encounter from now on" Big Mom asked Perospero. "Right away Mama" Perospero said while leaving. "This new Government seems like quite the Opponent" Jinbe Warlord and Knight of the Sea said thinking thing's more thoroughly. "That or they could make excellent new allies" Big Mom Replied
"Gorororororo someone had finaly destroyed the annoying World Government" Kaido laughed while drinking sake. News didn't travel fast to Onegashima or Wano from the outside world very quickly but News did travel quickly inside of his controlled territories and his men quickly relayed the message back to him. "What are your thoughts on the current situation Kaido" King quickly asked. Frowning Kaido quickly explained how he had a plan to take over the World by filling his crew with Smile Fruit users but now someone else had made their way and taken his fun. The strong ruled over the weak so he respected them but his business were going to take a hit now that he couldn't sell overpriced Wano merchandise to the fat Celestial Dragon's and other Noble's around so easily. The entire monetary system was up in the sky
"They made me so angry" Kaido whined and drank from his bottle filled with Sake. "King see what you can dig up about these New People and try to see if we can push them around or force them into taking a deal, if that doesn't work leave them alone for now. let's just see what our new neighbors are like before we start being diplomatic" was Kaido response chugging and staying uncaring in this recent change.
Shanks and White Beard two of the more reasonable Yonko had met unhindered and this time there were fewer Marines patrolling the sea. They didn't need to worry about news traveling and their meeting spot being under attack. Former Apprentice and Former Friend to the Pirate King Gol D. Roger had met up in calm waters in order to discuss the current circumstances. Red Hair brought some of the finest Sake he had on hand for the occasion. "These changes are going to cause the largest of waves I really hate when the World Changes so unpredictably" Red Hair said while poring the Strongest Man in the World a drink. White Beard was contemplative and more in line with how this could affect his family this was a turning point in history the Waves that are going to appear are going to begin making themselves known across the World. Already Big Mom and Kaido have have been trying to grow their own Territory's by increasing attacks as well as agression on any controlled territory Marine or not. So far the Yonko seem to have completely ignored one another for now but sooner or later they would attack one another again now that those pesky Admiral's are currently occupied with surrender. Red Hair hated change that he could not have foreseen or control he only hoped Luffy will be able to reach the New World safely.

On one hand these people calling themselves Ainz Ooal Gown have shown that they are against slavery of all kinds and they even given freedom to the Slave's locked away in Maryland Geoise" Dragon thought once he received the information from Kuma. "On the other hand they are still calling claiming rulership over the Red Line and the Marine Navy long since associated and established as Celestial Dragon property. So far he didn't know how to feel about the situation or how to feel about their abilities but they are currently hunting for Celestial Dragon's. To do with he didn't know but they didn't seem worse than the previous regime. "What are your thoughts Dragon" his second in command Sabo asked.

We have already made excellent work on rebelling against the Old World Government but as far as it concerns us unless these people are like the Old Government then we should stay out of the limelight until the time is right to approach them or fight them. They are strong enough to take control of the Red Line even though a nighttime surprise attack, it would be a difficult task even if we had our entire army stationed upon the Red Line. They also had to deal with Admiral level reinforcements Garp as well as Sengoku were both seen fighting but by Day Break the Marines had surrendered" Dragon brought up the logistics and losses by both parties.
"Let's not underestimate Ainz Ooal Gown they didn't lose any of their most capable fighters but we are fighting for freedom, So sending spy's and uncovering their intentions should still be our main course until we know about their true motivations.
No one could actually believe the headlines and it would take some time to actually revive reliable information. Moria Sama I can't believe you took down the World Government by yourself" Loli Ghost Princess Perona flying in with a paper in hand asked the hulking bowling pin looking man that once challenged Kaido and lost. Dracule Mihawk was sipping on his wine and flipping the pages on his News Paper. He didn't outwardly react so it appeared he didn't care for this new change but he was curious about some of the Sword's that a few of these new Overlord's were carrying around. Paper couldn't do them Justice and he needed to attend an event he otherwise wouldn't have even bothered to go
to.
Everyone normal was watching the live broadcast DenDen Mushi to get a sense on what the new Government would be capable of they were after all the ones who toppled the previous Government. Some had arrived earlier than the expected date contrary to what was expected and were properly accommodated atop the Red Line in their own Luxury City of Kakashi's creation.

As a group they unconsciously looked Noble and deadly to be around so some Shichibukai began to Sweat but not all.
People from all over the sea watched as the The current highest ranking members of the World Government began to sign away the Navy. The current Shichibukai were present as well but they were here for entirely different reasons.
Doflamingo was just casually smiling as everyone else looked uncomfortable. Boa looked Worried but for an entirely different reason, it was always hard to guess what was on her mind. Dracule Mihawk looked ready to attack the man named Warrior Takemikazuchi with an sword. With his own sword, and a Sword of superior Make.
The paperwork that would give Ainz Ooal Gown full ownership over what was left of the Government and the Red Line. They had appointed Marine Admiral Garp as the New Fleet Admiral and were going to release the previous Fleet Admiral Sengoku to Garp should he agree. Garp was the current highest ranking Marine left It was all merely a formality for now.
The Elder Stars as well as Celestial Dragon's were ether dead or as good as dead unless anyone wanted to revive them. Some like Akainu had looked angry or pissed off while Garp seemed uncaring for the current circumstances and slightly happy once he was able to have a break now that these new punk's actually changed thing's for the better up in the Marines. "Hence forth The Red Line will now be known as The Sorcerer's Kingdom
Members of Ainz Ooal Gown actually sought Garp out for some advice and have given him full control on how to run everything in the Marines once they realized how capable Garp actually was.
While Garp wouldn't have accepted at first he was promised full support in most of his decisions about how Marines should operate. All he really needed to do was be the Hero everyone looked up to and he would get plenty of time off visiting his family and Sailing the World as a protector of peace from his mobile base. He would have access to the finest crew, young blood, and weaponry to train and travel as long as he continued to secure the intrest of peace for Ainz Ooal Gown. He would have complete control over the Navy as well as every branch within so Garp could dismantle Cipher Pol and rebuild it all from the ground up or travel wherever he liked. Any disobedience as well as mutiny he could handle on his own so those CP9 brats are going to get a stern lesson on morality with his fists. Garp was chewing away on his crackers from Sengoku's stash as the paperwork began to appear he was just imagining the look that would appear on Luffy and Ace's faces as their Grandpa began to chase them across every one the Sea's and give them his fist of love. He was going to make sure they became strong enough to face the world or he will finally make them join the Marines since it still wasn't to late for them. Garp, Akainu, and Aokiji began to sign away the Navy on live Snail to the reestablished Guild Ainz Ooal Gown.
With the help of Big News Morgan it was getting broadcast life to all corners of the Four Blue Sea's, Paradise and what Morgan could deliver in the New World.
Momonga wanted such a grand showing not only for show but to assure the public that they weren't their enemies. Had Momonga been the only one of his friends left he would have had to care for Nazarick everything could've happened differently or a lot slowly. Not only would he have been alone in a Tomb filled with Human hating NPC'S he would have dreaded having to lead them in a leadership role or caring for them like their parents original creator's.
If Nazarick was in the same position but he was the only Supreme Being left over it might've required him to move behind the scene or use a more subtler method or had he stayed a Skeleton. It would have taken months or even a year before his preparations could be made he was no Alchemist like Tabula or a Smith like Amanomahitotsu he couldn't create City's full of Army's like Kakashi he specialized in Instant Death Magic a lone Mage would have even had a difficult time in this world. He trusted his friends and they trusted him back they were a Guild that had worked very well for year's together they had abilities that complemented one another powerful abilities and preparation time should anything uncertain happen.
He had to thank Garp giving reasonable advice to get into contact with Big News Morgan. The Alabatross also needed credit for setting this meeting and brodcast into motion. He had a nice personality
Momonga also signed the same paper the Marine Admiral's signed since it would give his Guild much credibility filling in the power vacuum. There were many leader's all around the World King's and Queen's with their own Island Countries people capable but ruling over vast amounts of territories. He understood that the people were suffering under Pirate Overlords, Corruption, Abandonment, Poverty and Sickness and whole other sorts of things. Letters that were written to Mary Geoise detailed information on how the previous Government favored Justice they were written by Countries that had believed in the previous Reverie but were let down whenever asking for help. Such brutal disregard for people and Kingdoms in need of help was injustice and terrible to quote his friend Touch Me.
"Dear Mr. Momonga leader of Ainz Ooal Gown and the Sorcerer's Kingdom, the Old World Government had forced me as well as my sister's into becoming a Shichibukai crew against our will. I hope you won't be resentful about me removing my Shichibukai Status seeing as how having the title had been the only thing that protected my country and family for so long such as was offered. It has always been a source of misery having to leave behind my Kingdom in order to protect my people. Amazon Lily has never had a man step onto the Island so we wish to be able to maintain this tradition in the future. Amazon Lily will want to become it's own Kingdom and it's leader will only ever be the strongest Amazonian Woman. I am currently up in the air about this whole new ordeal and am willing to discuss coming to terms about these new changes, me and my sister's will also need to discuss something in private with you" Hancock written down.
Momonga had read Hancock's letter and sympathized with her plight. The Sorcerer's Kingdom's current position was that they as Ainz Ooal Gown will be taking a more hands off approach as everything settled down in the future. Ms. Handcock you may continue Protecting your way of life against Piracy, Slavers and Invaders by respecting your choice we are allowing you to handle your own territory as long as you aren't participating in any Slavery this will be the standard for any country we plan on dealing with in the future. We will allow a private meeting this could be arranged another day. We will respect your lands not only do they belong to the Amazonian Women of your tribe those lands have long since belonged to your people may the strongest Kuja female rule over all of Amazon Lilly and may you see prosperity in the future.
Although would the Kuja Tribe be willing to join the newly established Reverie. Our new Reverie plans on forming successful friendships without conflict unlike the previous administration this is our promise. A party will be held every five year's for Reverie Members. Any Country, City, or Island could join up at any point should they want to have help managing territory such price for protection will be in the form of a tax or product.
A place where newly established Kingdom's that have joined could discuss and bring up matters of importance. Considering your strict traditions the New Navy could from a few only female crews to patrol your waters. All female crew protection could be accepted since you would own a recognized independent Kingdom.

"I can tell that none of you have Haki or even Observation Haki but even being able to see a few seconds into the future isn't enough for me to see the conclusion to a battle. All of you are great Warriors with different specialties and I have already witnessed my death. I will leave the Shichibukai an be in service to your Guild if I lose, If I win I will take your Sword Sir. Takemikazuchi. Grant me a Warrior's end if I fail to meet any hidden prerequisite to enter into your service" Mihawk asked seriously.
Takemikazuchi looked to Momonga for approval, Momonga nodded his approval but was reluctant because they were doing so during a Peaceful Negotiation.
"No, Master let me kill him where he stands for even being disgraceful towards a Supreme Being" Albedo asked frantically wanting to repair this situation. He was obviously going with Takemikazuchi's decision, everyone was looking at him seeing what he would decide.
"Hawkeye, Takemikazuchi isn't our strongest Fighter, that Honor would go to Touch Me. Are you sure you want to challenge Takemikazuchi instead" Momonga asked trying to sneak in an easy victory.
"While it may be true that Touch Me would be a greater challenge, he wasn't able to block all my slashes and preferred to exchange damage with a Shield in the few seconds I seen in the future.
