Regulus Black lay curled up in his bed, his entire body tensed as another contraction ripped through him. The pain was relentless, striking every fifteen minutes like clockwork. His cries filled te room, each one a dagger to Sirius's heart. Tears streamed down Regulus's face, his usual stoic demeanor shattered by the intensity of the agony he was experiencing.

Sirius knelt beside the bed, his own heart breaking with every sob that escaped his younger brother's lips. "Breathe, Reg, just breathe," he urged softly, his hand gently stroking Regulus's hair. "In and out, come on, you can do this. I'm right here with you."

Regulus's eyes were wide with fear, his breaths coming in ragged gasps as he tried to focus on Sirius's voice. The world felt like it was closing in on him, the pain and the pressure too much to bear. "It hurts, Sirius," he whimpered, clutching his brother's hand like a lifeline. "Make it stop, please..."

Orion Black stood at the foot of the bed, his expression filled with a mix of worry and determination. He had been doing his best to guide Regulus through the birth, trying to keep him calm and focused. "You're doing so well, Regulus," Orion said firmly, his voice steady and reassuring. "You got this. Just a little longer, okay? You're strong, and we're here for you."

Another contraction hit, and Regulus cried out, his body arching in pain. Sirius tightened his grip on Regulus's hand, tears brimming in his own eyes. "I've got you, Reg. You're not alone. Just breathe through it. In... and out... That's it."

Regulus tried to follow Sirius's instructions, his breaths hitching as he fought to control the pain. His mind felt like it was spinning, overwhelmed by the sensations and emotions crashing over him. But Sirius's voice was a beacon, a steady presence that kept him anchored.

Orion moved closer, his hand joining Sirius's on Regulus's shoulder. "You're almost there, son," he said softly, his own voice betraying a hint of emotion. "We're going to get through this together. You're not alone. I'm so proud of you."

Regulus nodded weakly, his eyes meeting his father's. Despite the pain, the fear, and the chaos, there was a sense of comfort in knowing he wasn't alone. He had his brother and his father by his side, guiding him through the storm.

As the contraction eased, Regulus slumped back against the pillows, his body trembling with exhaustion. Sirius leaned over, pressing a gentle kiss to his brother's forehead. "You're doing amazing, Reg. Just keep breathing, okay? We're right here with you."

Orion gave a small nod, his eyes filled with pride and love for his son. "You're stronger than you know, Regulus. Just a little more, and you'll be holding your baby in your arms."

Regulus closed his eyes, drawing strength from the love and support of his family. He knew the pain would continue, but he also knew he could get through it. With Sirius and Orion by his side, he could face anything. Together, they would bring his child into the world, and he would never be.

The contractions grew closer together, and Regulus could feel the pressure building. His breaths came in short, shallow gasps, and his grip on Sirius's hand tightened. "It's... it's happening," Regulus panted, his voice barely more than a whisper. "I can't... I can't do this."

Sirius's heart ached for his brother, but he kept his voice steady. "Yes, you can, Reg. You're almost there. Just one more push. You've got this."

Orion nodded, positioning himself to assist with the birth. "Alright, Regulus. When the next contraction comes, I need you to push as hard as you can. This is it, son. You're going to meet your baby."

Regulus nodded, tears of pain and fear mingling with the sweat on his face. He could feel another contraction building, stronger than the last. As it hit, he let out a strangled cry and pushed with all his strength, his body shaking from the effort.

"That's it, Reg!" Sirius encouraged, his voice full of pride and love. "You're doing so good, just a little more!"

Regulus felt a burning sensation, followed by a sudden release of pressure. He gasped, his eyes squeezing shut as he pushed one final time. A sharp cry filled the room, the sound of new life entering the world.

Orion gently lifted the newborn, a look of awe on his face as he wrapped the baby in a soft blanket. "Regulus," he said, his voice thick with emotion, "you have a beautiful baby girl."

Tears streamed down Regulus's cheeks as he reached out, his arms trembling. Orion carefully placed the baby in his son's arms, and Regulus gazed down at his daughter, a mix of exhaustion and pure joy on his face.

"She's perfect," Sirius whispered, leaning over to look at his niece, his own eyes wet with tears. "You did it, Reg. You really did it."

Regulus smiled weakly, his heart swelling with love as he cradled his daughter. The pain and fear were forgotten, replaced by a deep, overwhelming sense of happiness. He had his brother and his father by his side, and now he had his daughter in his arms.

"Thank you," Regulus whispered, his voice breaking with emotion. "Thank you for being here."

Sirius hugged him gently, careful not to disturb the baby. "Always, Reg. I'm never leaving your side."

Orion placed a hand on both his sons' shoulders, pride shining in his eyes. "We're a family," he said softly. "And we'll face everything together."

As Regulus held his daughter close, he knew his father's words were true. No matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them as a family. And with Sirius and Orion by his side, he knew he could get through anything.
