Val woke up, sensing movement in her room. She looked up, seeing early rays of pre sun rise streaming into her room from the balcony window. She noticed Tien coming back into the room from the bathroom, cracking his back. "Your bed is still not comfortable," he complained. "Too soft to sleep well on."
She laid her head back down on the pillow, looking at the time. Her alarm was going to go off soon. She closed her eyes, tempted to snooze for a few minutes before getting up and showering. She heard him moving though, hands pulling away the blanket covering her. She blinked up at him, taking only a second to realize his intent, and nodded. He pushed her, prompting her to turn over and lay on her stomach. He pulled the blanket all the way off of her, hand digging into the nightstand to pull out the condom from the open box in there. She watched him put it on. He laid down on top of her, slipping inside of her with a moan in her ear. She felt overly sensitive from him coming over unannounced last night. She laid down, sinking in to enjoy what he was doing. He moaned against her neck, hardly taking time for him to finish. He rolled off of her, tossing the condom off and into her trashcan.
Val laid back, feeling more tired than when Tien had woken her up moving about. She blinked over at him, seeing him laying back down, dozing off. Vegeta had been gone a few weeks now, with Val still hating how much she was missing him for galivanting off into space in search of Goku without her. The last conversation they had had was in the space ship the day before he left, annoyed that right now a few of his words from that fight echoed in her mind: 'passing interest...'
She grunted under her breath, turning over on her side. She moved to sit up, but heard and then felt Tien grab for her. She sighed, looking back at him, feeling his hand run up and down her inner forearm. "I need to shower," she said softly. "I was wanting to go to the Lookout to train before the party at that, that, um... beach house-"
"Kame House," he interrupted. She hummed softly at his interruption. He sat up, wrapping his arm around her shoulder to chest, pulling her closer to be back to chest with him. "Just skip it for today. Piccolo won't care," his mouth kissed along her bare neck and shoulder. His free hand started to roam down between her legs.
"He will mind, and agreed to meet earlier today," she said, slipping away from him and standing up. She ran her fingers delicately through her hair to loosen up the tangles. "And if I'm late, then what was the point?"
He got off the bed and came up behind her. She walked over to her bathroom before he could pull her back. "You are getting stronger," he reassured her.
She turned on the shower, flipping to the hot water and stepping into it. "Piccolo confirmed that I have plateaued physically, even if my cursing is under control now with practice and the bracelets," she stepped into the shower with him following her. "Kami has said he's considering seeing if I can train in other sorts of magic, possibly something Namekian."
He pulled her closer, back to front. His hand ran over one of the bracelets. "One day you won't need them," he said confidently.
His comment made her tempted to catch him in the neck with one of them. "My mother could never stop wearing gloves for fear of cursing someone by accident. These are better than gloves," she explained yet again.
"Because you can touch someone skin to skin?" he hinted, hand roaming down between her legs.
She sighed, leaning back against him and giving in. He touched her, making her bite her lip as he did so. She leaned her head on his shoulder. She brought her hand up to clasp against the back of his neck, feeling almost guilty when he twitched his neck away from the bracelet. Her mind wandered as he touched her, starting with what she was planning to do later in the day. Then to who she would see today. Another wave of guilt hit her at the thought when she came with a long, soft sigh.
He stopped after that with her pulling away from him. She reached over to the shampoo, beginning to wash her hair and not looking back at him. His hands came to her hair, chasing away her own to wash it. When he finished, she used the conditioner and soap by herself while he washed himself off. "In a hurry now?" he asked, sounding amused.
"Considering I'm going to be late now, yes," she pointed out. She gave him a stern look so he would know she meant it. She heard him hum a laugh, but she tried to ignore it.
She slipped out of the shower, turning the water off. She grabbed the towel he used last night from the hook, tossing it over to him. She used her own to towel off quickly before going into her room to get dressed. He stepped out of the bathroom, going over to his clothes crumpled on the floor from last night's surprise visit. "You know you could just come with me to my village to check on things before heading to the party," he offered. "Let everyone there meet the witch from outer space I'm dating."
She kept getting dressed, slowing down to think when she knew she really needed to hurry up based on what time it was. "Not today," she repeated her answer from last time he offered. She brushed her hair quickly before he could think to start doing that for her. She grabbed her necklace from the nightstand, putting it on with equal quickness. "I'll see you at the Kame House later today," she promised. She gave him a quick kiss before heading over to the balcony and throwing open the doors.
"You remembered the name," he said, sounding amused.
She sighed before jumping off the balcony and flying away at a sprinter's speed before he could catch up with her.
