The chaos of the battle faded with every step they took from it. They stopped at a store and grabbed some chocolate bars to help offset the adrenaline loss, which was a lesson they learned from Mr. Aizawa.

It was Setsuna who asked, "Did it drop?"

Izuku nodded. "99, I don't know who that guy was, but it was because of him or maybe a quirk possibly holding him was straining beyond belief."

"Are you sure that it was the villain?" Momo asked; Izuku nodded.

"How can you tell?" Shoto asked.

"I stopped time on everything before I released my hold on All-Might, but as soon as I stopped it, I could feel the strain from that villain," Izuku said, taking a bite of the chocolate. "I wonder how much trouble we are going to get in?"

"I would imagine not much," Momo said. "We were just coming home, and it wasn't as if we were looking for trouble." She looked at her phone, "Mr. Kano will meet us at the pickup location. The woman he helped was transported to the hospital."

"Aside from the end, today was a nice day," Izuku said.

"Every day I get to spend with you three is a good day," Shoto said. The group smiled as they reached the pickup. They could see Rei standing by the car; she was visibly relaxed when they came into view. She did not run to them but did crush them into her frosty embrace.

Rei's appearance had never changed after that night; she had always been a beautiful woman, but now she had an exotic, almost ethereal visage that drew attention wherever she went. Even in this crowd and chaos, people stopped to stare.

"You can tell me what happened in the car," Rei said when she broke the hug, "the others are waiting and anxious."

Setsuna

Much to her dismay, she was dropped off, first being the closest; her sister was waiting for her outside and smothered her in a hug before she got her inside to receive the same treatment from her mother. But seeing her father stand up and walk over to her, though he still needed a cane as his muscle mass had dropped so low in that time before Izuku brought him back. But seeing him able to do those simple things, they would never take that for granted.

The first time he went and picked up Little Hiro and walked him back to the couch without anyone's help, the girls may have cried. It is hard to adequately explain the cloud or weight that has been lifted from their home, the medical bed being taken away, or seeing their father whispering into their mother's ear, her blushing before shyly nodding her head.

He was still weak but getting stronger every day, eating better and sleeping better; every day was a new, better day in their home. Set didn't want to say it, but she would hold her breath when she opened the door every day when she was the first home. Afraid that she would walk in and find him gone when he was asleep in the living room, that breath wouldn't be let free until she saw his chest rise. That momentary chest clinch from an unexpected call or text from her mother or sister had been this oppressive atmosphere that had accumulated over the years, and its sudden disappearance had changed everything.

Set sat on the couch and snuggled into her dad as she recounted what had happened on their way home.

Izuku

He saw Aizawa, his mother, and his little brother sitting in the living room. Aizawa was in his hero costume; they just pointed to a chair.

"Just a second," Izuku walked to the kitchen, returning with another chocolate bar and soda.

"First and most importantly, are you uninjured," Aizawa said, leaning forward.

"Yes, aside from tired and hungry," Izuku responded. "Is there any dinner left over?" he pleaded with his mom.

Inko smiled and handed Oboro to his father as she went to the kitchen.

"You used your quirk without authorization in the middle of a fight," Aizawa said. "I understand that you saved people by giving them that extra moment, and there was no way for someone to notice, but still, Izuku, that is very dangerous."

"That is not 100% true," Izuku winced, "I may have helped All-Might take the villain down."

"Come again?" Aizawa said.

Izuku waited as his mom handed him a bowl of curry before recounting the battle in detail. "I have no idea who this villain was, but he was holding his own, if not winning, against All-Might, and it seemed he had multiple quirks. He kept talking like a TV villain and could do all these things. It looked like he was about to kill All-Might or critically injure him, and it just happened."

Now, any other child and they may have questioned him about that. Still, Inko and Aizawa knew that Izuku had this habit of running to help without thinking, a good quality for a hero but one that Aizawa was trying to get him to reign in.

"Holding him was like nothing I have ever experienced," Izuku said, catching Aizawa's attention. "Normally, the strain comes from how long I am frozen or bringing others into effect with me, but when I stopped time, he was struggling to get free somehow, like an automatic defense system. I released All-Might he…" they both noticed his hands shake. "He won, and then I had to bring the others in so we could get away from the blast that blew up what was left of the car."

"Can we have a moment, Inko," Aizawa said. Inko nodded, took Oboro, and went to the kitchen. "Come here, Izuku," Aizawa said, gently patting the couch. "You said he won…"

"He won," Izuku body shook, "he killed him; when he punched him in the head, there was nothing left, only mist. And…And…I…I made that possible." Aizawa slipped his arm around Izuku.

"I am so sorry, Izuku," Aizawa said. He felt the boy stiffen and then pulled himself into the hug.

"I keep thinking about it," Izuku said, failing to hold back the tears. "It is All-Might. Maybe it was the only way to take the villain down, but he wasn't shocked by what he had done when it happened. But still, I helped him kill that man."

"Listen, Izuku," Aizawa said softly. "All-Might is a great hero and, without a doubt, the greatest hero of this and yesterday's generation."

Izuku looked up at Aizawa and would typically give All-Might credit, but he always would say something mean with it; it had become apparent that Aizawa was not a fan of All-Might. "If you tell anyone I said this, I will deny it," he said with false sincerity; it made the corners of Izuku's mouth turn up.

"There are very few heroes who, if they told me that it was the only way to do it that, I would believe," Aizawa continued, "you know that we talk about all the time; that is why we train so much. If you are going to do this job, I want you to be the best you can be, better than me and All-Might." Izuku's eyes widened. "I think you can do all of that. But if All-Might had taken that action, it would have been the only way to stop that villain. Now, he may have been able to do so with or without your help, but he and many more would have been injured or killed in the process. This is the side of heroics people don't see, which I didn't want you to see for years."

Izuku squeezed Aizawa as he began to cry into his chest, "Let it out, Izuku; no one will judge you, no one will make fun of you, it won't make you any less of a hero."

"I love you, Dad," Izuku said between sobs as they clung to Aizawa.

He didn't know Aizawa stiffened for a split second before he squeezed Izuku tighter. "I love you too, son."

Momo

She was on the couch with her sister in her arms and her mother holding her; her father was on his way home, having left early after hearing about the incident. Things had changed before her sister's impending arrival had been announced. Her father was very busy, and his absence had been accepted; even her mother was busy sometimes, leaving Momo alone with the servants most of the time.

Her mother, though, had started being home more after Momo's quirk manifested, and after she started school, her father changed as well. He was home more; they would spend time and take trips together. It was beautiful, as the change had started slowly. Now, his not being home was more odd; the house was warm.

Her mother didn't discuss the incident until her father came in and fussed over Momo. She apologized for the car's destruction, but he brushed that aside quickly as she, her friends, and Mr. Kano were safe; that was far more important than the car. They listened to her tale of the encounter, thankful she wasn't alone and her friends were with her.

Momo paused and expressed her concern about Izuku, saying he was a bit distant on the ride home,

"He had was a part of not just the fight, my dear," Gao said. "If what you said is true, and the reports are as well, All-Might killed that man, and Izuku helped him do it."

Momo froze, "Oh," she whispered.

"This is a fact of her life," Gao said. "There will be times should you choose to become a pro hero that you will be in a situation where to stop the fight, you must take the villain's life."

"We know this has been your and the other's dream," Chi said. "But this is part of the reality that goes with that dream. Don't answer, but this is something you should think about. Something all of you should think about."

"But do that later," Gao said, his arm around her shoulders. "How about you choose dinner?"

Shoto

Once they were alone, Rei asked him for the details of the fight, and Shoto relayed the information. He sighed and took a deep breath, "It was a dangerous situation," Shoto said, looking out the window. "All might have lost or been severely injured if Izuku couldn't stop time. I was able to help deflect some things with my ice, but against that villain, there would have been nothing we could have done."

"That is to be expected, Shoto, regardless of your training or theirs; you all are only 13 years old," Rei said. "How are you feeling?"

"Upset," Shoto said. "Upset that I couldn't do more, that Izuku had to help All-Might put an end to the threat, Momo and Setsuna were in danger, all those people who were hurt or almost hurt. I felt helpless; it made me think of that night."

Sitting across from him in the back limo, Rei moved to sit next to him. "When we came out of the room, we saw him with you, the alarms, and everything."

"If it weren't for you and Toya, we would never have made it to the panic room," Rei said. "In a battle or life, you always want more time; there is never enough time. Izuku gets that extra time, and that is limited."

"I know, Mom," Shoto sighed.

"Are you jealous?" Rei asked.

Shoto thought, "No, I just am worried about what will happen if I can't react in time."

"That is the fear of every hero, son, From All-Might to the ones in training like your brother. That is the fear they grapple with. That is why the good ones train so much; you will be one of the best. You realize that before you have even stepped foot on the grounds of the U.A."

"Thanks, Mom," Shoto said, hugging her; his phone buzz pulled his attention.

Endeavor: I heard about the incident in which you and your friends were caught. I am reaching out to ensure that you and them are safe.

Shoto: We are. I appreciate your concern.

Endeavor: You are welcome.

Shoto looked at his phone and then at his mother, "For all the many faults, there is no one better," Rei said.

Shoto: I would like to have a training session with you this weekend if you are free.

Endeavor: You say the time, and I will be free. Would the tower be suitable?"

Shoto: Saturday at 10 am, the tower would be preferred.

Endeavor: I look forward to it then. Please let me know what you would like to focus on if you can.

Shoto: I will

"Remember you can leave at any time, and if you decide to cancel, then do so, even if it is at 9:59," Rei said.

Shoto just sighed and hugged his mother.

Successor

All-Might, or Toshinori Yagi, sat back in his office at Might Tower; he had been released from the hospital the following day after Recovery Girl had come down to treat him, Torino, and Sir Nighteye. After Sir had been healed and released, they celebrated long into the morning. They had all fallen asleep in the living room, all of them drunk; the relief and that feeling of it being over was so freeing. For the first time in his memory, Toshinori Yagi took a vacation; he, Torino, and Recovery Girl made sure to make a special visit to Nana's grave.

Once he came back, he turned his attention to a single thought: that of his potential successor. He ran the name into the system, and his eyes widened when the alert flashed on the screen, telling him that he was the child of a pro hero. He was surprised to see Shota Aizawa, aka Eraser Head, the boy who looked nothing like him; a quick search showed that Aizawa was his stepfather. His mother, Inko, and biological father, Hisashi Midoriya, divorced when the boy was young. All-Might knew of Eraser Head, but they had never met beyond a simple greeting at a scene or when they had crossed paths on a case only once, and if he remembered, the hero wasn't pleased about him being there.

Izuku Midoriya was a good student at Mirai Academy; he had no significant discipline cases and had one case of school detention for using his quirk to extend recess. All-Might gave it a good laugh; he would have to reach out to the academy to get the boy's file sent over, pull up the details of the boy's initial quirk exam high quirk factor, and the ability to stop time. Without the information from the academy, he wouldn't have much else to go on. He ran information on all three of the other children.

Momo Yaoyorozu was from a very prestigious family; her father was the head of the family corporation, a mover and shaker in politics and technology. Her quirk was registered with the national government as a potential SSS rank disruption. When he read her registry, he understood why. This young lady could create any inorganic material, from the lipids in her body, precious metals and gems, and high-end computer chips to restricted materials; all she needed was the molecular structure and energy. Once her quirk had been discovered and registered, the family was paid a visit due to the prospective disruptive nature of her quirk. This young woman could bring entire markets or industries crashing down. If she were to become his successor, not only would she have the energy stockpiled in One for All, but there was the question of how it would empower her quirk. Speeding up production, reducing resources, and organic items possibly no longer off-limits. No doubt her parents were training her in self-defense. If she was going into heroics, the strength and speed burst from One for All plus her quirk; she would be so versatile in the field. She could make whatever she needed in the field to accomplish the mission.

Setsuna Tokage, like Izuku Midoriya, is a good student. Her quirk was interesting in the ability for her to separate various parts of her body, a natural regeneration. He would have to wait for her file to know more. Like any of them, she would benefit from the strength and speed granted by One for All; she could already fly in a manner, and there was much potential in how her quirk would be empowered.

Last was Shoto Todoroki, the youngest son of Endeavor, who a tricky situation in and by itself. Granted, Endeavor seemed to have softened in recent years in that every time he and All-Might saw each other, they didn't have to strain to keep things civil. It has all stemmed from the attack on the home by that insane woman, which had resulted in a divorce for the Number Two hero. All-Might felt sympathy for Endeavor; it must have been hard to lose his family due to a psychopath. His oldest was already enrolled in the U.A.; his daughter was applying to their General Studies program specializing in Early Childhood Quirk Development; not much information was on the second son. Shoto Todoroki was listed as having a dual quirk of half-hot and half-cold. From what he had witnessed during the fight, he had exhibited quick reactions with his ice and fine control, blocking or diverting debris. All-Might did not see much in the way of his fire, but he seemed to have control when he used it to warm up his friend. The worry was how Endeavor, someone he had a rough history with, would react to All-Might wanting to mentor his son and then pass One For All to him.

He sent off the request to the Academy for the records of all four students; he was familiar with Mirai Zaidan Academy; besides, he thought it was funny that his sidekick's name was Mirai; he would tease his sidekick about running an academy, and his dedication to hero work. He received the records the next day, and what surprised him was the size of the file on Izuku Midoriya; hoping it wasn't filled with red flags, he decided to save that one for last.

Momo Yaoyorozu was, as he expected, the top student in her year, though her friends challenged her, had high testing in organization and planning, and had been a member of the Student Council for the last few years. Like the other three, she scored well on the personality tests with high marks towards heroics; Momo scored very high in the leadership categories. The young lady was developing into a beautiful woman, which would help her career in heroics and benefit her as a successor. The same could be said for Shoto, who was very handsome and scored well in testing. Still, he and Izuku scored higher in the justice vs. law categories. He noticed it had been the opposite for Momo, but her scores had also shifted, leaning more towards justice vs. law.

Setsuna was a firecracker, according to her file, a person who liked to make people feel included, volunteered to lead various committees, and organized community outreach. She was very interested in helping others and making things inclusive for the students.

Shoto's name was alongside most others when it came to different activities; he had organized his community outreach, getting students to volunteer at a senior living community on weekends, where they would visit and assist the residents. Like Momo, he was a very handsome young man who would become very popular once he achieved a pro-hero status. As All-Might read his file, he saw that Shoto displayed excellent control of his fire during some quirk testing, but it was significantly weaker than his ice, making All-Might wonder why that may be.

Finally, he opened the file on Izuku Midoriya; this young man had undergone significant testing on his quirk, far beyond the others by leaps and bounds. In the readings, he saw that Izuku had a power reserve and that power reserve was drained by how much he used his quirk. The more objects he allowed to move with his time stop, the greater the tax on the reserve. All-Might immediately was concerned that it was the finite amount that once it was gone, then…

But he read the report that it was an accumulation that took time to rebuild. Data showed his levels had increased, and he had to rest to allow them to rebuild; introducing artificial tachyons would enable this process to improve, and the institute was on the verge of doing just that. All-Might was put at ease when it was measured that Izuku needed to expend two quadrillion units of energy for his number to decline. By that measure, he needed to rebuild that amount for the number to rise.

Now, with the introduction of One for All and the energy it had stockpiled, it was possible that this would greatly benefit the young man, allowing him to draw less energy or only need it in small bursts with the boost to strength and speed. As All-Might continued to read, he found a lot of research being done at the academy and its effects, thanks to his quirk; unfortunately, almost all of it was too much for All-Might to understand. What caught his attention was that Izuku Midoriya registered that number as 104 recently, but it had fallen to 100 the next day.

All-Might pulled that report and started reading,

Interviewer: "Why did you use so much Energy Mr. Midoriya? The accumulation rate is slow, and the artificial tachyon is unavailable."

Izuku Midoriya: Set's father was dying; he was going to go through the procedure anyway. This way, he had a chance to live. It didn't matter if that energy never returned; I had to risk it to save him. Set would have done the same for me.

Interviewer: You went further beyond any known limit. We had an understanding of your abilities, but you were able to surpass them.

Izuku Midoriya: When someone's life is on the line, you find those limits and push past them; you don't give up because something is hard. You don't quit because you think you can't do something. You quit when you have given everything you can offer, and then you give some more.

Interviewer: You succeeded, but what if you failed?

Izuku Midoriya: Either way, if you succeed or fail, you train harder; if you fail, you train harder to get stronger the next time. If you succeed, you train harder because you went past your limits, so you weren't training hard enough to find your absolute limits.

All-Might spent the rest of the night pouring all the files on those children; he spent much time looking things up to understand them better. Ultimately, he wondered if he could split One For All into four pieces. How would he explain this to the children's parents?

Evil Never Dies

Dr. Garaki was in a state of panic as he collected the body of his master; all was not yet lost as long as the copy of All For One was safe. He had to get the master home and craft a new host for his master, something worthy of his splendor. The ambulance suddenly came to an abrupt stop.

"What is going on?" Dr. Garaki demanded, rubbing his shoulder. Dr. Garaki was a shot bald man with a bushy mustache and cold eyes. He hid behind a pair of round glasses. The back of the doors were thrown open, and guns were leveled at him. He heard the driver and escort being ripped from the front of the cab.

"Greetings, Doctor," a calm, amused voice rang out.

"Benjiro," Garaki growled out; two men covered head to toe in riot gear stormed the back of the van. They began to grab the body of his master. "No, don't touch him," Garaki shouted and went to interfere, only to be shoved violently against the wall; as Garaki fell to the ground, a steel toe boot to the gut ensured that he was left gasping for breath.

"Now, don't be too rough with the good doctor," Benjiro laughed. "He is having a rough day." Benjiro was a tall man, 6'2, with well-groomed brown hair and piercing blue eyes; he was in incredible shape, broad and muscled. "And it is not going to get much better. Grab him, bag him, and see that the duplicate is delivered." A black bag slipped over Garaki's head as he was bound and dragged from the van; a strange smell filled his nose as he was rendered unconscious.

When Garaki's senses returned, he sat in a brightly lit room, expecting to be strapped to a chair in some cold and oppressive room. Instead, it was a warm room, and he came through sitting on a couch.

"Glad of you to see you are awake," Ricardo said as he entered.

"What have you done with All For One," Garaki demanded.

"That body?" Riccardo took a seat and smiled. "It has been destroyed."

"Why am I still alive?" Garaki said, his eyes narrowing.

"Despite your blind devotion to that idiot that ran around calling himself all kinds of names…" Riccardo said before he was cut off.

"He was no idiot. You are just too dumb to see and recognize his greatness," Garaki yelled.

"Doctor, he could take and give quirks and lived for over a century, yet in all that time, he had failed to do nothing more than build a criminal empire or amass any real power over the country," Riccardo said calmly. "With all that time and abilities at his disposal, he was laid low by an idiot who punches hard. For all his power and bravado, All For One was nothing more than the idiot who, with over a century, had accomplished nothing. Now, what is so important about All-Might?"

"There is nothing he is just a moron who dared to stand to the greatest power of all time,'" Garaki said quickly.

"A moron, you say," Ricardo said dubiously. "A moron who, along with a sidekick and an old man, has been dismantling your empire over the years till All for One felt the need to engage him in broad daylight to destroy the masses Symbol of Peace to make some sort of statement."

"It was time to show those ignorant masses who the true power in the nation was nothing more!" Garaki yelled.

"I don't believe that," Ricardo said. "You see, I have been researching All for One. He tormented and hunted Nana Shimura, All-Might's mentor, and before that, there was En Tayutai, Daigoro Banjo, and Hikage Shinomori; there are others, but records from that time are harder to track. Now, what is it that All for One has been chasing."

Garaki's mind was racing; there was still a chance to retrieve his master from the grips of the beyond. The vestige of his master was residing in the copy of All for One in the lab; if he could be allowed to temp Richardo with the ability to possess All for One, he could bring his master back and destroy this fool in the process. Richardo was a man of pure science, so the notion of someone's soul living on in their quirk would be ridiculous.

"I find your research very interesting; the Nomu's, as you call them, leave much to be desired, though the one you designated as Kurogiri is very impressive. The idea of copying quirks and implanting them is intriguing. I may consider allowing you to continue." Ricardo said.

"One For All," Garaki replied, seeming defeated instead; he had just taken his first step towards returning his Master. "A quirk created by my master's hand; he has been chasing it, seeking to get it back. A transferable quirk that stockpiles power, that is what All For One has been chasing."

"Interesting, tell me more," Riccardo said.

Might Tower

Inko was flustered in making sure she and her husband looked perfect; Aizawa was annoyed about being summoned to a meeting at Might Tower by All-Might, of all people. When the request for the meeting from the number one hero in the country came through, Aizawa wanted to reject it immediately. There was nothing he had to talk about with All-Might. Aizawa was underground, not in the stratosphere. But then it read Mr. and Mrs. Aizawa, and it was regarding the incident involving Izuku. Now Aizawa could lay into All-Might for the trauma he caused his son, or maybe he wouldn't lay into him so hard. Izuku called him Dad.

It wasn't just them that were called for the meeting. It was all the kid's parents, and all of them were attending; at first, Aizawa was being dragged into the parent circle, but as he got to know the other dads, he found that he liked them, that even Goro for as opposite as he was from him and Hiro they got along well. The funny part was that Kaina was in the dad and mom circles, and he had fun teasing her, as did the other dads calling her the spy to make sure they weren't up to much mischief.

All-Might's secretary, Hina Yamada, greeted them at the tower's base and escorted them to a private elevator. Hiro looked much better, walking with a cane; he was smiling and looking around as the elevator rose to the top floor.

They were led into a private meeting room with a wall of windows looking out over the Tokyo Skyline. As they entered, a door opened at the opposite end, and All-Might walked in a navy blue suit with a white shirt and matching tie. The man was pure charisma; it came through on television, but for half the group, this was their first time meeting them in person. He heard his wife giggle, raising his hackles slightly, but All-Might was a human specimen.

"Please take a seat," All-Might said as they did as asked. "I am sure you all can summarize why you are here; this has to do with the unfortunate incident in which your children were caught during my battle. Let me say first that your children are not in any trouble, nor do I feel that anything they did was wrong or out of order."

The Tokage's and Inko relaxed. "I have asked you here because I found your children extraordinary, and after looking into them more, I would like to ask for your permission to train them for U.A."

Some parents gasped; Rei, Kaina, and Aizawa narrowed their gaze at the pro hero. Ashai and Goro seemed unfazed. "Now, I understand that this is an unusual request, but I have to say that their actions during an unordinary event were inspiring; I can see that they have been practicing and training with the aid of their parents, their school, and through resources that have been available to them."

"Why would you want to train my son?" Rei said. "You know who his father is."

"I understand that," All-Might said. "Regardless, this has nothing to do with Endeavor but everything to do with young Shoto. The same goes for all the children. That battle was not normal for me; it was a battle with my fiercest Enemy. A man that I have been looking to try and stop long before I was ever the Symbol of Peace or even before I was All-Might. For nearly 40 years now, I have been a hero, but I will not fool myself into thinking I can do this forever, and if I did have that idea, then that battle showed me how wrong I was." All-Might smiled and looked out the window of the city.

"If not for the actions of your children, many more would have been injured and even killed, including myself more than I was," All-Might said. "When I saw your children spring into action, they didn't try to fight. They moved to save to protect, and when it was over, they still were moving to save and protect. I looked at them, and I saw four future heroes, but more than that, after looking into them more, I knew what I saw were four future number-one heroes. Four young people bound by the desire to do good, to be there for each other and support each other."

All-Might paused, "There is so much put into the rankings, rankings that we don't vote on," he said, gesturing to Aizawa and Kaina. "When I began this path, it wasn't to be the top-ranked hero; it was to be a hero that people could rely on. But this ranking breeds bad blood; this rivalry with Endeavor was never on my part. I welcomed him to take the top spot simply because that would mean he was doing things better than me, and the people believed in him. I just wanted to be the best hero I could be."

"If you feel me training Shoto is crossing a line, then I apologize; I meant no ill will or any disrespect to him, you, or your family," All-Might bowed. "The same can be said for all of your children; I see greatness in them and would like to help bring that out. No offense would be taken if you told me to pound sand," All-Might smiled. "Please enjoy these refreshments," Hina came walking in, pushing a cart. "Mr. and Mrs. Aizawa, I want to speak to you privately; I am sure you both know why. Please excuse us."

All-Might's Office

Inko looked at the office and its grandeur; she looked out at the city below them and wondered what it was like to have a view like this every day. She looked and saw her husband glance around, but his attention seemed focused on the number one hero.

"You have a very lovely office," Inko said.

"Thank you, Mrs. Aizawa," All-Might responded.

"Please, Inko is fine," she responded.

"Thank you, Inko," All-Might said as he turned to them both. "I am deeply sorry that your son had to step in during that battle in that capacity that he did. I know that an event like that is not easy to deal with. I am sure you sent him to see someone; I would like to pay that bill."

"That was a very tough day," Aizawa said. "As a hero, you and I understand that it is a part of heroics that they will have to deal with one day, and it is a lesson we never want them to learn, but it is necessary. I would have called for an investigation if it were any other hero than you."

"I am not a hero," Inko said. "I work in a hospital and don't understand that part, but I know it is a part of life. But I want to know why you killed this villain?"

"Eraser Head, may I call you Aizawa?" All-Might said, and Aizawa nodded. "Are you familiar with the name All For One?"

"I am," Aizawa said, turning to Inko. "it was a name that was spoken in the underground; most of what was said was myth and rumor, but enough was spoken that he had to exist. The most troubling aspect was that numerous disappearances were attributed to him and his organization. However, no one could ever be verified as part of his organization, and those who seemed to be members would vanish before they could be apprehended. He was the monster in the shadows." Inko was shocked; her husband talked very little about his work it was Emi would tell her the stories, and Inko found the truth about his work rather invigorating.

"What about the Quirk Thief?" All-Might said.

"That is more complicated," Aizawa said, rubbing his chin.

"A few patients have been admitted that have had their quirk stolen," Inko said, "Their minds were broken. They only spoke of the Demon in the Dark." The heroes looked at her. "They never recovered, and most were moved to a psychiatric facility," Inko continued. "Is this Quirk Thief and Demon in the Dark the same person?"

"That is the common belief," Aizawa said.

"What was not known is that The Quirk Thief, The Demon in the Dark, and All For One were all the same person," All-Might said, shocking Aizawa. "All For One had been alive for over a century. At that time, he stole numerous quirks and was the greatest threat to Japan that had ever existed."

All-Might turned his gaze out the window, "The man that was killed that day was All For One; I had been hunting that man ever since I came back to Japan after training in America; he had killed my mentor and would have killed me, but an ally of my mentor took me away to America to train so I could one day return to put and to All For One once and all. Your son made that possible; I may have been able to do it, but not without possibly killing myself in the process or barely surviving. If All For One would have survived, he would have come for all the children and their quirks."

Inko couldn't contain the gasp when she thought of such a monster coming into their home or the home of the others. That woman had been bad enough when she attacked Rei, but this was different. Shota could see the look and worry across his wife's face and walked over to put his arm around her.

"If I had died that day, then the regret at failing to end the threat of All For One would have tormented me in the afterlife, but that is not the only regret that would have haunted me," All-Might continued. "Aizawa, what is my quirk?"

"You have never said, not definitively," Aizawa said, rubbing Inko's back. "But super strength or a total physical boost is the assumption due to the enormous stamina and toughness you have demonstrated along with the immense strength."

"Those are aspects of my quirk, but that is because my quirk has been accumulating strength for over a century; my quirk is called One for All, and I was not born with it, but it was given to me by my mentor, I am the eighth person to carry this quirk and the greatest regret I would have carried with me that day would have been that it died with me before I could pass it on," All-Might said looking at them, they were both stunned into silence.

"A quirk cannot be passed on," Aizawa finally said.

"A quirk cannot be stolen and given to another, but I assure you that is what All For One would do," All-Might said. "That is how he would control people and his organization; he could also give them a second quirk; this would kill many of those he tried it with, but some could withstand it if the quirk was minor or some were just lucky. All For One had a brother that he believed to be quirkless back in a much different, lawless time; it was something he couldn't stand. So he forced a stockpiling quirk upon his brother and locked him away. But his brother was not quirkless; instead, he could pass quirks on to another. These two quirks merged and became One for All. His brother would escape and see this new quirk as a way to one day stop his brother, who had already become a warlord and villain."

"So it became this chase of All For One chasing down the inheritors of One For All in an attempt to take the quirk back for himself, to reclaim the final part of his brother that defied him," All-Might said. "With this ability passed to me, I became a hero; I was able to do so many things to make this world a better place. If not for you, son, this great power would have died with me, but now I have a chance. Your son has amazing potential to pull this world further and change how heroics and rankings are viewed. I believe he, with his companions, will not just be top heroes but will all be the number one hero along with others they inspire."

"I want to train your son so that I can pass unto him One for All," All-Might continued. "Once he has been trained and inherits One for All, his quirk will merge with it and become even stronger; I believe that will give a vast pool of energy accumulated over the years and help him with his energy draw, if not remove it altogether. The limits of the good he will be able to accomplish are already without measure, but with One for All, he will be able to score even higher."

"With All for One dead…" Inko muttered.

"You want him to be your protégé," Aizawa said. If All-Might had said it would help Izuku with his energy reserve, then the possibility that it would have helped him would have been appealing. Inko and he worried about what would happen one day should that number ever hit zero and take years or decades to rebuild. There was no way that Izuku would sit back and wait. He would keep running out there to help people, and that could get him killed if he had no quirk to fall back on in a dangerous situation. But there were so many possibilities if he had All-Might abilities that would allow him not to use his quirk as much or even give him a faster recovery rate. Aizawa wanted to shout yes to keep him safe; he loved Izuku and had no desire to bury his son.

"Will you force him?" Inko said, stepping forward.

"No," All-Might said. "I have read the files on him from the school and the tests they have done regarding his quirk, and I want to get to know him better. That is also why I would like to train him; from what I have read and the feeling in my heart, I know he is the right choice," All-Might paused. "But I have to make sure, and I didn't want to go into this and mislead either of you in any way."

"He will tell the others," Aizawa said.

"I would expect no less," All-Might said. "I kept it a secret for two reasons: the first was the threat of All For One, and the second was that the world would not be ready to accept such a fact. It has been a lonely existence, leaving me very few people I could lean on when things seemed too large for me. Izuku and those he has surrounded himself with are those he can rely on in those moments and be there to shoulder that burden. All For One is gone, but there will be other threats one day; believing otherwise would not be wise. Once he has become the ninth inheritor, it is his quirk, and how he manages it will be up to him."

"Will we lose All-Might? Should you pass it on to Izuku or whomever?" Aizawa asked.

"No, my mentor was still able to use what she called Embers for years after she passed it to me, and if she had not been killed, she still would have had years after that," All-Might said.

"We will have to talk about it," Inko said.

"I would not expect anything less," All-Might said. "Let us return to the others."

Once they were with the others, All-Might apologized for taking so much of their time this evening before telling them he had reserved a table at Pinnacle, a premier restaurant, and that the bill would be on him, so he encouraged them to have a lovely time.

"Regardless of your decision, I ask that I invite the children here to thank them in person and offer a token of my gratitude." All-Might bowed to them. "Hina will give you her direct contact information, and I look forward to hearing from you."

Over dinner, the topic of the conversation in the private room where they were seated was the offer that All-Might had made. While the children were all benefiting from the training, they received from Aizawa and Kaina, not to mention the trainers that were brought in for Momo, there was no doubt that receiving training from All-Might as well would be nothing but a further benefit for the children and help to not only give them a leg up but keep them safer in the future.

Of course, the final decision would belong to the children, though they had little doubt about that.

Mr. And Mrs. Aizawa

"What do you think, Shota," Inko said as the zipper of her dress glowed green and allowed her to let it fall to the floor. Aizawa almost didn't respond as he was too busy staring at the green lace underwear she was wearing. Inko had regained her pre-pregnancy form and then some as she started working out more with the other mothers, including Emi. Her entire body was toned and muscled. He was admiring her thighs and ass as she bent over to pick up the dress; she looked over her should at him and winked, making him cough.

"I want to yell at him to stay away from our son," Shota answered. "We don't need your help."

"We don't need his help, but it couldn't hurt anything," Inko said, looking over her shoulder at him. She used her quirk to unclasp her bar. She slowly slipped it off her shoulders before leaving it dangling off one finger as she set it on the chair; she made sure her husband could see her breasts in the mirror; she smirked when he stopped moving while taking off his pants. "I want him to be safe. I worry about how the others will react if he inherits All-Might's quirk." Inko said.

"I think they will react positively," Shota said, removing his pants and never taking his eyes off Inko. "There is the possibility that Izuku may tell him no."

"I hadn't thought of that," Inko said; she slowly and seductively removed her lace underwear, bending over as she did. "I want to let him decide if he wants to be trained by All-Might or to inherit One for All."

"Ultimately, it is his decision," Shota said, scrambling to remove his shirt.

"That sounds good to me," Inko smiled, turning to reveal herself to him. "I think pajamas may just get in the way," she purred. "You know, Shota, you should get an office."

"Why is that?" Shota stuttered out.

"I realized a new fantasy when we were in All-Might's office?" Inko said seductively.

"What fantasy?" Shota said, staring at his nude wife, his dick hard.

"All-Might may be the number one hero in Japan, but you are my number one hero. I wonder what it would be like to bend over your desk and fucked as the fate of Japan depended on how hard you made me cum," She crawled onto the bed; Shota was too stunned to move. She moved over to him and ran her tongue along his cock. "Are you going to come to bed, my hero?"
