In the world of Remnant, humanity has been at war with the creature of grimm for thousands of years to only be held down to 4 cities and small towns. Few know about the queen of grimm, Salem, and her secret war with Ozpin. The two immortals have been at a stalemate until now, when 4 teens that have been chosen in different ways, join the war. This is my first fan fiction story.

4. Author Update

Hey everyone this is The Science Emperor. I know I haven't posted something in a while but a lot of stuff has been happening for me. School has started again and with that comes homework, which means less time to write. Also it's hard to get all my ideas in my head into my story. A lot of those ideas were about the future and past in the story causing me to have a writer's block. Plus I realized that for my first fanfic, this was a big project with so many crossovers and so many characters for the main group and that I might have been a bit too greedy to start it. So I will stop posting on this story for a while. But that doesn't mean that I have given up on it. Actually it's the exact opposite. In my thinking, and reading of other amazing stories on this website, I realized that a lot of other authors, when they have an original character, start back to when they were born or when they were kids. So I'm going to do just that. I'm going to create another story that is connected to this one.

One that will focus on my original character, Kellen Branwen. That way I can focus on setting up the past for The Power Within Ourselves. But also so I can get more experience in writing with multiple characters. Plus this would explain the mythology and magic side of Remnant since one of the crossovers is God of War. Anothing thing would be to develop Kellen more because as I was rereading the story, I realize that he seems to be a bit shallow and I want to improve that as a person who went through a lot and sacrifice so much to become who he is.

So if you do want to find that story, it will be a RWBY and god of War crossover. And it will be posted within 3 to 10 days. So just keep an eye out. Also I am open to ideas about what should happen in this or in the new story. So just commit or PM me to share. I would prefer you to commit since my PM's get a bit delayed and only show if someone committed one of my commits on a story. Also, I still need a name for my new story so you have any ideas, please commit what I should name it.

One more thing, I have updated the chapters so far so it would be easier to read since the way they are now is the way I like to see when I write.
