Note: This is going to be different to the chapters before, I'm gonna see if I can maximize this chapter, I hope that you guys will understand
It has now been six years when Harry reached nine years old in 1989
On a warm spring afternoon, Harry was busy organising the dishes while his mother, Lily, was cleaning them. The two of them have settled nicely into their muggle lives, despite the fact that there have been up's and down's in their small family. "Mother?" Harry asked as he placed the last dish into the cuboard, "Yes, sweetheart?" Lily replied as she turned off the faucet
"Do you remember that letter that arrived to our house when I was six?" Harry asked, Lily was surprised that he remembered the letter that was sent from Dumbledore, but she did nod her head in answer, "Yes, I do." Lily answered, placing a hand on Harry's shoulder, Harry sighed and asked "Do you think that it could be another invitation to dinner with the Dursleys?" Harry shuddered in fear when he said the Dursleys' last name, he HATED the Dursleys
His uncle, Vernon Dursley, saw Harry as a disgrace to the family, Petunia Evans always teased Lilly for being slightly poor despite the fact that she got a well-earned job. But the worse of the Dursley family... Was Dudley Dursley! Ever since he first met Harry, Dudley had always pulled pranks on him and even teased him for looking like a nerd, Harry feared the days when he would have to go to the Dursley family, how horrid and selfish they were to him and his mother
But Lily shook her head with a slight smile and replied "No, my dear, it's not. You don't have to worry about them since we did promise that last year would be the LAST time we visted them." Harry then felt relieved, he forgot about that agreement between him and his mother. "So, what was it then?" Harry asked, Lily felt worried, she promised herself that she would never let Harry read the letter and go through the same fate that she would... But there was no other choice. She told Harry to wait here as she then went to the locked kitchen draws, unlocked them and opened them to reveal the letter that she hid away back in 1986. She then approached Harry with the letter and replied "I was going to keep you away from this, but this letter comes from Albus Dumbledore, a professor from Hogwarts which is a school that I used to go to." "I see." Harry said, he had never heard of a school called Hogwarts before. Lily continued "It was where I met your father and began a realtionship with him, I hadn't told you about it until this day."
Harry started to become surprised when he heard about Lily meeting his father, James, at Hogwarts, "Can you tell me more about this place?" He asked, Lily sighed and replied "Okay, sweetheart, I'll tell you more about Hogwarts, but we have to keep it a secret. Okay?" Harry nodded, agreeing that he would keep this secret between him and his mother
Meanwhile, at Hogwarts, Hagrid was feeding Fang in his hut when he suddenly heard a knock on the door, "Now I wonder who that could be?" Hagrid asked himself as he placed Fang's food on the table and walked over to the door, he opened it and in front of him stood... "Professor Dumbledore!" Hagrid said in surprisement, "May I come in?" Dumbledore asked. Hagrid nodded and allowed Dumbledore to enter, "I see you've been feeding Fang today." Dumbledore said as he noticed Fang trying to get the food that Hagrid left on the table, "Yes, well, I do need to give him his lunch from time to time." Hagrid replied
Dumbledore sat down and said "But that is not why I am here, Hagrid." "Well, why is it then?" Hagrid asked, Dumbledore sighed and replied "I want to talk you about the young boy that I'll be needing you to collect for me soon." Hagrid noticed what he was talking about, "You mean the boy who lived?" He asked, "Yes, Hagrid, Harry Potter." Dumbledore replied, "I have a feeling that he will soon arrive to begin his training to be a wizard." Hagrid nodded, he knew that the time for Harry Potter to arrive to Hogwarts isn't far away
"But I also have a strange feeling that he will not be alone." Dumbledore continued, Hagrid was both shocked and surprised when he heard what Dumbledore said, "What do you mean?" He asked. "Mr. Potter will be joined by someone who once came to Hogwarts." Dumbledore replied, "I think you know who it is."
Hagrid was still getting over the shock, but he nodded in agreement. For there was only ONE Hogwarts student who would be related to the boy who lived... His mother... Lily Evans Potter!
