She walked down the road. It was a beautiful day, and she liked to hold on tight to these moments to herself like this.
"Are you busy right now?" a young farmer called up behind her.
"No," she said, unable to lie to a direct question even when it would be easy. "What do you need?"
"Nothing, really," he replied. "I just saw you and I wanted to say hi, but you're usually too busy to talk when I see you."
"Oh… sure…" she hemmed. "Hi."
"Hi!" he replied. "I don't really know what to talk about…"
"Let's just walk."
