Chapter 16: Wedding's, Rescue's, and Crashlanding's

[A/N #1: I am so sorry, for not uploading this new chapter sooner, my week was quite crazy, and I found finding to time to work on this chapter to be ridiculously hard. But now I hope you all will enjoy this chapter, because it took me 3-freaking days to finish it due to my remarkably busy daily schedule, but I worked extremely hard and put what I consider to be more than 200% effort into it. So, I hope my efforts paid off as you will enjoy this chapter].
(Meanwhile at Koraidon's Castle, a group of Farfetch'd (Galarian Form) were flying down from the sky with baskets of rose petals, scattering them everywhere as everyone is getting ready for the wedding of Koraidon and Princess Serena. With there even being a Prepared Wedding Cake with Figurines of the soon to be married couple on top of the Cake. Guests were getting ready to take their seats and hand over their wedding gifts. Members of Koraidon's army were here, such as multiple Banette, Cranidos, Ferroseed, Gurdurr, Hydrapple, Morgrem, Palpitoad, Squirtle, and Voltorb. The Wedding even had a couple of special Guests such as King Electrode, and King Dusknoir, who also took their seats. With King Dusknoir feeling disappointed with how none of his Minions decided to come to the wedding, with him having to be here as a representative of his Species. As King Electrode hops into his seat, which he intends to be between two Squirtle's. While one of the Squirtle's manages to move out of the way (but ending up squeezed between the end of the bench and Electrode's spot), the other Squirtle ends up retracting into its shell and begins bouncing between the end of the bench and Electrode for a couple of seconds before the King stops the Squirtle with a quick yet Powerful Thunderbolt attack. While this was happening, a Voltorb who was sitting in the seat next to where King Electrode was, was surprised to see his King present, and did a small Double Take at the sight of his king and takes the moment to bow in respect for him, but Electrode does not notice the Voltorb's Salute towards him. Not far away, a pair of Banette was carrying the wedding gifts to a table, one was an egg with Bright Green Spots on it. While a Squirtle minion was struggling to carry a Bright Yellow Block present to the table, due to its size and weight, but managed to carry it over to the table and set it down. But was feeling exhausted afterwards, not noticing how the block released a coin that fell off the table and rolled towards a pair of Squirtle guards. One of the Squirtle Guards glances at the coin, then at the other guard to make sure it was not looking and begins reaching for the coin with his foot to snatch the coin for himself).
(Meanwhile, inside the room beyond the doors the Squirtle guards were standing in front of, was Princess Serena. She was preparing herself to marry the monster that is Koraidon. And Sylveon was with her, now having healed a bit after Delphox's attack on her and Floette (Eternal Flower) earlier. Princess Serena has dreamed of getting married for a long time, but never like this. Princess Serena was already in her wedding dress, which was not like most wedding dresses, which were the color white, instead she decided to wear one of her favorite dresses to ensure that Koraidon will have a wedding that he will never forget. Princess Serena's wedding dress was a strapless red dress with a darker red sash with ribbon and dark red and orange frills).
Sylveon: I wish I could say, "Congratulations" for finally getting married, but unfortunately, the circumstances for said wedding are less than ideal. (Princess Serena smiled, knowing what Sylveon was trying to say here. Before she sighed to herself, then she and Sylveon hear another door in the room open, and Floette, who has also healed from Delphox's attacks, comes in with a bouquet of flowers).
Floette (Eternal Flower): Princess...I got it! (Hearing this good news from Floette (Eternal Flower) has her and Sylveon sighing in relief as they thank him for his Offscreen Moment of Awesome- that will end up helping them).
Princess Serena: Excellent job.
Sylveon: You are a Life Saver. (Floette (Eternal Flower) then hands the Bouquet to the Bride, telling her confidently).
Floette (Eternal Flower): Could not have you going out there without your bouquet. (Princess Serena and Sylveon then smiled Mischievously as the bride of Ms. Fanservice told Floette).
Princess Serena: It is perfect.
Sylveon: It this goes according to plan, then Koraidon will not know what is coming. (Then the three of them heard the beginning of Felix Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" song. Then Princess Serena, wanting to make sure that Floette (Eternal Flower) stays safe, she gently shoos him away, while Sylveon stays with her as the doors open, and she prepares to walk down the aisle with Sylveon by her side).
[A/N #2: For context, the wedding dress I described for Princess Serena is the dress she wore in the "XY and Z" Episode, "Party Dancecapades!"].
(Once Princess Serena made it outside with Sylveon, she begins to walk up to the altar where Koraidon, the Villain in a White Suit, is waiting for her and Sylveon with Delphox acting as the Minister/Officiant. Even passing by a lone Squirtle who was looking positively delighted with Puppy-Pokémon Eyes and was looking at her and blinking dreamily, as he liked Koraidon's wedding idea when he first told them about it, and now it was finally happening. Once the two of them made it to the end of the aisle, they gasped in shock, fear, and horror when they saw all the caged prisoners, such as Gumshoos and Ritchie all hanging over a lava pit, with Ritchie whimpering in fear and panic of his soon to be demise, as was Koraidon's other caged prisoners before they ended up carried forward by a mechanism above a huge pool of lava below the altar. Then Koraidon told his bride to be).
Koraidon: And I will be sacrificing them in your honor. (While Princess Serena and Sylveon just glared angrily at Koraidon, the Abhorrent Admirer with an "Entitled to Have You" attitude, as they had yet another reason to find him to be a completely reprehensible individual who was now going to sacrifice a ton of innocent prisoners such as Rillaboom's Father, Gumshoos. But she was not going to let him get away with this, both the wedding, and his plans to ritually sacrifice all his prisoners in "her honor". And how despite giving his word earlier about not harming a single Floette, he would still be a tyrannical ruler who would sacrifice his other prisoners in her honor without asking her how she would feel about that due to his Lack of Empathy. Koraidon's declaration of his Sacrificial Plans has Princess Serena looking at him with an expression of, "why would you ever think that this was something I would want?"). Lower the prisoners! And have her Sylveon put in a Cage for the duration of the wedding! But do not hurt her! (Neither Princess Serena nor Sylveon liked the idea of Caging Sylveon like this, but they did not want to further endanger anyone, so they complied as Delphox lead Sylveon to a Cage. Sylveon frowned, furious at ending up caged but complied for the time being. Delphox closed the cage once Sylveon was inside and locked it, before tossing the key away, throwing it into the Lava, to ensure that Sylveon would not escape and interfere with the wedding. When no one was watching, Sylveon took out a Sitrus Berry and quickly began eating it. While the Chain wheel mechanism starts to turn as it begins lowering the prisoners down closer to the lava pool with Ritchie trembling in fear of horror as his moments leading to his demise were dwindling very quickly).
(Delphox, Koraidon's Romantic Wingman, took his place at the Altar and began reciting passages from a book as he was acting as the Minister/Officiant for the wedding. Delphox licked his finger to turn the page of the book he had in hand, before clearing his throat and beginning the Ceremony).
Delphox: Dearly belove- (But before Delphox could continue, Princess Serena suddenly Sucker punches Delphox in the face like the Action Girl and Warrior Princess she was. Now Delphox, who was able to subdue entire armies with a flick of his Stick Wand, Princess Serena was able to take him completely out of commission and Out Cold, making him nothing more than both a Squishy Wizard and a Glass Cannon. Suffice it to say, Princess Serena's Sucker Punch attack on Delphox left everyone shocked and off guard, as no one was prepared for it, especially Koraidon).
Koraidon: Huh?! (One of the Cranidos sitting in the audience seating was next to a Squirtle, as the Cranidos whispered to him).
Cranidos: Draaaaamaaaaa... (As a matter of fact, this Cranidos was close to expecting this to happen as he did ask his King Koraidon before, "Well, what if she says no?" before he ended up Scorched by Koraidon's Overheat attack and became the Cranidos he was now. Then Princess Serena sarcastically asks her Groom).
Princess Serena: You really thought I would marry you? (Koraidon's immediate reaction to her question is to give her his Puppy-Dog Eyes again while telling her completely flabbergasted).
Koraidon: Kinda! (Princess Serena just saw Koraidon's Puppy-Dog Eyes and quivering lips as a poor and pathetic attempt for him to Cry for the Devil. While Koraidon could not understand why him sacrificing prisoners (including a sizable number of her Forest of Okoya Pokémon allies and the brother of her new friend, whom she was trying to help him rescue) as a "wedding present" failed to help him woo his Head-Turning Beauty over to his side. And he was feeling genuinely confused as to why this was happening. Then Princess Serena begins reaching for something inside her Bouquet as she told Koraidon).
Princess Serena: Oh, I would never marry a monster. (Then they heard a Voice catching them by surprise).
Voice: Yes! You tell them Serena! (Everyone turned and looked to see that the voice came Sylveon, who had somehow broken free of the Cage that Delphox put her in all by herself, leaving the Cage fully destroyed. Sylveon then rushed to Princess Serena's side, using her Dazzling Gleam attack, hitting Koraidon doing MASSIVE damage, but it did nothing more than disorient him for a couple of seconds before he recovered). And guess what Koraidon?! Serena's Packing heat here! Or should I say... (Princess Serena then pulls her hand out of her bouquet, revealing a sparkling and shining Light Blue Gem that Floette snuck in there early, and she was now holding the item in her hand... and ICE GEM!) ... COLDNESS! We Surrender, Suckers! (Princess Serena then uses the Ice Gem to Power herself up, turning her entire dress a Shade of Light Blue that matches the color of the Ice Gem, she was now, Ice Serena! Making her into quite an Ice Person with True Blue Femininity. Sylveon would not say it, but the interesting thing she noted here was how she was now going to use the Ice Gem's Power to show Koraidon that she would never marry a monster like him. But when she was with Ash, she used a Fire Gem while opening to Ash about herself and her backstory. It was like she was giving Koraidon the cold shoulder while being warm towards Ash. Knowing that Princess Serena and Sylveon have Sabotaged and ruined their wedding, Koraidon screams at them saying).
Koraidon: Then we are breaking up... RIGHT NOW!
(Seeing Princess Serena firmly press his Berserk button again, by rejecting him once again, as a now very livid Koraidon decides that if he cannot have Princess Serena for himself then no one will! And decides to show no hesitation as he decides to kill Princess Serena, and in doing so, destroy her happiness since he cares for nothing but himself and his own happiness, and he would destroy anyone who got in the way of his happiness. And if that meant destroying Princess Serena and Sylveon too as part of his Villainous Breakdown, then so be it! Koraidon, having lost any semblance of restraint on his fiery temper, unleashes his Rage, with his Overheat attack. But they dodge it, jumping into the air directly over Koraidon's Yandere head. Then Princess Serena and Sylveon land in the aisle leading up to the Altar before Princess Serena creates multiple Balls of Ice in her hands before throwing them directly at Koraidon, freezing parts of his body one by one before she leaps into the air, firing one last ball of ice that freezes the Jerk with a Heart of Jerk, Koraidon's body solid in a Block of Ice, something that the Eiscue were not able to do with their Puny Snowballs. King Dusknoir with a huge smile on his face, while Electrode does not do anything, mainly because he had fallen asleep earlier and did not even notice Princess Serena freezing Koraidon or anything before and after that. King Dusknoir truly was enjoying this Chaos/Mayhem/turn of events because he did not care about Koraidon one bit and was thinking of plans to betray the Paradox Pokémon King eventually. Princess Serena throws an ice ball at the gears of the wheel lowering the prisoners, temporarily saving the prisoners as she and Sylveon Sigh with relief at how they were able to save them from the lava. Then she and Sylveon turn their attention to the Audience, seeing the guards along with the rest of Koraidon's army who despite predicting this turn of events, did not hesitate to furiously gang up on Princess Serena and Sylveon to attack them, except for King Dusknoir who thought to himself, "Scr*w This, I'm Outta Here"! and did just that without anyone noticing his departure. Since he did want to end up a casualty of all the Chaos and Mayhem that Princess Serena and Sylveon were unleashing here as a Damsel out of Distress even if it makes him a Dirty Coward. Then the duo of Warrior Princess Serena and Sylveon nodded at each other, before they jumped right into the action as they began to fight back against their enemies, working together to further Sabotage the Wedding with Serena acting as her own One-Woman Army with Sylveon as her back up).
(Meanwhile at the Berry Kingdom, Ash and Rillaboom rode the rocket barrel up to Koraidon's Castle and were moving towards said location at incredible speeds).
Ash: They gotta be up there. (Despite not being able to see exactly what was going on, they could see the frequent blue flashes of light from Princess Serena's Ice Ball moves, and the occasional burst of Pink Light from Sylveon's attacks. Despite not knowing of the Chaos and Mayhem ensuing at Koraidon's Castle right now involving Princess Serena, Sylveon, and Floette, Ash and Rillaboom were hoping that they would be able to rendezvous with them to join the Wedding Smashers action going on. But then they looked and saw that a pair of Squirtles were reading a Beldum Blaster to fire at them, with one of the Squirtle shouting as they could see the two incoming intruders).
Squirtle: Fire!
(The Squirtle fires the Beldum at Ash and Rillaboom's rocket barrel, disabling it, causing Ash and Rillaboom to fall off the Rocket Barrel, sending them Crashlanding falling to the ground in the Berry Kingdom Town, which was not too far from Koraidon's Kingdom. They ended up crashing through various barricades before finally stopping, but then Ash gasped when he looked up to see a bunch of both Power Up Blocks and "?" Blocks as ending up gathered by Koraidon's Army which consisted of Palpitoad's, Squirtle's, Ferroseed, and Hydrapple. A Couple Squirtle's were carrying the Power Up blocks and the Yellow Blocks with Question Marks on them. Koraidon's army gives worried looks to Ash and Rillaboom. Ash then shoots Rillaboom a determined smile as he asks him).
Ash: You wanna do this? (Knowing what Ash what thinking here, Rillaboom began Sporting an ear-to-ear grin as he smiled at his Bash Brother and said full of excitement as he and Ash have put their differences aside and help save everyone from Koraidon).
Rillaboom: Yes, I do!
(While Ash runs off, Rillaboom backtracks a bit to grab the Rocket Barrel he and Ash fell off, before he grabs it and tosses it, rolling it towards the Pile of Power Up blocks and Question Blocks. Upon impact with the Pile of Blocks, it explodes, sending all the blocks flying everywhere, and taking out Multiple troops. While Ash continues moving forward, stomping on the Multiple Palpitoad's and Squirtle's in his way, leaving them squashed flat. Ash sees a power up and "?" Block bouncing in the air above him. Ash goes ahead and hits the block, giving him a Leppa Berry. Ash then passes by another Block on the ground as he keeps running, before he kicks the block over to Rillaboom, who hits it right away, giving him a Fire Gem. Rillaboom uses the Fire Gem's Power Right away, letting it transform him into Fire Rillaboom! The transformation had Rillaboom's brown colors turning becoming Mahogany color, and the all the green colors that Rillaboom had in its hair and belt-like abdomen became a yellowy green color).
Rillaboom: Yes! Fire!
(Rillaboom was especially pleased with his Fire Powered Transformation, as he had never used the Fire Gem before this, as he had a good feeling that he was going to enjoy playing with fire here. Rillaboom was going to use his Lightning Bruiser status to pave a path for him and Ash, as he was the muscle for Princess Serena's resistance and is physically the largest member of the group. Then Ash, having grown accustomed to eating Berries, eats the Leppa Berry he got, turning him into Super Ash).
Ash: Wah-ha!
(With that Ash and Rillaboom, the former Jerk Jock, charge headfirst into battle against Koraidon's army together like a pair of Bash Brothers in spectacular fashion, as they no longer hated each other having become the Fire-Forged Friends that they were as they continued storming their way to Koraidon's Castle together. Defeating all enemies in their way, letting no one stop or slow them down, one little bit. Rillaboom used the Fire Gem's power to throw flame coated Seed Bombs that gave even bigger explosions upon impact than his regular Seed Bomb attacks did. While Rillaboom went through an Origin Ball to progress through the area, Ash just jumped from block to block as a way of getting to higher areas. Once he made it, he came face to face with a Hydrapple who was about to take a bite out of him, before he dodged it before jumping on the Hydrapple's head, and using it to bounce into the air, in doing so he avoided the attacks coming from a group of Squirtle and the Gurdurr who was leading them. Ash then bounced onto a giant Berry, using it like a Springboard to launch him into the air giving the ability to do a Spin Jump, thereby missing a Farfetch'd (Galarian Form)'s group assault attack on him. Then Ash lands on another Giant Berry, using it to again jump into the air before launching himself towards the ground where a group of Squirtle soldiers are, before landing with a Powerful Ground Pound attack, complete with a midair pause before dropping, taking all the Squirtles out. Just then, Rillaboom catches up with Ash as he came out the other end of the Origin Ball he went in. Then Ash took off running once more, with Rillaboom Hot on his trail. (No pun intended). (Actually, Pun totally intended!). (While Ash continued Stomping and Squishing the Palpitoad's in his Path, Rillaboom took the fight to the above ground level areas above him. Both taking out all enemies in their path, without slowing down even a bit. At one point, after Ash took out another Squirtle, he turned the Squirtle shell into a surfboard and surfed across the ground on it for a couple of seconds. Before he jumped off the Squirtle Shell and kept running down the path. While Rillaboom took out a small group of Farfetch'd (Galarian Form) in his path with his Up Special attack that he called, "Spinning Kong", where he spins himself in midair, taking them out with ease and kept moving down his path towards Koraidon's Castle. Ash was feeling excited for how he and Rillaboom were taking down every enemy in their path, even cheering himself on happily).
Ash: Wahoo! (Ash was feeling incredibly pleased with how far he has come since he first came to the Berry Kingdom, starting out inexperienced and a bit incompetent, but now with all the training he did thanks to Princess Serena, he was now quite the Ace just like her, a powerful, and brave adventurer that was mowing down all enemies that dare stand in his way. Rillaboom was also feeling incredibly happy right now, shouting boisterously as he jumped to Ash's side).
Rillaboom: This is fun! (Rillaboom realizes that he could be having a bit too much fun with his Blood Knight tendencies, but he honestly did not care, since he was having just too much fun right now. And Ash could not argue with Rillaboom about how great fun this was since he was having just as much of a blast as he was as they kept mowing through Koraidon's army together as the Vitriolic Best Buds that they were. Then Ash kicks a Squirtle shell he found on the ground at the Multiple troop members of Koraidon's army, taking them out, before unfortunately recoiling and coming back and hitting Ash, knocking him off his feet and powering him down, losing his Super Ash power up as Rillaboom mocks him). Ha! Loser! (But not even a second later, Rillaboom ended up being Hoist by His Own Petard, because since he was not paying attention due to laughing at Ash's misfortune, he did not see that the very same shell that hit Ash had ricocheted again, only now at him. Then the shell hits Rillaboom, taking away his Fire Gem, causing him to power down too. But neither Ash nor Rillaboom let this impede their charge a ton, however, as Ash simply got back up, determined to keep fighting as he went and hit the next Block, he saw that was floating above him, giving him a brand new item that he never saw before, a Shiny Bright and Golden Yellow Crystal with what looked like a Thunderbolt carving inside it. But he went ahead and grabbed it, allowing it to transform him. When Ash grabbed the item he got, he found himself turning into a Pokémon who could float in the air on its tail like a hoverboard. It was only then that Ash discovered that the item he got went and turned him into... an ALOLAN RAICHU! And the item he got was in fact... an ALORAICHIUM Z! Upon transforming Ash was still running on his two legs and was trying to figure out how to use his new transformation, asking himself).
Ash: Hey, what does this do? (But then Ash found that his tail had begun going crazy as it suddenly went right under his feet, acting as a Hoverboard that Ash had trouble controlling). Woah! (Ash starts flying out of control, flying into a bunch of Koraidon's minions including, Squirtle, Gurdurr, Palpitoad, Drednaw, and a Skeledirge, thankfully though, Ash managed to both knock them all away from him, and then fly away before they could hurt him. As Ash keeps flying wildly through the air on his Hoverboard tail, he came up against a Squirtle in a Clown Car that opens fires at Ash with their Clown Cannons but keeps missing him). Whoa! Yah! (Then Ash manages to smack the Clown Car away with his Iron Tail, sending it flying away. Then Ash finally looks to get his flight under control as he cheers himself on again). Whoa-ah-hahahaha! (Then Ash looks over and sees Rillaboom climbing up the spikes of Koraidon's Castle Spike Ball anchor, and continuing to do so, as Ash follows him. Rillaboom makes it to the top of the Spiked Ball anchor and begins quickly climbing then running up the chain, dodging more Clown Cannon attacks on them as he compliments Ash telling him).
Rillaboom: Cool Electric Mouse suit!
Ash: Really?
Rillaboom: Not at all! (Ash was not surprised by this bit of mockery from one of his fellow Headbutting Heroes. Ash followed after Rillaboom as they kept making their way to Koraidon's Castle to hopefully stop him, save Princess Serena, Ritchie, and everyone else from Koraidon's evil clutches).
(Meanwhile, the Wedding Smashers, Princess Serena, and Sylveon continue to fight off Koraidon's army together. With Princess Serena throwing Ice Balls everywhere, while making sure to avoid any attacks coming her way, cause if she ends up hit, she will lose her Ice Gem power up. While Sylveon continued fighting back against anyone who targeted her, or anyone targeting Serena so she could protect her. While all this fighting was happening, the ice that kept the Wheel from lowering the prisoners was beginning to crack. A group of Farfetch'd (Galarian Form) throw their spears at Princess Serena which she manages to dodge before countering with an Ice Ball of her own, which hit the Feathered Fiend, knocking it out of the sky proving why she was quite the Ace. Then another Farfetch'd (Galarian Form) throws its Spear at her, only for Sylveon to shout to her warningly).
Sylveon: Serena! Spear Coming for you quickly at 12:00!
(Hearing Sylveon's warning, Warrior Princess Serena dodges and catches the spear, before she dips the end of it in a nearby lava pool, setting it ablaze, before she leaps into the air and then throws it at King Electrode, causing him to become engulfed in flames. Princess Serena was intending to try and get King Electrode to use his Explosion attack as an Action Bomb to take out a ton of Koraidon soldiers. Naturally, King Electrode begins to panic from being on fire like this, as he at once wakes up from his slumber. Then his body begins to glow red as sparks begin surrounding his body as he continues to panic thinking to himself, "Oh, Crop!". Electrode also hated himself for being such a Heavy Sleeper, nodding off during the wedding and somehow managing to sleep through all the chaos caused by Princess Serena getting the Ice Gem, but only now, after she lights his fuse that he woke up. King Electrode keeps panicking as he tries to put the flames around him out and stop himself from Exploding, because he knows that This Is Gonna Suck. Then Princess Serena lands on the ground, just as Sylveon rushes to her side, taking out multiple enemy soldiers that were in her way with her Dazzling Gleam attack. Once Sylveon reaches Princess Serena's side they hear the ice on the mechanism's gear break, causing the chains holding the cages to resume lowering the prisoners towards their fiery demise. While King Electrode continues panicking as his body glowed even more red, as even more sparks continued surrounding his body. Seeing the prisoners in danger again, Princess Serena readies another ice ball to freeze the gears again. While King Electrode who was standing only a couple of feet from Princess Serena and Sylveon, realized that he could not stop himself from exploding, so, he sadly sighs and stops trying to put it out, and just Face Death with Dignity with a quiet groan in resignation to his fate while the others who were close to him fled as they also knew what was about to happen to King Electrode. Their panic and screaming got Sylveon's attention but not Serena's as Sylveon turned to see King Electrode's body glowing in an extremely strong red shade of light. Sylveon knows at once what is about to happen, and saw that Princess Serena was about to throw an ice ball at the gear to save the prisoners, Sylveon was about to warn her about what King Electrode was about to do, but unfortunately, she was too late as Electrode explodes! Sending both Princess Serena and Sylveon flying into the stairs leading up to the Altar with a hard crashing impact).
Princess Serena: Ah! (And since Princess Serena was in the blast radius of King Electrode's Explosion attack, Princess Serena loses her Ice Gem Power up. Only now realizing that they "Didn't Think This Through", making this a case of Attack Backfire and a rare literal example of how they were Hoist by their Own Petard. Bringing Princess Serena's time of Kicking Butt in All Her Finery to an end, leaving them both stunned and too weak to even get up right now).
(With the mechanism starting to lower the prisoners again towards the lava. And now, with Princess Serena and Sylveon too weak to do anything to save them, they were going to be having a Fiery Demise!).
Gumshoos: Ah!
(Ritchie continues screaming and panicking as he is coming dangerously close to ending up burned in the lava, as he tries dodging the lava by clinging to the top of the cage with his hands and feet as the Lava comes flowing into the cage. While Everyone was panicking and freaking out at knowing their demises were only moments away, the cheerful straw nihilist and Creepy Cute Child, Clefairy was laughing happily that this was finally happening as he happily exclaimed being the Death Seeker that he was).
Clefairy: Wheeeeeee!
(Clefairy Laughs and joyously giggles knowing that the sweet embrace of death is imminent for all of them including him with his Troubling Unchildlike Behavior. In a matter of moments, more than half of Ritchie's cage melted off while he was hanging onto the ceiling of his cage, pulling off a Container Cling. While an exceedingly small part of Ritchie was wondering why the metal cages, he and the others are in do not seem to absorb any of the heat from all this lava. But he chose not to focus on that, since his own life was at stake here! Ritchie continues to try and avoid the lava, as Gumshoos gasps in fear and horror of his imminent demise. While Ritchie comes dangerously close to ending up burned in the lava as close to the entire cage ends up submerged into the lava, but then when all hope seems lost, the cages suddenly stop).
Ritchie: Huh?
(It turns out that the reason the cages' stopped moving was because... RILLABOOM CAME AND SAVED THEM! Rillaboom was now on top of the machine responsible for raising and lowering the Cages and using his handy feet to grip the spikes on the mechanism for the cages, leaving his hands free to roll it back and raise the cages. Rillaboom struggles as he uses his strength to turn the reverse the wheel mechanism's gears backwards, raising the prisoners away from the lava. Leaving Ritchie feeling relieved as he sighs for how he ended up saved just now. Gumshoos echoes Ritchie's feelings of relief as well, as he says to himself).
Gumshoos: Phew! (Unfortunately, Clefairy was not as pleased with ending up saved here or having his Black Comedy Burst, as he blatantly expresses disappointment and frowns as he says one last bit of Black Comedy as if he was an Ungrateful B*stard).
Clefairy: Booooo!... (For Clefairy, it felt like this was nothing more than an exciting roller coaster that inconveniently broke down. As the Cages continued to rise higher and higher, Ritchie tries to climb to the top of the cage, since there was no place for him to stand. But as he makes it closer to the top of the cage, his hand slips and he starts falling towards the lava screaming in fear and horror. But then suddenly before Ritchie can fall into the lava, something zips by and saves him in a flash, causing him to stop screaming saving him from receiving a Cruel and Unusual Death by Lava Immolation. It takes a moment for Ritchie to realize what just happened as he realizes that someone just saved him from falling into the Lava).
Ritchie: Huh? (When Ritchie saw how close he was to falling into the Lava, he quickly grabbed hold of the hand belonging to his savior before he finally saw who it was that saved him).
Voice: Ritchie! (Ritchie recognized at once who just saved him, screaming both in shock and in relief/amazement).
Ritchie: ASH?! (Ritchie begins to Laugh happily as Ash, his Big Darn Hero, flew them to safety. Taking them back to the Altar, setting them down at the bottom of the stairs in front of a Still completely frozen Koraidon).
Ash: Ha-ha I told ya! (Once they were both safe after landing, they did not hesitate to share a warm, loving, and joyful hug out of joy over finally reuniting, having missed each other so freaking much with Ash's fists on his chest feeling like his heart is pounding wildly!). See? (Ash's voice then began to break with his eyes getting watery from sheer joy at seeing that Ritchie was safe, and sound). So long as we are together, everything is gonna be okay! (As their Big Darn Reunion continued, Ash nearly began shedding happy tears as he finally gave Ritchie a second hug that was even bigger than the first one, holding him so tightly in a big brother hug. In doing so, Ash even lifted Ritchie off the ground in the process as a single tear fell down Ash's left cheek. Ash was just so relieved that Ritchie was okay, and that he was able to save him in time. After everything they have both been through, they are finally together again. Ritchie was safe now, his darkest hour was finally over, and he was going to make sure that he would never come that close to losing him ever again. Once Ritchie has recovered from the shock and fear of his near-death experience he begins to laugh as he finally takes in Ash's appearance).
Ritchie: Ash, why do you look like an Ursaring? What is this? (Then Ash, realizing that he was still in his Alolan Raichu Form, he gives an awkward little smile as well as little tail wag as Ritchie has a look that shows that he was about to start laughing).
(Meanwhile, Rillaboom was busy pulling his Dad's Cage back up and settling it down safely on the ground. Then he ripped the Cage open for his dad, Gumshoos to get out of the cage safely. Gumshoos was truly feeling proud and relieved to see that his son was still alive and was able to save him, telling him proudly as he finally shows a bit of appreciation and not even hiding how proud he was towards his son, who was his Big Darn Hero).
Gumshoos: Ya did good, kid! Make your pecs dance! You deserve it! (But for Rillaboom, he has learned to fight for something greater than himself, as he was no longer an Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy who relies solely on brute strength and fights only for his own vanity. He then proudly and happily declines his dad's offer, telling him).
Rillaboom: No time now! Surely later!
(Gumshoos was just so relieved that Rillaboom was alive that he had new appreciation, for his son's quirks, such as his habit of doing Pec Flexes. Which Used to be annoying to him, like back in the arena when he felt utter exasperation and embarrassment when his did it. But just seeing Rillaboom here and that he was willing to praise his son and encourage him to do those Pec Flexes was just him feeling so much joy and relief that his son was still alive. And hearing his son say that he will save the Pec Dancing for later, as there are more important matters to settle, it just made him nod with a happy smile, as he once again felt proud and impressed of his son for taking responsibility. With that Rillaboom runs off to join the others while Gumshoos keeps smiling proudly at his son).
(Meanwhile, still trapped inside the frozen block of ice, the frozen solid Koraidon suddenly regains consciousness as his eyes burst open! Through the ice he can see that Ash, Ritchie, Princess Serena, Floette, and Rillaboom were all together again, but no one was aware of Koraidon's sudden reawakening from within the ice. Ash was just so relieved and impressed with how Princess Serena managed to hold off Koraidon's army by herself, capable of beating the Crop out of Koraidon's troops all by herself (with Sylveon backing her up) as a One-Woman Army, and despite not being able to directly save Ritchie and the others, she was still able to buy enough time for Ash and Rillaboom to show up and save them. He could see that Ash and Princess Serena were getting a little too close to each other as Floette (Eternal Flower) rushed to join the group with Rillaboom following him, and that Rillaboom was for whatever smiling at Ash and Princess Serena. While Ritchie stood nearby and watched Ash and Princess Serena looked to be overjoyed upon reuniting with each other too as the ice surrounding his body began cracking rapidly as the cracks began spreading rapidly throughout his Ice Block Prison as he growled in anger and rage continuously. Koraidon could clearly see Princess Serena happily reuniting with Ash with her affectionately petting his head causing his eyes that were already glowing red with Rage to get even redder as his Rage increased. While Ritchie seeing how happy Ash looked to be with Princess Serena here, put his arms on his hips with a smile and thought to himself, "My big bro sure knows how to catch a girl's eye there!". But then, Koraidon saw something that made his blood boil hotter before Erupting like a raging Volcano... he saw Ash and Princess Serena holding hands! For Koraidon, THAT... WAS... THE... LAST... STRAW! Seeing his once bride to be with the romantic rival that is the Capped Human he made sure was dead, infuriates Koraidon so much that he completely ignores the advice, he once heard from a Sword Wielding Pokémon one time, which was, "One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it" and unleashes his Overheat attack, destroying the ice surrounding his head, and setting him free. Luckily though, no one ended up hit by Koraidon's overheat attack, but everyone could see that Koraidon, who was His Own Worst Enemy, was back and they realized that they should not Celebrate Just Yet. With Ash and Princess Serena ending their Held Gaze with each other, as they saw that Koraidon was now going Berserk from sheer rage and anger and was now becoming increasingly unhinged. Then Koraidon, whose Villainous Breakdown was now fully unleased with a terrifying Slasher Smile on his face, roars at the top of his lungs so that everyone present and in range could hear him clearly).
Koraidon: LAUNCH THE GOLURK AND DESTROY THE BERRY KINGDOM!
(Within a matter of seconds, the ground starts to shake as Everyone feels a tremble and turn to see that shooting explosively out of the volcano-like opening in Koraidon's Castle was a MASSIVE GOLURK! Only this one was closer to the size of Princess Serena's Castle, proving that Evil Is Bigger. Everyone began to panic, seeing Koraidon was going to use this Massive Golurk to completely nuke the entire Berry Kingdom as a final Solution to his problems simply because Princess Serena refused to marry him out of spite. But then they realized that it was even worse because Koraidon's fortress was not just IN the Berry Kingdom, but it was mere meters away from the Golurk's intended target, Princess Serena's Castle! In other words, Koraidon himself and his entire army (as well as Princess Serena, the Ketchum Brothers, Floette, the Forest of Okoya Pokémon, the Eiscue's, and Clefairy), would surely end up in the blast radius. Princess Serena, Sylveon, and the others gasped in fear and horror as they saw the Massive Golurk continued zooming into the air before turning around and speeding downwards, targeting Princess Serena's Castle in the Berry Kingdom! Princess Serena, Sylveon, and everyone else all look in despair as they began to panic seeing that if they cannot stop the Massive Golurk then the entire Berry Kingdom will end up blown to smithereens. And they knew that there was no way to stop it).
Princess Serena: No... (Koraidon was determined to nuke the Berry Kingdom in a fit of rage, and did not care about the consequences of this plan, despite being frozen and unable to avoid going down with it should he end up caught in the blast radius).
Sylveon: What are we going to do?! (Ash then realized that it was time for him to step up and take the initiative to try and be the Hero, without saying a word, or even hesitating for even a second. And since he already saved Ritchie, which was his goal, he was now truly ready to go on a quest to save the Berry Kingdom for the first time).
Ash: Hey, I got this! (Ash quickly takes flight using his Alolan Raichu Form, leaving the others behind. Ash quickly manages to catch up with the Golurk as he speeds beside the Golurk, trying to get its attention). Hey, hey! ... Hey, over here! (But Ash got no response from the Golurk. So, then Ash tries hitting the Golurk's side repeatedly, but also to no effect. Ash then flies directly under the Golurk and tries pushing against the Golurk to try and slow it down, but it too fails as he ends up having his back against its tip. Ash frantically looks around as the Golurk gets closer to Princess Serena's Castle but gets an idea after looking at its eye). You asked for it! (Ash flies away before spinning as quickly he can, before flying back and smacking the Golurk's eye with his most powerful Iron Tail attack he could give it. The Golurk truly feels the damage the Iron Tail attack gave it, as it stops dead in its tracks, screeching to a halt in mid-air before bending the flagpole on top of Princess Serena's Castle before recovering from the blow and angrily giving Ash a terrifying Death Glare. Realizing he now had the Massive Golurk's attention, Ash got a bit scared and said nervously realizing that the Nigh Invulnerable Golurk is truly sentient! And that it had a look on its face as if was wondering "WHO DARES?!"). Heh. Hello.
(Then the Massive Golurk repositions itself, turning to face Ash, before becoming furious and giving Ash a nasty-looking Death Glare and Slasher Smile. Ash did not wait another second before flying away. Only for the Golurk to go after Ash, chasing him away from the Berry Kingdom into the nearby forest, while he did succeed in getting the massive Fantastic Nuke Golurk away from Princess Serena's castle, he had no idea what to do know with this Fully Alive and living Action Bomb. Upon arriving in the forest, the Golurk keeps chasing after Ash without slowing down one bit. Ash tried shaking the Golurk off his tail, but it did not look to work. Then Ash screamed when he saw a large Berry in his way and was too late to dodge it time. Leading him to crash through the large Berry, and thankfully, he did not look to slow down due to crashing into the Large Berry while shouting).
Ash: Ow! (Ash then crashes into two more large Berries, getting a bit of their internal juices in his mouth before spitting he spits it out, saying irritably to himself). REALLY?! (Ash was getting frustrated here, he did not know what to do with this Golurk chasing him due to its Disproportionate Retribution. He could not keep this up forever, and the Golurk was Nigh Invulnerable, so what could he... but then Ash's eyes widen when he saw the very same Origin Ball that first took him to the Berry Kingdom nearby and he gets an idea, shouting to the pursuing Golurk). Follow me! (Then Ash starts leading the Golurk to the Origin Ball, flying around before turning to aim right for the Origin Ball, with the Golurk closing on him, with the evil look in its intensifying, knowing that it was about to finish off Ash, but Ash does not stop or slow down one bit). Come on! ... (Ash (Alolan Raichu Form) gets the Golurk to follow him in flying straight towards the Origin Ball he speeds up). Little closer... (Then at the Last second, Ash flies upward escaping from going into the Origin Ball as he had gotten as close as possible to it, without ending up caught by it, while saying in slow motion). Mamma Mia! (Then Ash got a strange feeling of Déjà vu, but he chose not to focus on that, as he flew away and watched the Golurk collide with the Origin Ball, activating it in the process, sucking the Golurk in with great force. Ash was pleased with how he managed to successfully use the Origin Ball to his advantage to save the Berry Kingdom from Koraidon's Golurk).
(The Golurk ends floating into the infinite realms of Ultra Space, but then not long after arriving did the Golurk EXPLODE!).
(The explosion caused the Origin Ball to activate by accident, but only this time was the force of the suction from the Origin was even more intense. But Ash was wondering what was wrong with the Origin Ball).
Ash: Huh?
(Ash watches as the Origin Ball creates an explosion releasing shock waves, in every direction, while throwing Ash into the wall of Koraidon's Castle and powers him down, making him realize that his plan of Relocating the Explosion might have backfired on him... BIG TIME! Ash falls before grabbing onto a ledge of Koraidon's Castle. As this was happening, Princess Serena, Sylveon, Rillaboom, and Ritchie were watching firsthand what was happening before their very eyes, in shock, fear, and horror, as they prepared to brace themselves for whatever may happen next. The Origin Ball's powers increased tremendously as it became a vortex with a significantly increased suction range that envelopes the surrounding area and starts sucking everything in the Berry Kingdom's vicinity into the Origin Ball. The tremendous power of the Origin's Ball suction was enough to even draw Koraidon's whole castle towards it, causing it to start pulling on its Spiked Ball Anchors. This Offsets the balance of Koraidon's Entire Castle causing everyone but Rillaboom to lose their footing and fall to the ground, while Floette (Eternal Flower) also collapsed to the ground. From the ledge where Ash was hanging on for dear life, he began to feel the Origin Ball Vortex getting Stronger and Stronger. While Ritchie, Princess Serena, Sylveon, Floette, and Rillaboom all tried to grab onto whatever objects they could grab to try to prevent getting sucked in. With Princess Serena managing to grab onto arch at the top of the Altar, and when she saw Sylveon flying her way, she reached her free arm out and managed to successfully save her by grabbing onto one of Sylveon's Ribbon Feelers. While Ritchie and Floette (Eternal Flower) both managed to grab and hold onto the Carpet for dear life. While Rillaboom flied past them but managed to grab and hold onto a medium sized wall barrier. But for Ash, he was holding onto the ledge of Koraidon's castle for dear life. However, the force of the Vortex's suction had gotten too powerful for him to resist, causing Ash to lose his grip on the ledge and he begins screaming in horror as he goes flying into the Origin Ball).

Ashpoke55: Yes, I laughed at Bowser's Hilarious bad proposal too. Anyway, as for why Floette and Sylveon did not try to break free of Delphox's Psychic attack with their own attacks/moves, the best answer I can give for that is this: If Floette (and Sylveon) could break free of Delphox's Psychic attack, then it kinda defeats the purpose of having Delphox attack (Torture) them at all. Then logically they would have directly attacked Koraidon, Delphox, and their minions which would have then led to a huge battle, which obviously would have been a HUGE Deviation from the Movie that I am basing this story on. And it is obvious, that I try to keep all deviations that move away from the source material (such as movies/tv shows/etcetera.) to a minimum unless, I am sure or confident that said deviation could be beneficial in a positive way. (But Overt references to other movies/tv shows/etcetera. like my reference to Carly Shay of "iCarly" in Chapter 6: "The Berry Kingdom" are exceptions to this when they just are shoutouts). Another reason for why I choose to not have Floette and Sylveon use their own moves to break free of Delphox's Psychic attack is because how the Move Psychic affects the targets of the attack in the anime. When the Psychic attack ends up used it usually causes the ones affected to become incapable of moving their own body. (Unless the one affected is strong enough to overpower/resist the Psychic attack, which usually does not happen, for context like Brycen's Beartic overpowered Rango's Two Jellicent's Hex attack in "Guarding the Guardian of the Mountain!"). Finally, I wanted to give Serena as much emotional distress as Possible, and after all, no trainer who truly loves and cares for their Pokémon would want to see them ending up tortured like Sylveon and Floette were when Delphox attacked (Tortured) them like he did. dophnyxD: Thank you so much. As I worked extremely hard to choose just the right Humans and Pokémon to play each of the Mario Characters. For example, I took every little detail of every Mario Character (no matter how minor their role is) for both Personality, Appearance, etcetera. and searched for a Pokémon Character (Human or Pokémon) with close to identical characteristics to said Mario Character. And then I made to truly nail each of the characters emotions at certain points to properly convey how they were feeling at certain points throughout the movie (Story). And I still do have tons of other stories that I encourage you to check out and read whenever you feel like it. In the meantime, I got tons of other great stuff coming up.
